Roost Heating

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn't be happier with the service from Roosting Heating. Ben, Jack and Vinnie installed my air conditioning, and they were fantastic from start to finish. All three were extremely professional, hardworking and respectful. They took the time to consult with me throughout the installation, explaining everything clearly and checking that I was happy with each step before carrying on. My house is half tiled, so I was particularly concerned about drilling into the walls. They took extra care throughout the installation to make sure none of the tiles were damaged, and they did an excellent job. Their attention to detail and care for my home really stood out. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I would highly recommend Roosting Heating to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team. Thank you, Ben, Jack and Vinnie, for doing such an amazing job! Hayley

Ben and Jack installed air conditioning at my home. Really pleased with the installation. Tidied everything up after and were also very friendly and incredibly polite. They took their time explaining how to use the system and were very professional.

Excellent service from start to finish. The boiler service was carried out professionally and thoroughly, with everything explained clearly. Arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aidan at Roost heating to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber. I’ll definitely be using their services again. Thank you Aidan.

I’ve had top service from Roost from the get-go. The whole process has been made easier by great communication and transparency. No hidden surprises or additional costs. The installation team, Ben & Vinnie led by Jack were knowledgeable, polite and capable they left my home as good as new and I am delighted to have a beautiful air con unit 😍

Excellent service as always

Aidan at Roost Heating did a great job installing a replacement boiler. Very personable and knowledgeable. Company pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use again.

Superb service from Roost who squeezed us in to get a new boiler fitted before the bank holiday. Excellent work from friendly and knowledgeable guys, and for a really competitive price. We have now signed up to their care plan as we were so impressed with them!

Great service from Chris, Ben, and Vinnie. Professional, polite, and tidy. Everything was installed neatly, looks good, and works well. Now enjoying a cooler summer thanks to Roost Heating!

Chris understood the problem quickly with our solar thermal system and resolved it. Very impressive call out. Thanks

Chris and Jack were great. It's so nice to find tradesmen that you feel like you can trust, both in skills and honesty. They did a great job

This is second time I have used Roost. I asked for Chris again as he was so good when he serviced my boiler and mended my Qettle. This time he installed a new system for control ling my heating on line on an app. I’m 80 and not great with I T but he was very patient and explained it until I understood and set it all up for me. I found out they do all sorts of plumbing work so I will definitely use Roost as my go to firm for any plumbing problems that I have. And their prices are very reasonable.

Chris was very knowledgeable about our underfloor heating, quickly identifying the problem, and fixing it in under an hour. Appreciated his pleasant and helpful attitude 👏

Once again a 5 star response from Roost Heating, professional from start to finish, office to site. Can’t rate these guys highly enough. Irrespective of size of job you still get the same efficient, high standard response and quality service.Chris has been brilliant, extremely knowledgeable, total confidence in his advice. He has also been very patient with two technophobes, very much appreciated. Thanks again Tareq, Chris and team.

A full boiler replacement was needed, and the whole process went smoothly from beginning to end. The workmanship was excellent, and their customer-focused approach gives you confidence that the job was completed properly and with care.

Jack and Ben appeared competent, efficient and friendly.

Christian came to do our service. Great service

Christian, Jack and Ben were great. Really happy with our two Aircons installed. Meticulous work, very neat and left all in good order when they had completed. Highly recommend!

Great company, very easy to book a service with and friendly staff. Will definitely be using them again.

Christian and Ben came today to sort an issue with our solar water heating panels. Friendly, on time and tidy! Company great in sorting an ongoing issue. Quick to get someone back out when issue wasn’t resolved on first call out. Will call again if we need anything else done! Thank you.

Christian really knew his stuff and undertook the work in an efficient and courteous manner.

Jake was my plumber today. He arrived on time was very polite and helpful. In the last three years that I have been using Roost everybody, including the office staff have been most courteous and helpful.

Roost Heating are a great company. Engineers who care about you, your property and your appliances. They are efficient and polite. We needed a new boiler - no problem, a new radiator - no problem. A shout out to Chris who comes to do our service. Thank you.

The engineer, Tareq, was prompt, highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this company and Tareq highly enough.

Excellent service from Aidan who went above and beyond to get our boiler fixed on the same day so we could still host our daughters birthday party

Chris was really helpful. He replaced our underfloor heating valve and our hot water one and explained aspects of our new heating system that I didn't fully understand. Will definitely call on Roost again.

Great install, very professional. Am vety happy with these guys works! 2nd Visit: Did a great job with the AC service and helped fix the loose radiator bracket. Very happy.

Ben was friendly and polite, and he quickly completed our boiler job. Great service.

Avoid at all cost! They are completely incompetent and left us with a leak. Damage to our property then told us it would be a cost to come and repair their leak. Possibly the worst plumbing company i have ever used.

