Caro Design

Absolutely 1st class, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Dan was very patient from the start. I walked into the showroom totally overwhelmed, and not even sure of what I really wanted. Dan talked me through options - explained everything and made the whole process so much easier. He visited for site measurements- twice due to a rethink on my behalf and supplied revised plans. He also made a final measurement check before the units went into production. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries were addressed with my fitter quickly. I would highly recommend Caro Design- they are not the run of the mill kitchen suppliers- they offer a far more personalised expert service. I am so happy with my new kitchen - it is absolutely fantastic. Thank you especially to Dan and the Team

From start to finish an excellent job,my kitchen looks amazing. Fantastic quality and value for money Highly recommend. Thank you Micheal

A massive thank you to Greg and the team at Caro. From the first design chat through the ordering, delivery and installation, we cannot fault them. Our kitchen is the hub of our home and works perfectly for our family life. We have also commissioned Greg to design our fitted bedroom furniture to include my fabulous walk in wardrobe. I highly recommend Greg and Caro Design.

My experience of working with Caro Kitchen Design and specifically Dan was very good. He provided a good design and was easy to work with. Dan was very responsive to follow up questions and the process was very efficient, with excellent communication throughout. Our fitter particularly liked the units as said they were very good quality and easy to fit. We would highly recommend them.

What an excellent project! From welcoming showroom visits, and courteous site surveys; through patient design adjustments, to agreed order tweaks - each part of the process was conducted very professionally and with personal interest. Admittedly, our kitchen is only a small u-shaped facility but CaroDesign was an excellent company to do business with. They will be our first port-of-call if we ever are in need again in future. Thoroughly recommended. Thanks to everyone.

We would highly recommend Caro Design for our kitchen at one of our properties, the outcome is exactly what we asked for and the customer service has been outstanding. Thank you

Michael at Caro Design was incredibly talented at designing our dream kitchen within our budget and achieving everything we wanted. We couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. The kitchen flows and works well and was made to a high standard, we are very pleased with the quality of it. He provided an exceptional service where nothing was a problem, he was friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend this business for their experience in design and excellent customer service in delivering an outstanding product! Thank you Michael at Caro design for making our kitchen the heart of our home

Our new kitchen is superb! Greg's attention to detail, ensured our kitchen has plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen layout and design is excellent, our kitchen is totally transformed! So enjoy cooking again. Would 100% recommend!

Went in and booked a bespoke Kitchen. The fitting started the week we requested and all questions were met with helpful feedback. Now all is complete the kitchen is amazing. We love it! Thank you so much CARO

Fantastic planning for our fabulous kitchen, we could not be happier with the quality off the build and the professionalism of the installation. We had a problem with the closure mechanism on one of our drawers 4 years after installation - I let Greg know and without quibble a man arrived and fixed the issue and checked all the other similar mechanisms. Fantastic service Caro. Thanks Chris and Elaine Ferndown

An excellent service from start to finish. Michael dealt with us through the whole process. He was always friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable about the products. He always took time to listen and promptly answered any queries we had. The kitchen fitters did an excellent job and we are really pleased with the result. Thank you all at Caro Design!!

I really cannot recommend Caro Kitchen Design enough, the whole process from start to finish was incredibly easy and we ended up with a kitchen that we absolutely love. Nothing was too much trouble (despite numerous plan changes, and many phone calls) and the attention to detail was amazing. Thank you Michael and Caro Kitchen Design.

From the initial discussion with Greg at the showroom, then the home visit and design walk through Greg really took the time to understand what we wanted and how we actually use the kitchen. He suggested a complete change from our own design and the final product has lived up to our expectations. The recommended fitters and electrician were courteous and professional and we're really pleased with the final result. Very good value for money.

Friendly and helpful, good selection. Recommend

Beautiful top quality kitchen and superb service from Caro Design. The whole process from start to finish was really easy and I couldn't be happier. Greg was super helpful, very efficient and extremely knowledgeable, not to mention patient when I changed my minds on some of the finer details several times! There was no pressure or hard sell, just attentive and professional service. I was presented with numerous options, together with advice on each one and then I was given plenty of time to make my choices. Greg was easily reachable to answer all my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. Now that the kitchen has been installed, I am absolutely delighted. It is even better than I imagined and it is clear that the kitchen is of a superb quality and the layout is a great design. I am delighted that I chose Caro Design and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was recommended to use Carodesign by my builder. Greg Elson has been excellent. Greg came out and looked at where the new kitchen was to be situated asked lots of questions I am so impressed how he totally saw my vision and managed to get everything I wanted in a very awkward space . He made the whole process from start to finish stress free His knowledge and expertise have been very professional and over and above. Greg has been on site many times during the process, and I am delighted with the result. Full 5 stars well deserved.

