Really pleased with the service. He was prompt, friendly and professional from start to finish. He quickly got my key sorted and was a genuinely pleasant guy to deal with. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.

Baz was extremely helpful accommodating my work life. He did a fantastic job and, if in the future I need a car key, he will definitely be my go to. Audi on the other hand…. Eventually sent the right key. I thoroughly recommend AKL for you car key issues

Locked myself out of my van. He turned up out of hours and did everything he could to get it sorted quickly and efficiently. Amazing service and lovely guy

Excellent service and so easy to deal with. The ignition barrel in my son’s car went on a Sunday. Spoke on Sunday and car was repaired with new keys and assembly fitted Wednesday. Also very good value for money. Would highly recommend

Very happy!! Friendly guy, made quick work of safely getting into the vehicle without damage and skillfully popped the hood of the car with a wire to get the 12V started. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Thanks Barry you arrived exactly on time and helped us to get a spare key for our campervan

Highly recommend! Everything that you wish for in a tradesman - answers the phone/texts, & completes the work at the agreed price/time in a friendly manner. Retrieved my keys that were locked inside my Audi Q3 within 15 minutes of arriving

Thank you so much for sorting a new key quickly and making the process as easy as possible for me.

Just fantastic service when I REALLY needed rescuing! Stranded 200miles from home! I had lost my main key and had my spare key locked in my car. Bas was very fast to answer my initial call, quick & to the point on how he might help me (& the cost) - good communication in terms of where I was located and when he could attend to me (very quickly I might say). Stayed in touch on coordinating meet up. Unlocked my car in less that 3mins, provided payment link for quick & easy settlement. All round fantastic service, provided in a professional / efficient and friendly manner. Can highly recommend.

What a refreshing experience dealing with a local company. I can’t recommend enough. My son needed a second key for his work. I made the call and arranged a convenient time for a home visit. Job was completed in half an hour and my son now has 2 keys! 👌👍👍👍

Excellent customer service. Spare key provisioned and reprogrammed efficiently and effectively. Turned up on time as agreed and price paid as quoted.

Baz is a wizard when it comes to key solutions! We had a challenging digger key problem and he went all out to fix it. super impressed and very happy were back up and running on site!

I had a slight emergency with a broken key and this company helped me out with a replacement. The best thing and I my opinion and most important was the communication they provided. Not only did they explain the whole process, they kept me informed. I would highly recommend!

When I was about to lose hope, he came out super fast on a Sunday as well. Problem solved in minutes with no fuss. Highly recommend!

Brilliant service, very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Super happy with everything! Highly recommended, thankyou :)

Top service with a friendly smile. Went above and beyond solving the issue. Would highly recommend. A+++

Absolutely brilliant service. I’d accidentally locked my keys in the car late in the evening and he came out quickly, got me back in without any damage (sadly unlike the first attempt with my breakdown provider), and was calm and professional throughout. What really stood out was that he even checked later to make sure I’d got home safely. Professional, reliable, and genuinely kind — highly recommend.

Lost the key to my car and was locked out, called the guy up and gave him a few details about the car, he went through various options for making it affordable whilst also discussing other options for a second key. Arrived early and got straight to work, had the car open even before I turned up. Very friendly to talk to, was more than happy to explain all the work he was doing and had it all sorted in no time. 100% if I haven any issues with keys and my car I will be giving him a call again, couldn't recommend enough! Side note, my bluetooth also started working again which was a nice bonus.

Locked out of my Corsa which was completely unresponsive with a suspected dead battery. Really impressed with the quick service, but also the in depth knowledge. Others had said they could come out but didn’t understand the problem. Barry knew exactly what to do, suggested options, gained entry, surveyed the lock and even charged the battery for me.

AKL arrived on time and kept me informed at all times. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Excellent. Thank you Barry.

Absolutely outstanding service from AKL Locksmith. I had a full AKL (All Keys Lost) situation on my 2025 Audi Q7, and Baz was nothing short of exceptional. From the first call, he was completely honest, transparent, and reassuring, clearly explaining the process and costs with zero pressure or surprises. He arrived bang on time, fully prepared, and handled a high-end vehicle with total confidence and care — you could instantly tell you were dealing with a true professional at the top of his game. Baz worked efficiently, calmly, and meticulously, and had everything sorted far quicker than expected. The level of knowledge, skill, and attention to detail was seriously impressive.
