Fantastic service fast efficient and knowledgeable highly recommend

Excellent advice from Elzabe. Extremely knowledgeable and helped us out massively. Would highly recommend!

Not five stars. Ten Stars. Incredible knowledge for a start. Professional. Caring. Sorted the situation out. Friendly good people. Extremely reasonably priced. Thank you Elsebee for everything!

Incredibly kind and professional. Had 3 squirrel nests in my loft and was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Couldn't ask for more :) thanks again guys

It is now 6 weeks since the delightful Elzabe told us that she was satisfied all points of possible entry had been blocked and we should not have a further problem with mice in the house. And, she was quite right. She caught the one only mouse and there has been no further droppings etc. Grateful thanks to Pests Birds and Bugs Limited.

Efficient effective service

Prompt and excellent service in getting rid of a Wasps nest close to front door.

After pests had been sighted in nearby empty properties, Pests, Birds and Bugs kindly visited us to provide a site visit to ensure we had not received any unwanted visitors. Once the thorough inspection had been carried out, Peter also provided us with recommendations to ensure we'd continue to be pest free in the future. We are very pleased with the outcome and thoroughly recommend Pests, Birds and Bugs for their excellent service. Thank you!

We called Pests, Birds and Bugs after finding a big buzzing wasps nest in our roof space. Peter fitted us in the next day, and dealt with the problem promptly and efficiently. He's a really nice guy, and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again if we had another pest problem. Highly recommended.

Nice fast response, Got rid of my bird problems, quickly and permanently.

A huge thank you to Peter for the great advice and support regarding a recent ratty issue! Can highly recommend this service.

Peter turned up at short notice despite a heavy workload to deal with a hornets nest in our roof. Dealt with quickly and efficiently. All gone in a couple of hours.

A fantastic service, very prompt & were able to squeeze us in within 24 hours as our wasp nest problem was going to cause a delay in building work. Well worth the money, which was much less than others quoted! Thanks to Peter for your help.

Excellent service, would highly recommend.

We have been using Pest Birds and Bugs for a few years now for various issues and we have always experienced a wonderful service. Excellent communication, the job is always completed to the highest standard and wonderful customer service. I would 100% recommend.

Friendly understanding and great service Thank you.

We had a problem with rats in our garden and gave Peter a ring. He came out first visit and laid bait around various places and under our decking where the little blighters were sheltered. He also put bait down the manhole cover at the side of our house as we had a problem with a block drain and Dynorod said that was caused by rats in the sewer. Peter also checked our loft as my wife thought she heard something up there but found no sign of any rats had been up there. He came back 2 weeks later to check and pick up the bait boxes and we haven't seen any rats since. If you've got a problem with any pest, whether it's rats, mice, or any vermin give them a ring.

Great prompt service can’t recommend the company enough , so professional and Elzabé knows what she’s doing ! I rang in a panic as I had a rat in my kitchen, Elzabé was there by the afternoon , totally put me at ease . She was amazing in dealing with the rat and then sealing up the holes under my kitchen sink . Rat put up a good fight….but Elzabé won ! Thanks once again 😁

Prompt efficient removal of wasp nest outside. Highly recommend

Quick, friendly, professional & effective.

Honest, professional and reliable. Thank you for all your help.

Rodent problem tackled exactly as planned on Peter’s first visit. Rectification with the areas of entry identified and sealed was a great relief and no easy task to complete. Service I would rate as excellent and whilst time will prove that the problem has been completely solved, we have not experienced further problems since completion of the work. Many thanks to Peter and Elizabeth

Quick to respond, really helpful and pleasant to deal with. Peter arrived when he said he would and got the job done (wasps nest). Very happy with the whole process and would recommend. Will be keeping a note of the number for any future pest issues.

Peter came out to spray a wasp nest in our loft. Dealt with very efficiently. Tidy job, excellent service, came out next working day. Can't fault it!

Great service - called at 8am and by 2pm the same day Elzabe was in our loft dealing with a big hornets nest. All sorted quickly and professionally and good value too - not something to tackle on a DIY basis given the protective equipment she needed to stave off the angry hornets......

