Premier Heating Solutions

Steve from Premier carried out an annual service on our ATAG boiler. Professional and efficient and helped to identify a solution with low water pressure in our utility room. Great service.

I had the plumber round and was really pleased with the work — Steve phoned to say he was on his way, arrived on time, and clearly explained everything he was going to do. He checked my boiler, then the toilet (which had a small leak), let me know exactly what was needed, gave me a quote, then went and got the parts and fixed it. He left everything extremely neat and tidy. Thanks, Steve! I was so impressed that I took out the annual Premier membership. It's a real relief knowing I've got a plumber and electrician sorted whenever I need one, and that I'll get excellent service every time.

I have used Premier Heating for several years and have found the company to be very reliable, with a polite and knowledgeable workforce. Today engineer George arrived to service the boiler. He was on time and arrived with a warm smile and a big handshake. He appeared to work thoroughly through the work involved and answered any questions I had. 10 out of 10.

It is early days as our installation completed yesterday, but so far it looks to be a very good experience from start to finish. We had a new boiler installed, as well as a new cylinder and Hive system. The initial survey with Zach was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional, and the team of installers were also professional and friendly. On the final day, Shane completed the work and after commissioning the system, he was excellent at explaining how it all operated, including setting up the Hive for us. A nice tidy job and highly recommended; thank you.

After a couple of diagnostic visits the company replaced the boiling tap unit

Where to start with the fabulous service received! The communication has been clear and accurate and the company really responsive to our request to adjust the timetable of which part of the work to complete when. Reece and Reece managed the electrics in the heat working out how to work around our particular house construction. Then Ollie came up with the solutions needed to connect all the units together smoothly and managed the whole process really professionally even though we had other work going on at the same time, before Tom came for commissioning, clearing and talking us through how to operate it. Everyone on the job has been super friendly and helpful and incredibly hard working and we could not be happier with the end result. Thank you all so much.

I would recommend Premier Heating. Great work carried for new boiler installation despite engineer working during heatwave.

These guys installed AC at our place in Oxfordshire just before the recent Jun 2026 heat wave. The team was kind, polite and professional. They did a good job and clearly cared not just about getting the word done but getting it done well. There were discussions amongst their team about not just the easiest way to fit things but what would also look the tidiest and be the least disruptive and so on. After install, while running the AC over the heat wave, there was a small issue with one unit and they sent someone out to check it out and fix it really quickly. Excellent service, good value and would recommend.

Andrew came to service my boiler. He was extremely professional and friendly. He explained simply what he was doing and answered all my questions. He also fetched the ladder for me to access the loft so I didn't need to carry it. Premier heating always give me good service. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service as per usual. Kept me informed of arrival time. Engineer was friendly, knowledgeable and very competent. Thanks Andy and Premier

As always , great customer service. Our engineer Steve is friendly, professional, so tidy and did a great job for us.

Excellent service from Andy.

We had an email saying that Premier could do other small jobs in addition to a boiler service- we had a simple tap replacement where we bought the tap (max 30 minutes work), and it cost £250 - excessive; recommend to avoid for the small jobs. Thankyou for the reply: however, this job was an add-on to an existing boiler service that we had already paid for- and so I would not have expected a separate call-out charge. The email from Premier Heating (‘did you know that we can also do smaller plumbing jobs’ etc etc) did not imply that there would be a separate call out fee or that the costs of ‘small jobs’ would be way more extortionate than a standard local plumber.

Always had fantastic service from Premier. Steve, the engineer that came today, was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Premier Heating were very efficient and repaired my central heating fault, the engineer had the required parts and completed the job without having to revisit. I was very happy with the service from Premier.

Shane was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and left everything tidy, clear and working.

Really quick and professional, Steve was knowledgeable and thorough, would highly recommend.

Excellent service and good value - working on the hottest day of the year, Chris and the guys did a fabulous job despite the heat - the electrics caused an initial concern but the electrician was brilliant - no panic, we’ll solve it, no problem - it was solved on time all working well - Thank you - would and will thoroughly recommend. Great company.

Bank holiday weekend, baking hot and George came out to resolve the air conditioning issues. He wouldn’t leave until the problem was solved. Fantastic service …

Andy is a great technician and is detail orientated. He’s customer friendly and his strength lies in diagnosing the root cause completely and resolving the issue. Andy always goes the extra mile and ensures that customer satisfaction and overall customer experience are key to service.

The staff on the ground in the vans are great and work hard. James was polite, a good worker and had great communication. Sadly the same cannot be said for the office operations. I had the (free) club membership after an install last year but still had to remind Premier of my service and had the appointment cancelled twice at short notice, once on the day of the job. I don't have the luxury of working from home so it became a real issue for me and is the reason I am no longer part of their boiler service plan.

Steve came out to sort out the problems we were having with our boiler. He was very knowledgeable, immediately identified the problems and had the required parts in his van. While he was here we spoke to him about the issues we had with the toilet. Although not called out for the toilet, he quickly sent a quote to fix both jobs to our landlord and was given the go ahead. Both our problems were fixed in one morning. We received excellent service from Steve who really went the extra mile for us.

Steve came to look at my shower. It took quite a long time for hot water to come through. After he checked it and adjusted a few things it is working so much better now.

Super clean, super professional and knowledgeable, went the extra mile, end to end service has been exceptional. Highly recommend.

Service completed. Steve friendly and professional. Very happy. Many thanks

Really happy with the Air Conditioning / Heat Pump installation by Premier Heating Solutions. From quote to installation the process has been brilliant. Chris and the team worked tirelessly over the last few days, going above and beyond to make sure that every element of the installation was completed to the highest standard. Thanks again!

Was very friendly and did a great job servicing our boiler 👍

James came over to help me this afternoon and took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how he was able to fix it. James took the time to explain what to do if we had any water tank issues in the future- I felt very reassured and in safe hands. I also was very grateful for Sarah’s help today, who was quick to respond to my calls and concerns and got someone out to see my quickly and without difficulties. Thank you everyone 😊

James completed the first service on my oil boiler today. His workmanship was excellent, thorough and instructional. I can't recommend highly enough and look forward to seeing him again next year.

Steve has been brilliant from start to finish. A great job with much needed help as I do not have much information regarding gas boilers. Steve also provided me with help to cover not only boilers but electric and plumbing support. Overall I am extremely satisfied. Thank you.

