Vantage Conservatory Roof Solutions - Verwood

We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful garden room created for us by Craig and his amazing team at Vantage Conservatory Solutions. From start to finish, their service has been absolutely first class, professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional, and it’s clear that Craig and his team take real pride in what they do. The finished result has completely transformed our old conservatory space, and we’ve had so many compliments already! It’s refreshing to deal with a company that’s not only skilled but also such a genuine pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Vantage Conservatory Solutions to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you, Craig and team, for delivering exactly what we hoped for and more

Wow! What a great company. We had given up hope of having a solid roof put on our conservatory, mainly due to the ridiculous quotes we had been getting from other companies. Vantage have a fantastic new system of a completely new built solid roof which they leave beautifully plastered and ready for decoration. I found all the men working on our roof, polite and very appreciative of coffee and cakes at regular intervals. No idea of mine was too silly to run past them, even relocating our log burner into the new lounge at a very reasonable price. Thank you Vantage for the whole experience. Ann Fordingbridge

After years of contemplating getting the conservatory roof changed, from being a greenhouse in summer and a no go zone in winter, we had a friend invite us to his house as he had just had his roof done. What a transformation, they were more than happy, we came home and got in touch with Craig. From that initial contact, to coming and quoting he was very informative and polite. Once we agreed a date he explained fully the next steps. Even managed to move our fix date so it could be done before our holiday. The gang of 3 guys came on the Monday laid tarpaulin over our lawn and filled it with all the materials that were needed, from then on they were respectful of our garden and house, polite and efficient, we plied them with drinks and ice cream as it was so hot in June. At no time was the old roof left in sight, the guys all worked together brilliantly, they then advised us they had a plastering team again these were efficient and polite, what a difference that part alone made, an electrician to do the spot lights and a all in all Craig and the whole team were amazing and we would definitely recommend them. We have added photos of before and after. Well done guys and huge thankyou.

Vantage were very professional and impressed with the speed and efficiency with how they worked. Very pleasant guys and turned up on time every day and cleared up before leaving. We are very pleased with the work carried out and would not hesitate in recommending them.

We are so pleased with the work that Craig and his team have done for us. They were totally professional from start to finish. We had a conservatory that was wasted as it was too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. Now we have a lovely extra room that we can enjoy all year round. We would without reservation recommend Vantage.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Craig, Scott, Jamie, and Mike, along with their talented team of expert plasterers, to replace the glass roof of my conservatory with a Supalite roof. This task was no straightforward undertaking, as my conservatory is an unusually large shape, characterised by walls that were far from the conventional 90-degree angles. From the very first day, Craig stood out by providing clear and informative explanations regarding both the product and the extensive work that was to be carried out. His communication set a positive tone for the entire project. Throughout the process, the team exhibited an incredible work ethic. They worked tirelessly to ensure that the new roof was installed correctly, and I truly could not fault their level of professionalism. They were consistently polite and respectful, treating my home with care and consideration, which is something I find increasingly rare these days. Each member of the team took immense pride in the quality of their work; this was evident in every detail of their craftsmanship. At the end of each day, they made sure to tidy up impeccably. Once the job was completed, the thoroughness of their cleaning was remarkable, which further demonstrated their commitment to providing an outstanding service. I dedicated several months to researching various types of conservatory roofs before making my decision, and I can confidently say that the Supalite roof is by far the best product on the market. Coupled with the excellent craftsmanship offered by Craig and his team, I genuinely believe that I made the right choice in employing them. My conservatory, which had previously been a space that we seldom utilised, has now been transformed into a beautiful and functional room that we can enjoy daily. I would wholeheartedly recommend Craig, Scott, Jamie, and Mike, along with their professional team, to anyone in need of similar work. Their exceptional work ethic, combined with their expertise and the fact that they are all genuinely nice people truly makes them stand out for any roof renovation projects. I can not thank them enough.

