Just Paint Decorating Company is praised for meticulous preparation and beautifully finished interior and exterior decorating, from walls, ceilings and woodwork to sash windows, bannisters and wallpapering. Joel is described as friendly, reliable and tidy, with clear communication, fair pricing and care taken to minimise disruption, while customers value his thorough repairs, attention to detail and consistently high standard of workmanship.
perfect work and perfect finishing
The exterior of our house needed some love, Joel was a breath of fresh air and he delivered. Any extra work required was clearly described and the price agreed prior to it being actioned. We barely knew he was there most of the time and he has since quoted our neighbour for their facade.
Joel has just finished decorating the outside of our house and we are extremely pleased and impressed with his work: it is exceptional and of the highest quality. Our house is 137 years old, 3 stories, brick and stone with original wooden sash windows and iron pipes. Joel's preparatory work repairing, filling, sanding, stabilising, and undercoating was very fine and extremely thorough. Then the top coats of paint were applied with efficiency and skill - we are thrilled with the result. He uses the appropriate and best products. Joel is completely trustworthy - we were most comfortable for him to have the keys to the house so that he could get in whenever he needed when we were away. He is also an interesting person to talk to and fully sensitive to minimising the disruption to our daily life that such a project inevitably brings. Top marks for performance and value. Thank you Joel. Chris and Ellie Creed.
Joel did another great job in our home. Great prep and repair on much drilled walls, filled and smoothed, and perfect painting to walls, ceilings, skirting boards and windows. Polite and tidy and offered great advice. Next job, he'll be the first person I call.
Joel did a great job decorating our hallway and landing. He was very thorough, attentive to detail, and kept the house clean and tidy. He is a reliable, genuine guy and we would definitely use him again. Thank you Joel!
Excellent work prepping and painting the outside of our house incl wooden sash windows. Joel is friendly and courteous.
Joel has painted the exterior of my house which is a large detached building with complex wooden eves and part stone finish. In my view Joel is a consummate professional who is meticulous and thorough with his preparatory and finishing work and who achieves an absolutely first class result. I am delighted with all he has done and I have no hesitation in recommending Joel and the Just Paint Decorating Company to others.
Joel has just done a fantastic job decorating our bedroom from top to bottom, looks great. I highly recommend him. Friendly, punctual and tidy.
Joel carried out a very arduous job in stripping back layers of paint and varnish off a fiddly bannister, the subsequent decorating job he conducted is of the highest standard. His attention to detail, work ethic and friendly attitude is commendable. I would highly recommend Just Paint Decorating and we’ve already signed up to use on a future decorating project. 5 stars easy.
Second time I've used Joel and would highly recommend. Really friendly guy who works to a high standard. Excellent communication throughout who can work around your schedule. Many thanks
We had used Joel a few years ago in our old house, so when we moved and needed some work done we didn’t think twice about getting in touch. Such a tidy worker. Worked around us so we could use the rooms as needed, fantastic preparation and a real attention to detail. So happy with the finished results. Would definitely recommend!
Joel painted the exterior of our property. He did a fabulous job, we are absolutely delighted. We would highly recommend Joel without hesitation.
Thoroughly professional - superb service.

We have used Joel to paint and hang wallpaper in our home and office on a few occasions now. We are so happy with Joel’s work, he works to a very high standard, is very efficient, has reasonable prices, is very clean and tidy and always does a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Just Paint for any painting or wallpapering jobs.
Joel Hall has done many paint jobs for me over the years and i have never been disappointed with his high standard of workmanship. He is very thorough on preparation, painting and always tidies up afterwards. So have no hesitation in recommending him. He is punctual, friendly and always helpful with advice. And very fair with his costs.
We have used Joel to repaint the exterior of our house twice and we shall use him again. He is helpful, efficient and his price is reasonable. He works neatly and never leaves any mess.
Really happy with the standard of Joel’s work. His preparation is exceptional and he works so hard to achieve the best possible results. I have used Joel on many occassions in my own home, some investment properties and his most amazing work was in a Grade 2 Listed building we restored. He is reliable, tidy, courteous and takes pride in his work.