A gas pipe was left exposed, approximately 12cm in length. Additionally, the old pipe was in poor condition. Having a gas pipe coming out of the kitchen floor poses a serious safety concern. I was repeatedly told that the old boiler had been isolated, but it clearly wasn't. The electric and gas was running. This has wasted the asbestos companies time, even they were totally shocked. I showed them your message where I was told it was isolated completely. The overall quality of the work was poor. Due to the delays caused by the asbestos issue, the team had to drill through my bedroom wall, and now I need to hire someone to plaster it as I cant do. The pipework was poorly done, and a live electric cable was left in the old airing cupboard. I am still in disbelief about this. Furthermore, the vertical radiator was placed on the wrong wall. While I understand from the gas engineer that it couldn’t go where I originally wanted it, this should have been communicated better. Had I known, I would have opted for a simpler, more cost-effective solution. One of the main reasons I chose your services was because you promised to complete the job before my surgery, which did not happen. The old boiler was not removed by their external contractors. As a result, I was left without a kitchen, and this delay impacted my plans, especially since I needed this work done due to my upcoming surgery. Which I had told them about. They did eventually removed the old boiler. Then I had to get them to remove the bathroom radiator as it was bigger then I had asked them to install. I had to get a new plumber to fit it at my own cost. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service. And my neighbours told me that I was over charged by 2/3k Jo

Came on time and done a thorough service of my boiler and checked the whole heating system. Was here for over 2hrs which is about 3 times longer than the last service I had and gave me some free advice on a bit of plumbing work im planning on. All round nice bloke with good knowledge of my system and set up. Would not hesitate to recommend

Shane did an absolute fantastic job today. He talked me through what he was doing, the impact and next steps. He is a lovely guy too so a pleasure to have in my home doing the work.

Andy did a great job. Efficient and quick. Good engineer

Andy did a great job replacing an unvented hot water cylinder and expansion vessel. Professional and considerate. Good value for money.

Absolute excellent service from George at Premier Heating Solutions. He was professional and highly knowledgeable. George serviced our boiler, took the time to explain everything. A superb, thorough job with zero mess left behind.

Brilliant Boiler Service & Replacement Motorised Valve installed this morning by Heating Engineer George. His highly professional work & friendly manner meant that the work was completed fast & efficiently. Congratulations George - You are an outstanding asset to Premier Heating Solutions - David & Valentina

Outstanding service from George Bennett. He completed the work professionally, diligently and was extremely helpful, friendly, courteous and efficient. We would welcome him back to sort any plumbing issues. Many thanks!

Really efficient boiler repair today and David Brown explained the problem I had as LPG so cylinder screw was corrected 😊

James was very polite and efficient and also explained everything very well. Very pleased with the way he worked.

I would just like to say a big Thankyou for the engineer Andy who came and serviced my boiler, he done a wonderful job.

A great job by Premier Heating right from the first enquiry from me through to excellent and efficient installation by Shane. I would definitely recommend Premier Heating

I recently instructed PHS to assist me with a malfunctioning oil boiler. I had never used the company previously. My experience was one of outstanding service. The telephone clerks were kind and informative, a representative was made available promptly following request, and that representative (James) was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and extremely willing to boil (!) things down in a way I could comprehend and left me feeling far more informed about a complex set up that I had inherited from previous owners. He managed to fix the problem for us and was committed and can do throughout the service.

To the Premier Heating Team. I wanted to personally express my sincere thanks for the exceptional service I received throughout the recent work carried out at my home. The professionalism, timeliness and workmanship demonstrated by every engineer involved were truly outstanding. Across the different stages of the job each of the four engineers worked to an excellent standard and I was impressed by the consistency and attention to detail shown throughout. I would like to give special thanks to Michelle who did an excellent job sourcing a new hot water cylinder and arranging for an engineer to attend within just four days. Although the first cylinder unfortunately arrived damaged in transit, the way this issue was managed was exemplary. A quick decision was made to replace it and another engineer was arranged to complete the installation on Saturday, a level of responsiveness I greatly appreciated. I would like to commend Shane who arrived punctually on Saturday and worked with a clear commitment to " doing the job right the first time " His thorough checks and immediate rectification of the immersion leak by renewing the gasket, the time he took to explain the plumbing system and boiler operation were all greatly valued. He also remedied long standing issues with the Salamander shower pump, something even Salamander technical team could not identify the problem. They just sent me a new pump which I now don't need. I was so impressed with Shane's workmanship and professionalism that I asked him to give me a quote for changing some radiators. Once again thank you to the entire team for your excellent service, for someone who is currently not a member. I am extremely pleased with the results. Your workmanship, communication and commitment to quality truly stands out. Highly recommended Raj Moodley.

Great job from getting the quote, getting new boiler installed and competitive prices too. Very good service

Steve came to diagnose our 2 problems, then came up with suggestions as to solving the problems. He was extremely helpful. This resulted in an appointment being made to complete the work needed. Thank you for all your help Steve.

Premier heating organised the boiler installation to my convenience and arranged a slot for the next day. Shane was great to work with, he turned up promptly and communicated throughout the installation. Shane took care to ensure that the finishings around the boiler remained aesthetically despite some changes needed to accomate the new boiler dimensions.

Pro professional I like that he also wore some protection not to bring in any dirt

Steve did a good job carrying out my first service on my Atag combo boiler.

Steve was very helpful with his advice and guidance, did a great job too 👍🏼

We have just been quoted £291/hour. They were very nice but sounded pricey. Just sharing in case it helps others.

Andy was very efficient and pleasant. He carefully explained what he found when repairing my heating system and left everything clean and tidy.

Excellent diagnostic visit from Steve. He clearly explained what he was checking and the possible solution. I have full confidence in his knowledge and experience. I have accepted the solution and intend to have Premier Heating carry them out.

Good work by the engineer from Premier Heating.

Steve found a gas leak in my boiler when servicing it. It was dealt with very efficiently within 48 hrs. He also repaired my underfloor heating. Very pleased with the work, would recommend anytime.

Premier did a good job, as usual, to get our loo working again. It was just over 24 hours from reporting the problem to having it sorted with a new part which had to be ordered. Andy replaced free of charge the ball valve which was damaged in the tricky process, and he even tightened our loo seat and cleaned up. Well pleased!

Excellent service. Plumber, Andy arrived promptly. Did an Excellent job. Thank you Andy & Premier Solutions.

I just had a new boiler installed and what a stress free process that was! Everything was flawless from the first point of contact with Michelle on the phone, Zach’s comprehensive site survey the same afternoon, and an impressive Shane leading the install over an incredible two days. I had the pleasure of also having two very polite, patient, no-nonsense heating and plumbing engineers Brandon and Josh, despite my asking lots of questions during the fitting and commissioning. My existing boiler reached end of working-life on a Sunday, by the following Thursday I had a new boiler installed. I even introduced a curve-ball on the first morning by requesting a new vertical mounted radiator during the install. I wanted to specifically mention these names and make them all visible and give them the recognition they deserve. The working ethos of all involved was exemplary.

Did a great Job Shane was brilliant

Steve did a great job with the inspection, looking forward to having him over again for the fixes.

Carl was great. He was polite, understanding, helpful and explained everything fully to me. He was also happy to go through it all again with my partner. I had absolute confidence in him. He really put the work in and finished late. I thoroughly recommend.

From the first call to the office, to the prompt arrival of Andy, the courtesy call before he arrived, the most excellent customer service and his expertise for the job I really cannot recommend your business enough. First class service all in one day ! Thankyou Andy for your patience and advice

Premier were super. James is so knowledgeable and realy knows his stuff. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Jo

I was very impressed with Carl who replaced some parts on my hot water tank today. Carl explained everything that he was doing and took the necessary time to do the job properly. He checked for any leaks and reset my thermostat. This company never disappoints. Thank you, Sarah and Paul

Steve really knew what he was doing and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. It was wonderful to have the heat and hot water fully functioning.i can't recommend him higher.

