Shelswells

Gary has done a few carpentry bits but also fitted a new kitchen and refurbed our lounge at our previously property. His attention to detail is like no other. He also cleans up after himself which is lovely!

Gary and Dean have done a brilliant job extending our kitchen into the dining, utility, and toilet room. Three walls knocked down making one large area. I would highly recommend them, punctual, accommodating, trustworthy, helpful, knowledgeable and always working to a high standard. We are delighted with what you have produced for us. I will be happy to recommend you.

Gary did a wonderful job on our new bathroom and we are delighted with it. Very skilled, professional and calm when any additional issues presented themselves in our old house. It was a pleasure to have him working in our house and we would strongly recommend Shelswells.

Gary and gang have done a brilliant job on mulitiple works in house from 5 new doors, frames and harware, skirting board and plastering and electrical. I already have him earmarked for a lot more work in the house. I would highly recommend them punctual, accommodating, trustworthy, helpful. Without the only contractor I would use.

Fantastic job of removing a supporting wall and fitting a new kitchen. Always happy to talk to you and work through options. Great job, great service, would highly recommend.

Gary just finished our kitchen and it looks incredible! We knocked a wall down in between the kitchen and dining room, and had a full refit of the kitchen. Gary covered everything including removal of the old kitchen, wall removal, fitting of the new kitchen and flooring and painting and finishing. He also sorted us out with an electrician, building inspector and skip hire - making the whole process really easy. It was really easy to get in touch with the team while the work was being done, and they were helpful with any questions or additional asks we had. I would definitely recommend Gary to anyone getting work done.

We can't thank Shelswells enough for the help in our family home with the new kitchen and hanging oak doors top quality service and will be using them again next year for a double garage conversion would never use anyone one else for building work thank you Gary and Dean x

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Will be asking them to carry out further work in 2023. Shelswells advised and supported the whole process of removal and fitting of a new kitchen/dining room to our 4 bedroom home, including some remodeling and a complete change of footprint. In addition they also installed a 'work area' in the same space. During the installation, we decided to add our utility room to the process and again, they performed full removal and fitting of a new footprint. While doing all of this, they also removed old travertine tiles from almost the entire area and laid beautiful new tiles to run throughout the downstairs.

Recently had two kitchen worktops replaced by Gary, and am extremely happy with the outcome. Professional , courteous and stress free from start to finish.

We chose the team at Shelswells to remodel our garage conversion. Gary and the team have been amazing! We are over the moon with the results and the quality of workmanship is fantastic. The guys were punctual, talked us through and guided us at every step. We really did feel they went the extra mile for us and we felt comfortable in the knowledge that our house was in good hands. They've transformed the space I would certainly recommend the team for anyone considering contacting them.

Many thanks to Gary and his team for an excellent job, very well done to a very high standard for a very reasonable price. We had worktops, sink, tap, wall cabinet and boiler housing fitted plus some cabinet doors and drawer fronts replaced. My kitchen now looks a million dollars. Would highly recommend this family run company to anyone. No job too big or too small for them. Will definitely be contacting Gary again in the future for our other jobs. Many thanks again Elaine and Dave

I used these guys to have a kitchen cupboard and breakfast bar added to my kitchen. Very reliable service. Gary turned up on time to quote for the job and on the agreed day to fit the kitchen, they had high standards for their work. Very happy with the job 👍

We had a very depressing small kitchen & a little used dining room. Nothing to be proud of or enjoy being in. Debating, should we move or should we have the kitchen done? Had a couple of quotes for the kitchen & decided to go ahead with Gary. Very reliable, prompt & clean. Gary and his ‘magicians’ turned our tiny kitchen into a beautiful, bright well equipped kitchen/Diner that we are going to enjoy spending time in. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a load bearing wall knocked down, an obsolete door bricked up & everything ripped out to start afresh with a clean slate. We opted for lots of lighting, under the cupboards, plinth lighting and the even the deep drawers light up when opened! We have before and after photos and can’t believe the difference, from the depressing place it was to the really bright and inviting kitchen it is now. So we are glad we stayed instead of moving. Couldn’t recommend Gary more highly. Thankyou Gary, Dean & all your magic men! Kev & Rita Caterer. 👍 fabulous job well done!

We are thrilled with the utility room refurbishment. Gary was extremely customer focused during the refit. Very friendly, hard-working and we would highly recommend him.

Gary did an amazing job fitting our kitchen worktops - he gave us a good quote, worked hard and we're really pleased with the end result. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a top quality job at a good price!

Amazing transformation from small cramped kitchen and underused dining room into one big open kitchen diner. Can't fault the workmanship, Gary and his team were reliable, professional, clean and tidy. Highly recommend without a doubt. Thanks for our fantastic kitchen Gary

Gary did a fantastic job. Always on time, very tidy especially after the job is done. Less mess and will utterly recommend Gary to anyone. Well done and keep the spirit Gary.

Gary did a fantastic job on our kitchen and my wife and I are so happy with the end result. Such attention to detail, clean worker, always on time and best of all a very good on price! I won't hesitate to use him again in the future.