Dan at Caro listened to our requirements and produced an excellent design within budget. Steve and his guys from Nu Forest construction fitted our kitchen with a very high level of precision and detail. A great combination. Thank you all.

Michael was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We were recommended to use Caro from our builder and it was the best choice we made on our full Reno. We had limited space for our kitchen and needed to make every inch count, Michael put together the plan and it was perfection. The product breakdown, material colours, worktops were all laid out so nicely for us to pick and choose what we wanted and to work within our budget. 10/10 and the only place we will be going to for the future. Would recommend to everyone!

After two disappointing consultations regarding our cold, dark L-shaped kitchen, I was finally introduced to Greg from Caro Designs. From the very start, Greg took the time to truly understand our wish list and the vision we had for our home. Greg’s design approach was nothing short of inspirational. He presented creative solutions that we hadn’t even considered—from a stunning new skylight and innovative under plinth heating to integrating a corner larder, a signature coffee bar, and a beautifully designed seating area. His clever vision reimagined our kitchen entirely, turning what was once uninspiring into an inviting space full of character. Caro Designs offers a beautiful range of kitchens, finished in the most stunning colours, with the advantage of all being made locally. They even ordered all new appliances at the most competitive price. What truly set Greg apart was his commitment throughout the entire process. He remained actively involved, coordinating with our builders and swiftly addressing minor snagging issues. At one point, he even visited the factory on his day off to ensure that our curved pantry shelving was exactly as envisioned. This level of dedication removed much of the stress typically associated with remodelling. Thanks to Greg’s leadership and the ongoing support from Caro Designs, our new kitchen has transformed into a bright, warm, and stylish heart of our home. What began as a stressful project evolved into an exciting and transformative journey, leaving us with a kitchen that exceeds every expectation.

We were recommended Caro by a friend ..so pleased we were ! Dan has been great from day 1! We would have stuck with the original layout . But thanks to Dan suggesting moving the appliances around .. it looks amazing !!! So much lighter more open and more space ! Dan and Greg came to see how it was getting on half way through . Can’t thank you enough : Would thoroughly recommend Caro ! Thank you . 😀

Superb service from first contact until completion. Questions and emails answered by return. Advice and what was eventually decided on great. Equipment and services provided 100%. Cannot fault. Thank you

Caro Designs has been exceptional from start to finish, from the initial kitchen design to the final delivery. After experiencing an issue with a previous supplier, I was on a tight two-week deadline to find a new kitchen. Michael was amazing—he came over immediately to assess the space and offered fantastic ideas that were even better than what I had envisioned. We decided to push back the installation to allow more time for the finishing touches, because, let's be honest, a kitchen shouldn’t be rushed! I’m beyond thrilled with the result. Everything happens for a reason, and I’m so grateful to have found Caro Designs. I have a very beautiful kitchen, thank you!

Caro was recommended via a friend of mine. From start to finish I was extremely happy with the service, especially from Greg who went out of his way for us at every step. Greg was instrumental in the design of our kitchen, making critical recommendations about usability, clearly reflecting his years of experience. Most importantly, Greg was able to make small changes to accommodate our budget, which didn't impact the aesthetics of the kitchen. 100% would recommend!! and will only use Caro for our next kitchen!

We love our new kitchen from Caro Design. The service from Greg was exceptional from start to finish. He came up with some creative ideas for the design and understood our needs and what we wanted to achieve with the space. The service was above & beyond, and Greg made a couple of visits during the fitting to ensure everything was correct. Would highly recommend

Would 100% recommend Caro Design for a new kitchen. We have just finished a whole house refurb and I have been speaking to Greg about the kitchen and utility room for almost 4 years now, back and forth with different designs and different locations within the house. During this time Greg has been more than helpful, always replying promptly, adding new ideas into the mix, never losing his patience with my ever changing mind! The kitchen itself is of the highest quality, it looks beautiful and we are so happy with how it is working for us. When putting the job out for tender I did a like for like price comparison with other suppliers, both chains and independents, Caro was comparable to them all but the quality is definitely better than some of the well known chains. The Caro recommended fitter (Jamie at Confidence Group) was also fantastic - superb attention to detail. All in all we are super happy, would recommend any day of the week.

Our kitchen fitter recommended Greg to us and we are so glad that he did. We have had a complete redesign of our kitchen diner. Greg thoughtfully took on board all of our ideas but rather than just giving us what we thought we wanted, he challenged us to see the full potential of the space. The final design he has created is perfect, maximising the light and views of the garden. The kitchen units and appliances are excellent and I'm sure will be long lasting. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greg to anyone.

