DM Property maintenance is praised for reliable, friendly and professional service, with customers valuing clear communication, punctuality, trustworthiness and tidy work. Reviews commonly mention window cleaning, painting and decorating, pressure washing drives and patios, and soft-washing exterior walls and render, with consistent care, attention to detail and high-quality results.
Darren soft-washed the outside of our house (front and rear) and render from the dirt and algae build up and painted all front timber (including porch). The house was really dirty (as seen on the pictures). Darren did an amazing job; clean, with attention to detail. He was recommended to me by many neighbours who had had their houses cleaned and painted before. Affordable price, excellent service and the property was spotless clean afterwards. I highly recommend Darren!
Absolutely brilliant service every time! Reliable, professional, and the results are spotless. Windows come up crystal clear and any property maintenance work is done to a really high standard. Friendly and trustworthy too—highly recommend!
We have recently moved to the area, and Darren was recommended to us for window cleaning. He keeps you informed about when he will come and cleans the windows to a high standard with care and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service received more than once, Darren was recommended to me and I’ve recommended him forward many times. Always happy with the work done from painting my garden fences to jet washing my driveway. 10/10
Darren and his team recently painted our three bedrooms, and I’m absolutely delighted with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and clearly take great pride in their work. The attention to detail really shows, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
