I recently contacted Paul about an issue with my combi boiler . He called around very quickly to take a look and after ordering parts , sorted it out within a couple of days . Excellent, reliable service all round . I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to others .

The work was carried out efficiently with great attention to detail. Engineer explained everything well and left the serviced area spotless. Without hesitation, I highly recommend their service.

Really good communication. Was unable to make one appointment but rearranged quickly. Came out on time. Fixed the issue. All done within an hour

Thank you Paul for coming out last minute. Professional. Great service. Taught me a lot in a short period in what’s wrong and what’s happened. Moving forward 100% will use your service in future.

A pleasant young man, reliable and on time . Listen to the issue to my heating programmer and rectified the problem. Very reasonably priced, will use his service again and recommend.

Pawel is a very rare and trustworthy gas engineer. He does a good thorough service on gas boilers and charges reasonable too. Geniune and well mannered.

Excellent job. Year after year. On time and very good price also.

Arrived on time. Checked the my combi. Explained what he plans to do and made clear that it fixes the problem in most cases. After two hours my hot water temperature improved dramatically and I was able to use it.

I called 3 heating engineers and Paulgas was the only one that actually responded to my call for help, he came to investigate within a week and then came the following day with the parts to complete the job. He was extremely polite and friendly, also charged a good proce for the job. I definitely recommend him for any job, its always a bit if a worry when trying to find a tradesman but rest assured, paulgas is a genuinely nice guy who will charge a fair price and get the job done.

They fitted new boiler and 9 radiators in our house 4 years ago. It all still runs as supposed to. Paul advised us what radiators capacity would be best. They were patient during installation - we needed radiators to be positioned quite precisely. Would definitely recommend!

Great service, quick job, installed new boiler, new radiators, good.price, I recommend Paul gas for my neighbors.

High quality service, fair prices. Paul will never leave your house before he is 100% sure your gas appliances are totally safe. Really honest as well.

Been using PaulGas for a few years now. Always been a great company to work with. Very friendly and always deliver a quality service. I will always feel happy to recommend their service.

Have been using PaulGas services for more than 5 years now. In my experience they offer consistently excellent service at a reasonable price, very competent - have always managed to fix boiler/ heating system issues for me at various properties.

When moved in to the house the heating system needed replacement. Had quotes from few local companies and PaulGas was the most competitive. It turned out that their service is very good as well (reliable, always on time and most importantly getting job done). Since then I used PaulGas on several occasions when I needed some plumbing/heating work and they always deliver. They are for sure the best ones I know in the area.

I am very pleased with the service provided by guys from PaulGas. Engineers have arrived on time, they were very competent and helpful, accurately diagnosed the problem and found a solution for it. The price was very reasonable as well. As they had to confirm some details with the boiler manufacturer they did it instantly providing me with some useful additional usage instructions and even phoned again later confirming my full understanding of the topic. Top quality, professional service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!!!

Had heating system breakdown and engineer arrived on Sunday, which I appreciated, however only checked few things, didn't even open the boiler, said there is circulation problem, and left. Leaving us without heating, didn't arrange anything, when he can come to revisit to fix it.

Was quoted for unnecessary expensive work, be careful.