Thank you for a prompt service Peter. Really appreciate all your help with our vermin problem. Would highly recommend you.

Brilliant. Friendly and professional. Answered quickly, arrived on time, friendly and knowledgable. The wasps nest was treated and problem confidently solved. This was in our holiday let and we felt reassured it was sorted. Great husband and wife team.

Very helpful and efficient people. Solved my wasp problem really quickly.

Ater multiple attempts to get in touch with other companies, I stumbled across Pests Birds and Bugs Ltd. Peter missed my call but returned it almost immediately, and we were booked in next day. Peter was informative, attentive and very friendly. Our hornets seem to be no more! Thank you very much. Would definitely recommend. I also learned a fair amount about hornets from Peter as well!

Attended quickly to deal with a wasp nest in the loft. The treatment was very effective.

I phoned Peter in a panic having just seen a bug which Google advised must be a German Cockroach. I'd previously called another company and was simply given a huge quote. Peter was easy to speak to, kind, lighthearted and professional. After sending some photos of the said beastie it was discovered to be a simple wood roach. Unfortunately now dead, but harmless. Peter gave good advice and the whole experience was really great. (except for the poor dead bug!) I would definitely recommended Pests, Birds and Bugs.

Quick professional service. Successful pest removal.

Brilliant service, I phoned Sunday they came out on Monday, fixed my squirrel problem and “squirrel proofed” my property to prevent any more invasions! Would definitely recommend

I phoned Pete on the off-chance I may receive some advice regarding insects in my kitchen. Pete was super knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. His advice helped and the insects gone. He didn't charge me for his time, he just wanted to help which is so refreshing as all the other pest control firms I called did not want to give any advice and wanted to charge me. Would recommend him, thank you Pete for taking my calling and helping me.

Very impressed with Peter’s knowledge & experience with trapping squirrels in lofts. The culprit was quickly caught overnight & removed. Advice given on future prevention welcomed.

All I can say is fantastic job. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great service, found more than anyone else and dealt with it. Very reasonable price.

Had a bug related concern and called up simply for some advice. The customer service was impeccable and swift when dealing with my questions. Highly reccommend.

Elsa was amazing dealing with our situation, her Passion for her job is second to none . Highly recommend

Very knowledgeable and professional service. Having moved into a new house, we discovered a substantual flea infestation due to the past owners' cats. The whole house was sprayed(fumagated), and within just a few hours, we were able to come back into the house. The job was very successful. A few weeks later, we experienced a mouse problem (they had managed to get into our kitchen). Peter was very thorough in looking around the house at potential entry points and laid baits, which has avoided any reoccurrence to date. I should also mention that in each case, Peter came out as promptly as possible. This is very reassuring in circumstances where we can be anxious about unwanted pests.

PB&B have been looking after us, our home, grounds and our animals for the past 4 years. We would not use anyone else. Elizabeth and Peter are so helpful, knowledgeable, punctual, professional and all round lovely people! Nothing is too much trouble. Problems are always solved etc. In fact, we love having a reason to get them round!!

Peter and team have attended us on a few different occasions over different pest issues. On this particular occasion out cat had brought in a large rat and let it loose in the kitchen diner. We couldn't catch it and it disappeared under the cupboards. The rat ran riot over night and we had to cordon off the kitchen due to the health risk to the family. Peter attended a few hours later and the rat was caught a mere 20 mins after he left. We are so relieved I cannot say. Thank you so much. After lots of deep cleaning normality can resume!

I called this company on a Sunday and I was pleasantly surprised at the response I received. A visit was organised for the following Monday morning by Pete who clearly loves his work. He was friendly and spoke from experience when describing the solution to my problem. The necessary work was done quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others. Thanks for your help with my problem I am confident I now have the correct solution in place.

Pests Birds and Bugs were prompt, polite, knowledgable and solved the problem. Smart and intelligent and determined

Thank you for a great service, diagnosed and dealt with our problem easily and very reasonable price .

These people are very special and professional I would not use anyone at all . They really no what they are dong

Brilliant service - Speedy call out and started treatment straight away. will use again if I need to

Fantastic service from Peter for our rat problem. Attended the property promptly and on time as agreed on a number of occasions. Definitely recommend.

