LW Plumbing Ltd receives widespread praise for prompt, dependable service, with customers frequently mentioning Leon and the team's polite and professional approach. Homeowners and landlords alike regularly turn to them for boiler installations, servicing, and CP12 certificates, as well as general plumbing and air conditioning installations. Reviewers particularly appreciate their honest advice, fair pricing, and the tidy, efficient way they leave each workspace.
Phoned in last minute for a boiler service and they got me an engineer for the next day, fast reliable service, recommended.
Really happy with the service from LW Plumbing Ltd. Very professional, friendly and reliable, with the work completed to a high standard. Great communication throughout and everything was left neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend LW Plumbing Ltd.
We have had an ongoing working relationship with Leon and Kyle at LW Plumbing for over a year now. As a Landlord and Letting Agency we rely on trusted and capable professionals, which is why we continue with these lads.
We’ve used Leon and the team at LWP Plumbing for a number of jobs over the years, including hot water taps, radiators and other plumbing work, so when we decided to have air conditioning fitted in our bedroom, there was no question who we would use. The Whirlpool unit was fitted yesterday and, in this heat, it’s already been a game changer. As always, Leon was reliable, professional and did a really high standard of work. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the unit is working perfectly. We’re always happy to recommend LWP Plumbing. The quality of the work and the service is consistently excellent, which is why we’re returning customers.
We’ve been using LW Plumbing & Heating for around two years now across multiple properties, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. As a property maintenance company responsible for dozens of properties, having a reliable, trustworthy team to call for anything gas or plumbing related is invaluable. Leon and his team are always fair, reasonably priced, professional and dependable. Whether it’s planned work or an unexpected emergency, they’ve never let us down. The standard of workmanship is consistently excellent, communication is spot on, and they always go the extra mile to get the job done. If you’re looking for a plumbing and heating company you can genuinely rely on, LW Plumbing & Heating are the ones to call.
Great job fixing my boiler. Lovely lad, did a good job and cleaned up after himself.
Great response from Leon and the team after enquiring about my boiler service Communicated well great price and after service also
LWP have done work for me and my family and can not stress how efficient and knowledgeable they are well done every one at LWP keep up the good work.
Excellent service from LW Plumbing, Leon and the team are very responsive, technical and very reasonably priced. I recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing or air-conditioning works done. Thanks Leon!
Used Leon and his team for quite a few jobs including new radiator installation, fitting of new toilet and a water softener. His team always arrive when planned, they’re always presentable, clean working and their prices are always fair! Thanks Leon.
I had LW Plumbing out to hopefully fix my boiler 2 months ago. I really appreciated that they were direct about needing a new boiler (my old one was pushing 15years) rather than trying to rinse me by coming back every other week to service it. They were efficient, kind and knowledgeable and got the new boiler fitted for me. I am really happy with there service and will be back for any future needs.
LWP installed an air conditioner into my bedroom. Game changer. They were efficient, clean, polite and I got a reasonable price for quality work. Friends of mine have bought cheaper online versions and had them fitted themselves, but they just don't work for prolonged periods or even with any level of consistency despite still costing hundreds. We paid £1200 for a premium unit, neatly and safely installed which has worked 8 hours every night for the past 12 months.
Had a great experience with LW Plumbing for a boiler service. Clear communication, quick turnaround and brilliant value. Thank you from the team at Recyke y'Bike Chester-le-Street.
