I had a bit of a nightmare trying to find an engineer who could work on system boiler/thermal cylinder combos. JAJ were the only ones out of 4-5 options who could help. Despite some unexpected hitches and adjustments they needed to make to fit a new gledhill cylinder, they managed to get my hot water and heating back on with little faff. Joe is very approachable, explained everything clearly and made it clear he's always available if any more issues arise. I'll be using JAJ again in future should the need arise.