From the minute I contacted Premier Heating Systems I found their service first class, this ultimately started from a complete understanding what was required by Steve the surveyor. I was assured by his diagnosis and impressed with being able to quote before he left the property. It took just four days from Steve visiting the property to the plumbers completing what was a complex job, thanks to all including the back office staff who ensured everything went smoothly.

Carl came in to replace the water tank and some accessories. Came in early and was patient to answer all my questions. Also gave me lots of advice on the general upkeep of the system, my plumbing and the house too. Stayed until all the work was done and checked in the next day to make sure there’s no issues (offered to come fix things if there were any). Could not recommend enough!

Really excellent service from initial survey through to new boiler install all in the same week. Very pleased.

Great service - came out quickly. Steve was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem with the boiler and clearly explained the possible solutions. He then made the arrangements for installing the new boiler in a few days. Would use the company again if needed

Carl came to fix our boiler on Friday and was very professional, knowledgeable and tidy. L stocker

Very prompt excellent service from both Steve(?) who I called out saturday,. to Chris who installed new boiler on the Tuesday. Both very courteous & informative , Good deal all round.

I chose this company off Facebook, and I was not disappointed, in fact I can’t believe my luck, they have been amazing, I had a new gas boiler fitted and an Engineer named Brandon came, he worked solid for eight hours, I had to go out for an hour, and I knew my house was in safe hands, that is so comforting for a woman. I cannot recommend Brandon highly enough, everything was left spotless. The phone calls to them were answered professionally and they made you feel you were important. .Thank you Premier Heating Solutions and Especially Brandon. I hope the company realises how lucky they are to have such a brilliant and nice Engineer. I even joined their “club”. Very happy bunny. Thank you.

Chris and George were brilliant, installed a new boiler with a considerable amount of pipework into an old property that has given us many issues in the past. Took only two days, very happy with the result.

Massive thank you to Carl from Premier Heating for sorting our hot water. Carl went above and beyond fixing the issue late in the evening, spending time explaining the issue and sorting it all under warranty. Would 100% recommend premier heating, great service!

I have used Premier Heating Solutions on a few occasions this year. They installed a new boiler for me and following this I have used them for other work. On each occasion they have come out the same day, explained the problem to me and provided a number of Solutions. I recieved a quote quickly and once accepted the work has been done quickly and professionally. My last problem a leaking tank was fixed within 4 hrs of my initial call. All of the engineers have been friendly, efficient and happy to explain every thing. I feel happy that I now have a really professional and friendly service that I can rely on. I would highly recommend them.

Andrew went above and beyond to get a replacement radiator valve and fit it for me which was very much appreciated in the rush before Christmas.

Reece was wonderful, he bent over backwards trying to assist in getting the heating working again with the (very) outdated heating system we (unfortunately) have. He was also excellent at explaining and talking through how he was working on it, which I really appreciated. Great service from Premier Heating Solutions, super friendly, polite, and very honest with pricing. (27 Nov 2025)

A great and reliable company who always get back to me quickly and resolve any problems. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My experience with Premier Heating Solutions was truly terrible. They claim to be “professional,” but their work quality, punctuality, and even behavior—nothing was professional. First, they promised to come by 10 a.m. to check the heating system. But no one came, no call. When I called them myself, they were still rude and said, “The technician is on the way.” They finally arrived after noon! They came so late and didn’t even do the work properly. They didn’t check some parts properly—in fact, they tried to add extra charges by showing unnecessary work. After their work, the heating system was running worse than before. Despite repeated requests, they couldn’t solve the problem. What’s worse—even though the work was bad, they still charge the full amount! Even when I called customer care, the support is very bad, no empathy, just excuses. Simply put, Premier Heating Solutions is not reliable at all, has no time management, zero quality of work, and the worst customer service. If you want to waste your money, get them to do the work, otherwise stay away!ki

Excellent work. Very polite engineer. Very pleased.

Chris and Stefan have done a brilliant job of the installation of a new boiler and replacing all the radiators in our property. Everything was left clean and tidy. Phil the sales representative was also very knowledgeable and was always very helpful with any questions we had. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Faultless service from Premier Heating Solutions from start to finish! Issues with an old oil combi boiler in our recently purchased Victorian cottage. Efficent appointment and communication handling in the office then within 2 working days, Zac and Scott came to check and confirmed it needed replacing (good bye holiday!) but were brilliant at explaining the options. They also realised of their own accord it was serious, as November and a long term illness with our boy, so within 2-days a full team arrived headed by Chris and Josh to remove, install and service the whole system in including refilling, bleeding and checking the 10 radiators. Chris was great at explaining how best to use the new system and keep it running efficiently. Cannot speak highly enough of them all, especially after some very bad experience with local cow boys. Highly recommended.

A very satisfactory experience all round. All Premier members of staff were polite and professional. Harley carried out the installation neatly and with minimal disruption. He communicated clearly and let us know when things changed. Harley protected flooring and cleaned up on completion. Harley is a credit Premier Heating.

We recently had a new boiler and hot water cylinder installed by Premier Heating Solutions and are very happy with the service provided. Everything ran smoothly from booking the initial visit to the final installation. Zach, who came to survey our property, was excellent. He explained everything clearly, was patient with our questions and promptly adjusted the quote when we later asked for changes. He was thorough and reassuring, open to discussing various options and focused on what suited us best rather than steering us towards any specific brand. We felt confident in the setup he recommended. The installation team, George, Harley and Tyler, were professional, tidy and considerate. They worked efficiently and left everything clean. With three installers on the job, the work was completed in just one day – other quotes had estimated it would take 2-3 days. This meant minimal disruption and having hot water back the same evening, which was important for us with a small child at home. Overall, the whole process was straightforward and stress-free. We’d highly recommend Premier Heating Solutions and plan to return to them for future projects.

We had an unexpected boiler failure two weeks back, naturally all these always occur over a weekend! Premier sent someone the same day, a Sunday, and identified a leaking boiler. The engineer made it safe and provided a recommendation and quote for a new boiler. No sales pitch. Within a few days a new boiler and also radiators valves were installed and system checked thoroughly. The whole house is well heated and we are very satisfied with the job done - timely and left clean at the end.

Good communication throughout and a seamless booking and installation service.

Very professional, and good work.

I wish I was able to give no stars but unfortunately this is not possible. I had a booked appointment cancelled twice the day before. When trying to call to resolve the issue no luck getting through on the phones. There is a lack of understanding of letting customers down. I just got a email sent with new dates to book in.

Professional, reliable and good quality, thoroughly recommended 👌

Andy M came round and was professional, polite and explained what was going on. Would use premier heating solutions again

Chris and Ollie worked extremely hard on our very complicated cylinder removal and replacement. The job took 4.5 days which was longer than expected but Chris and Ollie worked very late several nights running to try to keep on track and keep us with hot water on overnight. Even on those late nights Chris was happy to explain exactly where the job was up to, what the next steps were and how long he thought each step would take. I never felt he was rushing out of the door even after a very long day. They were neat and tidy, polite, friendly and trustworthy and I felt safe with them in my home and comfortable leaving them in the house as well. The initial quote from Zach was very clearly laid out and competitively priced and did not change, except to add a few extra parts which had been discovered as faulty along the way. We had half been expecting this so we were okay with that. We were entitled to 10% off those parts as part of the Premier membership which came included for a year with our quote.

