We have used RP Plumbing & Heating on numerous occasions across our small portfolio of rental flats and at our home. We have found them courteous, friendly and helpful. They are quick to book you in and when we needed them in an emergency they were there within half an hour. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Great company.

Brilliant company ,very personable ,very informative and easy to get on with.Serviced our boiler in no time and left with a smile!!

Very efficient! Took out our old radiators replaced with new ones. Called RP Plumbing in again when we wanted a new toilet. Also very efficient and they leave everything so clean. We are about to ask RP Plumbing about taking out our bath and having a walkin shower put in.

Excellent service

Always very polite and helpful. Prompt replies and service. Leaves no mess. Will definitely be using their services again.

If you want professialism, high quality and reliability, look no further than RP. They assessed, recommended and fitted a replacement for my 15 year old boiler , exactly on the day they stated. It works even better than we expected. The new pipework needed to link with the old boiler's would be a tribute to any professional engineering company. Their price was very acceptable and when they had gone, it was cleaner than when they started. I would recommend this company to everyone.

A very good plumbing firm !!!! all aspects covered with good knowledge and respect to our family home, I was recommended by a friend I would highly recommend for all gas boilers , heating systems and general plumbing I would use again!

Such a professional company! Today I had my boiler serviced and I cannot praise R B Plumbing enough. Communication was top notch throughout and their engineer polite and professional. Thank you. I look forward to using your service again and will recommend to friends and family.

Ryan was professional and informative. The boiler service was thorough with relevant advice. Happy to recommend.

Great service at a great price

Ryan is great. Had a gas leak in the peak of winter. He responded immediately and prioritised my repairs . Remediated the fault in record time. He even gave me a portable heater to keep warm for the period he carried out repairs. He's100%

Would use them again

Ryan arrive on time, left on time, fixed my leak, advised on other plumbing issues in the house and tidied up after himself. And very good humoured to boot. Nice one, thanks

We have known and used the company for many years and they have always carried out a professional job and always at preferential rates

Fitted a boiler for us, as well as adjusting the pipe work for better concealment. They also removed one radiator and replaced another. Fantastic work throughout, clean, tidy and friendly. Would recommend.

Excellent service. Both Engineers are friendly and leave the job clean and tidy.

All good

Really lovely guys. Reworked my parents’ bathroom into a separate toilet and shower room. Good price, punctual, cleaned up after themselves and would recommend.

A very quick response in order to fix our underfloor heating. Thank you very much for your services.

Very reliable company, being a dance studio owner I have arrived to find no heating and they will always be there to fix the problem immediately, couldn’t ask for better service and would highly recommend to everyone

RP plumbing removal an old steel radiator and fitted a new energy efficient one plus changed the pump on central heating. All works completed well and left tidy

Excellent timely service and advice

Great plumbers at very reasonable prices. Had a boiler service done and they found a gas leak which they fixed there and then.

After 3 price quotes across three different boiler installers, these guys were the best price by a few hundred quid despite being 30 miles away from my house. Very happy with works - all done with no mess in 1 day and took the old boiler away. Nice polite blokes and did a great job. Would definately use again. 10/10.

When our boiler failed during the coldest part of January, RP Plumbing and Heating were very helpful and arranged to install a new boiler within days. Their customer service was excellent, the price was very competitive and they turned up when they said they would, completing the job within the day. The plumber (Dan) did a very tidy and professional job and we are completely satisfied with the work. Thank you to all involved.

I have used Ryan and his team for all my plumbing & heating needs for many years now. This has ranged from changing radiator valves through trouble shooting a failed component to a brand new boiler as well as fitting water softener and kitchen taps. RP could work on my old system which was fairly complicated - pressurised system and cold water accumulator and when I moved house the Under floor Heating system was also no problem for him (replaced and reloacted the manifold) and helped me spec and get installed new controls. The main reason I use RP is whoever comes they always arrive on time, are corteous and considerate, try to make the least mess and disruption possible and get the job done right first time and neatly.

Rob certainly knows his stuff. Very reliable and certainly worth every penny. I have recommended him time and time again and never hear any bad words about him or his workmanship.

I live in a 1st floor flat and am doing a kitchen/diner, hallway and bathroom renovation. Ryan and his team have completely isolated my old hot and cold water services that were buried in my concrete floors and installed new pipes through the ceilings. Delivering services to my kitchen, boiler and 2 x bathrooms. The flow and cleanliness of the water is astounding. They have also re-positioned a boiler on to an adjacent wall, chased new radiators pipes and installed 2 x new radiators. Ryan and the team are the neatest workers I have seen and pride themselves in what they deliver. They come highly recommended

Quick response, hassle free. Nothing negative to report.

Absolute life saver. We had an issue with our boiler that was setting off Carbon monoxide alarm. We were without heating and hot water for 4 weeks. We called lots of boiler engineers who all tried to upsell us a whole new system without looking at the root cause. Rob came out and was the first person to actually open up the boiler and look. He managed to diagnose and solve the problem very quickly and at a good price by changing out some of the parts. Would 100% recommend to anyone else. RP Plumbing actually want to help rather than try upsell you for a £6k job to fit a new boiler on a 3rd floor flat when it wasn't needed

Very poor requested a receipt for boiler service via post/email/phone call with no response.Rectified very quickly and would use again 👍

RP Plumbing fitted a new boiler, new radiator and serviced our gas fire. They did an excellent job, were competitively priced and left the house tidy. The team were all very professional, courteous and friendly. Highly recommended!

Dear Ryan, I would just like to say how pleased Alison and I were with the way in which you resolved the space issue in our Boiler room/airing cupboard. You assessed the situation and calmly asked the salient questions in order to find a solution. Not only that but you initiated the changes there and then but cutting the 4 pipes that needed re-routing. Shortly after Dom had completed moving the storage cylinder and continued with the rest of the installation. We are both extremely pleased with the work carried out by your team and feel that the work your guys carry out is to a very high standard. All those we have encountered highly regard you for your hands on skills and ability to find the best way to resolve issues. Our experience reinforces their confidence. Many thanks again. Kind regards, Alison and Mike
