D P Handy Neighbour

D P Handy Neighbour is a Ferndown-based painting and decorating business run by Dwayne, who originates from Grenada in the Caribbean, where he grew up learning a wide variety of skills and practical trades. After moving to England, he established his own painting and decorating firm in Brighton and Hove, later switching temporarily to cheffing for family reasons before returning to the trade he loves.

Today, they operate as a busy solo tradesperson in a van marked with DP Handy Neighbour, with plans to bring someone else on board as demand grows. They take on projects of all sizes, operating with a philosophy that no job is too big or too small.

Their full range of work includes interior and exterior painting, wallpapering, and floor tiling. Acting as dedicated painting contractors, they also handle specialised finishes including industrial painting and floor painting.
