Absolutely fantastic service received from Bespoke Heating from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Bespoke to everyone. From the initial telephone call I made when my boiler had broken to completion of a new boiler their service was second to none. The whole team are professional, knowledgeable and courteous (qualities rarely found these days). They turned up when they said they would, (phone calling ahead when they were on their way). Once here they got on with the job keeping me fully informed throughout the whole process. A new boiler was installed in an airing cupboard and the difference between this new one installed by Bespoke and the old one fitted by a well-known company are leagues apart (Bespoke being top of the Premier League). Trust me, don’t waste your time ringing around and waiting for people to possibly turn up when planned to give you a quote as nothing will surpass Bespoke Heating for quality of service. Thank you

I'd been struggling to find a reliable heating engineer for some time before I came across Bespoke Heating, and I'm really pleased I did. Debbie helped quickly and promptly with a next day appointment and quotes followed just as quickly. Stephen came out to fix my persistent boiler fault at short notice and was excellent throughout — friendly, unhurried, and clearly knew his way around the system. It was a long job but he was quiet, clean, and completely unobtrusive to have around the house. He explained everything he was doing, talked me through the new controls he'd fitted, and was patient with my questions. Highly recommended.

Initially given an extensive quote giving everything that would be done. Also given a choice of boiler. Really professional and well versed in their trade. Cleaned up every night and explained what they were doing and why. Very tidy system. All rubbish and redundant equipment removed. Matthew and Frankie did a really good job.Thanks also to Debbie in the office and Stephen for the original contact and input over the time they were here. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bespoke Heating and will be having them back in 12 months for the annual service.

5* service. Couldn't ask for better service. From the initial contact to completion of job, everything was excellent. Excellent communication from Debbie which meant I was able to be at home in time for Stephen's arrival - no waiting around for someone to come. Stephen was really helpful, explained the problem and returned the following day with all of the parts needed to not only fix the boiler but also my kitchen tap and leaking stopcock. Stephen meticulously checked everything was working before giving me a full explanation of the work he had done and offering me handy tips for using the thermostat. Although Iv not had no work completed of this company I'd like to give them 5 stars for their communication and customer service alone Iv been trying to get a boiler installation quote and booking for weeks and not one company have messaged me back apart from these even though they had no availability they still messaged me back which to me a message back even if it is just to say we can't fit you in is a win in this day and age because most companies just ignore messages and don't bother so thank you for that 🫶🏻

Great local company who are great at keeping in touch and fully updated throughout the process to explaining everything throughout the full installation and immaculate with how clean they kept my kitchen when completing. Wow!!, what an incredible service!!. From the very first interaction with Debbie, the survey and advice from Stephen, to the superb installation of our new gas central heating system by Stephen, Mathew, Freddie and Dan, I can honestly say I have never, ever, dealt with such a professional company. The install was done methodically, efficiently, and so precise as to it being almost a work of art. The lads were polite, friendly and a joy to have around. Their work ethic was second to none, the end result is a system so very well integrated that it looks as if it has always been there. Wow!! We had the privilege of having Bespoke Heating install our new boiler. We first noticed an issue at the end of last year with a persistent pressure issue. I contacted Bespoke and in no time at all we had agreed a date and time and Debbie was able to work around my work schedule with ease. Matthew quickly came and diagnosed the problem and he talked me through the issue- he even went out his way on New Years Eve to stay late and explore the issue further. After some discussions with Steven and Matthew a new boiler was needed and Debbie quickly sent over possible options and quotes - brilliant communication! I even went away for a couple of days and Matthew and Steven helped my wife and son by making sure they had hot water as I couldnt be there to help. Debbie kept me updated with everything and within 2 weeks, Matthew and Franky were installing our new boiler and seamlessly worked in and around the house (even with a very hyper dog at their feet), making sure we weren't left without hot water and heating during the installation. Everything was professional from start to finish and it was all done to an extremely high standard. I have dealt with many companies/tradespeople and I can honestly say Bespoke Heating is easily the best- to the point I already have my next job for them lined up. Could not ask for better!

What a great company, had a problem with the boiler and Stephen took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to repair it. He’s the first heating engineer to do that and the only one we’ve had who knows how to work on a Baxi. Can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again.

At every stage in the process of bringing us back to the 21st century, following a total heating failure, Bespoke Heating were excellent. It began with the visit of Stephen, who came to assess the problems with our boiler. He fully explained the issues, including highlighting elements which were both outside the regulations and potentially very dangerous. We received a detailed quotation from Debbie, the office manager, within hours and were able to commit to the works. Engineer Matthew arrived bang on time and worked solidly throughout to ensure that our system was up and running by the end of the day. He returned the following day to install two failed items which could not have been identified earlier, but he demonstrated what was wrong with them. He was not only very professional and polite throughout the work, but he was also a very knowledgeable young man. We now have a fully clean, operational heating system which should be good for many years. Thank you Bespoke for a great job well done - I couldn’t recommend you any higher.