Excellent communication and prompt delivery of service.

Back in June, we had a wasps nest in our front hedging. Elizabeth arrived promptly and fully resolved the issue 🙌 much appreciated, would highly recommend 😊

We had beatles in our lounge and sent pictures which they looked at , concluded that they were biscuit or tobacco beatles which came from the dogs cupboard where dogs treats had gone off.All done over the phone and WhatsApp free of charge!! Very impressed! Thank you.

Elzabe came to destroy a wasp nest close to the ground. She was lovely and did a very good job - no evidence of any bees after 4 days. Would definitely recommend as 2/3 cost of other quotes.

Very efficiently got rid of my wasps by a very nice man.

Excellent service from Elizabeth and Peter following an emergency phone call to deal with a wasp nest near the eaves. Elizabeth attended and dealt with the pesky creatures promptly, they are no longer there as the treatment worked, thank you so much for your professional help.

The Company operates an excellent and safe service. Highly recommended.

Such a great way to do business, quick turnaround, friendly knowledgeable. A thorough investigation done as other companies just assumed rats but it turned out to be birds, to our great relief. Can’t recommend this company enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed. Nice to have a women doing this work too, such a lovely lady.

Elizabeth and Peter both responded to my request very quickly and did the job of possibly removing a wasps nest from our garden. Luckily it wasn't a nest, but they quickly did what was required and let me know promptly. Thank you both for a job well done and I hope to meet you one day. I would happily recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your quick and friendly service. Elizabeth being a fellow South African. Sheena van Wyk

Could not fault the service we received from Elizabeth and Peter. They went above and beyond to resolve an ongoing issue with rats that a previous company was not able to. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much for your help and for doing it with a smile no matter how grim the job was, we are very grateful!

Excellent service. Responded immediately. Problem sorted. Highly recommended.

We called Pests, Birds and Bugs on Wednesday afternoon having discovered a wasps nest in the wall at the back of our house. Peter came round on Thursday at about 3 pm and was finished about half an hour later. There are no traces of any wasps now. I .can thoroughly recommend this company, they are very efficient and reasonably priced.

Only found this company by searching the website but glad I did. Great service removing the bees nest from the soffit swiftly. Would definitely use this company again if the need arises and would recommend to others in a similar predicament

Updating after another great experience with pests, birds and bugs Ltd and I can't leave two reviews on Google. This time it was for carpet moths. Pests birds and bugs came out so quickly after I had rung to ask if they could come and help us with carpet moths which I was very grateful for as I was worried about them eating things. Elzabe looked at everything when she was here to make sure that everything that needed to be sprayed, was sprayed and we were provided with clear instructions on after care to make sure that the spray can be allowed to do it's magic. They are both so lovely and would highly recommend them to anyone who has issues with any pests, birds or bugs! Previously, I had rats in the walls and the external entry point to the rats getting in was found by pests, birds and bugs before they had even got to my front door which I thought was brilliant! They were really quick at coming out to me and sorting them problem. Very communicative throughout the whole process which I found very useful. Would definitely call them if I have any future issues with anything else and would definitely recommend to anyone who has any pest problems!

Elizabe answered my panicked call not long after 7am and was with me by 9 45. He was a big one, came through the rafters of the loft. We had managed to trap in the studio but was loose. Dealt with swiftly and checked the rest of the premises. Really happy with the service. Professional, amenable and lovely to deal with.

I contacted Peter Ref bird proofing our solar panels as we had pigeons starting to be a pest. Within a week Peter and Elizabeth had completed the work. They have done an excellent job. Many thanks to you both. I have no hesitation in recommending them .

Elizabeth was fantastic! We had rats in the loft and I wanted to try to get rid of them naturally before resorting to extermination. Elizabeth was so understanding, professional and knowledgeable. We took every effort to get them out naturally and prevent their re-entry but ultimately we had to resort to poison. The rats, after being there for 9+ months were gone in 3-4 days. Very efficient service. Highly recommended. Thanks for being so understanding and open to testing alternative methods Elizabeth!