Avoid this company if you want a reliable and professional service. Totally incompetent and amateurish customer communication. Zero stars.

Hard sell of "premier club"

Excellent service. Provided comprehensive quotes and work carried out professionally and with care and consideration for elderly resident. Highly recommended.

I had a new boiler installed and would highly recommend Premier Heating Solutions. The team are very knowledgeable & experienced, highly professional & diligent. 10/10 service - thank you very much!

Excellent, professional service.

Professional, punctual and polite

Very professional, correctly sized my new boiler system and installed with no fuss or mess. Even sorted out a rogue radiator value that was sticking when on site. Fully recommended.

Faultless service and quality. From the initial inspection and diagnosis, comm’s during, and work itself I was really impressed. I’m typically a highly sceptical customer when it comes to traders and it’s companies like this who change my perspective. Absolutely top class and will be my go-to from here on.

Brilliant service Shane was brilliant

Premier Heating are a family business offering a professional service which we'd highly recommend. Engineers are so knowledgeable and friendly.

Ejaz provided excellent service that went above and beyond. He carried out the boiler check quickly and efficiently, left the space tidy, was very polite, and fixed a longstanding issue with my hob which I thought was beyond fixing! Very impressed as always by Premier Heating and will continue to use their services, as I have done for many years now.

Excellent service.

This company sent an engineer who said I needed a new hot water tank for about £5,000. I asked another plumber, and he found out the problem was much smaller - cost me £50. It’s an absolute disgrace that they tried to exploit me like this. I worry about all of the elderly and vulnerable people that fall for this tactic. Before you respond and say you ‘don’t have a record’ of this work, I can provide details.

The engineer was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including areas that could be improved in the future, which I really appreciated. What should improve is a bit more care when it came to respect property/cleaning, such as removing shoes or using protective covers indoors. Overall, a solid service with room for a small improvement.

Superb service. Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, tidy. Highly recommend.

They were amazing. Both the work they did, reliability and the way the dealt with my elderly mother. They replaced her boiler and replaced a valve in her shower. They came across an unexpected issue and sent more staff to help and dealt with that as well. Couldn’t fault them. Harley the one that was there the most; was polite, courteous and couldn’t do enough to help my 86 year old mum. Thank you!

Excellent company, so very helpful and informative, top quality engineers, would highly recommend premier heating solutions

Chris was an absolute godsend, and my hairy legs can finally be made smooth all down to his wonderful work. Top man

We had asked for James to be the installer for our new Worcester Bosch oil-fired boiler as he impressed us so much with his knowledge and genuine good nature when he came to quote for the job. Both he and his assistant Tyller worked tirelessly for two days and completed the install in good time. Very impressed!

Brilliant from start to finish. Got an initial call within five minutes of placing an enquiry on Checkatrade. Zach came and gave us a quote explained everything really clearly with lots of different options. We weren't pressured at all to make a decision and once we finally decided Shane came today and fitted our boiler. He was absolutely brilliant explained how to use it nice and clearly I did an impeccable job of making sure everything was fitted Correctly and left the whole area where he's been working clean and tidy top bloke. Would hundred percent recommend the whole company.

Efficient to book however the service to our air source heat pump in Jan 2025 was not to the standard I had received elsewhere, the paperwork was for a standard boiler and so the pressure readings etc were not noted (and possibly not checked). Emailed to ask for clarification but received no response.

An all round great company to choose for your heating needs. After recently buying new house we wanted to update to a combi boiler and new radiators. The initial enquiry was responded to promptly and the lady on customer service was friendly and polite. We had a quote provided by Zack, he came to view the property and advised on suitable solutions which we found very helpful! We were happy with the price quoted and it was under what our surveyor has estimated which was a bonus! George and the second engineer (sorry I didn't catch their name) were prompt and gave regular updates as we could not be at the property while the work was being done. The work was delayed due to finding a gas leak which had to be resolved by the gas supplier. Premier still finished the job in 3 days. We did have an issue with our new plinth heater tripping the electrics and Premier sent an electrician to check the install. The heater is installed correctly the fault was caused by how the house consumer unit was wired! If your unsure who to choose you won't make a bad decision by picking Premier!

I got in touch with Premier and they were really helpful and replaced our boiler within days. Would recommend them

Annual boiler service All went well. Boiler in good health. Ejaz did a great job, explaining was he was doing and why. Very happy to have Premier Heating Solutions to do the job.

Needed to replace our boiler due to building an extension. I got in touch with premier heating to see if they could give me a quote. Zack came round to look at what work needed doing and advised on different options, talked me through the quote. The price quoted was very competitive and was able to start the installation the following week. We had two engineers (Harley and Tyler) who were very prompt, polite and respectful. They talked through the work and was extremely tidy throughout every stage of the install. We had the old system removed, tanks and pipework and the combi moved upstairs, all work was completed in 2 days and all rubbish taken away at the end of job. Premier Heating have been great to deal with from start to finish and would encourage anyone who needs a new boiler or boiler service to give them a call. Highly recommended.

Ejaz of Premier Hearing - was polite, professional and got the job done very quickly on the same day as giving the quote

Fantastic service, great engineers! We’ve had a few negative experiences with plumbing over the years so we were nervous about finding another company to replumb our house. But we’ve had nothing but excellent service from Premier Heating Solutions. Our first point of contact was Zach, who surveyed our job, answered all our questions (we had a lot!) and provided a fully broken down quote. Then Brandon and the team who came to work at our house were super-friendly, kind, and truly went the extra mile. I will absolutely be using Premier Heating Solutions again for all future plumbing and heating needs.

Andy - experienced, pro-active gas engineer at Premier Heating Solutions. Boiler service this time after he did major work last year. Good communicator. Very happy customer!

The team was very thorough, sending engineers to assess before the work was completed. A minor error was corrected rapidly. The engineers that completed the work were very friendly and explained all the details as they went.

Great company to deal with. Always very polite and quick to respond. We had a new oil boiler fitted. The engineers (Brandon, Harley and 2 others) that came out worked fast and efficiently. Also Zach was also helpful and understood our needs. Helped to guide us in the right direction. Highly recommended!

3 engineers visited my Dad's house to fit and commission a new boiler. Harley, Chris & Tyler were very professional and went over time to ensure they were left with hot water. They explained the new boiler system clearly and made sure Dad was happy. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent work from Brandon and Chris (engineers). Everything is just as I asked and positioned as requested etc. Also both very polite and attentive to my questions about the new control system etc. 5 stars to them both. I’ll be honest and say the communication from the company (regarding the slight delay in all radiators arriving) needs to be worked on. As there was no communication, just a generic invoice request to pay for the job done to date… This was not the fault of Brandon and Chris……, but they made good with excellent work. I would certainly recommend Premier Heating Solutions, for new boiler and radiator replacement.

