Heatworks Heating Limited

Came to service boiler and did an adequate job. However my 70+ mother asked engineer to set correct time and date for her and he brushed it off. She called another local engineer who told her to call Heatworks back and said they should have done it and should send someone out. On calling Heatworks the person she spoke to said they would need to charge her again for sending someone out....I managed to do it in a couple of mins which is all it would have taken the engineer to originally do. Won't be using them again. I can only assume given the glowing comments given on the detail engineers go to to fix things for others they don't value OAPs as much.

Very reliable company. Easy to book in boiler services and landlord gas safety checks. Reasonable prices.

After being let down by local company I telephoned Heatworks on Wednesday 16th July to ask if I could get a quote to replace our old domestic water heater with a new combi boiler. I was given a same day appointment for Dean to quote for the required work. Dean arrived on time and discussed the various boilers they were able to fit and when I had made my choice was able to give me an immediate fixed quote which I accepted. He then asked when I was looking to have the work done and I said I had hoped to get it done before the school holidays. Dean was able to book me in for a 2-day job the following Monday 21st July to remove the old water heater and gas fire and replace with a new combi boiler and radiator. Luke arrived on time Monday and treated our property with care putting down dust sheets to prevent mess getting everywhere. In no time at all Luke had removed the old water heater and bricked up the large square flue hole internally then re moved the gas fire and did the same for the round flue hole. Within 1.5 days Luke had completed the job by installing the new boiler and radiator and I was very pleased that Luke s pipework was very neat and kept within a tight space as requested. He completed the job by commissioning the new boiler and radiator and explaining any controls I needed to use. Luke also cut out all the half bricks around the old flues and rebricked up the holes leaving the wall looking as good as new. We found Luke to be very friendly and knowledgeable and after the work was finished, he took away all rubble and old appliances and left our property in a clean state.

Brilliant service from Heatworks today when I was let down by a different company. Arrived promptly, on time and completed the job thoroughly to a good, clean and tidy standard. Would recommend highly

Cannot fault our heating engineer we had today. Our decades old boiler (circa 1970s) had no signs of life. Inside of an hour he managed to have the whole thing apart, totally cleaned out years of debris (previous owners didn't service probably ever) and managed to identify the issue which he resolved without replacement parts, just a load of clearing out. All the debris that came out was quickly vacuumed up as he worked, one less job for me to do today. Boiler is now ready for winter and we're happy that it doesn't need replacing just yet. Top marks!

Managed to get an appointment and have a new boiler fitted quickly. Very happy with the service. Would recommend to anyone in the Southampton area.

I needed a replacement gas central heating boiler. The whole process from initial estimating to installation complete was very easy. I was impartially advised on a suitable replacement for my existing boiler and there was no high pressure salesmanship. The boiler was fitted in one day and up and running by 3:00pm. The overall price was very fair and competitive. I'd unreservedly recommend Heatworks .

Have used them for a number of years for boiler repairs and servicing . Always a great service and reasonable cost . Turn up on time and nothing too much trouble

Had them replace my boiler recently and they did a great job considering how challenging it was and their engineer was highly professional. They replaced the flue in the ceiling without pulling the ceiling apart.

Heatworks came to service our boiler. After installing our boiler in our previous house so hassle free to have them service the boiler in our new house every year

20 year old boiler stopped working Xmas Eve 2023.. Got several quotes. At first had doubts as you know the big players for boilers are Boxt and British Gas but in the end excellent service and good price. They did what they said they would do and arrived on time of installation day. The Installer knew his subject. Have also signed up to their boiler service plan.

My old boiler, 30+ years old, was going to cost £700 to repair, with no guarantee that something else might not fail. So a new combi boiler was a no brainer. Dean's estimate was slightly cheaper than elsewhere, so Luke appeared bright and early on Monday and dismantled old boiler, immersion heater and water tanks in the loft. On Tuesday the new boiler was installed, along with thermostatic valves. Wednesday saw the rads vented and on Thursday morning Luke went to some trouble to source matching bricks for the hole where the old boiler used to be, and meticulously checked the rads and the boiler performance. He was friendly, polite and tidy throughout. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I highly recommend Heatworks Heating & Plumbing. We needed a new boiler and I am happy we chose this company. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. They listened to our needs, explained everything and provided a quote accordingly (which was very competitive and fully adhered to).The Engineer Luke was very punctual, professional and tidy who carried out the work with utmost care. The installation was of the highest quality with absolutely no short cuts taken. After a very long first day, Luke returned bright and early the 2nd day as he was not satisfied with the efficiency of a few of the radiators, ensuring everything was absolutely right before leaving. Thank you for the fantastic service.

Good job done thanks

I recently needed my boiler replacing which I ended up getting several quotes to ensure I got the right people for the job and I can say that HeatWorks were by far the most helpful, down to earth and confident in what they suggested/offered, making the whole process a breeze and far less daunting than I thought it was going to be. They were thorough from start to finish ensuring relevant quotations were provided in person (unlike the others) with no unnecessary costs added on! Scott and Dean were great and would recommend them to all family and friends and will certainly use them again if needed. ⭐️

Was recommended this company and having looked up their feedback went ahead and booked a new boiler to be fitted. Dean came and quoted and was thorough so we understood every aspect of the job . Date set fitter Luke turned up on the dot and proceeded to work a solid day with care taken in protecting our premises. Brilliant polite young man who went the extra mile for our satisfaction. For care 5/5 for business care 5/5 for instant extra care 5/5.Would recommend this lovely local company to anyone intending any work to be carried out on a domestic property. Thank you all at Heatworks Heating & Plumbing Ltd.
