Assured Locksmiths

Had to call Rob out yesterday for an emergency call out. He was prompt, friendly, and very professional. His call out fee was very reasonable, especially considering it was a Sunday. I would highly recommend this service. John Burke JGB Groundwork Ltd

Great service from Rob… sorted out my multi point lock that was sticking. It took a little while but with perseverance he cracked it. Would definitely recommend.

Can’t thank you enough. I was convinced there was a key stuck in my lock, so you came out, had a look, explained everything, and put my mind at ease straight away. Really friendly, honest and helpful. Didn’t try to make a job out of nothing and didn’t charge me a penny, which I really wasn’t expecting. Genuinely lovely guy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thanks again for your help, I really appreciate it!

Fantastic service from Rob when our patio door lock broke on a bank holiday weekend. The job was a lot more complex than he originally thought, but he spent nearly 3 hours making sure he repaired it without damaging the door and keeping our costs to a minimum.... despite that he stuck to the price he had quoted us and kept us updated as he went along. Highly recommended, wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Rob was excellent, he provided a last minute same day service. He was trust worthy and lovely to deal with. Thank you Rob

Rob was very good with his job and very friendly,

Rob was very helpful and accommodating me on short notice regarding a problem with my front door that wasn’t closing properly. Came when he said he would, fixed the problem promptly, charged what he said he would, and didn’t go until I was happy and the door was working fully. Friendly and easy to talk to, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend, and on first meeting, already consulting him about another job!

Rob was on time, he was very kind affordable and put his heart into the job to the point of offering me and the Service User a hand as she was falling off the bed ( something which he was not supposed to do) Trust Rob to show up and to offer you an experience with his humility. He is Heaven sent.

Very professional and helpful. Rob came on the same day and the price was cheaper than others!!! Very recommended such a lovely man !

Not only did he get us in and picked the mortice open in competition time he also gave a a very generous discount becouse of me being in the trade too which was comical and I'm still getting stick for being a locksmith myself and getting locked out of my own house . Met Rob the owner of StaffLocks Ltd by chance who was visiting friends in our area (many miles from his base), mentioned our conservatory door lock fault to him and within 20 mins, he'd changed our lock barrel and provided new keys!! What an absolute gem of a bloke to give up his time to help us whilst he was on a jolly. Would highly recommend using this company 👌

Rob has done work for us before on our windows and doors and always done an excellent job. This weekend he came to our rescue as we had locked ourselves out and even though it was a holiday he made a special effort to come and got us in with ease. He is a great guy and I would highly recommend him. Colin (Stevenage)