What a fantastic company, called with an out of the blue emerging problem, Debbie on the phone was extremely helpful and polite. We had one of the engineers, Matthew, out the same day who again was professional and polite sourced the problem explained everything clearly to me and my husband. The problem was fixed the following day by Stephen again nothing but polite and professional, completed the work and provided me all the necessary information, even cleaned up after himself and left the space as he found it. I would 100% recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

When my dad's heating broke amidst snow and minus temperatures, I spoke to Debbie who was an absolute pleasure to liaise with as she arranged for Stephen to come out the same day to have a look. The issue was identified and the work completed at a date and time that worked for us. Everyone at Bespoke was friendly and helpful as Stephen explained every detail so my knows-nothing-about-boilers self understood. The lads were all a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely use their services again in the future.

I booked for an annual service only to find a leak the night before! Mathew was firstly fabulous at greeting the wild pooch, respectful of my home. Talked through each step, happily adjusted to the change and managed expectations. After finding and fixing the leak! Yey! Servicing the boiler he talked me through his findings in detail. Had an issue with the boiler had lost all power a previous gas engineer and also an electrician couldnt resolve the issue so before replaceing the boiler completely i decided to try Bespoke i spoke to Debbie who was both very friendly and professional kept me informed every step of the way. Mattew the engineer was friendly and very efficient resolved the issue in under an hour were two others failed five star service all the way.

I have today had a hive smart thermostat fitted by Bespoke Heating NE Ltd of Middlesbrough to replace my nest thermostat which has been discontinued by Google. Initially I spoke to Stephen who helped me to decide what system I should take on as I was quite out of touch with such technology. He was very descriptive and conveyed in terms I understood. From his advice I decided on the hive system. Arrangements were made to have it fitted within a few days when Matthew arrived. On arrival Matthew polightly introduced himself and explained the procedure followed by him showing how to work the device. He explained the workings so well I easily understood. Upon completion he left leaving my place so tidy. He is an extremely pleasant guy with unlimited knowledge of the business. I should also mention a lovely lady Debbie who on calling will discuss reasons for the call and keeps in touch until completion of the work. To conclude I would highly recommend this firm for their workmanship and knowledge. In future I know where I will get help from without any worries. .

Excellent Service from Bespoke Heating! My boiler broke down unexpectedly, and Bespoke Heating were absolutely fantastic. I called in the morning, and they managed to come out the same day and had it fixed within a few hours. This company is brilliant their customer service from the beginning with Debbie to commencing the works was second to none. Stephen and Matthew were fantastic relocating out existing boiler and installing new radiators where needed and installing new radiator valves. Bespoke Heating service the boiler and heating annually. I wouldn't ask any other firm to do this as BH have maintained my heating to a very high standard. I've just turned on my heating for winter and the radiators are blasting - the house is lovely and warm within an hour. The customer service is also top class - friendly and efficient. Pricing is very reasonable too.

Can’t recommend Bespoke Heating enough. Debbie, Stephen, Matthew and Dan are all exceptional. Had a leak in my boiler on Monday, Matthew came out within a couple of hours and immediately recognised that the boiler was unsafe. A quote for a new one was sorted the same day and fitted over the weekend. I’ve not experienced a more hardworking company - they are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They go over and above to ensure a difficult situation is made more bearable- even offering temporary heaters as I was without heating for a few days. They are also extremely clean and tidy. While it is never pleasant to receive the news that your Boiler is unsafe and your gas supply has to be capped for your protection, I have only good things to say about Bespoke Heating! Once they discovered the state of my boiler, they moved heaven and earth to both communicate clearly what the issues were and install a new boiler as quickly as possible, starting work the very next day and leaving me without heating for only two days! Special mention should be given to Matthew, who was both great at keeping me informed as to what was going to happen each day so I could continue to work from home and not letting my cat escape into the wilds of durham despite her best efforts! Debbie also did a great job of coordinating everything to ensure the job could happen as quickly as possible! I would highly recommend Bespoke Heating to others as they provided an excellent service!

5 star service on Bespoke! Big thanks to Matthew for excellent service and communication. All through out from booking till the day of service is excellent. Booking- 5 star for easy booking of appointment and is very polite to talk to. Communication- 5 star for sending emails for confirmation and on the day of visit. Also 5 star to Matthew for explaining very well what he's going to do and even showed me pictures of what he did and also the result and findings. Payment- 5 star as they can receive cash or via card as they got card reader with them. Price- fair price and worth the money. I am very happy so I've ask them to put me on annual boiler check so I don't need to find other company next year.

