When a boiler broke down and left a home without heating on a day when the temperature outside was below zero, M H G Heating Ltd still attended that evening. Their engineer had been working a long way away and was heading home late, and called in to repair the boiler on the way. The customer described that response as a clear sign of the company's dedication to service.

I recently had a boiler breakdown and was left without heating on a day when the outside temperature was below zero. At the time I contacted MHG Heating, their engineer was on a job a long distance away and was returning home late in the evening. Despite this, he called on me to repair my boiler on his way home that evening. We were very impressed with this company's dedication to service and I have therefore awarded a 5-star review.
