Great service, attended in good time and efficienctly carried out wasp nest extermination. Polite and professional. Recommended.

Did a great job, and a nice man too. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first visit from Jimi at All-Gone Pest Control. A charming man who put me at ease immediately that he could remove the terrible invasion of ants in our house in their hundreds! Jimi very quickly found the nests where the ants were coming from and how they were getting into our house. He sprayed the necessary ant killer outside where needed and we had 'sticky pads' placed indoors at strategic places. I cannot recommend Jimi highly enough for any sort of pest control. We haven't seen any ants anywhere following his excellent work.

This was miles cheaper than other rat people I have used and just as effective. Thank you Jimi! An excellent, friendly, efficient and personalised service!

Great company, easy to deal with and a fair price.

Prompt service by a friendly, professional guy and I would definitely recommend.

Great service Jimmy sorted out my problem with ease I would highly recommend all-gone pest control...thanks again Jim 😀

An easy 5-Star - Jimi came out to rid us of a wasp's nest that was being established in our cavity wall. It's a busy time of year, but they were able to fit us in next day; a good dose of powder, and the wasps were gone in an hour or so. Very friendly, very efficient, explained everything, and didn't overcharge: highly recommended! Cheers All-Gone Past Control 👌🏻

Jimmy was quick to visit and deal with a rat problem- He went above and beyond and helped my mum in her 80’s

Jimi was very pleasant, took time to discuss my concerns, and originally suggested a "watch and wait" approach based on steps I'd already taken (which unfortunately didn't work). There was no pressure from Jimi to use their services, just honest, reliable support. An appointment was then arranged at a time convenient for me and the treatment Jimi used worked very quickly. I would highly recommend All Gone Pest Control.

Jimi from All-Gone Pest Control was great from start to finish. He was quick, came out to look at the issue we had and ensured us he could get it done without any hassle. They were brilliant ! As soon as they were contacted they came within 3 days and tackled my wasp nest next to the front door . It was a very active wasp nest and the first spray helped for the next few days , unfortunately a few wasps started to come in and out of the hole , but Contacted the guys and they came out in very quick time to get it sprayed again . The wasps are gone and we are so grateful ! Would recommend very much indeed x

We had called out two pest control companies before calling out All-Gone Pest Control. The first two companies struggled to solve the rat infestation and didn’t know where they were coming from. We then got in touch with Jimi and from the minute we made contact, he was so helpful. He came to have a look and straight away identified a number of routes/holes, within a week of him being out, there were no more signs of any rats. He managed to solve a problem in a week, that others couldn’t solve in months. Would highly recommend All-Gone Pest Control.

I called All-Gone pest Control and spoke with a very polite gentleman called Jimi. I had told him that I was allergic to wasps and that I had some coming into the kitchen as well as going through an old pipe hole. Jimi, despite it being late came round and made sure all was safe for me. The wasps turned out to be honey bees! Jimi was extremely helpful and gave me a number of a beekeeper as we both didn't want to cause them any harm. Jimi's help didn't stop there though as he also went into my loft to investigate a possible rat situation, which he confirmed and put some treatment down. His kindness was staggering as he didn't charge me for his help, he even sat and had a cuppa and a chat after where he listened to my current difficulties which ended in a friendly hug and some encouraging words. Thank you so much Jimi for your kindness, I will definitely be using you again and not for the fact you were so kind by not taking a payment, but because of who you are as a person and that it reflects in how much care you put into your work and your customers.

I panicked when I found evidence of carpet beetle at home and as it turned out l was highly allergic to them. After contacting two firms and explaining, they didn’t come back to me. I then found Jimi and he was so calming, understanding and pleasant on the phone and best of all could do the extermination the next day. He was just as nice in person and was very prompt and friendly. We don’t yet know if the pests are gone for sure of course, but are certain Jimi has done his best. He explained everything clearly and answered what must’ve been to him pretty trivial questions. The house smelled amazing afterwards too!