Excellent service. Problem quickly diagnosed and resolved. Knowledgeable and friendly attention to detail.

I needed repairs on 2 issues, my boiler and toilet cistern. The toilet cistern was repaired immediately and with excellent advice by the engineer. The boiler needed (and may still need) a few visits, but the work and advice, so far, has been excellent and checks/repairs competently handled. It was by accident that I stumbled upon Premier Heating Solutions after a frustrating wait for British Gas. In the various communications and appointments I have been very ably and kindly assisted by Shane Gray, Brandon Richardson, Ollie Preston and Richard Callaway (and also once a lady called Helen (?), I think). The level of assistance, advice and actual work done, I believe, have been of the finest quality and standard. Also it has demonstrated that whoever attends an enquiry, they are all of equally high quality competence. Cost-wise Premier Heating Solutions are a bit higher than the providers I have previously used and including my decision to take up their Premier Club Membership. I have decided that their competence and reliability is trustworthy. That, so far, is worth my paying for, and of-course something I will always keep reviewing as I do with any professional service provider I use. I comfortably recommend this company to others.

AVOID – POOR DIAGNOSTICS AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. We called Premier Heating Solutions to restore heating, only to receive completely incorrect diagnoses. They blamed the gas meter and internal piping—both wrong—and basic industry-standard checks were never done. After spending thousands on unnecessary work, we discovered the issue was something simple that should have been identified from the start. Despite their engineer admitting fault, the company refused accountability and demanded payment in full, citing a blanket disclaimer. They even threatened debt collection. We were left without heating for weeks in winter, and Premier Heating Solutions showed no care or responsibility. If you value accurate assessments, professionalism, and fair treatment—look elsewhere.

Flawless experience from the first phone call to completion of work. They managed to get a plumber to us within a few days of the call (non-emergency). The issues were explained and three different options and quotes were given with no pressure to take one over the over. Chris arrived on time and carried out the work to the highest standard and was a pleasure to deal with. I will be using Premier for all work in future. Highly recommended!

Both James and his colleague (I missed his name, so sorry) were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. A pleasure to have in my home and carry out the work needed. An absolute credit to the business.

We’ve used Premier Heating Solutions a few times now and have always found them professional and reliable. The engineers are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Carl always does a fantastic job, and is always happy to offer help and advice when needed. Thank you!

Great service - professional, friendly & very helpful. Arrived on time, left no mess, excellent. Many thanks

Fast response with friendly service.

Chris and Ollie did an excellent job of installing a new oil boiler and power flushing our radiators. Both guys were friendly, competent and tidy. They were happy to explain their tasks as they proceeded. We're more than happy to recommend Premier to others.

Haley did a great job fixing my broken boiler pipe Courteous, prompt, efficient service and reasonable charges for response and resolution within 24 hours

Felt confident that they would be able to help from the initial phonecall. Rich got us booked in at real short notice and the following day Shane came round and completed the works. Really nice people, will definitely use again!

Found this company via check a trade to fit a new radiator. On their visit I decided to get long overdue boiler service too. Great experience right from stage of enquiry to booking to carrying out the job and leaving everything completed and tidy. Great to find tradesmen you can Trust :)

Everything arrived on time, super organised, very stress free and now have a new boiler installed. Chris who installed the boiler was fantastic, could not have done the job better.

Really professional organisation, fantastic customer experience right the way through from quotation to booking and then delivery of the works. Highly recommend

Shane did a great job repairing our heating system. He was polite and did a tidy job.

Luke was very polite and informative on his visit today. He removed a radiator and rebalanced the heating system successfully. Highly recommend.

Luke did an amazing job today and very respectful of the property. Highly recommended and explained everything he did and even recommended a few works to improve the boiler lifetime.

Carl was very helpful today and did a fast and efficient job on our radiator - would highly recommend

James the engineer did a full inspection of my boiler and heating systems. The service was very thorough and professional, and James answered all my many questions!

This is our third time using Premier Heating Solutions and we have found them to be very quick to book an engineer and resolve our problem. Carl was very friendly and efficient diagnosing the problem then returning the next day to resolve it.

Excellent workmanship; very neat & tidy. Friendly, helpful engineer & supporting staff. Cannot praise highly enough

Great service, professional and helpful

Amazing Experience, very professional, would highly recommend

Great service from Luke & Shane. Had a Hive and pressure gauge fitted to my existing combi boiler. Clean, professional, efficient and extremely considerate. Thank you again for an excellent job.

This is the second time I've used premier heating solutions. I was very happy with Harvey on the last visit and yet again happy. James was informative and was charming. Very happy with the work and very happy with the service. Cheers!

Absolutely amazing service from Premier Heating Solutions James Mulvenna the allocated engineer was so helpful and went into the major problem with my central heating in fine detail and my heating was fixed after not working properly for months

We were looking to get a quote for installing a water filter, and a plumbing engineer came within 24 hours. Carl was very patient with our questions, and gave us a quote. He even completed a free health check, which was unexpected! We received the certificate the same day. We are very happy with the professional service so far and are considering the offer. It's been a very smooth and easy experince. Thank you!

The engineer was OK, but I didn't appreciate the upselling and misleading selling of a service plan.

Very good service Carl explained everything very clearly and was always helpful giving advice

Chris was amazing! He came out promptly to check why my boiler wasn't working. He was very clean, took his shoes off to come upstairs etc, polite and friendly. He was very efficient and had my heating up and running in no time! Thanks Chris for your hard work and friendly attitude :)

Brandon did a very nice job. Efficient, helpful and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Very professional Plumber, (Ollie) a credit to the Company..He did a wonderful job considering it was an absolute mish mash of pipes etc... completely replacing and re-routing existing pipes for accessibility before he was able to fit new kitchen mixer tap. Very tidy, very mindful of property, would have no hesitation in recommending (OLLIE) or your Company. THANK YOU

The team at Premier Heating is great. Michelle was great on email, Zach who did a survey of our Boiler and Hot Water Cylinder was patient and sent a brilliant explainer video and Shane who carried out most of the work was very helpful in explaining how everything work and answered all my question.

Premier Heating Solutions were brilliant. Our old boiler was leaking and causing water pressures to drop. Calum came and did very thorough investigation to identify the leak free of charge. A week later George arrived and replaced the boiler with a new one and installer special filer and did a power flush to make sure the system will get lifetime warranty. George was very careful with the installation, respected the rules of the house ( we are shoe free house), tested the entire system and all of the radiators, and recycled the old boiler. We were very pleased with his knowledge and work.

I called Premier Heating on Saturday morning and they were with me within 30 min. After recognising that my existing boiler was likely to fail again due its age and condition, I decided that a new boiler was a better option, the boiler arrived on Tuesday morning as planned and Luke arrived on time as promised on Saturday. The new boiler was fitted and working before the end of the day. Luke and Oli were extremely professional and thorough in ensuring that everything was working and that they had cleaned up after themselves. The experience was extremely positive and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Great job !