The removal of my older heating system boiler and tanks and replaced with a new combi boiler system was done to a high standard. This included a new shower. The workmanship was second to none. I would recommend Roost Heating for central heating work.

Roost laid ambideck 20 pro UFH throughout the entire of our downstairs and installed a vaillant heat pump and cylinder. The flooring wasn't an easy job due to multiple level changes but they did an excellent job with the install. Great communication and care in the work at a competitive price. A great team and highly recommend

Always a great service from Roost. Reliable and get the job done. I had an issue with underfloor heating manifold and it was all sorted within the hour. Thank you.

We have had our boiler serviced by Roost for a number of years now. And it has usually been Christian who has carried out the service. As usual he has turned up on time or if he's running late he advises us accordingly. The work he carries out has always been excellent. He is also very friendly and helpful. Over the years we have built up a rapport with him and we cannot recommend him enough. He is excellent. But it doesn't end there. The girls in the office are always helpful and respond very quickly and effectively to our requests. Bottom line therefore is a 5* rating from us. And well deserved it is too.

The team at Roost were so helpful in helping me resolve my hot water issues - helping me diagnose the issue and ultimately (selflessly) pointing me towards the boiler manufacturer warranty as the way to resolve the issue. I was really grateful for their kind and responsive support.

Christian and Ben serviced our boiler and offered really helpful advice on our heating system as we’ve recently moved in to the house.

Very good service of boiler. Ben was very pleasant, respectful and courteous

We had our routine boiler service today. Ben was very professional and polite. I’ve always been pleased with Roost heating and Ben our Engineer was very efficient.

A really great experience. Fitted me in on short notice, very knowledgeable and friendly and reasonably priced - thanks Aidon

I would highly recommend Roost for any boiler maintenance and repairs. The team booked me in quickly and efficiently. When Christian attended, he was knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. All repairs were carried out to time, clean and cleared up without any issues at all. Great job!

Great service as usual from Christian at Roost

Another friendly & efficient service from Roost.

I used the Worcester Bosch website to find an approved installer & chose Roost from the recommended installers in my area to replace a 20-year old boiler. The Roost office staff were great and responded immediately, Cristian came the same day and I had a quote less than 24 hours from my initial enquiry. I’d been quoted almost £1000 more by a big-name company for exactly the same boiler so the Roost quote was very good value. By choosing a Worcester Bosch approved installer, I also got a 10-year warranty on the boiler instead of the 5-year warranty offered by the big brand. Aidan & Ben were friendly, professional and thorough, and explained the process clearly. Everything went smoothly, the boiler was installed & the radiators drained with minimal disruption & they were super tidy throughout - not easy in a small flat. Another benefit over the big brand quote was the new boiler was delivered on installation day and Roost took the old one with them so nothing needed to be stored. Excellent all-round and highly recommended!

Excellent service and experience from Christian, highly recommend. Used them for years and would use again.

We’ve used Roost for a long time for servicing our boiler and would recommend. We’ve recently used them to replace our boiler and some radiators. We were particularly impressed by Jack and Ben. They work hard and were very efficient, polite and helpful. Thanks to them both for being so considerate and tidy.

Responsive and knowledgeable, thank you !

Brilliant looking after the system, keeping it running spot on. Thank you.

Brilliant job as always from Christian. Our shower looks brand new again 🙏🏼 And thanks to Jack for our lovely new tap in the utility room - not an easy job 🙏🏼 We’ve used Roost for decades now - never had any complaints - lovely team. Recommend them 100%

Excellent service from Christian at Roost Heating. I had an issue with my central heating, rang Roost first thing in the morning and Christian came early afternoon the same day, identified the fault and fitted a new part so that the heating was working perfectly. This work was covered under the Care Plan I have with Roost. I would certainly recommend this excellent local company.

Great job!! Friendly and polite with good communication. Cleaned up well.

Faultless and efficient service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roost. Fitted a smart heating control system and new boiler in record time.

Fantastic service, brought appointment forward due to a cancellation, diagnosed and fixed underfloor heating issue within half an hour. Thank you

All very straightforward - an email to remind me to book an annual service for boiler - and engineer msg to say arrival time - excellent service!

Lovely friendly receptionist and prompt effective service from engineer

A rapid professional response from a company we are happy to recommend.

Excellent prompt service at a reasonable cost.

Really great service and very helpful

Very professional, helpful, knowledge Clean and tidy Would strongly recommend

On time; speedy work; pleasant manner. Excellent work.

Helped us out with a late booking for a boiler service and landlords gas safety check. Great communication throughout.

Excellent service again from Roost. Was contact sooner for an earlier appointment as a result of a cancellation which meant my central heating was fixed sooner than expected. Chris the engineer was prompt, friendly, and answered any questions I had. Would be using Roost again and would recommend.

Called Roost out in an emergency, they were with us within 30mins. Great team and always super helpful.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and informative.

