Paul was quick to respond and come and take a look at our broken lock. Local kids had broken it when kicking our front door. He was supportive, friendly and professional, and explained what locks would be best for extra security. I would 100% recommend him to others and he is very reasonably priced!

Thank you Paul for going above and beyond to secure our front door. The job was more extensive than originally anticipated but nothing was too much trouble.

Quick and speedy response time, extremely clean and tidy works carried out and great communication! Would 100% recommend.

Paul is an excellent lock smith, he did a brilliant job replacing a lock that was drilled out. He is an honest man with integrity and he did a fantastic job with the replacement, it looks as if nothing has changed in the door. I highly recommend his service

Paul Read is professional, personable and punctual. The quality of his work is to a high quality, and he takes real pride in his standards, with excellent attention to detail. Good value, and strongly recommended.

Can not recommend Paul highly enough!!! I was in the unfortunate situation of being locked out with my children and nowhere to go. Unfortunately being a single parent I didn't have much money to throw away and give all to a locksmith leaving myself and my children hungry as we didn't have much. Paul was absolutely amazing from the moment we spoke on the phone, he was polite, honest and was with me within 15 mins. After explaining my situation to him he was an absolute star and told me to not worry about money and to spend i food for me and my children. Just shows you that there are honest caring tradesmen out there and so happy I contacted Paul. Thank you again Paul. You are a true gentleman!!!!!

Outstanding service Paul goes above and beyond and does it all with a smile on his face and in good humour. Trustworthy and reliable, I’d recommend him to anyone!

Paul is such a great man, professional, clean, tidy and does his job very well. Has great communication and organisation skills. He explains everything very well in details about the jobs he will perform what you want done. Reliable man. Price is worth it. I would definitely recommend him. Will also inform my family and friends for future references. I’m very happy with my new lock. I’m happy with overall service I had. will definitely be his regular customer if I ever need anything more done in the future and I feel he does his job better than the council can do it for you. Thank you so much again mate. Me and my partner is very pleased with your commitment. 😊

Very friendly and helpful. Gave good advice and changed my locks quickly

Paul is super professional and easy to do business with. Very honest quotes (unlike most his competitors who try to charge 3x for parts) and jobs carried out quickly and well. I used his services twice and would recommend him to anyone! A pair of safe hands.

I was really pleased with PBR. Paul came round the same day and was able to solve the issues we had there and then. I would definitely use again in the future.

Attended at agreed time, was very professional and tidied up after he finished. Very happy with the new lock. Will definitely use in the future and highly recommend others to use this company. Brilliant service.

Great service and great value, had a very old lock that had stopped working. Got recommended by a family member and so happy with my new lock. Very tidy and explained in detail the best option for me and was a lot cheaper then expected. 10/10 service. Will be passing your details onto friends and family. Thanks Paul

Turned up on time, removed my bulky Kryptonite bike lock chain with no issues. Very polite, professional and lovely guy and business overall. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service, friendly fast & reliable. Paul goes out of his way to provide an outstanding service. I would gladly recommend PBR Locksmith for any domestic or business lock/secure services.

Peter is a wonderful chap! From start to finish the service he gave, the attention to detail and his overall professionalism were all excellent. At a time when stress levels are running high, he was a calming influence and did a great job. Happy to recommend PBR locksmiths to anyone and everyone!

Paul was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Got the job done quickly and went the extra mile to give us the service we were after. Would definitely use PBR Locksmith in the future

Paul @ PBR did a very good job supplying and replacing a worn out nightlatch lock on the wooden communal front door of our Victorian property, he also supplied a number of duplicate keys. He also replaced a broken sash window lock at the same time. He arrived on time, supplied and replaced the locks efficiently and left the area clean and tidy. Also very good communication. Would be happy to recommend him to others.

Paul attended and opened a locked tilt garage door and fitted replacement locks in quick time. Responsive, professional and courteous service. Recommended.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE - Paul offered to come and look at my elderly parents back door when the lock stopped working, with no call out fee. He immediately spotted that the issue was not with the lock but the alignment of the door. Straight away, he got working on sorting the door despite having a busy morning ahead of him. Whilst he was working on the door, we mentioned that the front door lock has a small issue and a couple of windows have lost handles. He was able to take a quick look, and assured us he could come back and sort those out. Then, he worked out the cost ( VERY reasonable - far less than quotes I had got from other companies) AND took off 25% as my parents are OAPs ( he does the same for NHS staff). Professional, respectful, efficient and very kind - Paul’s business deserves our support, for sure!

Paul came to rescue me after my lock managed to break overnight, locking me in my house! He came quickly, and was friendly and professional. He tried everything he could first, before having to actually drill and replace the lock. He tidied up after himself too!

Really happy with Paul's service this morning. He couldn't really fit us in but managed to anyway at short notice and did a great job, cleared up after himself and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Paul and his team are a rare find. They kept to the agreed appointments, arrived prepared and on time. They were straightforward in explaining what needed to be done in order to get the windows working again properly and carried out the work needed in an impeccable, polite and tidy manner. . Would definitely recommend PBR Locksmith and will be using them again for any locksmith and window requirements.

Friendly and professional service from Paul. Was punctual on both visits and offered a very reasonable quote, with generous NHS discount. Overall did a great job, very happy customer, thank you!

Paul attended the property within 15 minutes of my call, gained entry and quickly replaced the lock, all for a very reasonable charge. Friendly and knowledgeable, I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a locksmith

Great experience with Paul. Arrived within 20 mins of being called in the evening. He communicated everything he was trying with our lock. Ultimately the lock would have had to be drilled, which we declined. Paul then refused to take payment from us despite breaking a tool of his trying to help. Clearly takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work. We already will look to have him back for a second job. Can’t recommend enough.

Absolutely brilliant locksmith. Highly recommended company. We was locked out of our flat. Of course it’s extremely stressful and can be extremely expensive. We gave PBR (Paul great guy) a call who explained he could come to our address within the hour. Paul arrived was polite, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our lock on our door was slightly confusing (dogey new build lock) but Paul didn’t decide to just break through the lock. Paul used his advanced professional knowledge to pick lock the front door. Within 20 minutes we was enjoying a cup of tea. In terms of price we could not be more happy. Extremely reasonably priced. After our experience myself and my partner could not believe how professional and kind Paul was. If you want a locksmith I would highly recommend PBR. Paul is a down to earth professional , kind and is able to create a negative experience into a highly positive one.

I had a problem with my front door lock and couldn't get into my property. I got recommended to PBR locksmith from a family a friend who he had done work for previously and I am so glad I did. Paul was such a lovely guy who was polite, honest and a real pleasure to talk too. Done the job 100%, was very clean and tidy plus the price was a lot cheaper than expected. And I even got an extra 25% discount for being an OAP. Thanks again Paul and will definitely be sharing your details onto friends and family.

We locked ourselves out and Paul saved us. He arrived quickly with a smile on his face and was incredibly professional whilst also being incredibly nice throughout No damage was done to the door or the lock to get us in. We could not be happier with this service and we are very grateful to him. Could not recommend highly enough!

Paul did some amazing work at our house recently. He was quick, efficient and did a great job. All his fittings look and work great - and most importantly our house feels a lot more secure. Would definitely recommend.

Paul was punctual, professional and overall just a really nice guy. He clearly loves his craft and does the job to perfection, offers advice on the job, tells you what you need but also what you don’t and then charges an honest and fair fee with no hidden costs at the end. We were really pleased with the price and the immaculate job he did changing two very old locks on our front door. He colour matched everything so the result was flawless. We were so happy with his work. I would recommend Paul to anyone. 10/10