Sunday morning and my tenants called saying their heating was not working properly. I called Premier Heating Solutions and with 2 hours an expert heating engineer was at the property. He not only fixed the problem but gave the entire system a health check which was very reassuring. I was surprised that the engineer knew all about Air Source Heat Pumps, very impressive. He was really nice and a great communicator, he saved the day. I will definitely use Premier Heating solutions again.

Excellent service. 1 week turnaround from boiler breaking and to installing a new one - and during Christmas period. Thank you! Harley was professional and very helpful throughout.

We had great service from Premier heating. They fixed our water pressure system and on another occasion installed a new boiler. Both engineers - Carl and Harley- were polite, on time, professional and very knowledgeable, they explained everything they did and how it all worked. I would highly recommend Premier heating services .

Carl W is a very professional and personable engineer who undertook the repairs that he previously quoted for. He kept me updated of his ETA and wasn't put off by my over friendly & noisy dog. I have recently upgraded to the Premier cover for reassurance as live with my Disabled Mother. This is the 4th time I have used thier services and Premier have always provided quality and reliable services. Thank you and a Merry Christmas!

Called Premier heating when I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Offered me an appointment for the following week but promised me a cancellation if one came up earlier. Rang me back an hour later, engineer on his way, he had finished early. Came to my home, gave me a fixed price quotation to change the kitchen tap over, and proceeded with the work that should have been simple and not taken that long, but ran into problems and took much longer. George my engineer was an absolute star, didn't give up with it, and was just amazing and went above and beyond to fix it for me. Still got charged the exact same amount as the quotation. Would recommend to anybody for excellent service and customer service in the office from Josie was fantastic too.

Very friendly and informative. Call out in 48 hours when others could not offer a slot within 2 weeks.

George was fantastic, found and solved the issue right away

Excellent company who provide a top rate service with responsive back office support. Carl is a very experienced and competent engineer who did an excellent job for us recently and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

The engineer arrived on time , was very polite and curious, he soon found the fault and explained what needed doing, he then fixed my boiler and got the heating going again. A very pleasant experience and can't fault them in any way. Left everything clean and tidy, have found my boiler company. Many thanks great job.

Have had a boiler service cancelled the day before twice in a row. Waste of time.

My father had a boiler replaced with this company and couldn't be more happier with the service or workers that attended his property..Zach was just brilliant when he came to assess the boiler for replacement with explaing everything ro us and the guys that came to fit the new boiler were just as good, Andy and Luke were very polite, professional and helpful..we would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs any work done in the future!!

Great engineer, terrible company. Follow up appointment could not be booked, called 4 times over 3 days and each time I was told I'd receive a call back and never did. They only seemed interested in getting me to accept a quote for work unrelated to my actual issue.

Genuinely faultless. Incredibly professional, diligent and hardworking team replaced our entire properties heating system in 3.5 days. No leaks, dramas or unsolvable problems. Even accommodating our children’s many questions. Thank you Chris, George and Tyler.

Absolutely first-class experience from start to finish. Our journey began with a service on our very old oil boiler, which was carried out to a high standard, including all necessary hoses and parts within the fixed service price. Next, we needed a quote to upgrade our gravity-fed system to a modern, non-vented system and to relocate our hot water tank. Zach’s communication throughout was excellent – he explained all options clearly, without any pressure. We were simply presented with the facts, making decision-making straightforward. The online systems for quotes and payments were seamless, providing a truly 21st-century experience with everything documented clearly and in plain English. When our boiler developed a split, we needed to move from quote to install quickly. Michelle organised everything smoothly, and they were able to fit us in within days. The installation itself was a big job, requiring access to multiple rooms and the loft. The team was incredibly respectful of our space – they protected the floors, wore overshoes at all times, and showed outstanding energy, professionalism, and workmanship. Huge thanks to George, Chris, and Tyler for their hard work and attention to detail. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service and the result. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant. Lovely guys cannot recommend enough.

Broken boiler replaced within days fantastic service clean quick and most importantly working very well. Thank you team especially Chris.

Had a lovely gentleman called James, he fixed all our issues and left with two very happy customers. Thank You James.

Harley, Kyle and Tom (sorry if i got the names wrong) all attended my multi year problem water cylinder who no private nor other companies like Homeserve could fix, they came in one day told me what others failed to in a matter of minutes (all for free!) as a duty of care and service. Within 2 weeks (due to my availability) new cylinder. No problems no mess absolute amazing job never felt more reassured and helped and their service is one of the best. Plus it all looks ascetically pleasing. Michelle to mention for her wonderful communication and keeping in touch with me. Thank you

Terrible service and dishonest tactics! I had an awful experience with this boiler company. My boiler broke down, and they claimed I needed an expensive power flush. Luckily, I had another engineer check it out, and it turns out all it needed was a simple valve change. To make matters worse, they left a danger note on my boiler. When I asked another professional, they said there was no reason for such a note to be placed. It feels like a blatant attempt to pressure me into getting unnecessary work done, which is a highly dishonest way to squeeze money out of customers. I'm cancelling all service agreements and will never use this company again. I would strongly advise others to avoid them if you value honest, reliable service.

So helpful when many other contractors were not wanting to help with our heat pump. Really quick and great communication.

George promptly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair as he had the necessary part with him. Excellent service will definitely use again and can recommend

Carl was a really friendly engineer with a real know how of the system. Did the power flush and replaced TRVs really quickly. Great work and extremely happy with their service. This is third time I have used them and always come back to them because they are so reliable.

Great friendly service and good communication from start to finish.

I received a phone call from the engineer, telling me what his arrival time would be, he arrived on time, He serviced the boiler and checked all radiators heated up, 2 never heated up, this fault was quickly corrected. Very pleased with the service and the engineer was very pleasant and helpful.

Millennials & Gen Z at their best - upgraded our gravity fed system to a non-vented system and moved the location of the hot water tank - excellent energy, attitude and high quality of work from all involved - shout out to Zach (estimator), Michelle (organiser) and Harley (lead engineer).

Had a lovely guy called Andrew come round to fix our boiler . He couldn’t be more helpful and answered all the questions that we had without hesitation. Would highly recommend his expertise.

First rate service. Big shout out for Steve; thorough, utterly professional and could not have been better. Many thanks, Pete

Very efficient service and helpful advising on a couple of other small issues in the house.

Steve was a very friendly guy and I was grateful of how he made sure I was completely clear on everything. He not only fixed the problem with the boiler and talked me through this, but also took the time to explain a few things to me to help me better understand the way the system works and how to fix potential common issues in the future. I was very impressed by the efficiency of the whole process from arranging the appointment over the phone, to how quickly I had an appointment and Steve’s service/level of expertise. Highly recommend

Andrew was very friendly and did a neat job in rearranging so awkward gas pipes. We would defiantly use Premier again.

Very reliable and all costs agreed upfront

Excellent friendly service, very professional and reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend.

Brilliant service from Andrew. He fixed the boiler problem really quickly. Thanks.

Very pleased with the quality of work. Andrew arrived promptly, did an excellent job and left the workplace near and tidy. We will certainly use Premier again.

