MTB Building and Landscapes Ltd

We were replacing an old lean to conservatory in conjunction with Wright Glazing and all the dismantling and ground work was carried out by MTB building and landscapes. The team were all very polite, punctual and professional throughout. We were kept informed at all times by Mick and everything ran to schedule. They were a pleasant team to work with and went the extra mile. We would highly recommend MTB building and landscapes and will definitely use them again. Thank you to the team.

We are absolutely delighted with the work MTB has done for us - the shell for our conservatory & a new patio. Their pricing is good; they listened carefully to what we wanted; their workers are diligent, helpful, careful, friendly & polite. They’ve taken great care to get the levels correct & obviously have pride in their work. Can definitely recommend them. Lyn & Michael, Twickenham

We recently had MTB Building and Landscapes complete a single-story extension on our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team was incredibly quick, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of their work. A special mention goes to Mike, whose excellent communication kept us informed and reassured at every stage. We felt like we were in great hands from start to finish. The whole experience was stress-free and enjoyable, and we are absolutely thrilled with our new space. We highly recommend MTB Building and Landscapes for anyone looking for top-notch building and landscaping services. Thank you so much to Mike and the team.

Mike and the team were fantastic from start to finish. They carried out a single storey extension for us along with some extras we instructed as the project progressed. Mike kept us up to date throughout the project with an explanation of day to day tasks being carried out and the site was always left clean and tidy. We have been let down with previous builders in the area & are so thankful we found MTB, just a real genuine company. We are extremely happy and wouldn’t go anywhere else for future building works

Excellent work.

Outstanding service from Mike and his team. Appreciate all your hard work guys. Very reliable, costs stayed the same and very professional. Would use definitely again and recommend.

Excellent service from Mike and the team, removed an old door and window and built in a superb new one. Great communication and expertise

We recently had the pleasure of working with MTB Building Company, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They transformed our windowless cellar into a bright, welcoming space by installing a light well and a new window, creating a light-filled area. Additionally, they expertly built a new utility room, complete with new power sockets and an extractor fan. They also created bespoke storage units they—perfectly designed to maximize our storage needs. Throughout the entire process, Michael and his team were professional, friendly, and highly amenable. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the work and kept us updated every step of the way. The team was a joy to have in our home, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. We are extremely pleased with everything they’ve done, and we would not hesitate to recommend MTB to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and personable builders. Thank you, Michael and the team, for such an excellent job!

Mike and his team done and an amazing job, workmanship and communication was excellent. Very friendly and I would highly recommend them.

Extremely satisfied with the work carried out by the team. They were friendly, considerate and very tidy at the end of the work. They made sure I was fully satisfied with everything. I will definitely use this company again.

Excellent work by the team at MTB - new patio, steps and walls - looks great, the team were super easy to work with and communication easy throughout. Happy to make adjustments as the job progressed and have good advice. Would highly recommend.

MTB Building Services - can’t speak highly enough of Mike and the team. New patio, path and flower beds installed which look amazing. Professional, punctual, and first class communication throughout the whole project. Can’t fault Mike and the team and would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

New Garden Wall and foundation. From start to finish an excellent reliable job, sticking to the quote and timing. Good, friendly team. Very pleased with the result and finish. Andrew

New patio and lawn. We initially asked Mick to quote for the removal of some raised decking and put some new patio down. He came back with a much better idea and has transformed our garden into a much more usable area which looks beautiful. He gave great advice on the choice of materials to use and Adam and Brendon were extremely polite and helpful and they worked hard in pouring rain and hot sunshine. Once the patio was laid we decided on a new lawn too which Mick organised and laid himself. He has even lent us his own sprinkler till the turf has grown. Thanks to the 3 of you. We love it.

MTB - Meticulous ,Thorough & Brilliant. From the inspection, estimate and work done under awful weather conditions on the patio .Adam was a very good worker, polite, punctual and cleared up every day.

Mike and Adam did a fabulous job of replacing my front garden wall all within 3 days of us agreeing the work. Reliable, polite and cleaned up well after completion. Lots of compliments from the neighbours.