Peter and Elizabeth responded promptly and were very professional, carefully explaining what was required. They completed the work leaving everything clean and tidy. I would happily use them again.

Professional, knowledgeable and courteous would highly recommend

Highly recommend these guys. Gold plated service from a local firm. Best accolade is that I wouldn’t hesitate to call them if we get another pest control requirement.

Work was to prevent Herring Gulls from returning to nest on the roof. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Professional and at a very reasonable cost.

Excellent service. Turned up when they said they would (rare these days). Very friendly, efficient and excellent value. Found out about them from a friend’s recommendation and I highly recommend them to others.

A shout out for these guys. Highly responsive and effective. Rescued me inside a few hours. Have tried several local services and this is easily the best.

Called them, and they where over to us supper quick. Went straight in and neutralised the nest. Right people with the right tools with the right attitude. Couldn’t ask for more.

Very responsive, honest and delivered results very quickly. Will use again if needed!

Following a word of mouth recommendation, I contacted Peter on Sunday evening to see if he could deal with a hornet's nest. He replied straight away, and said Elizabeth would be there the next day. It was a pleasure to meet Elizabeth and she dealt with the nest quickly and professionally, as well as another wasp nest which was found. The hornets and wasps were gone within 2 hours. We will certainly use them again.

After having a bee's nest down my chimney ,I contacted Peter & Elizabeth who quickly and efficiently sorted out the problem for me . I would highly recommend them

Very prompt and efficient service. Turned up on the same day and within 20 minutes had sorted the wasp problem out. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend.

I found a wasp nest in my loft the previous day and due to the nest being broken open, it required professional help. I asked Peter from Pests, Birds and Bugs Ltd to come over at 9am, he was there at 2pm and treated the nest safely and professionally. Within two hours the wasps were gone. The cost of work was both reasonable and as quoted. He also advised on a rodent issue due to his extensive experience of dealing with intrusion. I was very impressed with the knowledgeable and courteous service and would not hesitate to engage Peter and his colleagues for future work. Many thanks!

Used them to dispose of a rat, they were there quickly, checked the property and cleaned up, very professional and knowledgeable.

An incredible team of pest control professionals, truly dedicated to keeping up to the highest standards in our industry! It is an honour and pleasure to know their team personally, considering that we are fellow colleagues. I strongly recommend their services in the whole Hampshire area and the South West of England, when it comes to any pest bird, rodent or insect issue!

Quick response and very professionally handled. I would certainly recommend Elizabeth's services for wasp nests. I was reluctant to get rid of them because I like to let nature take its course as much as possible however action was urgently needed and it was carried out with no fuss.

Very efficient, very pleasant. Good value

Peter was fantastic in getting rid of a difficult to reach wasp nest that was allowing wasps to get into our house. His communication before and after was second to none and his service was efficient and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pests Birds and Bugs pest control to any of my friends or family!

Peter and Elizabeth dealt with an infestation of carpet moths most efficiently. They were really trustworthy and helpful, unlike another larger company I tried to use. They proved to be local, reliable and very easy to deal with. They were not expensive, arrived in good time and generally dealt with the problem very quickly. They gave good safety advice on the products they used.

What a fantastic Company to use for sorting our wasp nest. Super efficient, professional and very friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Peter & Elizabeth. Definitely will be recommending them.

Peter Cherry provided a comprehensive inspection and repaired the traps housed in our old 1696 church. His service was outstanding and we have recommended him to anyone who requires such a service. Very well done.

Peter & Elizabe were fantastic. All round excellent service and would definitely recommend to others in need. Thank you.

Elizabeth and Peter very much know what they're doing. Unlike previous rodent control companies who simply left poison in random spots and were unable to prevent rodents coming back to chew my pipes and cables. Pests Birds and Bugs located the rodents hidden doors to stop entry and solve the problem properly!!

Very impressed with Peter’s knowledge. Really helpful team. Certainly a company you can trust to do a thorough job for you. Scott

We had a bee swarm in our back garden and called Peter at Pests Birds and Bugs. We were delighted at the speed, professionalism and thoroughness of the response- within 2 hours our bees were gone- relocated to the care of a local keeper.