Chris installed Tado X smart thermostats on our central heating, hot water and underfloor heating. The installation was quick and the wiring very neat. Chris showed me how to connect the app and set-up a heating schedule. He also fixed a faulty valve in our toilet while he was here. Great experience and would recommend Roost for smart thermostat installs.

Simply cannot thank you enough, absolutely fantastic job! My new boiler was installed in just over a day, by a very punctual, reliable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable team (Jack, Chris and Ben), unphased by our very quirky property and total lack of parking in central Winchester with the great can-do attitude. The office based team (Belinda) very kindly rearranged the team’s timetable to accommodate our short noticed job and save us from being cold and water-less. Nothing but the praise from the initial contact right the way up to the end of the job, thank you so much!!!

Great service thanks

Really helpful and efficient - Chris turned up as planned and was very knowledgeable about our under floor heating. This had been a total mystery to a well known national company. Got a number of issues sorted in good time for a reasonable price point - thank you!

Christian & Jack came today from Roost to install a. new air conditioning system for us with the excellent help of their electrician. We have known Roost for all our plumbing and boiler work for about 15 years now. Every time they have come to do work for us every aspect of the job has been taken care of to the highest level of proficiency. I can’t praise them enough fo what they do. They have huge experience and will never let us down even if unexpected issues arise that need to be overcome. Roost truly deserved 5 stars as do Christian and Jack and their electrician. Very well done and thank you again. Until next time …..

Quick response and helped fix our problem the same day, brilliant service. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

Fantastic service from the whole team at Roost, especially our engineers Aidan & Ben. Nice new Worcester boiler installed! Many thanks

Our solar thermal system needed servicing so we booked Roost to undertake the work. Chris arrived and carried out a full service of our system, involving replacing joints, draining/flushing fluids, recharging, pressurising and testing. Work was completed in a competent and professional manner, and Chris was happy to answer our questions. Great job Roost, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services to others.

Amazing service again. Thank you Christian and team

Great company! They promptly repaired a boiler leakage during peak lockdown, and Chris and Max installed two radiators in later months. I appreciated the value for money of their service, and the professionalism displayed throughout. Excellent service overall!

I just wanted to share my experience with Chris and Ben from Roost Heating who recently arrived at my property to relocate my boiler. From start to finish, they were professional and courteous, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Now, my boiler looks absolutely fantastic in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with their workmanship. They also ensured to tidy up after completing the job, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Roost Heating to anyone in need of their service.

Chris from roost was very efficient and left it all very tidy. Happy to recommend

Christian and Ben did a very good job sorting out our hot water solar heating panel system. Very professional, friendly. They explained what was wrong and how to fixed it. I definitely recommend them.

We are very pleased at the informative, polite and prompt service that we have received from Roost Heating. The air conditioning installation team arrived promptly and worked very hard to get everything up and running by the end of the day, and ensured that all the necessary checks were completed before they left us. We asked for an additional piece of drainpipe to be added, once we had viewed the completed work, and this was added at no extra charge, the following afternoon. So great service! Many thanks.

As previously very good competent reliable boiler service Can recommend. Special thanks to engineer Aidan Freemantle for considerate professional job.

I recently had my solar thermal panel removed when my roof was replaced. Unfortunately, the roofer considered he was capable of reinstalling this. WRONG! Whilst Roost heating were the only company I found that were actually prepared to come and look at why this was no longer working, I was very pleased they did. From the office staff to the engineers, they were all very professional, friendly & helpful. The system has now been flushed through, refilled & pressure tested, by Christian & Max, qualified engineers who know what they are doing! I will certainly be going back to Roost heating for the service in 2 years time.

Boiler service completed today … another example of great service and professionalism.

Chris and Max arrived promptly after there notice call. They introduced themselves in a friendly but professional manner. They worked well together and were happy to answer all my queries re my boiler service. They found an issue with the gas meter, called the gas board and arranged an inspection of the metre. Clearly explained what they had done and why before leaving. The Gas Board guy arrived within an hour, agreed with the diagnosis by Chris and Max. He adjusted the regulator and was fine 30 mins later.

Christian and Jack serviced my boiler and replaced a faulty 3 port valve The lads are skilled and friendly so the job was finished in quick smart time and all tested before they left I was very happy with the service and would recommend Roost to anyone

I am delighted with Roost, they have turned up on time on both occasions and done a very conscientious job of fitting my heating

As always a thoroughly professional service. Christian went about his work in his usual friendly manner. Roost know what makes customers happy and we've been customers since we moved to Winchester.

After several years of failed attempts from many companies to solve my underfloor heating problems I found this company, Roost Heating. An engineer, Tariq arrived shortly after my enquiry was made. He left within an hour having not only fixed the problem but explained clearly what was wrong and what to do .All previous work I had had done seems to have been a complete waste of money (well over £1,000.00) I would highly recommend Tariq to anyone with heating problems.

