Pleased with Mr Ali’s service. Prompt, professional and quickly resolved my issue.

Was locked out of my house, Direct Locksmiths came extremely quickly, within probably 15/20 minutes, and shortly after got me back into my house and changed the locks. Very grateful for the urgent and speedy work, would recommend!

Excellent and reliable service

Very reliable and came on time

We really needed to access our pram from our bike shed and this was the speedy and effective service we needed! Plus we got some bonus tips on how to stop it from happening again.

Ali arrived within 15 minutes of my call and quickly got me back into my flat which I was locked out from. Really efficient service — fast, professional, and highly recommended.

I had to have the door lock replaced urgently - thank you Ali for accommodating my request on priority and fixing the new lock. Highly appreciate your help today!😊

Would highly recommend Direct Locksmiths. We had a stuck internal door which needed a new part. Abdeali was able to identify the issue before coming (by sending photos) and ensured he had the part. Polite and professional.

This friendly locksmith has great availability. We decided last minute to change our locks and he was able to come to us on the same day. When he realised that one of our doors required a fix, he came back the next day with the appropriate tools to repair it and explained to us what was wrong so we understood the situation.

Very prompt service. Reasonable price for opening a door. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend direct locksmiths. Locked myself out of the house and within the hour of calling direct locksmiths had arrived, they sent updates on ETA and were very prompt. Before attempting any work they informed me of the price. They had changed the lock in no time and gained access into the house and gave plenty of spare keys to hopefully avoid this situation again. Overall, direct locksmiths were so quick and efficient which makes them easy to recommend.

Excellent service, arrived in 10 minutes, resolved in 2 minutes (including the time it took to get his toolbox out of the van). Perfect!

We've previously used Direct Locksmiths to change locks and today we had an emergency callout after locking ourselves out. Service has been quick and efficient, and wasn't too pricey. Would highly recommend.

Ali has done a number of jobs for me. Always professional polite and does an excellent job

Excellent service. Arrived within 2 hours of calling. Discovered other issues and remedied those as well. Took a while due to issues with end result success.
