L&L Plumbing and Gas - Gas Engineers Middlesbrough | Boiler Installations Middlesbrough

I spoke to Ryan the owner of L&L Plumbing and Gas and explained my situation in regards to requiring a new boiler as I needed a new one to heat the house as our new born son was arriving. Ryan made it a high priority job on his list and fitted the new boiler as well as connecting the new HIVE system the following week. I would highly recommend this company and all of the works were completed on the same day, clean tidy and respectful.

Ryan and Liam fitted full upstairs bathroom, done a class job, couldn’t recommend them enough. Cheers lads

Excellent service by Liam, came out within a few hours and got my boiler back working. Brilliant

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend L&L Plumbing & Gas Services enough! From start to finish the team were professional, friendly, and reliable. They fitted my new bathroom to a really high standard and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job. Communication was excellent, they turned up exactly when they said they would, and the price was very fair for the quality of work. If you’re looking for a trustworthy bathroom fitting company in Middlesbrough, L&L are definitely the ones to call.

Liam and Ryan recently fully renovated our Ensuite. Fantastic job from start to finish. Would highly recommend👌

The bathroom fitting service was excellent. The team went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my bathroom. Very clean and professional would recommend.

Full bathroom re-fit just finished today. Excellent service, can’t fault Ryan and the team. Top quality job, really well organised and efficient. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Would highly recommend this company! Ryan was very friendly, helpful and even responded to my issue despite it being late in the evening!

Ryan supported a big issue with our boiler. Efficient, friendly service at a good price

Really good experience today. Liam came to service my boiler and balance my radiators. He was very efficient, took his shoes off without being prompted, and had everything done and dusted to my satisfaction very quickly. Also a very reasonable price. This was the first time I had used L&L. I had to swap from my previous heating engineer because he was so hard to get hold of and didn’t respond to messages. No such problems here. I would recommend L&L.

Definitely recommend top class service and end product

Supplied and fit 2 boilers at a commercial site and had the job done, working and all tidied up within a few hours. A very polite team who did the job to fit around our business needs. Would highly recommend ✨✨✨✨✨

Rang these up when my boiler had broken down recently they turned up on time and repaired boiler that day, use these every year for boiler service too fairly priced and always crack on with the work to high standards

We recently had our new bathroom installed by L&L plumbing and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ryan and Liam, the plumbers who handled the installation, were absolutely fantastic. They were punctual, professional, and highly skilled, working efficiently and paying close attention to every detail to ensure the installation was flawless. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional, and they left the space clean and tidy. They also went above and beyond fixing and replace part of my outside waste pipe (which I didn’t ask to be quoted) for free. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom or their service.

I have used L&L plumbing services 3 times, twice for the annual service of my boiler and a 3rd was a fault that had developed on the unit. They are always on time, is professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The issue with my boiler was resolved quickly and efficiently. He also cleaned up after himself, leaving everything in great condition. His pricing is fair, and there were no hidden fees. I’ll definitely use his services again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

Really, friendly, helpful and professional.

Can't recommend enough - fitted a boiler for us at very short notice to fit in with other building work. Work done quickly and tidily, everything left immaculate. Lovely polite guys - we'll happily use them again for any plumbing we need doing.