MTB Building Services finished our driveway this week and couldn’t be happier! So many people have commented on how amazing it now looks. The work consisted of removing several roots/trees, installing fences, brick front wall, digging a soak away, cementing the area and then laying tiles. This was done during freezing weather but the team were very helpful and polite and I felt they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and finish was done properly. The initial consultation was thorough and informative, Mick was great at suggesting all the options of what was available and what suited what I was looking for. Throughout whole process I was kept up to date on the progress and what the next stages were, all the work went to schedule as planned. The finished product is stunning and would highly recommend MTB to anyone looking to get work done to their house.

Very pleased with the communication from Mike and the work done by Adam and his team. Job was completed quickly and neatly and everything was clean and tidy afterwards. It’s a definite recommendation from me.

I highly recommend MTB Building Services. Mike was professional, punctual and always kept me in the loop with what was going on. They got the job done to high spec whilst also dealing with weather. We had concrete laid, stairs built and fencing put up. Super happy with all looks great! Thanks Mike & Team!

Mike and his team did the brickwork, drainage and patio repairs when our conservatory was upgraded. They were reliable, tidy and great at solving problems when they arose. They recently replaced my Mum's broken garden wall with a fence and did a great job. I would wholeheartedly recommend and would use them again in the future.

We highly recommend MTB Building Services. They have recently completed extensive changes to our conservatory, which included raising the height of the room and putting in a pitched tiled roof, with skylight windows. The work also included bifold doors a window, brickwork and extending the patio to in front of the bifold doors. Michael and his team of workers were incredibly efficient and clean and tidy in their work and always polite. We saw Michael most days throughout the project, he ensured we were happy daily with the progression of work. We cannot recommend them enough and will always call upon them for any future building works.

Mike and his team were very professional and offered help at each stage. Their work was done to a very high standard especially with the removal of our outside wall to fit a new window couldn't believe how neat it looked. They stuck to the tight timeline and made sure I was kept in the loop which was very refreshing Thank you.

We needed our garage converted on a tight deadline and MTB didn't let us down: within 3 weeks of the window being ready Mike and his team had everything completed to a high standard and ready to decorate, we couldn't have been more pleased and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone

Brilliant job of removing our garage door and bricking up most of the hole/wall ready for a new window to be fitted. Michael and his team worked very hard and fast to get the job done before it rained. Very polite and very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend Mike and his team. They replaced our front bay window, re-pointed brick work and rebuilt the window sill. Mike co-ordinated the works, which were done within the time frame and cost agreed. Everything was left neat and tidy and Mike checked in regularly with us to check all was OK. Thank you!

We have used MTB on a few occasions now and would not go anywhere else and would recommend them to anyone. They have just re-laid our brick path which looks amazing and re pointed the entire Patio , the guys worked so hard to get the job done. They cleared up after themselves and the completed jobs are fantastic, I will certainly be using them again and again for any building work I need. So reliable as well

We had a single-storey extension built at the start of the year, running from Jan to April 2022. Mike and his team were great throughout - pleasant, efficient, and have done a great job. Mike kept us informed proactively throughout the process and was always happy to advise on different options. He also put us in touch with all the other trades we needed to complete the project. Highly recommend!

Absolutely exceptional experience with Michael and his team. Very tricky job due to lack of parking and access, which did not deter completion of a wonderful job. Consulted every step of the way and real artistry in how the stone was fitted. So happy I was referred to MTB Building . Would recommend to anyone

I am very pleased with the work done by Michael and his team who converted my utility room into an open plan kitchen by removing the internal wall to the living room, extending the space by taking 3 ft off the garage and changing the flat roof to an angled & tiled roof. The utility room used to floor after heavy rains so the floor was raised to match the level of the living room floor. Supervised by Graeme Burge, all the people who worked on the project were very efficient, pleasant and tidy. The materials were delivered in a timely manner for them to be able to complete the work in a timely fashion. Would be happy to recommend MTB to friends.

Michael and the team did an excellent job building a 4m single storey extension (with volted ceiling and two big sky lights) and integrating an existing external garage into a utility room. This included a two 7m steels being installed and 6m bi-fold doors being fitted. Michael believes that communication is key to successful projects so he was great at keeping us informed each day with the work that had been done / planned. The guys who worked for him were so polite, hard working and friendly. He was also innovative with suggesting different ways of achieving some difficult problems we encountered along the journey. We highly recommend MTB to anyone looking for building work done and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to our friends and family!

