CFM Home Heating Services Ltd is praised for prompt, reliable plumbing and heating support, especially emergency call-outs for boilers, leaks, radiators, showers and hot water cylinders. Customers describe John as friendly, knowledgeable and professional, with clear pricing, tidy workmanship and helpful explanations. Regular boiler servicing, heating checks and radiator work are also completed efficiently, with appointments kept and repairs often carried out quickly.
Very happy to give a 5 star rating to CFM Plumbing. The work involved removal of most of the radiators for much needed refurbishment and re-installing them into the ancient pipework. Well done John - very competent, and happy to explain to a plumbing simpleton (me) what was needed and why. They will certainly be my first choice for any plumbing work I need in the future. Thanks John!
I am in the process of buying an empty property and have some concerns regarding the plumbing. I phoned on Monday, and John liaised with the estate agent and visited the property the next day for me. He got the water on and the heating up and running, checking all the pipework, gas meter, boiler, thermostat, radiators and bathroom fittings for any leaks or issues. I am very pleased with the prompt and professional service from CFM Home Plumbing and Heating Services, and will be sure to use them again when I get moved in!
I cannot praise this company enough. They do my annual boiler service but I had an issue outside of this and the efforts made during this were outstanding! John went above and beyond to try and rectify the issue and achieved this in the most professional and helpful way. I would recommend CFM to everybody and most certainly will not be using anyone else going forward.
CFM (John) gave me an estimate last Tuesday and came this morning (Friday) to replace a leaking copper hot water cylinder. He arrived on time, did the work within two hours, and made no mess. I would certainly use these plumbers again. Richard Benjafield