Good clean worker takes time to explain everything to you all jobs done highly recommend him

Roost Heating Engineer Chris gave me notice of his arrival, arrived on time and then diagnosted 4 problems with my underfloor heating system when I thought I had only one. He fixed them all competently and efficiently in a single visit. I will be using Roost again for sure.

Thank you so much, I’m delighted with your service! Aidan was fantastic - he sorted the issues and explained everything.

Efficient, thorough, timely and expert service of boiler and HW tank, and fixing without charge a broken fitting. Sensible cost. Hihgjly recommended

Another great service from the Roost team. Still getting the basics right consistently ( turn up on time and deliver what’s promised) -it’s easy to see why they continue to grow. It’s just easy (& a pleasure) to support this local business!

We recently had our boiler and heating system replaced. We couldn’t be any happier with the work carried out. All workmen initially led by Aidan, who came to our property were considerate, clean & tidy. They were very informative and kept us updated with the schedule of works. Roost managed the works with great efficiency and kept very close to schedule. Several weeks on and we are very happy & grateful for the information & operating tips from Aidan.

an excellent service polite prompt and professional

Boiler and Underfloor Heating System Serviced 6 December 2024 Having moved into a property with UFH but with no service history and minimal instructions on its operation I was concerned about finding a company to service it. Chris from Roost Heating provided the solution. He carried out a major service on the boiler, explained the modes of operating the system and reset the boiler programmer before returning to service the UHF system; when he optimised the individual room programmers; the reduction in our gas consumption is already noticeable. The service Chris provided was outstanding and I would happily recommend Roost Heating.

Roost repaired the boiler at our office in Winchester. I was impressed with the responsiveness, and surprised they were able to visit us same day even though it was not an emergency. I found the cost reasonable and service good.

I have been using Roost for over four years. They are reliable, clean and tidy and have always responded to urgent calls and routine visits. They have replaced my gas boiler and flue, extended an under floor heating system and carried out maintenance on the heating and megaflow hot water systems. I would highly recommend them.

Roost Heating have replaced both my gas boiler and hot water cylinder recently and I have been very impressed with how hard they worked and finishing when they said they would - even reducing the cost! Chris and Max were very polite and I hardly knew they were in the house! Thank you Roost!

An excellent customer experience as always. Scheduling, pre visit comms, information and guidance from the engineer attending, proactive suggestions. Great team.

Aiden and Max did a great job of replacing our boiler. They were cooperative, tidy, helpful and communicative. Their timekeeping was good, as was their attention to detail. We now have a very nice new boiler just in time for the cold weather.

Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough - highly recommend

Really good to see the same person (Chris) come to us again this year for our annual UFH check up. A great job done and we are all set for the winter. A very efficient service. Thank you.

Came on time and explained what was needed for our Gas Boiler and our Solar Water heating.

Excellent work done by a really nice, friendly team for a very competitive price. Can’t say better than that!!

Extremely satisfied with the installation of a new combi boiler and removal of old boiler, hot and cold water tanks and shower pump. Process was professional seamless and very timely from initial contact through quote and installation itself. Christian and Jack delivered excellent work and identified and fixed some additional issues whilst attending for the boiler replacement. Could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you.

Prompt, polite and knowledgeable

Excellent and efficient service for my mum and dad who had an old solar system removed and a new combi boiler fitted.... They even fixed the pond pump at the same time. 🙂 Many thanks

Top class professional service from initial enquiry to completion of job. Have done a number of jobs for me including boiler repairs and service, safely removing old oven and most recently fitting new smart thermostat (v pleased with this!) Highly recommended

Roost are always friendly and professional, responsive and reliable. A really lovely bunch!

Excellent service, polite, neat and highly professional

We've used Tareq and his team at Roost now for the last 4 years. They serviced our old boiler, dealing with issues swiftly along the way, and have recently installed a new boiler. The engineers that have attended (Chris, Christian, Max, Jack, Aiden) have all been excellent - knowledgeable, polite and tidy - and when an unexpected problem arose post-installation it was dealt with immediately within 24 hours under the warranty. We are very grateful to Roost Heating for all the help, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roost for their outstanding work and customer service. Thank you Roost Heating.

We discovered that the flue pipe coming from our boiler had been installed incorrectly which we were told was incredibly dangerous and we had to have the boiler shut off and flue pipe changed. I rang Roost heating who offered me a much more competitive quote and were able to attend the property quickly as we had no hot water or heating. They added the correct fall to the flue pipe meaning everything would now pass through as it should and no longer build up and leak for us. On top of the speedy response and competitive pricing, everybody I spoke to in the company was very friendly and offered a high level of service.

Christian was great! Brillant service on our heat pump.

Great friendly service! Thanks so much , caring and sorted me out!

