Monsterkil Pest Control

Very good service so far. Professional. Proofing done today.

Excellent service from Monsterkil! We had a heat treatment carried out for bed bugs, and the results were amazing. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The treatment worked exactly as promised, and we haven't had any issues since. Highly recommend Monsterkil for anyone needing a reliable heat treatment service!

I cannot recommend Monsterkil Pest Control highly enough. From the very first phone call to the completion of the work, the service was exceptional. The team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary treatments. We had a persistent pest issue that another company failed to resolve, but Monsterkil carried out a thorough inspection, identified the source of the problem, and provided a clear treatment and prevention plan. They paid close attention to detail, checked areas we would never have thought to inspect, and gave us practical advice to help prevent the issue from returning. What really stood out was their honesty and professionalism. They kept us updated throughout the visit, arrived exactly when they said they would, left everything clean and tidy, and treated our home with respect. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job properly rather than rushing through it. Since the treatment, we've had complete peace of mind and have not experienced any further pest activity. It's refreshing to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise and genuinely puts customer satisfaction first. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and highly experienced pest control company, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Monsterkil Pest Control. Excellent communication, outstanding workmanship, and fantastic customer service from start to finish. Worth every penny

Monsterkil has been very helpful and quick in dealing with our issues.

We contacted Monsterkil for a serious rat problem in our loft and from the first call Stephanie was helpful and reassuring. Fahim carried out a thorough inspection, explained the treatment plan clearly and completed rodent proofing work to prevent future entry. The follow up was professional and the issue has been fully resolved.

Had concerns about pests in our yard and inside the house. They offered practical advice and an effective solution without overcomplicating things. Very happy with the results.

Monsterkil Pest Control supported our restaurant with inspections and pest control for flies, drain flies, and mites. Sam handled the site visit professionally and gave clear advice related to food safety. Stephanie coordinated reports and scheduling which helped us stay compliant and stress free.

Great service! Fixed my pest problem fast and effectively. Recommend .

Monsterkil Pest Control has been an absolute lifesaver. Fahim came to deal with a serious rat and mice issue in my basement and he explained every step of the process clearly. The proofing work he did around the entry points was solid, and he even checked for signs of squirrels in the attic just to make sure everything was covered. Stephanie handled all the scheduling and paperwork smoothly and kept me updated the whole time. I also appreciated that they disinfected the entire area after the treatment, leaving everything safe and clean

Very quick fast and efficient

Very quick response and good customer service.

Amazing service! Stephanie was kind and responsive, and Sam came out the same day to remove a dead rodent and disinfect the area. Fast, clean, and professional.

Great company! Would highly recommend

Highly recommend Monster Kill! I have used this service a few times and was very impressed! They are very professional, efficient and helpful… Thankyou so much! ⭐️

I contcted Monsterkil Pests Control and dealt with the receptionist, Teffanie. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t positiveI was kept on hold for a long time and later found that I’d been overcharged compared to other companies. I decided to hire another pest control service afterward, which provided the same treatment for about half the price and much better service overall. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Monsterkil it felt unprofessional and super overpriced. Shifting the blame to clients instead of owning up to mistakes really says a lot about how your sales team operates. Professionalism means taking responsibility, not passing it around. Maybe start by teaching your reception team the basics of sales and customer servicethat’s where professionalism begins.

i got in contact with monsterkil as i was having issues with mice in my garden. steph was very professional over the phone and very knowledgeable about mice issues, and she had no problem booking me in. sam, the head technician, sorted the issue in the garden swiftly and again was very knowledgeable and professional, informing me of future steps to take to prevent the issue in the future. overall id highly recommend monsterkil pest control

Fantastic service from Monsterkil. We had a rodent in the property and they sent someone out same day to trap. Shamil was splendid - calm, thorough and professional. Recommended further action to prevent reoccurrence. Would happily recommend! Edited to add: Shamil and Fahim did the interior and exterior proofing for our house and we appreciate the thorough and professional job that they've done. Can highly recommend the company!

Called yesterday to get a squirrel out the kitchen vent. They sent Fahim over this morning who was absolutely great. Knew his stuff and took the time to get the squirrel out and essentially fixing the problem and advising on prevention methods. Great service and we are happy and relaxed with the outcome.

Very polite and helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything. Thank you.

Fast response and great job done friendly service would highly recommend

Really quick to respond to my enquiry, despite being early on a Saturday and managed to come out the same day. We really appreciated they have tools to focus on certain pests, so not everything was killed in the garden. Really polite technician and office manager. Thank you so much guys!

We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.

Brilliant service , got rid of my mice problem very quickly and put my mind at rest . Everything was explained well to me and Stephanie in admin was lovely and very helpful.

Great service from Fahim, dealt with our wasp nest super promptly with a smile on his face. Thanks!

