Surrey Home Insulation

Excellent job done by Matt and his team. Starting with the first communication through to the completion of the job. The work included loft installation installed, new floor boarding fitted and triple loft ladder attached. The work done was very professional and the team were very friendly and considerate of my property. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent firm who undertook the job of removing spray foam. All the members of Surrey Home Insulation are fantastic. The undertook the work professionally and efficiently. The work crew ensured the house was protected and cleaned immaculately afterwards. There is no trace of the foam left. I really can't recommend this company enough.

Matt and his team recently installed new insulation in our loft room. The work was done to a very high standard and the service provided by Matt throughout was excellent. Would highly recommend Surrey Home Insulation.

Matt, Dave and the rest of the team did a great job carrying out underfloor and loft insulation. There were some complications caused by the underfloor layout of the house, but the team adapted and I was very happy with the finished result. Very professional and friendly team.

From start to finish Matt was very professional, clear and concise with his knowledge and recommendations. We needed the spray foam insulation removed from our property and Matt gave us all the details of the removal being very honest and upfront. He consulted us at every stage providing photos. The house was protected from dust with plastic sheeting laid on the hall carpet. The beams needed additional sanding which Matt explained before undertaking the work allowing us to decide first. The house was left extremely clean and tidy after the work was completed. I would wholehearted recommend Surrey Home Insulation. Thank you for doing such a great job

Very efficient local company, who work quickly, cleanly and with care. 2nd time I have used, this job was to insulate under our floor boards which makes a big difference. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend Surrey Home Insulation.

Got in touch with Matt and his team as I needed to make the downstairs rooms and hallway more cosy for the winter months. Works were drafted up and carried out in a calm and clear manner. Due to the nature of the space being worked in, one planned element was not possible and Matt was totally transparent with his updates on this and provided and a new inline quote. In addition Matt used his years of experience to provide a couple of additonal insights on seperate jobs around the house that have also helped before the winter chill sets in. A really good experience from start to finish

Highly effective and efficient service from the outset to completion. Very responsive; and, nothing is a problem that can't be solved. The onsite team of installers were hard working, a pleasure to have around. They cleaned up thoroughly.

From start to finish, the service we received from Surrey Home Insulation Ltd was fantastic. We had every confidence in Matt who came to measure up, and patiently explained what would happen, answering any questions we had including my numerous emails! They arrived on time and took great care, going above and beyond, resulting in a very professional job done and excellent customer experience. We are very happy with the work and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Matt made some very sensible suggestions for upgrading our loft insulation, and came up with a cost effective solution. The team who did the install were very polite, efficient and professional. All done in just over half a day, with minimum fuss and no mess! Would recommend.

Perfect service, from start to finish. Matt was so helpful and knowledgeable, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently.

Thank you, Matt and the boys, for such an amazing job on removing old insulation in our loft and replacing it with new. All the boys were hardworking, trustworthy and pleasant. They really stepped up to the plate to get the job finished within the deadline and cleaned up after themselves too. I absolutely recommend Surrey Home Insulation's services.

Surrey Home Insulation gave us excellent service from start to finish . They were very friendly, polite and professional. We would highly recommend them.

A helpful first visit and quotation followed by a very efficient, swift and clean installation. Very friendly and considerate workers.

Matt was very thorough in his evaluation of our loft space, and the quote was very detailed. The team who did the work was very efficient, and managed to reach into some very awkward spaces. Overall we are very pleased with the result, and can already feel the benefit!

Matt, Dave and the team were fantastic. Matt was wonderful to work with during the quotation phase - quick to visit, very friendly, open to give advice and options and agree a path forwards. The quote landed the same day, and by 8.20am the next morning Dave and his team arrived to complete the work. Everything has been done to a super high standard, the guys were all lovely to have around, and within two days, it was all done. For something that's been playing on my mind for months, I'm so pleased it's done, it's done well and it's done fast. Thank you!

I have a room backing onto a staircase down to the cellar. The dividing wall has always been cool in summer and icy in winter, and I finally decided to do something about it. Matt did a thorough inspection and talked over the options. The job was completed promptly and looked far better than I had expected. Very happy.