When you look for a reliable company to install a new boiler you want great communication, competitive pricing, good advice, clear options, an excellent team of engineers who show expertise, courtesy, great work ethic and clear instructions for the non technical! This you will find when engaging Roost Heating. I am more than delighted with the whole daunting process from beginning to end. My home was left clean and sorted with all rubbish removed and a heating system working beautifully efficiently. I highly recommend Roost Heating and will be using them for all my ongoing heating and plumbing projects.

We had ongoing problems with our underfloor heating. The people at Roost investigated carefully and were determined to leave us with a reliable and efficient system. They were exceptional problem solvers and considerate, polite and effective. All backed up by excellent customer service - answering/returning calls, keeping us informed of progress and basically doing what they said they would. Finally they left us with a system they believe our local plumber can keep serviced to save us money. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Roost have serviced our heat pump, pressurised hot water cylinder and solar hot water system for the last three years. As they are all integrated it is great to be able to get it all done in one visit . Similarly as consistency is important in maintaining equipment it is good that the same engineer, Christian, has come on each occasion. Booking the visit through the office is straight forward. The staff there understand what is needed and facilitate very well. Christian has always arrived when he said he would. He is a tidy worker and appears knowledgeable about all aspects of the system. He explains the technicalities well. This is a quality service.

Christian is the most fantastic plumber you could wish for. He is so versatile in the jobs he can do. Do contact Roost in order to get him. You won’t be disappointed. We now have a fully working toilet cistern.

Replaced a faulty tap - great job - good price - recommended

Roost heating replaced our antiquated gas back boiler with a new combi boiler and installed additional radiators to the first floor of the house. The service was excellent from the initial visit by Christian to give us a quote. Christian was professional, helpful and personable and explained in detail the work required, answered our questions with no hard sell. The installation Team of Aiden, Jack, Jade and Max arrived promptly at the agreed time. They were professional, efficient, tidy and polite and cleaned up as they worked leaving the work area clean and tidy each night. On completion the installation was tested, and we had a detailed explanation of the system and smart controller, our questions being answered in detail. The team in the office are also professional, efficient and helpful. Excellent service and workmanship - highly recommended.

2nd very efficient visit. Chris & Max replaced faulty blending valve, and a leaking isolation valve on our UHSystem, then added a switch to make the UHS independent of our upstairs radiator heating system, balanced rads and tested system. Warm and cosy tonight! Charming guys, arrived as expected on time; a pleasure to have visit and still delighted to have engaged Roost for our future.

Heating failed completely on Monday evening and was repaired and fully working again the next day. The service was very friendly and the cost remarkably low.

I had problems with my underfloor heating - specifically pairing thermostats to the manifold. Chris and Max were great at getting the system set up properly and taking the time to explain it all to me. I’d highly recommend Roost Heating

They know what they're doing and do it professionally. Recommend.

Roost designed, installed and commissioned new underfloor heating and radiators running off our existing air source heat pump for our new house extension, can't give this company enough praise for their professionalism, friendliness and workmanship, we had a number of guys here and all were excellent.

A very friendly, reliable and professional team! I had a Nest thermostat installed by Chris. Very pleased with communication, how punctual he was, and when I needed to reschedule that was not too much hassle. Highly recommended

Aidan was superb! Really nice chap and very clean. The team at Roost are superb and a real pleasure to deal with. I had a leak on a water tank and within a day a new system was supplied and fitted. Would certainly recommend!

Excellent service Chris & Max came today serviced boiler and sorted underfloor heating problem which has been an ongoing issue. Just wish found Roost and Tariq earlier, would have saved a lot of stress! Very reliable and helpful would definitely recommend

I just wish to say the service from the roost team was excellent. Punctual, polite and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend the team. Chris was very knowledgable with regards to the system and it was lovely to see the same engineer on both visits

Really lovely guy came and fitted/fixed our new shower today. Did an incredible job and was also just a really nice guy. Thanks :)

Thank you to Roost. A friendly but professional service from start to finish. Roost heating solved our underfloor heating problem where others had failed . Chris the engineer was prompt , efficient , reassuring and very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in lay person’s terms presenting clear options at each stage. Thank you Roost Heating.

Spoke to Tariq today regarding my UFH that had stopped working. He guided me through the steps and now I have heating ahead of my planned service appointment. Great company and owner was extremely humble.

Such a lovely company! Google can be a nightmare when searching for help! Felicity was so lovely and helpful when I contacted Roost and continued to be so with my regular emails! Jade came today and sorted boiler and patiently explained the settings to me, which I had no idea about! 🤣 Will definately use again for annual service and if further concerns. Highly recommend!!

A really excellent service from Chris installing a new Nest device. Recommended.

Highly Recommend Roost Heating, they are professional and supportive.

Great service from Roost - Christian and Jade. They know what they are doing and are very efficient......also personable which always helps!

