Warrington Lock & Safe provides prompt, friendly and professional locksmith services, with customers regularly praising the clear advice, fair pricing and willingness to go the extra mile. Reviews commonly mention lock repairs and replacements, resolving issues with uPVC, composite, patio and bifold doors, emergency lockouts, and cutting standard, specialist and Ultion keys. Customers also value the efficient workmanship, honest approach and helpful service in the shop, although one review raised a serious concern about how a patio-door issue was assessed and communicated to a landlord.
Got the locks changed on the house ive just bought. They where early, did the job fast and for what I thought was a very competitive price. If I ever need a locksmith again they will be my first port of call.
A business with integrity. I had 2 motorcycle keys cut with them, and when the keys didn't work, they didn't try to run or provide a bad fix. They admitted that it's not something they usually do, so they're not familiar. And offer a refund on the spot. Their prices are also excellent compared to the chains. I find the difference between a good and bad business is how they handle when things doesn't go right, and this business certainly handled it with professionalism and integrity. I won't hesitate to go to them when I need a key cut in the future.
First class service, went out of his way to help us out this morning. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.
Brilliant service! Honest, professional, and fair pricing. They helped me out after I was overcharged by a rogue locksmith. Don't risk it with the sponsored ads on Google—just call Warrington Lock & Safe. They are the real deal.
Absolutely brilliant service, always willing to help. I popped in today for some key rings after getting some keys cut last week. Didn’t charge me a penny and did all the work separating my keys and putting them on the new rings. Top service. Would highly recommend.
First class service from Myles & his colleagues. Came to my house to look at an issue with a composite front door with locking issues- he was clear on what he suspected was the problem and fixed it effectively & efficiently. Pricing was clear and fair. The issue was addressed and fixed promptly. Would highly recommend. A* service.
Had an issue with the front door lock mechanism, and was able to advise what was needed on a call in the morning; then came out same day, fixing the problem. Great customer service!
Our patio door needed a new lock, excellent service, very professional and helpful would highly recommend.
First rate service! Myles came over to sort out a particularly difficult issue with a broken latch gearbox and a multipoint door that wouldn't open. He tried various approaches, then managed to remove latch and replace the gearbox unit. Very pleasant and professional throughout; would not hesitate in recommending Warrington Lock and Safe!
Fantastic service. We had a new front door fitted that came with Ultion keys. We urgently needed more keys that same day. Ultion directly were 1-2 days wait, timpsons were 3-5 days. I called warrington lock and safe and they kept the shop open just to help me. They supplied 4 keys within 10 minutes at a cheaper price! Brilliant customer service thank you
I needed a new lock for my utility room, and if you're like me, you don't know how they work so you rely on a locksmith. Myles came round and made a few suggestions on the required changes, changing less than I originally thought was needed. The lock now works perfectly. I trusted Myles with the experience to give me the right advice, and will definitely use him again.
A fantastic company. Very helpful and friendly. 10/10.
Fixed both locks quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
Brilliant service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to others
Rear PVC door mechanism broke, rang up and arranged to bring it in same day out of hours. Quickly repaired and fitted perfectly. Friendly and knowledgeable service.
Absolutely fantastic service. Very quick to come out and replace a lock and professional throughout. Would highly recommend Warrington Lock and Safe. Thanks folks you saved the day!
Amazing service, arrived on time, great communication and door fixed. Very happy customer
Great service! Very honest and happy to discuss all the options that were available. Would definitely recommend
Fantastic experience with Warrington Lock and Safe today. Opened up on a Saturday when they normally don’t after a telephone conversation and then offered more information about my issue when I arrived at the shop. Excellent customer service 👍
Myles has been our saviour after our son accidentally broke the lock on our internal patio doors which meant we were unable to get into our conservatory. Firstly he managed to open the lock on our outside conservatory door even though there was a key on the inside of the lock and then after assessing the problem with the locked patio door, which initially refused to wield to his magic hands, he went away to study a similar mechanism back at his shop then today returned and resolved the problem which included the addition of a new multipoint locking system and adjustment of the fittings. His expert knowledge and customer service skills are first class and the price for the whole job was very fair and reasonable…I would have no hesitation in recommending this small family business to anyone.
Can't thank Warrington Lock and Safe enough for helping us out. No drama, just got on with the job in hand. My wife and I got the feeling someone had been in our house while we were away. We rang Warrington Lock and Safe around lunch time and they came out that afternoon to change our locks. The guy worked on in to the evening to get the job done. Perfect.
Great quick service at a reasonable price
I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this man came to a house I that rent and walked away saying it was a mess and out of his remit. He then rang my landlord and basically made it out like I’ve vandalised the patio doors and they are falling apart so my landlord now thinks i have virtually pulled the doors of their hinges when it’s more like wear and tear and they want me to pay £2000 for new doors when I am a single mother of 3 young children. Definitely don’t recommend.
Went along to this store today to find a very helpful and pleasant young lady who found the correct keyblank and then cut 2 x replacement keys. A 1st class service at a reduced price to many High Street outlets. Would recommend. Oh the 2 keys work well. Thanks.
Called out Warrington Lock & Safe for some on-site work. Myles responded promptly, delivered a quality service and went the extra mile with advice and a small additional repair. Highly recommended and would definitely call again.
Miles has replaced the lock mechanism on our bifold doors and the action and ease of the mechanism has never been so slick and precise even when it was new.
Got locked out after the mechanism broke in the UPVC door. All got sorted out quickly and the pricing was very fair and transparent, and the service was friendly and professional, building trust. I would certainly use again if I need a locksmith again in the future.
Prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
Bought some keys from them. Arrived by post and were exactly as described. Great service and very professional. Well done.
Miles changed the locks on two of my doors. He was polite, informative and knowledgable. He was professional and provided an excellent level of service. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My go to place for keys. Brilliant friendly, efficient service everytime!
We locked ourselves out of our house by leaving keys on the inside so couldn't unlock from the outside. Dave came out to us within the hour on a Saturday afternoon and got us back into the front door in seconds. Would definitely use again if required. Very reliable and friendly service.
Great service! Would highly recommend if you’re in the Warrington area!
Fast responsive professional service. Can't fault them
Visited on yesterday to get 2 keys cut, amazing customer service!! Would recommend!!
I highly recommend Warrington Lock & Safe. Myles has done two jobs for us and I was impressed with his work on both occasions. He knows his trade inside out and has a wealth of experience. On one job, he ran into unforeseen problems but was able to finish the job as he maintains a wide stock of locks. Great response to phone calls. Reasonable prices.
Brilliant service - Myles gave me all the information and advice I needed - our job stalled for a few weeks these guys were quite happy to hold off and wait and then jump in as soon as we needed them - we will be using them again - thank you
My mum was locked out and used them to get her back in. They were professional and polite and didn’t rip me off. They are a true local Warrington Locksmith. Thanks again Myles