Just had Steve sort our L2 boiler fault at short notice, rang up 3pm Sunday, arrived at 7pm can't complain. Fixed the problem, talked us through what was wrong, why it was wrong and what should be done at the next service to keep it right long term. Good polite service with good knowledge, would recommend.

I called Bespoke Heating as I had no hot water or heating. I chose them because they had good reviews. A bonus was they were based around the corner from my home. They visited the same day & put a plan together to get my boiler up & running. Parts were ordered & the works were complete within 23 hours, which I was very pleased with. I really felt that getting our heating & water back on asap was made a priority by Matt. During the call out they checked over my boiler & water tank for wear & tear & any other possible issues. My boiler is 10 years old & has been really reliable so far. Some things needed attention but were not urgent. Matt gave some great advice on how to get the best from our boiler, was really knowledgable, professional & realistic. We decided to get a service plan with them which would include fixing any faults to keep the boiler healthy for the future. I would totally recommend this company for their knowledge & reliability. Well this is going to be quite a long review but if your looking for a company this is the review you need to read. I was having a new kitchen fitted 2 weeks ago when I realised I need all new piping leading to the new sink. Everything stopped. I rang around a few gas companys and after only a couple of hours Bespoke came to my home. Stephen and Matthew were amazing. Very knowledgable and wanted to help us the best they could considering the short time frame we had and everything was on hold because all the pipes were leaking. Although it was Matts day off the following day with being a weekend he came the following day and worked 6 hours replacing everything for me. In the next breath Stephen realised the new worktop was wrong size and it would be no good once all the new pipes were fitted. Stephen stepped in again and because it was going to cost nearly £200 to deliver then next day Stephen got a van big enough and drove to Darlington to pick it up for me. This was an hour round trip to collect and drop off to me. This was above and beyond their job role but his priority was to help me. I will never use any other company going forward and if you like the personal touch these guys are for you and you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much guys you saved my life that weekend its much appreciated 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I live in Sunderland and I came back from work late on the evening to find that my boiler was leaking. I phoned up at about 12:20am and the woman who answered (I think her name was Debbie?) was really helpful and understanding as I had only just moved out on my own for the first time and was a bit confused about the boiler. They sent Stephen out shortly after and he arrived a little over an hour later and fixed the problem in around 30 minutes. He was also very helpful and gave me advice on how to sort this out with my landlord. Overall, a very good experience with this company and will definitely use them again in the future if I have any more issues with the boiler.

I can’t recommend Bespoke Heating highly enough. Our boiler stopped working on Thursday we were without hot water, I read positive reviews and contacted bespoke heating, Debbie answered and was so friendly and reassured me that somebody would come over the same day to diagnose the fault. Debbie let me know what time the engineer would arrive and sent me an email confirming the appointment. Matthew, arrived on time and ran through a series of diagnostics, he found the fault and checked everything thoroughly. Although there was a series of major faults, Stephen talked me through the options of repairing or replacing. For us, replacing was the way to go but they completely understood this was not always an affordable option and there was no pressure, no sales pitch, it was refreshing. We had the quotes for all options the same day (thank you Debbie). Once we’d decided, the new boiler was in and working by Sunday (3 days after the initial call out), Matthew and Dan were amazing. I’m so glad I decided to make the call, 5 star service from an amazing team.

After having two companies out from Thirsk in North Yorkshire and my boiler still was not working. I got in touch with Bespoke Heating and they sent Matthew and Daniel. Matthew diagnosed the fault within 30 minutes and fixed the fault after a call to the plumbing shop. The hot water and heating now works and I’m so happy it’s sorted. Bespoke did everything that the other companies couldn’t do. The fault diagnostic isn't the cheapest but it would have saved me money if I had gone to them in the 1st place. Money well spent and no more showering at the gym. 100% fan of Bespoke Now. I just put on Facebook how happy I was that Bespoke had sorted my problems and didn’t realise most of my friends have used them. Small world.

I live in Harrogate and Bespoke Heating have just fitted a Baxi Combination boiler with Hive internet controls and a full power flush as we had major issues with sludge. Debs in the office taking the calls is very professional and was always keeping me informed, the lads were absolutely great to have around and the job is top notch. Steve, Matt and Dan are so polite, and full of important information about the heating system and how it works: I would and will recommend Bespoke to anybody as they are a true professional company. Bespoke was a recommendation from a friend of mine.

Matthew arrived at my house (Bassleton lane) to fix a gas pipe I had screwed into. He came with everything they needed to fix it. There was no second appointment, no additional charges. Everything was done perfectly and I had power and heating within an hour of attendance. Fully recommend them for anything in future!

Bespoke heating were fantastic. They removed my old boiler and installed a new one with a thermostat and all the mod cons. Dan and Matthew were happy to come out the bank holiday weekend to get my boiler sorted and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Fantastic service from Bespoke Heating North East! Had an emergency boiler issue in the evening, and they attended within the hour. Stephen quickly diagnosed the fault and had it repaired within half an hour—extremely knowledgeable and professional. Debbie was also very helpful when booking the appointment. Highly recommend their reliable and efficient service!