We engaged Matt and his team to insulate our garage. They arrived on time and worked hard all day. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. Very pleased with the results. Jim Lynch

We had a great experience with Matt from Surrey Home Insulation from the quoting stage through the works and completion. He came to visit us and view the property and proposed works, was communicative as we agreed the precise scope of the works and then completed them to a high standard. He has overhauled our loft and eaves spaces and their substandard insulation materials into really high quality spaces with great insulation and quality flooring. He was also extremely helpful throughout the process, sharing his experience and knowledge to help us choose the right solution, and was generally a pleasure to work with. Thanks again to Matt and the team.

Very professional team, work carried out very efficiently and property left neat and tidy afterwards.

Matt gave me a lot of his time and advice about potential work without accepting a job which I was very grateful for when he did not need to do so. By chance it turned out a few months later I needed roof insulation on another property I purchased instead and I had no hesitation going back to Matt. Again I was very impressed with Matt's detailed written report he gave me before the work was carried out and then his flexibility and patience when the move date had to change and he still managed to complete the work in the time I was hoping it could be done by. I could not recommend Matt more highly.

Matt came and had a look at my loft area after I contacted him for an estimate. He was very knowledgeable giving good advice which allowed me to ask him to go ahead with the works after receiving a very fair quote for the work. On the day the work was carried out his team were polite, friendly and got on with the work well leaving the house tidy and taking away all the rubbish. I'd recommend Surrey Home Insulation for an all round round good job.

Matt and his team supported us with internal wall insulation retrofit in a couple of cold bedrooms. Very helpful advice at the front end of the process, working through different approaches to the challenge. The team that attended on site were friendly, responsive and did a good job minimising mess during and afterwards.

Matt provided a comprehensive survey of our loft spaces and offered us the best solution for the issues with old insulation. They laid additional insulation, renewed and added new raised boarding perfect for storage. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. Our house was left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We were given advice on the different options available to us and were able to book in the work very quickly. The team did a great job, they used existing insulation where possible, added new insulation and installed boarding, a new hatch and ladder. All of which was completed in a day efficiency and professional. I have already recommended them to two family members and would do again.

Really excellent service from start to finish. Matt came out and chatted through the options with me. Worked with me to find a solution within my budget. The guys who came to do the work were great. Really professional, went the extra mile and left the house clean and tidy as they found it. Would thoroughly recommend Matt and his team.

Matt helped us improve the insulation in a very cold part of the house. He came out with no obligation to consult and left us with some recommendations. We took him up on one of these and we have noticed an immediate improvement. Great service, thanks Matt and team.

Matt and the team were brilliant, Matt gave us an honest opinion of our loft boarding and insulation needs and was really knowledgable, which meant that we felt reassured that the right works were being carried out, the team on the day were super efficient, friendly and respected us and our property for which we really appreciate, thanks so much - we feel really warm and cozy now plus have a lovely easy to access area for storage :-) :-)

Matt made the effort to explain the detail of what was required in my loft to update it to modern standards and his team carried the insulation to my total satisfaction. I would highly recommend Matt and his team without any hesitation.

Excellent to meet Matt and the team. Very professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job in record time. With thanks.

Thanks to Matt and his team for recent work to our awkward access loft. I would thoroughly recommend Surrey Home Insulation for sound advice, competitive pricing and a considerate service.

Matt and his team completed our roof insulation very successfully in what proved to be much more challenging circumstances than what we had anticipated.

Recommended to Matt and the team by a friend while searching for a firm to undertake underfloor insulation on a draughty floor. While some firms only lift/replace all the boards, charging a fortune in the process, Matt's team was able to cut access holes and insulate from underneath, minimising disruption and keeping the process affordable. Work was done efficiently, to quote, tidily and with utmost courtesy, with great communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Great job from Matt and the team on my underfloor insulation. Matt came out originally, talked me through their process and the impact on our property specifically. It has been a very clear, organised and easy process from start to finish.