Caro design were recommended to us by a kitchen fitter and the reasons why, beyond the quality of the cabinetry soon became clear to us. Michael was great. A more helpful, patient, knowledgeable and amiable designer you’d struggle to find. We started the process a good 5 months before the kitchen was ordered and fitted, changed the design and layout numerous times. Michael was really helpful and not afraid to suggest that we may be a little wayward with our ideas. The team as a whole were always on hand immediately, prompt with responses and courteous and friendly. Once ordered the cabinets came in good time, along with appliances we purchased from Caro and the kitchen fitters were pleased with the thought that had gone in to the manufacture, which made their job that bit easier. There were a couple of issues that were dealt with promptly and didn’t detract from the overall outcome. Many thanks Michael and Caro Design

Very professional throughout the whole process with great attention to detail. Right from our first meeting with Greg when our initial ideas were discussed, through to the discussions with our builder regarding the installation, the service was first class. Really pleased with the final design and installation which is both functional and practical and also looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend Caro Design.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Caro Design. Michael was excellent through the entire process, from our first consultation in the showroom right through to delivery. Michael’s attention to detail is superb and the ideas he gave us to maximise storage in our fairly small kitchen proved a bespoke service really is second to none. Thank you Michael and all the team at Caro. Nick and Amber Billett

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. Greg has been amazing and he was prepared to spend a lot of time with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. He has managed to maximise every bit of space we had to make our small kitchen seem so much bigger and usable than before. The quality of the kitchen is fantastic as well. Thank you Greg and team!!

The project required our entire existing kitchen being removed, leaving a blank canvass to create a functional and ergonomic working place. After approaching Caro Design to re-imagine our kitchen we consider ourselves fortunate to be introduced to designer Greg Elson. He was very thorough assessing our needs and preferences. Throughout the process of planning he gave us impartial advice and was knowledgable about the functionality and appearance of units and appliances. He ably adapted to our responses with good suggestions proffered. Greg was very patient during the process of iteration as we worked through the options for the layout and look of the design. Samples were readily lent for us to judge colours, even so we found it difficult to project some aspects into a hypothetical kitchen. One aspect of the service that influenced us in selecting Caro Design was the unit and worktop manufacturing is arranged with local companies. This proved an advantage as minor damage to a fascia during installation by contractors was readily replaced quickly. The worktop was handled by a local firm who were exceptional with their service and care on installation. The company, Eaton Stonemasons Ltd, made their contribution an art form and engineering excellence in equal measure. We were provided with a clear chart for the installation sequence by contractors, Confidence Group. The scheduled finish date of 24 November only overran a small amount to the 7 December. After using the kitchen for a while, we are extremely satisfied with the result produced by Caro Design. It has fulfilled our aims of practicality and appearance. We are particularly impressed by the way the design has created more space around the kitchen units and appliances. In fact a neighbour visited us after the installation and thought the room had been extended, such was the aura of space conveyed by the design.

Greg and the team at Caro Design have been phenomenal since our very first meeting - when we went to review the initial kitchen designs. All the way through - including post installation minor ‘tidy- ups’ - they have been pragmatic and extremely customer focussed. Nothing has been too much trouble - which has a resulted in an stress-free experience for us- thank you!

Caro Design were professional from start to finish. Greg provided all the answers with knowledge and expertise. We are extremely impressed with the fitting and the final result and would recommend Caro Design.

We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and utility room or the service the Caro Design have provided. From our initial meeting right through to design, build and resolving follow up questions nothing has been too much trouble. We dealt with Greg from the start and he helped guide us through the process and came up with suggestions and ideas we wouldn't have even considered. When we had a mid-build panic (heights of cupboards, don't ask...!) and left him a stressed message in the evening he got back to us within about 15 minutes, reassured us and was with us the following morning talking through options (and didn't even gloat when we stuck with exactly what he had designed!). We've had a great experience and are love being in our new kitchen.

I’m delighted with my new kitchen from Caro Design. It is everything I wanted it to be. Greg was super efficient and knowledgeable. I enjoy cooking and he created a practical kitchen that looks fantastic. I’d definitely recommend them and the kitchen fitters they use. They’re a great team. Thank you.

From beginning to end. The design the changes ( I frequently made) were handled efficiently and politely. Nothing was to much trouble . The range of kitchens are all made and manufactured by them in England. Friendly ,professional and very helpful.

We recently re-fitted our utility room and after visiting several showrooms we decided on Caro Designs. The job was quite small as far a kitchens go but everyone at the company were extremely friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable, the quality is excellent and everything was delivered on time, what more could we require?

We went to Caro on recommendation and I'm so glad we did. We had an idea of what we were looking for but Greg came in and made alternative suggestions and designed an absolutely stunning kitchen, taking into account everything we wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend Caro to anyone looking to have a new kitchen installed.