Chris & Jack did a thorough job and were curtious and proffesional.

Yet again another good experience, very knowledgeable on all aspects of my heating system

Our engineer, Tareq, was great! We have had a long-standing issue with our underfloor heating and manifolds and at last we've found an engineer and company who understand our needs, provide a great service, and good advice for some longer-term essential maintenaince. Thanks!

Great work again from the Roost team, they know exactly what they are doing, they work hard and they finish on schedule.

Would highly recommend Roost Heating. I used them on the advice of a friend for a boiler service four years ago and been a regular customer since. From first contact to completion of the jobs the service was brilliant from the very professional and friendly staff.

Excellent service! Really great professional job! Happy with boiler replacement! Aidan and co did a great job!

Adrian and Max visited to undertake a new boiler installation and the replacement of an expansion tank and a thermocontroller in one of the bedrooms. The work was undertaken quickly and efficiently. They were both very polite and friendly and I would highly recommend them and the whole Roost team.

I contacted Roost Heating after seeing their website online looking for a solar panel service for myself as well as two family households. They were very helpful and booked a call out promptly. The engineer arrived on time, carried out the service and was very knowledgeable with questions about other heating systems. I was very impressed and can highly recommend Roost.

Having had no heating for 12 days despite 2 visits from British Gas under service contract and long wait to return again I was recommended Roost Heating. They came out following day., quickly diagnosed problem and repaired very efficiently. Will definitely use again and recommend company.

Roost heating installed my boiler in 2020. They have gone above and beyond to help me with a kitchen cupboard issue in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Nothing was too much trouble from keeping us informed through commissioning the system to helping us understand how to use the installation. Will definitely use again.

Polite and respectful, and the most knowledgeable engineer we’ve had to date, who provided more information than we’ve had from previous boiler services with other companies. Would highly recommend.

Roost returned today to do the first service on our boiler they installed last year. It was lovely to welcome Mike back. An excellent service he arrived well within the time allotted. Explained what he was doing and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend Roost Heating. Fast efficient and a pleasure to have visit our home. Thanks Mike see you next year. Sue and Steve Baker.

I was so impressed with the guys at Roost Heating. Great communication, on time, polite and they managed to fix the problem I had. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from engineer who replaced mixing valve and pump on underfloor system. Following this work had problem with hot water, but Roost were quick to send an engineer who quickly identified and solved the problem.

Great work yesterday! Christian replaced a radiator, changed a thermostat, changed a valve, all with no fuss, extremely efficiently, and in very good time. Even he was chuffed! And we have an efficient system again.

We recently used Roost for a boiler replacement and the service was excellent. Aiden the engineer was tidy, polite, thorough and punctual and ’d be happy to recommend Roost to anyone looking for a heating engineer.

Excellent service received from the team at Roost. Professional and knowledgeable team who replaced a boiler and overhauled an ageing underfloor heating system. Good value for the services provided.

Great service and expertise from Roost, best heating company I have used

Great service, engineer was professional, very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using their services in the future. Highly recommended.

Our Polypipe underfloor heating stopped working after the tender care of British Gas. I called in Roost whom I have used once before. They didn’t disappoint me. Very professional service. An excellent firm to deal with

Christian was superb and sorted out our boiler. Another firm had visited and told me it needed £570 of new parts. Fortunately I didn’t trust them and called Roost. Christian diagnosed a blocked pipe and had it sorted in minutes with no new parts needed. I know who I’ll be calling next time I need anything sorted.

Perfect as usual on time call before arrive don't get better than this Dave m

Very good. Th engineer explained what he was doing and why. None of the approach, found elsewhere, of replacing parts, probably unnecessarily, until the problem goes away.

Excellent service from Roost Heating. Engineer was pleasant, careful, took his time and offered advice on costs. Recommended.

Excellent work from Roost. Overall, this is a very impressive operation and I can highly recommend this firm. They installed a new boiler and changed the configuration of the system which was quite involved in my property. Tareq explained everything and it was very clear he had a lot of expertise and technical knowledge. The team doing the install were great - the job was well staffed, they all knew what they were doing and worked competently together, they had high quality tools and well organised hardware, and left the place immaculate. The copper pipework was neat, clean and well installed. The office team were very helpful and efficient with excellent comms.

I was recommended Roost and Tareq by a friend and I'm really glad they suggested them as they've been fantastic throughout. From initial contact, Tareq was great, providing thoughts and ideas and potential solutions to the project. Professional, but also friendly and willing to listen to suggestions and answer my numerous questions! On the first day, the Tareq and team turned up exactly on time, and after discussing detailed points through and best approach, Chris and Aidan continued and worked on pipe work and first fixes. The work was really good and they left our home spotless. Second fix, Aidan came back and completed the work and was just as great as the first day. Communication was brilliant and he flagged issues straight away (with materials from a different supplier not any of the work done!) and set out best way forward. All in all, really impressed with Tareq and Roost as a company. Neat work, friendly, and great communication from the whole team, including Berni in the office was brilliant in setting up dates, letting me know of any changes etc. Would definitely use again.