Two weeks before moving house we lost hot water, they was able to assess the issue with the boiler, order the replacement part, and have it fitted within a couple of days (most of which was waiting for the new part). very professional, and well organised company.

They have a team of engineers and not a self employed individual and as such are able to offer faster appointments and have an administrative team answering phones to coordinate bookings. Competitive pricing and with the benefit of a company team provides a more professional service than one man band plumbers, who are inevitably always busy and unable to offer reliable timescales for jobs. I will use Premier again for my future boiler servicing and any other plumbing jobs needed.

Kirk and Chris from Premier Heating Solutions replaced our oil boiler last week. They did a great job and we are all snug and warm again now. Thank you.

New Boiler installation. We recently had a new boiler and associated pipework installed along with a full system power flush. Following a recommendation from a neighbour the process from start to finish was excellent and stress free. From the initial enquiry on line to a follow up conversation with Michelle in the office explaining what happens during our site visit. Zach was very informative and spent the time explaining the process from start to finish and accommodated our needs and various questions when we got the quote done at the house. On the first day of the installation both Harley and George worked very hard to get the system installed and up and running. Both were very professional and work conscious and left the home very clean. They were both very friendly and approachable. Second day of work which involved the system flush and completing the remaining installation was done by Chris who was again very professional , polite and knowledgeable. Credit to both George and Chris as we were made aware this was their first week with the company. Dealing with Premier Heating Solutions has been a joy from the start and we would highly recommend to anybody if anyone asked for recommendations on a company for a new boiler. Thank you again for all your hard work, great communication and continued support when there was a slight issue with the hot water, this was resolved efficiently and with out any problems which was much appreciated. We wish you all the best and look forward to using you again in the future.

Andrew was friendly, professional, and did a very thorough job servicing our boiler. We are very happy with the work and attitude/

Excellent local company who provide a complete central heating system and plumbing service.

Great service. Always have someone available on the day to some and take a look at an issue. Friendly and profession team. Highly and regularly recommend to others.

Good friendly local firm, very thorough!

Professional, efficient management. I had a new boiler installed. All done within the time scheduled and without any issues.

Premier Heating service my boiler regularly. They are always polite, tidy and suggest any work that might need doing without being pushy. They also installed the boiler a couple of years ago at a competitive price and everything has worked perfectly. This was after being badly let down by another local heating firm so we are very thankful for their fabulous service. I would highly recommend them and in fact they were recommended to me.

It was late in the day when Andrew came to look at our intermittent heating issue. Despite this he was very thorough and managed to narrow it down and fix the problem within 75 minutes. I can’t recommend Andrew highly enough - very knowledgeable about all parts of our heating system. Thank you for enabling us to be warm again.

Andrew was really polite, helpful, knowledgeable and fixed my issue. Great service!

Carl was really brilliant, explained what was wrong what works were involved time focus thanks to people like him Repeat business is assured for the future .very professional Amazing attitude DG

Excellent service and kept me informed of progress throughout the job. A pleasure to have them service my boiler and power flush my heating system.

Fitted our boiler and oil tank and do our service every year- really great company- would recommend!

Fantastic service from Andrew! He quickly identified the problem and took the time to explain through the issue and the potential solutions. Great service all round

I had a new ATAG boiler installed to replace my old Baxi and have been very happy with the service provided by all of Premier's team. Fast and professional.

Terrific service. They were punctual, efficient and reasonably priced. On both visits the engineer went into detail explaining what they had done. At no point did they try and up sell me. Wish I could find a plumber and electrician half as good as PHS

Pleasant and reliable service, both from the office staff and the engineers. Calls, emails and queries are answered promptly and pleasantly. The engineers arrived on time, were pleasant to talk to and very tidy. Only the second engineer neglected to call ahead of his arrival, which meant I was a few minutes away from home when he appeared (and called). However that does not change the fact that I would definitely recommend Premier Heating Solutions.

I can't recommend this company enough for how quickly they have responded to my call, dealt with me, and sorted my boiler out. Great team

Andrew was very helpful and friendly whilst diagnosing the issue I had. He explained the various options that I had along with the pros and cons of them letting me decide which one would suit me.

Very reliable Company. We have used them for about 14 years now and they keep our heating and water system running and in good condition.

Great experience with Premier Heating. We booked to have our boiler serviced and the technician was really helpful and answered all our questions. We decided to get a new boiler and smart thermostat and he helped us get it all booked in quickly. The process was really east and customer service excellent. The installation of the new boiler went quickly and smoothly too. The two technicians on site were courteous, tidy and very pleasant and patient (answering our many questions and explaining what they were doing). Great experience and would recommend Premier Heating if you have any boiler issues and want to feel reassured that you are going to get the best service!

I needed to have my 16 year old Worcester Bosch boiler replaced ready for the winter after looking on check a trade and websites decided to go with a local company with great reviews everything from start to finish went to plan the engineer's Kirk Scot and Lewis changed over the boiler to w/b 4000 combi and worked very hard and did a tidy job .I would recommend to anyone who needs a new boiler. Also thanks to office staff.

I bought a house that had electric storage heaters, got premier heating solutions round before the purchase went through to give me a quote for a combi boiler. They worked with me at short notice to complete the boiler install. It only took 2 days to complete. Thanks for the little treats after completing. Will recommend.

Hi Premier Heating Team, I just wanted to take the time and say a BIG thank you to Carl for the 2 days he spent here installing 8 radiators across the whole house. I mostly wanted to use Premier Heating because of Carl and how professional he acted. It that type of person when you start talking to them it's like you know them for years :) He kept me informed of any changes or anything that required to be looked at to make sure I was not in the dark at any time! On the back of that, I will definitely use Premier Heating for my next projects in the near future. Let's not forget Harley as well :)

Fantastic service. Thanks Carl.

Premier Heating Solutions installed a combi boiler and a water softener in my house in August 2022. They planned the job wrongly, took roughly 3 weeks to repair the outside wall of my house because they didn’t order the bricks in advance. The statics of the boiler job was awful, the boiler engineer this the low quality plastering after installing the boiler, they should have used a professional plasterer. Also, there leave a leak in the water softener that caused damage in our house kitchen cabinets. I would advise anyone to use this unprofessional company for anything!

I contacted Premier Heating when our water tank was overflowing through the external outlet pipe. The company responded to my call in a timely manner and sent Andy to fix it. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the broken float valve which rectified the problem. He arrived on time, was very tidy and thorough and checked everything was working afterwards, including our heating. Andy noticed that when he tried to turn the water off prior to fixing the overflowing tank, the stopcock inside the house was difficult to turn and was leaking slightly. He gave us a quote for replacing the stopcock which we accepted and he came back to do this job. As before, he arrived on time. In order to replace the internal stopcock, he had to turn off the mains water supply using the external stopcock outside the hose. This proved a mammoth task as it was deep underground and had become buried with soil. Andy painstakingly removed all the soil and eventually manage to locate the stopcock and turn the water off. I was very impressed by his perseverance and determination to get the job done. Premier Heating clearly believe in looking after their customers. We will certainly use them again.