Great first appointment

Great service from the moment we booked an initial design visit, through to ensuring everything was done properly until the end of the job. Full kitchen refit carried out, very professional fitters used. Could not fault anything 👍👍

Just in the design stage I have received excellent ideas that other designers haven't thought of. The product appears excellent and the price comparable to other kitchens.

Greg designed our new kitchen which was completed last week. He listened to our requirements and was so helpful choosing cupboards, worktops etc. The attention to detail was brilliant. The Rossman cupboards are very good quality. The fitting was done by the Confidence group. Everything went according to plan and we are thrilled with our new kitchen. We would recommend Caro Design to anyone Thank you so much.

We went to Greg at Caro Design after having dealt with numerous competitors and having either astronomical quotes including fitting or getting quotes and wondering where on earth our money was going. With Greg the process from start to finish was effortless. The design process was something we had not encountered before, especially with someone with a wealth of knowledge in this field. We had a presentation and options to choose from to fit our budget and we were able to mix both designs up and settle on something we knew was going to be great. Greg recommended fitters and a plumber to do majority of the works and they were fantastic, they were always punctual friendly and proffessional. Overall we cannot fault our kitchen, Greg at Caro Design and everyone else involved. If you want a kitchen that is well worth the money and incredible service to boot then I would look no further.

It’s a pleasure to write a review for Caro Design. To advertise themselves as a ‘thoughtful’ design process with ‘uttermost attention to detail’, is nothing other than word-perfect. Greg’s ability to listen to our needs and design a kitchen for our growing family has truly transformed our home. He continuously demonstrated an indisputable level of patience and empathy towards the complexities of our house extension and ensured that Caro’s role was hassle-free; resolving any minor issues with ease. It goes without saying, that we recommend Caro Design unreservedly and are extremely grateful for our wonderful kitchen and utility as well as our more recent playroom unit.

Caro Design were an excellent turnkey solution to replacing our entire kitchen! Complete service from design to breakdown, removal, install, painting, tiling and completion. Great service, quality products, excellent install and superb followup. I could not rate them more highly!

Greg from Caro kitchen design was very professional and helpful. He was so patient to design the brand new kitchen for me and he is very kind to help me out with some stuck issues Caro kitchen design is reliable.I would highly recommended Greg and Caro..Thank you Greg and Max .

We came to Caro Design via a recommendation and dealt with Greg from day one. Throughout the process of trying to sort out what we wanted and what would work well, Greg was patient and helped guide us towards a result that we are extremely happy with. Some of his ideas we adopted and some of ours we stuck with and developed. Either way Greg was quick to respond to my countless emails and our changing of ideas back and forth. I always think a good gauge of a company is how they handle things when they go slightly wrong as much as when they go right. Due to no fault of Caro Design there were a couple of issues in manufacture and Greg was quick to respond and seemed as keen as we were to rectify the issues in a timely fashion. From our experience I can recommend Caro Design without reservation. Thanks again Caro ! (The work tops came from Eaton Stonemasons in Wareham)

We engaged with CARO to design, deliver and install a bespoke garage utility room, with a brief to focus on a hard wearing "man-cave" that can take knocks. The team at CARO, with particular mention going to Greg and Lucy, were attentive, patient, professional and punctual. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys!

Greg from Carro was referred to me by a friend. From the initial appointment through to the delivery of the kitchen Greg was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The quality and finish of the kitchen was leaps and bounds better than anything else i considered and I would highly recommend Greg and Caro design.

Caro Design are simply brilliant. They have a wonderful showroom and a warm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable team who help to turn your kitchen dreams into a reality. We could not be more delighted with the end result. Greg guided us through the design process, carefully matching our needs and wishes within the space that we have. Once finalised we agreed a delivery date and everything turned up on time along with Max & Dean, 2 very friendly and experienced kitchen fitters who brought the dream to life. Really lovely people. The whole experience was so easy and ran so smoothly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough

Lovely kitchen displays + choice of units/equipment to suit all. My kitchen has been designed to my specification but given lots of guidance by Greg on alternatives.

Really impressed with this company! Received a genuine welcome from the staff who listened to our requirements. Following a home visit we received a design and quote and were extremely pleased - especially based on the high quality of the units and appliances compared with other providers we had visited. Couple of great guys installed the kitchen, tidy, respectful and nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks to Richard for your patience!! Paul & Karen

I cannot recommend Carodesign enough! It's been an absolute pleasure from start to finish!I I am totally in love with my new Kitchen the quality is second to none! Director Richard's design was everything and more and his service was amazing. The price was also very competitive against Howdens/Wren/B&Q/Magnets but the outcome is far superior and they incorporated everything and more that I wanted where the others could not!
