Andrew Pipework Services Ltd earn praise for friendly, knowledgeable staff and speedy boiler servicing, with several customers calling the service excellent. However, not all feedback is positive: one customer felt a cylinder service and pipe noise investigation was expensive for the short time spent on site, and another waited six weeks without receiving the promised quote.
Always great service and advice when servicing our boiler.
Seemed nice when he came round to look at what needed doing, but six weeks later, still no quote.
With hindsight they were very expensive compared to others. I was charged £200 for a cylinder service and investigation of a pipe noise. The guy spent a total of 24 minutes at the property - and they wouldn’t let me carry forward the quoted time to replace the part that was causing the noise. I feel the company could have guided me better and not add on extra time upfront and just recommended the service first (especially as I suggested the noise was coming from a part that forms part of the maintenance routine). In the current cost of living environment I’ve been forced to pay for something that wasn’t needed. I’ve since engaged with another outfit and they would have charged half the price. They were also significantly cheaper for the replacement part.
Quality firm to deal with , excellent service .
