We live in Solihull and have been having a lot of trouble with locking/unlocking our front door and the door not shutting. I called VB Locksmith and he said he would be with us in 30 minutes, which he was. He immediately noticed the issue was the mechanism on the door, he fixed this thoroughly and all of this was completed from the phone call to the door being fixed in an hour. Excellent service. I would highly recommend!

Outstanding service from start to finish. I accidentally locked myself out with my keys left in the office on a Friday night and was expecting a stressful evening and weekend. He responded incredibly quickly, arrived when he said he would, and tackled what turned out to be an exceptionally difficult lock. It took far longer than either of us expected, but he never rushed, never gave up, and worked methodically until the job was done properly. The new lock was fitted perfectly, everything was tested thoroughly, and he was professional, courteous and reassuring throughout. His persistence, expertise and dedication were genuinely impressive. I can't thank him enough for getting me back into my home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy locksmith. Five stars

Also advised to replace certain parts to avoid the door getting broken and having to change it all. Overall excellent and quick service. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Vlad was excellent, I had a French door that was stuck and wouldn't open, and two windows, one that wouldn't open or close (it was partially stuck open) and one that wouldn't open at all. He was able to open all three properly, replace the broken mechanisms, and also narrow down and mitigate the cause a mother few issues. He also adjusted my door for me, and all of this within the price he originally quoted me. Clad also kept me informed about his eta, and when he had to go and get a part to complete the job, he was back earlier than he said, and again, let me know he was on his way and his eta. Overall excellent service, I would highly recommend.

Very pleased with work and service of VB Locksmith. Vlad is a knowledgable professional, he quickly found the issue and fixed my front door that has been giving me problems for months. Great job, reasonable prices. Recommend!

Absolutely awful experience with VB Locksmith Services. I called them for an emergency lockout late at night and they took far longer than promised to arrive. When they finally showed up, the locksmith seemed rushed and unprofessional. The price ended up being much higher than what I was told on the phone, and I felt completely taken advantage of in a stressful situation. Would not recommend them to anyone needing a reliable 24/7 lockout service.

Very quick response, I rang with the problem in the afternoon and we had it fixed by the end of the day - on Saturday! Very happy, definitely recommend.

He came straight away, knew what he was doing and had enough on his van to upgrade my locks at the same time. Didn't charge the earth, was friendly and polite. Hopefully I won't need to use him again, but if I do need a locksmith, I'll be calling. Just check the reviews.

Very knowledgeable, on time, reliable and very polite. Would definitely recommend. Professional work

Disgusting behaviour and very rude and he is a scammer The man is cubby and short sounds Italian And looks Italian When you ring them back they tell u to f off They came to fix a broken lock Said that he needed to get a screw as one was missing never came back He took my payment £50 but tried to charge me £100

Fraudsters, this company charged me £95 for literally replacing 4 bolts in my door. I'm not happy and I won't recommend them to nobody, not even my enemy.

Professional, friendly, and efficient service. Highly recommended

Excellent swift work. Identified the problem. Door would not close so could not lock. Found all the causes. Even identified that door handle installed incorrectly with screw on the outside not in. Fixed this major security issue also! Very pleased with the work and polite service

After my 15year old patio door lock broke, I rang around locksmiths. I had different ones look at it, all 3 said I’d need to change the entire door! Then I came across VB LOCKSMITHS SERVICES. And straight away was told it can be replaced . Not only did he save me a lot of money replacing the entire door, but also kept me updated on the progress. This Guy is clearly VERY knowledgeable in his trade. I can’t recommend him enough!! Don't look anywhere else ! VB Locksmith Services are brilliant. Turns up on time, great craftsmanship and really good price quoted over the phone so knew what I'd be charged. Thanks VB for repairing and aligning my door. Nice honest guy.

I originally phoned a company called Samlock. After they let me down, I cancelled them. So glad I did as their reviews are dreadful. I checked reviews out for VB Locksmiths and they were excellent. I phoned and they said they would be there within 45 minutes. In the meantime a locksmith turned up in a hired van and wanted to charge me over £500 pounds for a new lock barrel. VB turned up and it was the owner of the company. The freelance locksmith was dispatched after telling me I was stupid and after I refused to pay a cancellation charge. VB were professional and informative, did the job and were very reasonably priced. He was so helpful. DO NOT EVER USE SAMLOCK. Thank you VB Locksmiths.

Absolutley excellent. Very professional and always comes really quickly! Thank you.

Found Vlad on Google as my front door lock was bust! He said he will come out and have a look and quote me. The barrell and the five lever lock mechanism had gone so he replaced the lot at a fair price. Replaced the lock with 5 keys spare, works smooth and well. Quick service reliable, and he is a good guy. Definitely recommend to all! Thanks Vlad
