Customers praise the business for quick, thorough assistance with smaller jobs, including gas cooker installations, door lock replacements, and electrical checks. However, a bathroom installation project resulted in nearly two months of delays, poor communication, and unresolved issues such as uneven tiles and faulty fittings.

Disappointing experience. B&Q assigned XML to install our bathroom, but the work was delayed, poorly finished, and communication was lacking. Issues like uneven tiles and faulty fittings were never resolved, and despite promises, no one returned to fix them. We eventually got another installer, but by then we’d lost nearly two months. Not the standard you’d expect.

We’ve had the electrical appliance check performed by Jackson. Jackson performed a thorough 100% check of all our appliances and did an excellent job. His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. Everything was tested and explained clearly. Highly recommend his services!

Was looking for a gas safe registered engineer at short notice to remove and install a new gas cooker. Connor was pleasant, helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.
