Jack has tended to all our heating and plumbing needs for years. When we found out he can install A/C units we did not hesitate to get a quote. He came last week and installed two units for us. He was professional and efficient, he's a friendly, approachable guy and did a fabulous job. The units don't just cool, they can also heat so perfect for our garden room throughout the year.
Very happy with Jack today, very professional, kept to his word when he’s said he would turn up, very well priced and will defo be using again excellent service.
Jack was a top bloke! Came round the day after we had booked to service our boiler, he was clean quick and gave us all the information we needed in good time. Couldn’t recommend enough
We recently used Avenue Heating and were very impressed with the service. He was punctual, professional, and polite throughout, and treated our home with great respect. On both occasions he clearly explained the problem and the options available to fix it, which we really appreciated. The work was completed to an excellent standard, and the price was fair. We would thoroughly recommend him if you have any plumbing issues.
Absolutely superb. We needed a new boiler so found Jack on checkatrade after a recommendation. I called Jack and arranged a date for inspection and to get a quote. He arrived on time was courteous and considerate. He advised all the work which needed to be completed with adjustments that were essential to install a new boiler and meet the required regulations. The quote came through quickly and we arranged a date of install. He arranged all the work including some extra roof work and completed as he said he would. The pipe work is outstanding, the boiler top quality and he was clean and efficient with excellent communication throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend Jack enough. It really was a 5 star service. A trustworthy and excellent professional.
Jack was really helpful and friendly. Great communication and did a great job. Good to know a local and reliable tradesperson.
Jack was punctual. He was courteous. He explained the problem clearly and outlined what he would do. His invoicing was very clear. He was fast and efficient. I would definitely use Avenue heating again.
Excellent job at a very fair price. After radiators were installed you would never have believed that such a job had been done so efficiently, because absolutely clean and tidy. Same with replacement filler valve in cistern. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone requiring a plumber.