So this Team of guys pitched up one morning and proceeded to take over our back garden, half bringing round seemingly endless piles of materials and the other half ripping into our tired old conservatory roof, which by 10am was completely removed! By just after 4pm, the new roof structure was on and the conservatory watertight! This was, of course a very well rehearsed routine for this Team of utter professionals, and whilst the job wasn't yet complete, outside the conservatory footprint you would never know they'd been here! The job was fully completed as per specification at the end of day three, with the expert plasterer finishing off the ceiling. A week (or so) later once the plaster had dried and we had finished decorating, Craig and Scott returned to fit and connect the lighting....job done! Well that was almost three years ago and I had initially planned to write this review after the first summer and then winter had passed! However, I then really felt the need to wait another full year in order to 'compare' successive seasons! So here we are approaching the third anniversary of our 'New' conservatory, which had rapidly become a much loved new space where we could enjoy our Garden during sun, rain, or snow! No longer was this an unbearable, no-go sauna during the summer, or a freezing ice-room during the winter! The construction properties of the new roof have proved over these years to be exactly as described and hoped for, from Craigs' initial meeting with us at the outset. We remain absolutely delighted with the new roof, which looks as good today as it was when completed, its quality of construction, materials and workmanship, and have since been happily, and without hesitation, recommending the Vantage Team to several good friends, who, in-turn have 'taken the plunge' and been equally delighted! So finally, after all this time, a massive 'Thank you and Well Done!' to Craig and the Team!

Having a new roof put on my conservatory by Craig and his team has been the best thing I have ever done. The results are amazing. From quote to finished roof, the service has been faultless. The team were all polite, punctual, hard working and left the site clear at the end of every day. The new roof has made such a difference. Already I'm noticing how much warmer it is in the house. Cannot recommend the guys at Vantage highly enough.

Cannot fault this company. Always on time and hardworking team and everything kept neat and tidy. Made the whole experience easy and delighted with the result and it has made such a difference. Craig was always on hand and a genuinely kind person

Huge thanks to Craig and his team for their excellent work. They are highly professional, keep to their time frames, work very hard and are really nice people too. We couldn’t recommend them more highly. We have a fabulous new roof to replace our previous leaking glass roof which has transformed the room. If we could give them more than five stars we would! Many, many thanks from extremely happy customers.

What a very professional company, turned up Thursday before and laid protection over floor, arrived Monday morning, old roof taken off and all made waterproof by the afternoon, worked very cleanly and done a very good job, plastering and everything completed Thursday afternoon, and they left the conservatory and garden area spotless, the roof looks absolutely superb

We would 100% recommend Vantage Roof Solutions. From our first meeting with Craig who provided us with full explanations of the build and gave us a time frame which was absolutely kept to. Their service from start to finish has been exceptional. All work carried out highly professionally and promptly. Craig and his team were a joy to have on site and once the job had been completed cleaned the area like you would never have known they had been there. It certainly has transformed our sun baked conservatory to a delightful all purpose room we can use 24/7.

Synchronised swimming best describes Craig and his team. Initial site visit was easy and seamless. Explanation of install and time scales was simple and accurate. The install process of the new roof system was full of details that showed the absolute care and professionalism i have not seen for many years. The level of detail in the fitting, even parts you will never see again, was astounding. Surface protection was laid before i said “Good morning”. Swiftly, seamlessly and silently they all went about the job. Communicating by telepathy. Everyone just knew what to do and when. Measure once, check it, measure again, are we happy, install, check again. I have seen many building companies over the years cut a few corners but Craig and his team are perfectionists. They even turn up with their own cups, kettle and tea bags. No fuss, no mess, all tools packed away tidy every day. Ninja synchronised roof installers. The whole process was excellent. The product is excellent. The transformation from polycarbonate roof to full roof has made a massive improvement. It was a pleasure to pay the final invoice. It was worth every penny. I would recommend Craig 100%.

