EVER PRIME PAINTING AND DECORATING

10/10 job on a short notice . Professional and tidy

A great finish on difficult walls, whilst ensuring our brand new upholstery and expensive electronics were well protected. Highly recommend.

Amazing team and excellent customer service from Lisa. Thank you very much once again for helping out last minute. I reached out to Lisa for completing a job of few offices and they were proactive with their responses towards helping out with the work and completed the work within expected timeframe. The lads were experienced, tidy with their work and delivered higher quality of work and most importantly they cleaned up nicely. Would recommend them to use. Thank you guys

Khaibar and his team were so helpful and polite. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, responsible, and completely trustworthy. They showed real care and attention to detail, making sure our dog was safely inside at all times and that all doors were securely locked before they left, which gave us total peace of mind. They were also very respectful of our home and open to taking on advice and providing advice whenever needed, always listening and acting thoughtfully. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing things properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Khaibar and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, conscientious, and professional service. We were extremely happy with the experience and would absolutely use them again.

Great team and amazing customer service.

Thank you so much to the incredible team who painted my house! The transformation is amazing, and my home looks so fresh and beautiful. I was so worried about the mess that usually comes with painting, but the team left the place completely clean. Their attention to detail and friendly professionalism made the whole process a breeze. I’ll definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!

I have hired with this painting team across many of my properties, & they have been fantastic every time. They are extremely tidy, professional, and hardworking, which makes the whole process stress-free and hassle-free. What I really appreciate is how easy they are to deal with. They even organise and purchase all the materials for you, saving a lot of time and effort. Really great for landlords or commercial owners who need reliable companies. Communication is always great, and they keep you updated throughout the job. They have helped me refresh properties quickly and efficiently between tenants, and honestly saved me a lot of hassle over the years. Reliable, trustworthy, and always deliver a high standard of work.

Ever Prime Painters were recommended to me for end-of-lease commercial painting at our offices in the Northern Quarter, and the results were excellent. The team was professional, punctual, and delivered high-quality office painting and decorating within the agreed timeframe. Communication was clear throughout, and the workspace was left in perfect condition for handover. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable commercial painters.

We hired Ever Prime to spray paint our retail unit in Stockport and were very impressed with the professionalism from start to finish. The preparation work was thorough and the final finish was high quality. They completed the project on schedule and communicated clearly throughout. A dependable painting and decorating company for commercial properties.

Amazing team and great service

Ever Prime painted our two-bedroom flat in Ancoats and did an amazing job. They prepped all walls properly, filled cracks and delivered a flawless finish. If you’re looking for reliable painters in central Manchester, I highly recommend them.

Professional people and well managed team. Would recomment and use them again

Really good work and polite staff Would recommend to anyone who needs to do some work

These guys are professional, intrinsic and work to your needs, keep everything safe from paint and are very clean workers, fully recommend Kay and his team.

The quality of painting was fine, but there was a series of terrible communication. I would not reccomend EverPrime. Please read before using this service. We had to paint our entire house following a house fire. There were multiple shortfalls from using EverPrime. Cost - On the initial visit, I detailed all of the work to be completed and we then approved the cost based on that scope of work. After the team started the project, they claimed multiple things were not initially quoted which were definitely specified - this increased the cost by £2,239. I felt the painters were taking advantage of the situation of claiming through insurance for the house fire and that emotionally we were desperate to get back into our house. EverPrime took no accountability, would not answer the phone, did not apologies and would not leave the property until the additional payment was settled. Communication - After paying the initial deposit, our expectations for next steps were not managed. When the team arrived on-site the next day, I was told I had to pay the cost of materials then and there - which was not previously communicated to me by Lisa (Administrator). Kay (Painter/Manager) was then quite aggressive in his tone towards me and was frustrated, despite having no prior communication by Lisa. The cost of materials was around £1,800, which made us have to fork it out ourselves whilst waiting for the insurance company. Following this, I was not told of specific dates to pay the rest of the deposit and then received aggressive/frustrated messages from both Kay & Lisa about a payment being due that day. The communication from both team members was hostile throughout and neither took accountability for their oversights. Finally, the 2 painters that completed the work did not speak English - this was quite frustrating as I needed to communicate to them whilst in the home by myself, which made me feel uncomfortable. Disregarding / Disrespectful - We specifically asked EverPrime not to paint 1 wall in the house for 1 week as it had wet plaster on. The team painted the wall 2 days later, which caused the plaster to move and become uneven. We then had to get a plaster in to fix this mistake. When the team first started, we went away for the 1st weekend and specifically asked them not to paint our bedroom so that we could move our stuff out and sleep the night when we arrived home. They disregarded this and painted it anyway, which was frustrating. When we also arrived home there was so much urine on and around the toilet seat, which was disgusting. Overall, I’m massively disappointed by Lisa & Kay at EverPrime. I never received an apology for the series of ‘mistakes’ and shortfalls. I have never left a negative review but I would never recommend using this service to anyone.

Fantastic job done, very polite decorators, refreshed the entire apartment with a great paint job. Great quote and price as well. Definitely recommend to others as well.

Great job done to perfection. Very hard working team and the job was done in time as promised. Would highly recommend them

Really pleased with the work done. Fantastic from start to finish. Excellent workmanship. Would definitely recommend.

