Thanks for installing the AC units, took 2 days as planned. The staff were very professional, polite and cleaned up afterwards so there was limited dust to clean up. Would highly recommend getting an Air Conditioner, only had less than 24 hours but it has made a difference already, as my house is way too hot. Looking forwards to trying it out in the winter to save on Gas from using the boiler

We had recently had a new boiler installed , which was handled very professionally by Dinsdale . It had been noted however that there were pipes that needed to be replaced. Dinsdale’s have replaced these pipes in a timely manner and with great care, upon returning to the house it was just as it had been left before the work commenced. I can not speak highly enough for the workmanship from dinsdale heating and plumbing. Absolutely wonderful .

Dinsdale Plumbing & Heating have installed A/C in my home. The employees who undertook the work were excellent and did a fabulous job. They were friendly, personable and they worked hard all day on the job. When the job was completed, they showed us how everything worked and the company also registered our A/C with Bosch. Owen & Ethan came to change my old radiators to double radiators. They did a fabulous job as, exact the sizes of radiators have changed from when the original radiators where put in they solved this with no problem. They cleaned up before they left. Very friendly would definitely recommend this company as this is the 3rd time I have used them.

We chose Dinsdale Plumbing to undertake the annaul oil boiler service as they had recently installed our replacement central heating system and the work was superb. A timely reminder of the forthcoming service was issued beforehand, punctual arrival and work undertaken professionally as always - thoroughly recommended.

We've used Dinsdale's for years following our decision to have AC installed by them, initially in two rooms in the house and then, a year or two later, an additional room. Very pleased with the service - both installation and follow-up services etc. Price is what I feel is reasonable for the length of time they're here for and the number of units they're servicing (3 indoor, 2 outdoor - about the price of a full car service). Sometimes I'm not sure Kevin sleeps as he often replies to emails in the middle of the night/very early hours of the morning! I'd also like to say that getting AC installed is one of the best outlays we've made, especially coming into its own during the multiple heatwaves we've been having recently (exacerbated by being in a new highly insulated house that turns into an oven during summer) - it can be used to both heat and cool and is fairly quiet.

Bosch aircon unit fitted in bedroom. An excellent job by Adam who was considerate and cleaned up leaving no mess at all. Its been a pleasure to deal with such an excellent company

recently had a new boiler fitted by Dinsdale plumbing and heating . i found them very approachable, polite and very hard working. i was given a date and what time they would be starting and although they said these were were estimated times of arrival they actually arrived earlier which was not a problem and as i mentioned they were very hard working. very pleased with the whole service, i would certainly use Dinsdale heating and plumbing for any future work

After a leak was found on a radiator valve and having been let down by a major company I contacted Dinsdale plumbing, who I have used in the past. From first point of contact to the job being competed the team at Dinsdales were wholly professional, reassuring, polite but friendly. The job, albeit, not major was carried out very efficiently and fully explained to me and the area was left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in using Dinsdale's again and would highly recommend them.

We have used Dinsdale Plumbing and Heating on a number of occasions, from emergency fixing a leaking water pipe and fitting a new bath to the Annual Servicing our Gas Fire and Combi Boiler. They ring me yearly to remind me that the Fire and Boiker are due for Servicing, thereby taking any worry away from me having to arrange Servicing. I have 'peace of mind' knowing that our appliances are safe. The Engineers were always punctual, fully explained the jobs and advised any repairs that may be required. From their first phone call reminding me that the Fire and Boiler are due for Annual Service, to job completion they are a very professional Company. I have no hesitation in contacting them in an emergency and the service from them can only be described as 1st rate.

Had a new boiler fitted yesterday by Rikki and Ethan, the engineer's from Dinsdale Heating and Plumbing. These two did a first class job, Started at 08:30 am and completed by 14:30 pm. Both really professional, polite and friendly. I use Dinsdale Plumbers for services and repairs to our boiler. They are brilliant in all respects! Their engineers are first class and good at explaining why any work thats needed is necessary. They are polite, friendly and clean up after themselves. I am equally impressed by the communications between the company and ourselves. This includes accurate quotes and systems for payment, as well as reminders about the date and time we should expect them to arrive.

We ask them to come and service are boiler and gave us date and was very reasonably price far cheaper than others we picked this company because in the past we have had service and its not been done correctly the engineer came on the 17/07/2024 at 3.30 they at first gave us a date latter than this but rang to see if they could come early we where over the moon and said yes . i was working on the roof when he came and my wife told me he had said there was not much wrong with it saying he had cleaned it and other things ,BUT the boiler which is Worcester bosh boiler now works a lot better than before and in my eyes they are the best of the lot they are genuine company and the service they give to there customers is second to none and i will use them every year to fix our boiler as they are the best in my eyes in the past we have had our boiler serviced but there was always a problem with boiler when they left but Dinsdale Plumbing and heating do a very good first class job in servicing are boiler it now works perfect from a very pleased customer

Contacted Dinsdale Plumbing for an issue with my ensuite sink, Kevin arranged to visit and quickly established the proposed fix. My appointment was booked in for the plumber to return to fix, this was done in good time and all communication was very good. On the day of my work a previous job meant my job was postponed but Kevin arranged for the plumber to come to me the very next day and the job was completed. I was very pleased with the work, the tidy housekeeping from the plumber and overall communication. It was a pleasure working with such a friendly, organised business and I will now keep this business in my contacts for all future plumbing and heating needs.

Had an old shower removed and new one fitted, arrived on time, completed the work in time stated. Showed how everything worked, tidied up and took old items with him before leaving.