Thank you to Craig and his team for an amazing conservatory. As a family we cannot thank them enough for the expert installation and also support throughout the build. I can highly recommend Vantage.

Couldn't recommend more! Our conservatory was completely transformed into a room we can now use all year round. Craig, Scott and the team were brilliant, highly recommend. Thank you.

We have been thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the complete experience we have had with Vantage. From the initial visit, all our questions were answered and our reservations alleviated providing us with their expert guidance and opinion. The quote was clear and concise and a fair price. The installation far exceeded our expectations. I was impressed by the organisation and quality of work. To finally being very happy with our finished garden room

Craig and his team delivered the Conservatory roof components the week before the start date, and arrived when promised with a larger team than usual, in order to minimise the length of time that the roof was open to the elements - it was pouring down! Within a few hours it was watertight - mission accomplished! For the rest of the week, Scott and Jamie looked after us - hardworking and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We are so pleased with the finished result and would definitely recommend Vantage Conservatory Roof Solutions to anyone looking to get this improvement! Jenny and Tony Withall

Craig and his team were great from start to finish. We knew our conservatory work was in safe hands and would highly recommend to others.

Would highly recommend Craig and the team from vantage From start to finish so professional Worked very hard sorted out problems friendly bunch and very tidy !! And the work carried out has been amazing so happy with our conservatory

We are absolutely delighted with our new roof. It’s made the main living space in our home into a proper liveable room and it has also added a real wow factor for us. Craig and his Team are professional, friendly, tidy and nothing is too much for them. They bent over backwards to accommodate what we wanted. We would highly recommend them and already have to some of our friends. Thanks so much!

Vantage carried out a fantastic job on our conservatory. From the first point of contact with Craig we were delighted with the whole process. The quote was was competitive and work started on time. Scott and his team worked very efficiently with minimal disruption around the house. The standard of work carried out was first class with an incredible amount of detail. They were probably the most organised work force I have ever seen. The work was completed on time to a very high standard and the site left very tidy. Vantage are an extremely courteous and friendly company. We cannot speak highly enough about their whole work ethic and approachability. I would thoroughly recommend Vantage.

Craig and all the Boys, Thank you for such a brilliant work you have completed at my house but I cannot attach a photo yet as we are in the process of doing the floor. I will forward the photo when floor is completed Your effort to achieve customer satisfaction was first class. Diana from Salisbury

Outstanding work by Craig and team from start to finish, including leaving conservatory cleaner than they found it! We love our new roof. Thanks again.

Excellent job from Craig and the team. Our new roof looks amazing and the materials used appear to be a very high standard. Would highly recommend.

Super job, replacing a glass roof with slate on my green oak conservatory. Job done to time and cost. The installers were extremely professional and very clean and tidy. I would recommend this company if you are considering such work

We have no hesitation in recommending Craig and his team. From our initial meeting to completion, we were able to discuss various options, their attention to detail, honesty and professionalism second to none. We love the results so much that we’ve asked them to do some more bits for us. Highly recommend.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work carried out. Craig, Scott and Jamie are very professional and a pleasure to have working on our property. They turned our undesirable lean-to conservatory into a fantastic garden room.