So happy with the end result! Kay is very professional and knowledgeable - he was able to discuss options with me in terms of colour, quality, durability, cost etc, and ensured touch-ups were done when I wasn't completely satisfied with the initial finish. He then even came back afterwards to check it was all perfect! Lisa in admin has also been super helpful and patient. Managed to fit in the painting before my house move and accommodated my schedule. Would recommend/use again :)

Had some exterior painting done on my house and they did a great job. All the woodwork was prepped really well and sanded, and the finish looks excellent honestly like new. Really happy with how it turned out.

The team did a fantastic job painting my house. They were professional, efficient, and paid attention to detail throughout the project. The finish looks great, and they made sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving. I’m really happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.

I am pleased and satisfied with the work carried out by Kay and his team. They have transformed my home with painting to the exterior of the property. The stages to hire them was structured and straightforward; survey to identify work, quotation of costs, arrangements for work to commence and outline of sums payable at each stage of the process in a Payment Schedule. I was happy for work to start earlier than the agreed commencement date to take advantage of good weather. Kay provided valuable advice on paint colours etc. Work was completed in a timely manner over 3 days because the team was extremely hardworking. Kay and his team were happy to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. My request for additional jobs to be done was granted with ease. The extra jobs included painting of brickwork, clearing/cleaning gutters and sanding and staining new gates to the rear-side of the property that were installed as work was being completed. Ever Prime Painters provided first class, high quality professional decorating service. They are highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic team. My enquiry was answered quickly and I was booked in for a quote the next day. Team member who visited was very informative and definitely knew his stuff. Gave us some great ideas on how to make the space brighter but more homely. Once the work started they were very efficient and it was clear that each team member knew their job and role. Work was completed to a great professional standard. I will definitely be recommending them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The team at Ever Prime Painting and Decorating Manchester were fantastic from start to finish. Professional, hardworking, and really paid attention to detail. They delivered a high-quality finish and made sure everything was tidy at the end of each day. Highly recommended!

Attention to customer satisfaction! 10/10 K and his team were committed to making sure we were happy with every single bit of work, everything checked and double checked before they left. Finished result was amazing. Our house now feels like a home ! Thank you lads !

Had a lot of decorating done by K and his team after our house renovation. They were patient and polite, cleaned up after the job and were happy to touch up bits as requested. We’re really pleased with the finish!

Request answered quickly, job started the next day as arranged. Given the age of the building & the timeframe we had before moving in, a good job completed on time. A few touch ups needed afterwards ( again its the aged, pre-papered walls) but company came back & did as asked. Would have no qualms hiring them again. Be advised that if you have a budget, be mindful that all materials used eg: masking tape, caulk, etc are additional to the final invoice & not the price given at appointment. That said, supply your own! Pleased with work and as stated would use again no problem. :)

Thank you for excellent work and communication. Very professional team. I called them for external painting and the work looks great!

Thank you vey much for the amazing work. I approached them sometimes in February to decorate my apartment and I'm very happy for the amazing work carried out. They really helped me out with the selection of the paint colours suitable for different areas, the durability of the paint and the different brand options with their pros and cons. I had put in new flooring which was completely protected throughout the work, my kitchen was covered up , the sofas were kept clean and they did a nice clean up after completion. They know what they doing and provides high quality finishes which is what I wanted to. They were also really helpful and cooperative with their prices. Excellent service! professional, efficient and great attention to detail. Highly recommend

They are really nice people and really great work.

I recently hired ever prime for painting and decorating my home and I couldn’t be happier with the results the team was professional and highly skilled with a lot of ideas they also ensure finishes and clean lines Highly recommend!

Awful finishes all round, including: random bits of paint on the ceilings; dripped paint on my new kitchen cabinets and on windows and in the bathroom (which they weren't even painting!); tried to cut corners by applying obscenely thick layers of paint resulting in drip marks; didn't bother to sand and prep any of the skirting boards or the handrail in the hallway and the attempt at sanding the walls was poor at best. Turned up at random times, wanting to work antisocial hours, till 8pm weekdays and wanting to work whenever they felt like it at the weekends. Advised once they'd started the work that the quote did not include VAT, so either pay by cash or the cost of the job would be 20% more. Avoid at all costs!! Update: I asked if there was enough paint many times and was only instructed that it wasn't later on. If the layers hadn't been applied so thickly, it would have been fine. I've used this paint before and had none of the same issues that these "professional" painters had. The paint ordered for touch ups was correct, I have the order receipts, the wrong colour paint was clearly used as shown in the pictures (white vs grey). No suggestion for reskimming was provided until after the work was half way through, a bit late considering paint had already had been applied. Also, I had a Checkatrade Surveyor come and view the work and it was confirmed as substandard (the surveyor actually said during the visit it was some of the worst paint work he had ever seen) and I received the full claim amount back from Checkatrade.

Great experience, the guys were super efficient and so lovely too! Would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Very professional and friendly company

Wow. Really great work and team of painters. They painted the outside of my house. So neat and took great care. Brilliant prep work. Very reliable and punctual. Also gave great advise and reasonable price. I have now given them the inside of my house and they are doing excellent work. They also have great pride in the work they do which is important. Thank you

I'm really happy with the work carried out... from the initial visit to quote for the job where I was given some great advice on the type of paint and prep needed... to the care the team took making sure my newly done floor was protected... to the diligent work making sure the finish on the walls and woodwork was done to a high standard... and to the fact they finished the job on time and cleared everything away at the end. I would recommend to anyone needing decorators.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Very professional company with quality finish. Will recommend to friends and family
