County Locksmiths is valued for quick, friendly and fairly priced help with lockouts, broken locks, door latches, key cutting and car key services. Customers describe knowledgeable staff who explain the options clearly, source hard-to-find parts and often complete work promptly, with helpful advice for those tackling smaller repairs themselves. Andy is also praised for being punctual, transparent about pricing and resolving a lost Disklok key the same day.
Andy was brilliant. Once I'd sent pictures he was confident on fixing, open about pricing and arrived on time. Really helpful service I fully recommend 5* - Disklok key was lost and he was able to sort same day
Excellent service, very quick and not expensive.
Very helpful staff! Service was quick, good quality and reasonably priced. Will definitely go back again when needed.
they fixed my front door after I had a bad experience with another locksmith. Very friendly, efficient service. Strongly recommended.
Absolutely excellent service. My patio door lock broke and they were able to source me some alternative parts as the original manufacturer no longer made the part I needed. Really went the extra mile to find all the information and come up with a solution for me. Parts came by the following lunchtime so they were fast too. Can’t recommend them enough. Very knowledgeable and explained what I needed to do to fix it myself even though they could have made more £ with their Engineer fitting it
Good job
Just so friendly and personable. Professional with all the perks of being human.
Popped in late on a Saturday, hat in hand with a broken exterior door latch not being able to lock, had the part in stock and offered advice going back together, even said to ring if I needed more advice. Great service, now my go to for any lock service. Thank you
Great service
Always good service..thanks
I phoned them up as I was locked. They came out with 5 minutes, gained entry and fitted anew lock. The old barrel was bent. All done in half an hour. Excellent job, I would highly recommend. Thank you.
My Seat Ateca key battery was flat, after being quoted £18 near Asda, I remembered that last year I was impressed with price at Country Locksmiths too. Excellent friendly service, extremely fair priced and local!
Great locksmith, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Brilliant I locked myself out of my daughters house they came in 30mins and sorted out very quickly.
Had a key cut, which only took a couple of minutes and was done while I waited.
Very friendly, cut my blank car key and duplicated my house key too.