The two polite work men arrived and were ready to take shoes off to pass through to back of the house. They told me what they planned to do to repair and replace my gale damage This all done promptly and with respect. Its 4th time I have used this company and honestly wouldn't use anyone else. some of these jobs being Building a large patio on the lower half of my garden Front fencing Back fencing Removing of 2 huge bushes one being holly and a small tree I feel safe with MTB Building and Landscaping

Mike and his team did a superb job on the external and internal projects in our house. The workmanship was first class, completed on schedule and the budget was also met. A bonus was the friendly nature of the team. I would use this company again.

Highly recommend Mike & his team. They did our rear extension which was done professionally with no issues at all. The workmanship was excellent & all the team were polite & respectful & they always tidied up after them. The work was done quickly & efficiently and we were always kept up to date with communication from Mike. We are really happy with our extension 😊😊

Mike, and his team were great from start to finish. Professional, on time. I have a sensational patio now. They guys did such a great job. Terrific workmanship. Highly recommended

Mike and his team were fantastic! We had a garage conversion, including a knock through, a new kitchen and bi-fold doors installed. They were all polite and professional at all times. The job was to a high spec and there were no problems at all. Mike informed us daily of completed work and what would be carried out each day. Mike estimated twelve weeks for completion and it was exactly that! We highly recommend MTB to anyone looking for building work done. Thank you so much again, we are over the moon with our new home!

If I could give more stars I would. We wanted a small extension to run across the front of our house each side of our bay window. This would extend our garage space and provide a small porch. We originally had a builder to do this work but fortunately for us he let us down choosing a larger job over our work even though we had him booked. We wanted our windows replaced at the same time. I had already found someone to fit our windows and asked if they could recommend a builder. He did and we were extremely pleased. Mike was able to do our work, giving us exactly what we wanted. He gave excellent advice and arranged an electrician and someone to fit a roller door for us. The builders, roofers and Plasterers were fantastic and Mike always came round to check we were happy. Everyone came when they said and if there was anytime they couldn’t get there we were always informed. Their attention to detail was amazing and they worked constantly, even in the heat. Mike told me it was the smallest extension he had done but all I can say is he brought our ideas to life. Mike sorted out everything, working alongside the window guys, the shutter company and the electrician. We would more than recommend his company.

MTB demolished a garden building and took up a slab and patio. Michael was extremely easy to communicate with, and always called me if there was a decision my required my input, which was much appreciated. The guys doing the work were always on time (very punctual) and extremely clean and tidy (even had next door come to say how much they appreciated the workers protecting their fence). Highly recommended! I have already told a number of acquaintances to use MTB.

Mike and his team have recently completed a downstairs extension and partial remodel. He was a pleasure to deal with throughout, and kept me informed on progress & was always available to answer the endless questions I had prior to starting and while the build was in progress. We are delighted with the end result and will definitely have MTB back in for future projects and would recommend.

The teams work, both speed and quality was top notch! Incredibly satisfied. Mike's communication was key throughout; upfront, honest and timely so we all knew where we stood - which is essential when coming up against the inevitable bumps along the process.

We needed to have a small exension added to the side of the house and then have this made into a downstairs wetroom. Mike and his team were exceptional. So in total they built an extension then knocked through into the main house, then installed plumbing from the main house and full electrics into the new build. At all times working around my parents and always working with us when I made additional requests, I asked them to redo all the outside paving. Then the guys completly finished the build with a full wetroom installation with additional items such as underfloor heating, Electric hairdyres etc. They never questioned any additional requests and ensured we were involved at all times. At all stages of the build Mike ensured we were happy before moving onto the next area. He even put me intouch with people for gates etc. Mike arranged for the Electricians and plumbers and he controlled everything you could not ask for a better team of people relaible, spotless in clean up and the patience of a saint. I would have no issues recommending Mike and the team for any building work the qullaity was amazing and the finished job is just brilliant he has really taken the time to blend in the build from windows to tiling it is a first rate job. And all of this was done in the winter months so pretty exceptional. All in all you could not wish for better builders for any job from large to small