I had a wasp treatment done by Fahim. He was very friendly and completed the treatment effectively. He also got my lawn mower out and brought me some water bottles that were left next to the wasp nest. Thank you very much Fahim. After Sam, Giuseppe and Shakil did the internal and external proofing I could finally have a restful sleep and not have to worry about anything. Very knowledgeable polite and extremely helpful workers. If you’re wondering if Monsterkil could help don’t hesitate and arrange an appointment with them, they will definitely do the best they could.

booked for a service after seeing reviews 5star and £540 spent but did not work for me a single week , and i complained bed bugs are back again they said we will do again but will charge again ? i refused if it didn’t work for a week after spending £540 why to believe again so i was very disappointed and tried a recommended powered from ebay £10 for a month and half and problem was solved after. so in won't recommend.👎🏻

I was so relieved at and reassured by the service I received from Monsterkil! I discovered carpet beetles in my room and was very worried. I called Monsterkil and Steph was lovely from the off, responding to the photos I sent through after our call within the hour and explaining what the bugs were. She was able to offer me an appointment that same day! Sai and Guissepi arrived in good time to deliver the removal treatment, and were more than happy to answer my many questions, doing everything they could to put my mind at ease! They emphasised how a good customer experience is very important, and you could really see that in the approach they took. Thank you Monsterkil!

Great service and very professional… highly reccommended.

Can not recommend this company enough, absolutely fantastic service. Friendly staff, and just an overall great experience. Thank you monsterkil keep up the great work.

The company has great customer service. I was having a rodent problem and Sam came for treatment. He was very patient and explained all the procedures. The infestation was sorted out in 3 visits. They are quick in responding, cost-effective, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services.

Great service, professional and calm. Went above and beyond. Very stressful when you have a rat in the house! Explained everything that was going to happen, they were available on the phone anytime of day. Sam was brilliant. They also did the preventative work afterwards to ensure no more pests could come in. I would highly recommend them.

Not very impressed with the service. Very expensive for just putting down poison, only for the mice to return a couple of months later.

The customer service from Jibriil was exemplary when he visited today to follow up on a mouse problem! He went above and beyond the "call of duty" and was extremely thorough with his investigations. His manners were impeccable and although he was clearly stretched for time he ensured that I was 100% happy with the service received.

Excellent service with a strong customer focus - how refreshing these days! I engaged Monsterkil for a mice issue that I have wasted £1500+ with 3x other companies over the years and I was impressed with Sam's attention to detail from the start. It wasn't an easy fix but they stuck with it and comms were excellent throughout. 6 months later and we are still mice-free so very happy to write this review and endorse to others. Great company!

Went above and beyond to help us with a wasp issue. Sam was a very helpful and knowledgeable guy and very understanding of our worry due to wasp nest in our home when we had a small baby. Dealt with the issue professionally and promptly.

I had a wasp nest in my loft which Monsterkil dealt with very promptly and efficiently. I had a "next day" appointment and the work was carried out courteously and professionally. I would certainly recommend them.

Great service, Jibz helped me with the mice problem.

Today is the third time we’ve needed to use Monsterkill in the last couple of months (first for wasps and now for flies). They are always quick to respond, quick to visit and when they are here always very courteous and friendly. Sam who visited again today, found the issue in no time and was able to advise us how best to get the issue resolved. I’d highly recommend the team at Monsterkill.

Had a mice infestation and was absolutely driving me crazy, phoned monsterkil & a technician was able to come out straight away. The technician (Sam) did an outstanding job whilst also being very knowledgeable. We saw a decrease in rodent activity in less than a month and they’ve completely gone now so happy days :)

Very helpful with clear instructions & understanding. A report on each visit. Very professional

Did a good job getting rid of the mice in our house

Had a very ugly rat problem even though we still do as we found yesterday. These guys are Very helpful especially on the last visit. Dave and his colleague gave me some very helpful information in terms of what steps to take to prevent future rat problems. Dave is really good guy and Sam knows his stuff. I also want to give a shout out to Stephanie who was always on the other side of the phone. She is just an exceptional person and cares about her customers and understands the stress of having rats in your house. Even though the problem is not entirely solved and I killed another rat yesterday after 3 visits from them. I still think these guys are good at what they do. 100% recommend these guys Iz

Monsterkil came back to check if any activity was still present and to block any openings where mice could enter my property. David was very pleasant and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I can recommend their services with a 5 star rating.

Sam was very professional and helpful he really out me at ease as I was quite worried to begin with knowing something had been in my home. Made sure I was comfortable with his choices and gave me options which I really appreciated. Would use again!

I contacted Monsterkil late last night after a sighting of a mouse in my kitchen. The person on the end of the phone was understanding and booked me in for an appointment first thing in the morning. Sam came to my house who explained in detail the process and what he was doing. Sam left to return in a few weeks but I feel a sense of reassurance and mind at ease. I would definitely recommend their services.

