Nopas Security Ltd

Needed an emergency call out, had an immediate response, and issue sorted. Highly recommend.

Andy couldn't have been more helpful and efficient, not only fixing an urgent issue with my front door but also fixing my bathroom window lock too. Excellent and very professional

Best service. Quick response. Reliable rate. I call and service came in just 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service!! Amazing price!! Got to me in under an hour and super helpful! Highly recommend!!🔐

Great locksmith. Was on time and got me in. I recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. He came out twice just to make sure our front door lock was completely safe and secure. Very reliable, professional, and genuinely trustworthy — which is hard to find these days. Took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were happy before leaving. Highly recommend to anyone needing a locksmith.

Absolutely brilliant service! I called at 9am about my garage door and Andy was at my house fixing it by 10am. Fast, professional, and reliable from start to finish. On top of that, he gave me the lowest quote compared to everyone else I contacted. Couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend to anyone needing similar repairs!

I'm not a fervent reviewer — usually it's only necessary as a warning to others. This is the opposite. Andrew isn't old by any stretch, but the service is from a bygone era. My elderly mother, who has genuine security concerns, discovered her spare set of keys had gone missing and decided to call a locksmith. Worried she'd dial an emergency number and get ripped off, I asked her to wait. Moments later her call was returned, and before I'd even arrived the door was already being fixed. My mother lives in a nice house but was recently defrauded and is now living hand to mouth. Ninety-nine percent of tradesmen would have priced the job by the postcode. Andrew didn't. Within thirty minutes of the call, the lock was sorted — barrel replaced, and when he noticed an interior lock was also broken, he fixed that too at no extra charge. She is almost eighty, and he took the time to explain what he was doing and what the most cost-effective option was. Considerate, efficient, and the finish was excellent. Home security comes down to trust. Whether you're locked out or developing a property, Nopas is the only call I'd make. I referred Andrew to a friend last week who's developing his house — the feedback came back the same.

Andrew at Nola’s Security is so incredibly helpful, it was my second time calling him out and am so happy with his efficiency and fixing my key problem! He arrived so quickly and was so smooth and efficient, really was a hero today!! Would definitely recommend for a trusted, local and efficient mobile locksmith - amazing!!

Phoned Andy and he arrived and had us back into our flat within 20 minutes - super friendly, reasonably priced and was happy to help. Thank you again, Andy!

Andrew was brilliant! Our key got stuck in the front door and Andrew fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and affordably. Can't recommend Nopas highly enough.

Was back in within 15 mins of phoning him. Professional and kind. A definate go to for the future. Highly recommended.

A really excellent service. A weekend callout on behalf of my neighbours. Andy attended promptly, was very polite and reasonably priced. Job done quickly and efficiently.

Highly recommend Nopas Security! My partner and I were locked out of our airbnb when the key snapped in the door (just 2 days after Christmas) and Andy was with us within 15 minutes and got us inside in no time! He charged us very fairly and we appreciated it so much. Thank you Andy! 🙏

Wow! What a service! Got locked out of our holiday home and within 20 minutes Andy came and sorted it out with ease, with no damage to the door.🙌 So grateful 🙏 couldn’t have been better service and such a lovely guy.

Great and quick service, I was in a very unfortunate situation where my ONLY key was locked in my boot and they were able to get to me within 15 minutes and unlock the car allowing me to carry on with my day! No damage to the car and service was very friendly.

Would recommend Andy. Cheaper than other place I rang first (they had quoted £90). Arrived when said he would, about 20mins. Got me back into my house quickly and we had some fun in the process. Thanks Andy! (Hopefully I’ll remember my keys in future though! 😂 )

Great service, was super quick, got me back in to my flat after locking myself out, explained what he was doing and was a very fair price, much cheaper than other quotes I got. Would highly recommend if you need a locksmith in the Bournemouth area. Thanks again!

Locked myself out of my flat and was back inside within 30 minutes. 10 minutes of panicking, 15 minutes wait and then the 5 minutes it took him to get back inside a pretty tough door. Could not have asked for a quicker and more effective service. Would give an extra star if I could

Andy was absolutely amazing, patient and helpful! He got here super quickly and tried everything to get me back in which eventually resulted in having to drill the lock. Apart for a can’t beat price he was kind and reassuring through it! Would definitely recommend his services to anyone who needs assistance with anything locks/security!

I cannot recommend Andy enough he was a absolute star he came to me on a Sunday afternoon and dropped his dinner to assist me after my son had locked himself in the van with the keys he normally does houses but he came anyway to see if he could do anything as none of the local companies could assist on the day. After twenty minutes or so he managed to gain access to retrieve my child if you're stuck please give him a try he is amazing and a true gentleman and he saved me smashing the van window.

I can't recommend this company highly enough! Fantastic, prompt service, very helpful and friendly and very reasonable prices! Will definitely use again if I need a locksmith.

Fabulous job from Andy at a fair price. Professional but friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. Can't fault this company. Highly recommend.

Called Nopas to quote for changing a intercom door to regular key function. Using their WhatsApp page I was given a quote and within 45mins the job was done. Absolutely great and would recommend to all. Well done Nopas

I needed some replacement window and door handles, locks, letterbox etc and I found Andrew on Checkatrade amongst a couple of other firms. Andrew was the most responsive, helpful and the most competitive too. Did a great job. Would certainly recommend him.

Called Andy as locked out of the house, he was here within 10 mins and we were back in the house within 15 mins of calling. Excellent service quick and affordable

Incredibly fast and professional. Unfortunately we got locked out of our shop and required emergency assistance which was tended to very quickly and we were able to open up again for trade shortly after. Great work, thanks.

Andy was so brilliant from Nopas Security. He got in touch really quickly, quoted a price and then came to do the job within a few days. He had an issue when he got here and needed to order parts, but was so kind to get it ordered in and fitted soon after. Communication was great and I’d totally recommend.