Friendly and efficient service from the site visit to provide a quotation, through to installation and commissioning team for installation of a new oil boiler. Slightly over zealous attitude (by the accounts department) when chasing payment of an invoice less than one working day after completion of the work (especially as I had unresolved questions relating to the installation).

Excellent customer- focused service provided by Tom and Karl. Friendly professional and efficient. Respected our property. Pleasure to have them in our home . Highly recommend them.

Young engineer was very capable and sincere.

We were very impressed by Tom and Carl who came to fit a new boiler and heating system. Their professionalism and efficiency was exemplary and the quality of workmanship was excellent. They were friendly and respectful, explaining everything clearly. The efficiency of Michelle in the office to organise and coordinate everything so quickly was fantastic as our existing boiler had been condemned. Zach, the surveyor spent time discussing what was suitable for our circumstances and gave us a comprehensive quote. We would highly recommend Premier Heating Solutions.

My sincere thanks to Carl & Andy and the entire office crew for the absolutely wonderful service we received while replacing our boiler and hot water tank. Pricing was competitive but the friendly service and support were excellent. Great job, thank you all so much for making this somewhat worrying experience so painless. James

Boiler Service undertaken. Very professional as always. An excellent company.

Excellent service from Premier Heating Solutions for our complete central heating installation. I cannot thank and praise Carl enough for his consideration and professionalism. He is really customer focused and a true engineer who offers options and solutions to problems. We are very happy with the service we received.

Prompt service by a professional and friendly engineer!

Had a boiler service, went through whole of heating system and gave a detailed report. very professional.

Steve provided excellent service and quickly diagnosed the issue with my boiler. He carefully explained my options and was very informative and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Brilliant service, Tommy was excellent. Very happy 😊

Fitted new bathroom taps and isolation valve whilst performing the first annual service of the boiler they'd fitted last year. Very quick, friendly and professional. Drill-worthy service!

We have used Premier Heating Solutions for a number of jobs now and they have always provided a great service. In the recent works to replace radiator values and fix a leak, Carl was extremely friendly and professional. Then Carl installed some new pipework to repair a leak, always conscious to ensure the least disruption when tracing pipes and identifying solutions to problems as they became apparent. For the boiler installation, Tom, Carl and Scott provided an excellent service, quickly and efficiently replacing our old oil boiler. Overall, we are extremely happy with the work and service provided by Premier, would definitely recommend.

We needed our towel radiator in the bathroom replaced and the engineer that came was on time, listened to what we needed, was respectful of our property but more importantly a genuinely nice guy! He did great work and we are very happy!

I cannot thank or praise Carl highly enough. He phoned early to ask if an 8am - 8:30am arrival would be convenient and was here very shortly after 8am. He was incredibly polite and even brought his own coffee, meaning I didn’t get sent out by my wife for milk! I can’t fault his work, he has given us a working en-suite bathroom for the first time in nearly 2 years with shower water pressure that needs to be seen to be believed. He kept me updated throughout the time he was here and cleared up so well it’s as if he was never here. He was happy to answer all my questions and recommended solutions to a number of issues we have. I will gladly continue a relationship with Premier Heating Solutions and engage them for all future plumbing and heating works, and am happy to be entering into a Club Membership with them. All of the work recently carried out by PHS has been of the highest standard and I am happy to recommend this firm to anyone in need of plumbing work. Thanks Carl and all at PHS

Highly recommend Premier Heating Solutions. Our heating engineer, Carl, was friendly & professional the entire time, and stayed late to make sure the job was finished to a high standard. Definitely will be using Premier Heating Solutions again.

Excellent service from Premier Heating Solutions for our new boiler - thorough pre-quote survey, comprehensive analysis, prompt, efficient, friendly engineers who let us know what they were doing at every stage, and left the place tidy and clean. It wasn't the cheapest quote we had - but it feels well worth the extra. Would definitely recommend, and use them again.

Great service, well explained, and quick.

Purchased a house that came with quite an annoying pile of problems with the heating system. After a few other companies tried, to no avail, to repair this and get us heating I found Premier who tirelessly troubleshooted the problem until they got us working again. Also decided to replace the boiler through them as well which they did very quickly, professionally and efficiently. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

The engineer (Carl) was thoughtful and client-centric. Great job!

Professional and helpful!

My boiler was making some intermittent noises and a engineer came to have a look and said the one part needs to be replaced. Send me a qoute of 500£plus, I have accepted the qoute. Another engineer came on the scheduled day and sorted the issue. They have sent me £96 for diagnosis for the first visit and £500 for replacing a part, didn't knew diagnosis is part of the fix(I should start doing this in my business as wel). Service wise everything is fine, felt a bit expensive but did the job

After having a bad experience with another company this company were amazing. Identified the issue immediately and replaced the faulty valve. Highly recommend this company

Very good efficient service. Excellent communication from the engineer.

They cut the mains water to 5 houses without notice and won't bother to come and fix it! Unbelievable!

These people are why I'm without water tonight! They're not even my plumbers, they've cut through the water main to Elm Park Road

Helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

Overall happy, second time using Premier Heating Solutions for a complete central heating system. Phil very responsive via email, the engineer Sam worked really hard to get the job done and stayed later to ensure it was, he is an asset to the team. Zack who surveyed our property was friendly and helpful

Happy with the repair although an 'afternoon' appointment came at 6pm... not much point me taking the day off work to wait.... especially as no updates, I had to chase twice. The inital inspection was 15mins and £96 which felt steep. Looking back I should of questioned the bills quoted. £530 all in to replace a heat exchanger (took 20mins). Just had a quote back from baxi £370 all in, & my regular plumber who was busy £405. Happy with the work but nothing special/above and beyond to justify the extra cost. I recommend anyone looking here to shop around.

All my dealings with Premier Heating were pleasant and easy. Staff were helpful and efficient and work was completed promptly and cleanly. They supplied a complete new gas central heating system with radiators to replace my ancient warm air system. I look forward to using their services for all future maintenance requirements.

From first contact to Premier heating solutions about our shower pump and pipe work installation they were friendly and helpful , estimate was very competitive .The engineer who came was polite and courteous , We did have an issue after installation , but after a few phone calls and emails was rectified by Callum. Now we have a great working shower

Great service thus far. Engineer (Steve) turned up first thing and identified the issue immediately once gaining access to the inner workings of the boiler. Had the replacement pieces in the van and was able to fix the problem within the space of an hour. Additionally offered us a boiler service as ours hadn't been done in a while which we gladly accepted and he completed in a timely manner. Gave us on-the-spot quotes throughout for work to be carried out and also for future work if needed (a radiator will need replacing at some point soon). To top it off, Steve was a real gentleman with a personable and highly professional nature. We now have a warm house for winter! Recommended.

Very professional service given

Two guys turned up on time to install our new heating system boiler. They worked quietly (apart from the drilling walls,!) quickly and profesionally, leaving absolutely no mess behind them over the two days. They even had an extra person come to collect all their waste material and our old boiler. We cannot fault them and thoroughly recommend the Company.

Helpful staff