Matt and his team were very knowledgeable and did a great job in removing the spray foam insulation in the loft. They were very hard working and polite, cleaned up every night before they left and went the extra mile to ensure a first class job. I would recommend them 100%.

Matt and his team insulated my loft and loft hatch. Not the easiest mission - only a few feet between floor and roof - but he did an excellent job. He also created a platform over the insulation for storage and allowed breathing space for the existing spotlights. Matt is professional, reliable and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Matt and his team insulated my house a year ago (interior and loft) and I have to say what a huge difference its made to my bills. Its been a year and my bills have more than halved! Matt definitely knows his stuff and his guys were very quick, neat and professional with regard to the work done. It's definitely worth the investment and has saved me quite alot of money so far! A big thank you to Surrey Homes Insulation for their help.

Great service and excellent job done. The guys were all professional and left the house tidy. Would highly recommend

Matt did a very comprehensive survey of our insulation needs, for a house that is difficult to insulate with several loft and eaves areas which are not easy to access. His solution was a combination of superquilt insulation on the rafter and fibreglass on the floor joists, as well us underfloor insulation downstairs. His installation team carried out all this work in an very effective and timely manner over the course of several days, leaving the house tidy and clean after each day. They were punctual, courteous and hard working - a pleasure to deal with. The whole work was carried out professionally and we were very pleased with the quality of the result.

Matt and his team came to repair and install new insulation, and we could not have had better service. They were on time, provided a quote quickly and completed the work to a very high standard in a single day. The consideration shown to the homeowners was second to none. Matt did works that were necessary only and went the extra mile removing some old items from the loft. This experience has restored our faith in tradespeople and people in general and I would recommend the Surrey Home Insulation team to anyone. Thank you Matt!

Good Job! Matt was extremely helpful to explain what was needed to insulate my loft. Dave and team arrived on time and worked tirelessly to get the job done - always making sure that I was updated on any issues as they went along. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend

Matt came to assess the job, which included clearing many years of accumulated stuff and adding insulation and raised floor boarding. We felt that the quote was reasonable for the task and was very well presented. On the day the team worked tirelessly and were very polite and tidy. Upon completion all of the old boarding was removed and the house was left tidy and clean (thanks chaps). The Final invoice was in line with the quote and I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Matt’s team installed floor insulation by crawling under our suspended timber floors. This avoided having to lift the floorboards. They turned up on time and carried out the work as agreed. Recommended.

Super service from Matt, Dave and the team. Quicker, cheaper and better than expected. Can’t ask for more from a local supplier. Great guys to work with.

Matt and his team insulated our upstairs rooms, loft and eaves cupboards. All the work was completed to the time and cost specified by Matt. All were polite and helpful, and kept me informed of progress.

Matt and the team insulated and boarded (for storage) our loft (2001 building). Very professional and polite with good communication throughout. Final invoice was in line with the quote provided. Carpets protected and disruption minimal. Use of proper plyboard and the railing system provide solid feeling floor and has given me much more storage space (and I hope in winter to feel the benefits of the enhanced insulation). Would recommend.

Great hardworking team, very considerate and trustworthy, did an excellent challenging 3-day job, kept me informed, and left the house immaculate. Huge thanks to all of them.

I'm really happy I chose Surrey Home Insulation to install our roof insulation. Matt is really kind and always happy to help no matter how many questions I had. He booked me in and explained via email and on the phone the process for the work- I found this very reassuring. On the day I was SO impressed with how on time they were. They did an incredible job an worked in an extremely efficient manner. They protected my carpet well and removed all rubbish too. What I really liked it how they explained all they had done once they finished and ensured I was happy with the final outcome. Thank you!

Matt and his team insulated the house, very happy with the work carried out.

Matt and the guys, Dave,Yaz and Sam, did a great job removing our open cell foam from our roof, and re-insulating the loft, They kept everything moving in the hot weather, and finished in good time. They put down protection on our carpet and bagged everything up before putting it in the slips, Thank you Surrey Home insulation