We had a nightmare rat situation which was successfully handled in a professional and caring manner by Sam, who also recognised the mental toll of rats in a home and took care of us by being highly responsive and giving support. Highly recommend.

They came, they saw they conquered. No more warps. They were also very friendly and professional.

Sam got a visit booked in very quickly, and turned up on the day with his right hand man on good time. He thoroughly explained the wasp nest extermination process, paid good attention to safety and got the job taken care of promptly with no hassle. Very polite, friendly, confident & competent. Would definitely use again in future for any pest problems, and recommend to others. Great service at a fair & highly competitive price.

I would highly recommend monsterkil pest control and specifically Sam from their team. Very professional & polite and answered all my questions patiently. he really wants to help and welcomed questions. I would highly recommend their services.

I can't rate this company highly enough. Sam if you read this - thank you again for going above and beyond when I was distressed re bed bugs! I phoned 3 other top rated companies and all just told me to book a treatment. But I wanted to be sure if I had bed bugs first, and Sam also wanted to see a sign of them before fumigation. Turned out I didn't have an infestation. He also really helped to calm me down and gave me lots of advice. I WhatsApped them a few times with queries. The reassurance was invaluable, he really wants to help and welcomed questions. I seem to have bad luck with pests and now have an excellent pest control company in my phone contacts!

Great company, the teams were amazing and very friendly, great service, very thorough with what they did, very knowledgeable, Got rid of my rats infestation, disinfect/ removal of dropping and block minor holes, fitted a one way drain cover system. Recommended this company to my daughter, they have done a good job getting rid of the wasp and ant infestation. Would highly recommend Monsterkil to anyone and the price was a lot cheaper compared to a lot of companies!

Excellent company , highly professional and informative. I would highly recommend them. They were extremely quick in response and cleared my mouse infestation very quickly and efficiently. The cost is fair and they have given me confidence in preventing this happening again with their recommendations

Really helpful team who dealt with the mice issue really quickly and efficiently. They disinfected and blocked the gaps too leaving the flat much cleaner than they found it. Best pest control company I have ever used.

We had a really positive encounter with the technicians at Monsterkil - Sam and another excellent technician. Not only were they super professional, efficient and effective in their work in removing the droppings and conducting visits but they put us at ease and gave us copious amounts of useful advice moving forwards. What’s more, they were in regular contact with us through different platforms and it was really easy to ask any questions and receive answers back quickly. We feel very much satisfied with the service they have provided and would recommend them to anyone who is having a similar problem with pests.

Very efficient. Two visits but possibly 3 should be minimum visits. Very polite and quick service

Really excellent service from Sam - great contact and arranged visits at convenient times. Dealt with the issue very quickly and was very knowledgeable

Visited by Sam to take care of a family of squirrels that had taken up residence in my loft. He’s courteous, would keep me updated on next steps, but most of all, very knowledgeable. Thank you to both him and his colleague Sahill (I hope I got that right!!) for dealing with such a sensitive issue. Not the most pleasant experience. But fully aware what and why all measures were taken. Great job! In a positive way...I only hope to see you again when doing your checks around the area!

I had a rats in my basement, which was now running around in the Wall cavity of my extension. Don't normally write reviews but this time I feel as though I must. A gentleman by the name of Shamll spoke to me on the phone had a lot of patience and time to explain to me what the process is then he attended my property extremely professional very friendly made me feel as though they’re not just there for the money do the job and go but take real pride in care in the work spent a lot longer than normal trying to find potential access points By the second visit he caught a rat( it was bloody huge). I listen to his recommendations about blocking up holes haven’t had a problem since well done Monsterkil. And they’re cheaper than all the other companies out there as well.

Sam was great explained what was going to happen and professionally got rid of my wasps nest! 5stars great company and great price! 👍

I had a rat issue in the garden, I used them to get rid of this issue and they were very efficient , good price too! Would definitely recommend

My experience with Monsterkil Pest Control was amazing. I had an infestation of mice in my flat and within the first visit from Monsterkil I saw an amazing difference. They had amazing customer service, the man named Shamil who came over was very polite, understanding and willing to do the best job to the best of his ability. I would highly recommend this pest control due to the great quality and low prices! I haven’t had any issues ever since their attendance and this is by far better then my previous experiences with pest control! Highly recommended. 10/10

Had a wonderful experience with Monsterkil! The turnaround was amazing and I could see results in a short period of time. Learnt a few tips and tricks for the future.

I would highly recommend monsterkil pest control. Very professional, cheap compared to other companies that we looked into. Since they have been around to treat our rodents problems and proofing that we were told to do, we had no other issues. A good cutomer service as well as we were told step by step works that were carried out.