For the last couple of years I have been obtaining quotes and looking at reviews of various companies to replace my Glass Conservetory roof with a tiled and fully insulated roof. Vantage completed my Conservetory Roof last week. From Start to Finish the service was superb. They gave me dates when the materials would arrive and when the work would commence. On the first day (Monday) the weather was awful but they still came and prepared everything ready for the next day. Tuesday the weather was good and they had the old roof off and the new roof on and made watertight. Wednesday/ Thursday installation work was completed ready for internal plastering on Friday. Plastering and a really good clean up completed the work to a very high standard. Very pleased with everything that was undertaken and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Originally we had a glass lantern roof on our orangery off our kitchen. During the various lockdowns of 2020/2021 we started to consider having insulated panels fitted into our existing lantern frame. This was to stop solar gain which was making our orangery extremely uncomfortable during hot weather and to provide thermal insulation during the winter. Sadly, despite our best efforts, the first attempt at fitting insulated panels into a new lantern failed leaving us extremely nervous of any new contractor. We contacted David Purcell, of DHP Plans, a local architect in Verwood, whose professional support was invaluable. David had commissioned Vantage Conservatory Roof Solutions to replace the existing roof on his conservatory with a light weight solid roof solution. Craig, from Vantage Conservatory Roof Solutions, visited our home, arrived punctually and advised us about the SupaLite roof system his company offered. He brought a model of the roof frame complete with insulation to give us a better idea of its construction. Our biggest concern was the size and placement of the one glazed unit. We did not want the glass to extend to the roof apex so settled on a smaller unit. A couple of weeks later we had a quote which we accepted and we were given a start date. This date didn't change. It was, quite simply, the best decision we have made since deciding to move from glass to a solid roof. I will list our satisfaction in Craig’s service in bullet point form - Before arriving at our home Craig punctually replied to many somewhat neurotic/nervous questions. He never dismissed us as fussy or difficult clients. - The installation date was confirmed and stuck to despite the weather. - The Thursday before work began on the following Monday the roof was delivered to our property. Craig and Jamie were on site to take delivery. They then worked for a couple of hours preparing for the start on Monday. - Monday arrived, it was raining and windy. Our orangery has a wooden floor and is fully decorated and some of our furniture was still in situ, so our nerves were on edge. Due to the professionalism of Craig and his team, Scottie and Jamie, not one drop of water entered our orangery. - Craig is on-site constantly. Nothing escapes his attention. Craig, Scottie and Jamie work as a team. On day one, the Monday, they removed the existing roof, installed the frame of the new roof and we were water tight before they left that afternoon. - Those guys worked hard - and they cleaned up after themselves! - We immediately appreciated the warmth that the new, still a work in progress, roof provided. - The plasterer Grant arrived, as scheduled, on the Thursday. This just highlights the organised and professional service provided by Vantage Conservatory Roof Solutions. Jamie arrived to clean up after the plasterer (who was superb) and on the Friday Craig and Jamie arrived to top and tail any outstanding issues. They added extra trim between the roof and the upstand. - The external view of the new roof is everything we hoped for. It blends in perfectly between the existing house and garage roofs. - The gutter around the roof ensures that it is a lot quieter than our previous lantern when it is raining. - It is now much warmer in our orangery. The new roof also retains heat in the room when the fire is on. It is also much quieter than before and oddly we don't have to have the volume on the tv up so high. - This SupaLite roof has completely integrated the orangery into the house. Would we employ them again - without hesitation. Would we recommend them - without hesitation. Are we grateful for David Purcell’s guidance and recommendation - without hesitation.

Craig, Scott & Jamie did a superb job in converting the roof on our Conservatory, all in one week, we are extremely grateful. We now have a room that we can use instead of a greenhouse. Can't believe the amount of insulation that went into the roof space, we have already noticed the temperature difference. I am quite a DIY'er myself, so can appreciate that this is a quality product that they use and their workmanship was of a massively high standard. Also a big shout out to Grant & Nuno who plastered the roof on the inside, once again great workmanship. Highly recommend these guys if you are considering a conservatory roof extension.

Vantage Conservatory Roof Solutions, transformed our conservatory into a proper, habitable, all year round room with their custom roofing system in the space of a week. The work was carried out in an extremely well organized and professional manner by Craig and his excellent team Scott and Jamie and we highly recommend this company. We cannot fault the quality of the work and are extremely pleased with the finished product. Once again, thank you to all three of you.

Very pleased with the whole process. No high pressure sales Reasonable price Good quality system Much thicker insulation than others Included full plastering Fantastic attention to keeping existing conservatory clean and undamaged. Very thorough clean up inside and out at the end All done in little over a week. Watertight in one day ! Very decent people to have on site No extras charged for ! Probably the best experience we have had with workers !

