Contacted them by Facebook, answered immediately. It wasn't an emergency so came round the next working day as I was struggling to lock the door. It was a quick fix just a couple of loose screws which I hadn't realised. Thank you, great service, no charge. I would highly recommend.

Incredible service! It felt like calling the fourth emergency service—Lee arrived within minutes and had the door fixed in no time. Friendly, efficient, and clearly knows his stuff. If you ever need a locksmith, Lee is the one to call

Lee was fantastic ! I rang Lee on the off chance as I was locked out of my house and he was with me within 30 minutes, cut me a new set of keys there and then and got me in within half an hour. Fast, reliable and a 5 star service would recommend to anyone.

Wow, came round in about 15 minutes after my call, saved my bacon by getting me back into my garage , advised me where to buy the unusually sized replacement lock from , and then let me off some of the fee! Such a polite, upbeat and professional guy, heartily recommend Poole Key Locksmiths .

Unbelievably good service. I was panicking as I couldn't lock the back door to my property. Lee contacted me almost straight away & cane out at 7.30pm, implemented a satisfactory temporary solution to secure the property overnight (which was so reassuring) & then returned the next day with the replacement locks & implemented the permanent solution. Brilliant service. Thanks so much Lee

Fantastic service! We phoned several local locksmiths with no luck. Lee came from out of our area, within a short space of time, on a late Saturday afternoon. His fee was very reasonable and we can't rate his professionalism highly enough.

Arrived in about 5 minutes flat, opened up the front door almost instantly. Very friendly service, even cut a new key for me. Highly recommended.

Brilliant job by Lee. I needed my lock changed as I’d had my spare keys stolen and was concerned the thief could get into my property. Lee came really quickly and did a fantastic job.

Great service and a big thank you! My wife and dog were locked out in heavy rain and gusts while I was locked in with two children! PKL arrived within 15 minutes, our door was opened within 10 minutes and our locking mechanism and adjustments to the door were made. Really nice guy too!

Forget ‘You Tube’ tricks and risks…Lee arrived, removed the broken key and even managed to get 3 replacement keys from the broken metal

Lee is fantastic. I’ve called him out twice recently. First time he came out was at 8.30 in the evening when I locked myself out. He was with me in minutes and got into my house in seconds! Second time I called him out because I thought a lock was faulty. He could have changed the lock but he was so honest and simply made a minor adjustment. He’s efficient, honest and super friendly and trust worthy. Cannot recommend him enough. Everyone in the area needs to have his number in their phone contacts!

Fantastic service. Responded very quickly to our query and was able to inspect and repair the issue the same day. Thankyou! Highly recommend.

I have used Lee on several occasions for work at clients buildings, on every occasion he has been incredibly helpful and completed the work quickly and to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

We called up on a Sunday, a non working day, and explained we were locked out after coming home with our newborn baby thanks to our neighbours. Understanding our situation he was straight round and we were in within minutes, all done professionally and without rip off costs. Would recommend to anyone.

Lee has done several jobs for me including fixing patio door locks, gate locks and installing security locks on my garage, along with cutting several keys for me. The work he does is always top quality, he is always quick to respond and his prices are extremely competitive! I have and will continue to recommend Lee not only to friends and family but anyone in need of a locksmith!