We have used Roost Heating on several occasions and have always been very impressed by their standard of work and communications.

We were very impressed by Team Roost from the first time we made contact with them. The professional manor in the way the company is run is a joy to see. The work we had done was very fairly priced, carried out to a very high standard and the communication was excellent throughout. Would definitely recommend this company.

A fantastic company. I've used them for about 5 years when they installed a new heating system at very short notice. They are always brilliant, very responsive, professional, pleasant, timely, tidy and reasonaby priced. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Boiler stopped working Christmas Eve. A Roost engineer was with us in 2 hours, and we had heating and hot water an hour later! Great service, great value, and a friendly local business. Highly recommended!

Fitted me in at short notice in a very busy period, fixed a leak, fitted taps and all for really sensible money. Will use these guys for everything in the future!

Once again we have just received some outstanding service from the Roost team with replacing a cylinder recently. They responded so quickly, diagnosed the problem and then within a few days were able to install a replacement. The engineers were hard working, professional and polite and it was effortless to have them working in our house despite COVID times. Thank you Roost and we shall definitely recommend you to others.

Roost came out to fit an outdoor hot tap for washing our dog. Although only a small job for them it was done neatly and professionally.

Covid safe, everything you need for craft and hobbies all under one roof. Opps should of been for hobby craft, good shop but didn't have the cushion pad size I needed. But I will be needing my boiler serviced !!

I have used Roost Heating twice now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - in fact, I did recommend them to neighbours just the other day. They have great reviews, so I was hoping they would be a good choice and they were - professional, reliable, polite and affordable. We will definitely use them again.

A professional, prompt and friendly service . I don’t hesitate to recommending them .

Booked for a Nest Smart Thermostat installation. Engineer arrived on time and adhered to all social distancing measures well. Heating and hot water are now working brilliantly - would recommend!

Roost Heating. (Tareq) Thank you so much for servicing our boiler and repairing our burst water pipe at such short notice. Nothing is ever too much trouble.  I’m so glad our next door neighbour recommended you a few years ago when you fitted our new boiler, when our other boiler service provider didn’t want to know. We are lucky to have found someone so professional, polite, tidy, reliable and who knows exactly what they are doing and also make’s my wife feel safe! In life everyone needs a reliable plumber and I’ve found mine. I would 100% recommended Roost Heating.

Very professional & reliable company. Work always top notch and they try to save you money. Would 100% recommend.

From the first video call to the finishes job. Roost Heating provided exemplary service. Our boiler was broken and needed to be replaced. Tareq offered knowledgeable insights and recommendations about the right boiler for us as here was so pressurised sales just sound advice. The quote was competitive and the work was completed in a day with no issues at all. Tareq made the whole process seamless and we felt totally confident in our boiler choice and the work completed. When the job was finished he followed up with us to ensure we were happy with the boiler and how to use it. I would not hesitate to recommend Roost Heating.

Engineer punctual and professional he answered all my questions which was very much appreciated and I cannot fault the service given. I would totally recommend roost heating

This company and its people are so knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, everything one needs when there is a problem with heating especially in the winter! Thank you

Top quality job by Mike, Aidan and the team who completed a new boiler installation last Friday for us.The job was completed to an exceptionally high standard , the guys take pride in their work and their professionalism and enthusiasm shines through. Thank you

Fabulous service, as usual!

Another excellent job by the Roost Heating team. Really impressed with Tareq’s team, who have done a lot of work for us over the past few months. Highly recommended.

Had a small emergency , boiler packed up and it was cold ! They fitted me at short notice, ordered some parts and were back the next day at the agreed time to get it all going again. Mike and Aidan were prompt, courteous and efficient. Would definitely use then again.

I had a boiler that was dripping water and had lost pressure so I rang 4 other local heating engineers about it and left messages and none of them replied. I called Roost, got through straight away and a helpful lady, got someone out within a couple of hours. It turned out to be a simple fix, so tareq used the hour to service the boiler as well. Simple, fast, honest, trustworthy and for a fair price. Brilliant.

The Roost team provided a professional and friendly service replacing and relocating the boiler and new radiators. The job was done on time, on budget and the result was perfect. Would highly recommend - first class!

Excellent knowledge, was able to comprehend our UFH system which is 16 years old and not installed by them - we had some issues which Tareq sorted quickly and efficiently. Good advice on management of system. Polite and presentable.

Brilliant team worked really quickly and did a fab job. Great communication throughout job and mike was fab. Would highly recommend.

Roost were incredibly efficient, worked hard and were extremely professional in their approach to the job. I would thoroughly recommend them, and I am grateful to Tareq and Aidan for getting us up and running again!