Absolutely fantastic service from the first phone call with Debbie to the very end conversation!! Debbie asked the problems, make and model of the boiler and within a 5minute phone call booked us in. Stephen was then at the door within 3.5hours from booking the appointment, within 15mins found the problem and then half hour later problem fixed, showed us the part changed and the problem with it. And most of all my grandmas heating back working again all in 1hour! Absolutely lovely genuine bloke and will most definitely be using again in the future and I will be recommending to anyone else who has boiler problems. I read positive reviews online and found my experience matched what was described. Debbie in the office was very friendly and eager to help and managed to get an engineer out the same day. She rang just before he arrived right on time! The engineer was friendly and respectful of my property, and managed to fix my heating and hot water in about 30minutes! Unbelievable service. Spoke to Debbie on each occasion over the phone who was honestly so lovely, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout. The engineer that attended (Stephen) was phenomenal as well. So friendly, Identified the problem really quickly, explained it at my level and fixed it with no issues! We had an emergency on 2nd January where my 92 year old dad's heating wasn't working after returning from a holiday. A big concern to ensure he was safe and warm. After trying other options existing to us with no success, Bespoke Heating NE were responsive and with us within an hour of our emergency call. Deborah (owner) was helpful and supportive. The fitter who attended (Stephen) was courteous and diligent and talked us through the issue so we could follow up accordingly with our existing service provider. As a matter of fact, we'll be considering Bespoke for our future service support, on the back of fast and courteous service, solid solution and mainly emergency support that we know we can access accordingly.

I would recommend this company to anyone! My boiler completely broke down very shortly before Christmas, Debbie our point of contact was in constant communication with myself with updates, time of arrival, breakdown of works and what was required which was great to have. The engineers Steve, Matt & Dan who carried out the works were great very professional and worked to a very high standard explaining what was happening each step of the way from start to finish and how to use the system efficiently. To have the works done 2-3 days before Christmas was great service and not rushed and at no point were we made to feel that this was inconvenient. After our thermostat broke gave bespoke heating a call customer service was excellent came out the next day and fitted a new one got help with the type of thermostat I needed very friendly and reliable would recommend 100 percent

I called bespoke initially as I was worried about noises from my boiler and I already knew that I potentially needed a whole new central heating system after other professionals had visited. I was pleased that they came out straight away and I was very grateful as I was very anxious I was made to feel very reassured by the engineers which influenced my decision to have them do the central heating repiping. Both engineers where very professional explained everything to me and the work was very good with no mess at all Debbie who organised everything from the beginning was lovely and kind and kept me updated at all times I would highly recommend these guys without a doubt thank you

After a false carbon monoxide alarm resulted in the gas being shut off, I called Bespoke to check my boiler and gas line to ensure all was safe. The customer service when booking the appointment was friendly and communicative, and the service provided by Bespoke was thorough and efficient. The team were really helpful, and I'll definitely be using them for my annual boiler service going forward.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. We needed some work doing in our downstairs cloakroom - a new loo - in our house in Stokesley. They arrived on time, quoted a fair price and completed the work to an exceptional standard. They even gave us fabulous advice on wall panelling!

From the first phone call to the last fitted part Bespoke Heating have been brilliant, courteous, friendly, thorough and knowledgable. They have dealt with the problem on my boiler quickly, efficiently and at a great price. Very friendly and efficient. I called from Saltburn for a leak on the boiler, Debbie was friendly and helpful from the start. She offered to send someone straight away and explained the process and price. They diagnosed the fault straight away and I received an email quote for the full repair within minutes. Once I agreed to the price they returned and fixed within a couple of hours and cleaned up after. They answered questions and gave good advice and recommendations. I would highly recommend and will be using again if I have any further problems.

Bespoke Heating was instructed to make corrective work on a previously poorly installed Ideal combi boiler. This required taking the boiler off the wall, making a frame, and then installing the boiler again. An inline valve in the upstairs bedroom had not been removed prior, by a previous company, and therefore Bespoke Heating also had to remove said valve - this required lifting the laminate flooring. All work looks to have been done to a good standard with minimal disruption. The engineer (Stephen) and a younger apprentice (I forget his name, but also very professional) performed the work. Great communication from Debbie throughout too. Gas safety certificate arrived within a week after the job was finished. Dr. Thomas Sheldrick

Having struggled to find a heating engineer we could trust, we were recommended Stephen who was great. He was responsive and able to book us in quickly. He was clear in his explanations about what needed doing and why and sent us a quote promptly with no pressure to go ahead. When he came to do the work, he was on time, reliable and went above and beyond, highlighting other problems with our system and offering to rectify them. Would definitely recommend and indeed already have!