Craig and the team did an excellent conservatory roof replacement. Polite, professional, well planned, attention to detail and extremely tidy. We could not recommend them highly enough. Steve & Chrissie , Ringwood.

What a great experience and could not be happier with the result. Massively impressed with how quickly the Roof was changed over, minimal mess and noise. Craig, Scott and team were incredible throughout and the finished product is impressive. Only regret is not making the decision to do this years ago. Photos show before and after. Thanks Craig and Team - an absolute pleasure.

Great service from start to finish. Our conservatory has been transformed from a waste of space - too cold in the winter, too hot in the summer, to a beautiful bright useable all year round room. Would highly recommend Craig and his team. Great job!

Fabulous product put in by a professional, polite and tidy team. Cannot rate them and the roofing system highly enough.

The "A" Team Craig, Scott, Matt & Jamie replaced our conservatory polycarbonate roof with a new Supalite one. What a job it turned out to be, truly impressive and a total transformation worth every penny. From day one all the works was carried out in a very professional and efficient manner as they worked together as a very well oiled machine. We are now looking forward to using the room for 52 weeks of every year. Many thanks to all of the "A" Team, including the plasterers. Doug & Alison.

Vantage replaced our old polycarbonate roof and it was absolutely worth every penny. Craig, Scott and Matt were conscientious about every aspect of their work, they were completely reliable and professional and the finished article was truly impressive. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Highly recommended. Best building firm we have had in the last 20 years. Dealt with awkward conservatory roof project quickly and efficiently with no "bodging" of difficult aspects. Background experience as builders clearly an advantage. Communications dealt with promptly. Arrived on time and worked without interruption. Sub- contract plasterers also excellent.

New conservatory roof-Team came to set up covered carpets with sheets of ply wood and covers on top of that, boards put down over grass to protect it. All work carried out without fuss even when we weren't there. Work took a week but conservatory water tight on first day. All work done to high standard, old roof taken away nothing was too much trouble and team were always cheery and helpful from visit to quote to finished job. Paul & Barbara Traher

Delighted with their work. Craig, Scott and Team spent two weeks on-site refurbishing our conservatory, replacing windows and installing a new roof. Really good communication throughout, really friendly and courteous on-site. Happy to recommend and would definitely use them again.

Very pleased with work carried out on my replacement conservatory roof, the team at Vantage were extremely clean & tidy throughout, & I was kept informed as the job progressed, they kept to schedule, & worked without disruption, would definitely recommend.

Craig, Scott and Matt replaced my conservatory roof completely. I cannot recommend them enough! Their work was so precise and extremely tidy at all times. Thank you.

I can highly recommend this company. They have just finished our conservatory. They dug the footing out by hand as they didn't want to disturb the remaining patio stones. Its a small family business and the other subcontractors are as thorough and thoughtful as the main team. When they leave everything is tidied swept tools away and the patio is hosed down. Their workmanship is next to none and i would have no hesitation in having them again for any other building work i might need. One amazing team absolute pleasure to have them here.

Craig and Matt worked wonders with our conservatory roof. The result was everything they promised and more. Efficiently and professionally carried out as promised. The result is a joy. I thoroughly recommend them.

Great work done by Craig and Matt, so happy to have found these guys. Professional, helpful and a perfect clean up afterwards! The room is so warm now even on these cold evenings, we can sit in there and enjoy the ambience. THANK YOU

Fantastic service from Craig and all that work with him. Work done on time and to an excellent standard. Cannot recommend enough, thanks Craig.

Vantage have transformed my conservatory into an integral part of the house. Excellent thorough job completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.

I have no hesitation in recommending Craig and team at Vantage. They replaced our conservatory roof and were prompt, efficient, neat and tidy, pleasant to deal with and we are very pleased with the result that has transformed the conservatory into a room that can be used all year round.