Really helpful, went the extra mile when we had a complicated heating system. Clean and tidy and my nest thermostat looks great!

Our old gas boiler stopped working on Boxing Day and Roost Heating agreed to send an engineer the next day. Unfortunately, the part that needed replacing was discontinued so we decided to replace our regular boiler with a combi boiler. Roost Heating gave a competitive quotation for the work to be started within days. We agreed that they carry out the work and they did not disappoint. The team worked quickly and tidily getting the heating up and running within two days. This meant one of the team members, Mike, working on Saturday. Mike worked non-stop for the whole of Saturday removing the cylinder from the airing cupboard and making sure we had heating working by the end of the day. To finish off Tareq and team returned at the beginning of the following week taking away the remaining unused pipework and tank from the loft. They responded quickly and worked professionally throughout. We will continue to use them next time work needs doing. Highly recommended.

Roost came to our rescue on New Years Eve when the boiler packed up. Tarac managed to get it going, but realistically it was on its last legs and failed again early in the new year. Within days the Roost team were here and in one day had a new boiler installed. Very neat, clean and professional. First class. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The most reliable and efficient company we have ever used. Highly recommended.

Fantastic professionals. As a landlord need to be able to rely on plumbers and highly recommend roost heating

Just used Roost again to sort out our radiators and install a Hive Smart system. As always, top work, nice polite guys and total professionals! ~September 2019 Tareq and Roost as a whole were brilliant with the installation of our downstairs toilet. Very organised, clean, polite and respectful of our home - total professionals. Fully recommend.

Another thumbs up for Roost Heating. We use them each year for boiler service and gas safety certificate. They are always reliable, friendly and very reasonably priced and even took the time to explain to new tenants how the heating system worked. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I had Roost Heating round to look at my broken boiler. Christian diagnosed the problem within minutes and fixed it without any replacement parts. The whole job was conducted in a very professional and competent manner - very impressed.

Brilliant service from Christian and Roost Heating. Friendly, prompt and efficient - what more could you ask for. First choice for a plumber!

Brilliant service from Christian and Roost Heating - we had problems with our hot water following a poor installation of a smart meter. Christian identified the issue and then was happy to wait while I went to fetch a part from Screwfix to ensure the problem was fixed there and then and no more cold showers!! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend. It's refreshing to find such great service...

I used Roost Heating to install my Nest Thermostat. They offered an appointment at short notice and a good price. Christian was very professional and also looked at my solar heating system while he was here. I will certainly be using them going forward.

Great service from Roost today. Christian came at short notice and it’s great to have a working tap again.

Christian has just serviced our boiler and water heater, but also looked at some other plumbing issues. Great service and would highly recommend. Will continue to use for our ongoing boiler maintenance.

Used Roost for a Nest thermostat install, which turned out to be a bit harder than expected (unconventional wiring and faulty valve). Engineer worked really hard to diagnose problems and make sure that he got everything working so we were left with a fully functional system, which he did. Back office is organised and efficient. All round good experience.

Installed my Nest thermostat. Engineer arrived on time, was friendly and got the job done quickly.

Roost recently serviced my boiler. Great service, Christian was very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend, have used Roost to install Nest thermostat in the past too

Great response, the engineer inspired confidence and was good humoured, and the price was fair. Can't ask for much more.

Just had the Nest Learning Thermostat fitted by Christian. Great service!!

Prompt, efficient and good service on gas inspection thank you

Committed to an appointment then rang over an hour late to say the engineer had just been routed to an emergency job. Don't bother making appointments they aren't worth anything at all. Totally unreliable.

Tareq and the team have helped us out a few times. Good price, with friendly, reliable and trusted service. Top business!

First class service. Tareq came to our house at a moments notice to fix our boiler in the heavy snow. He had it fixed in no time. Very clean, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Have used roost heating before and will continue to use in the future.

Swimming pool repairs - done very professionally, extremely tidy and on time. Used their services several time before and will continue to use their services for may years to come. Brilliant job done to repair / replace all the pipe work and chlorine feeder for my swimming pool. Thanks Tareq.

Tareq and his team come highly recommended. Their work is second to none. Exceptionally well mannered and a pleasure to have around. Have used three times and will continue to use and recommend. Their pipework is so good that I show it off to people who come round to the house! We've had a new boiler system fitted in an old house, new radiators, a kitchen plumbed in and a gas fire fixed. So good to find someone in the trade you can trust and will be using again.

Tareq provided a prompt, efficient and all round first class service. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Straight round to 'diagnose' the problem and a rapid fix. 10/10

The response from the company was impressive, the quality of the work excellent and Tareq was very friendly and polite. I had full confidence in his ability to deal with the problem and it was resolved within a few hours! I will certainly be using his services again in the future.