My tenant had a sudden infestation of tiny black bugs on the walls at 3pm, so I called All Gone because I liked the name that clearly offers the solution I was after! I spoke immediately to a very helpful and knowledgeable person Dave, who booked in within less than 24 hours. Jimi attended on the day, texted my tenant to update over traffic hold-ups, and communicated the diagnosis and treatment with me before commencing work. It was undertaken professionally and speedily, and they will come back for free if needed, though it is unheard of. Payment was so simple: a text with a link you can easily pay online as a guest, or like me, can download the app and make an account. The entire event was impossible to improve at any point, and I would fully recommend All Gone; they clearly are a great team.

I had a wasps nest by my front door and wasn’t bothering me until one night I could hear them right by the wall. Put a request in on Bark at 10:30pm and by the morning Paul had already been in touch. Amazing service and super friendly. Couldn’t recommend more! Thanks.

Rat Problem Solved! I am writing this glowing reference for Jimmy at All-Gone pest control based on the outstanding service they provided in addressing a rat infestation issue at my property. I contacted Jimmy to assist with a persistent rat problem in the attic and cavity wall of my home. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication were exemplary. Jimmy demonstrated a thorough understanding of pest control techniques and promptly assessed the situation. He meticulously inspected the premises, identifying potential entry points for rodents and devising a comprehensive plan to eradicate the infestation. What truly sets Jimmy apart is his commitment to ensuring the problem is completely resolved. Despite encountering unforeseen challenges, he went above and beyond, returning to my property multiple times to ensure that every last rat was eliminated. His persistence and attention to detail were instrumental in achieving a long-lasting solution. Moreover, Jimmy's proactive approach extended beyond mere extermination. He took the initiative to seal off the entry point where the rodents had breached the brickwork, preventing any future incursions and safeguarding my home against further infestations. Throughout the entire process, Jimmy exhibited a high level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability. He was punctual, communicative, and respectful of my property. His friendly demeanour and willingness to address any concerns or questions alleviated much of the stress associated with dealing with pest issues. In summary, I cannot recommend Jimmy Pest Control highly enough. If you are seeking a dedicated professional who delivers exceptional results, Jimmy is the one to call. I had a rat in my loft. Mr Isaacs responded quickly to my enquiry. Turned up promptly at the agreed time. Talked through my options and came up with a course of action. This included fitting a one way valve in my drain to ensure the issue did not return. Professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this using this company.

I initally used All-Gone Pest Control after finding a mouse in my lounge. Paul arranged to visit my house, he was polite and arrived on time. We discussed the problem and he advised me of the next step. Thankfully after Paul checking the property and laying traps and bait, and the mice have now gone. This happened over three visits, each time Paul arrived when he said he would, always treated my property with respect. I had previously contacted a different pest control company but wasn't impressed with the service. Paul also advised that he and his colleague did also carry out garage and property clearances as I was advising how hard it was to get reliable people, I arranged for them to clear my late dad's garage, they arrived on time, they work very well together and are hard workers. They treated my dad's property with respect. I would definately recommend them and will be using them again to help me clear the house.

Excellent all-round service from Jimi. I'd highly recommend ALL-GONE Pest Control. From first contact to conclusion. Good value, efficient, friendly - always went the extra mile. And best of all, no more mice! Thank you. 😊

Jimi and Paul are highly recommended at All-gone. I called as I had seen a mouse in the bedroom, Jimi came the next day and discovered there were pigeons in the loft. He shooed them out and made good the hole on the roof. A couple of days later, he and Paul completely cleared the loft of all the mess left, which there was so much of. No more birds or mice. Such a professional job, and nice friendly guys to boot. Thank you.

Paul came over to our place as I had a rat in me kitchen !!! Within 10 mins he found the hole in the wall under the cupboard that the little sod had chewed and the entry point into the house from the outside as well. Set some traps out put down some poison and let nature take its cause… within a week our little furry friend was dead. The service was excellent and Paul was a really lovely chap with a great sense of humour to top it off and chill the wife out 😂 Would definitely use them if any of the furrys mates decided to take residence again.

Jimi's rapid response and extensive knowledge left a positive impression on us. Upon his arrival, he wasted no time and immediately began addressing the issue, providing clear post-service guidance. Very efficient friendly service. Jimi was very knowledgeable, he carried out a full inspection of the property, provided advice and suggestions and was clear on costs involved. Was available via text for support between visits and included extra visits in initial cost as I had very hungry rats! Would highly recommend

Excellent service contacted me immediately and booked me in, dealt with my mice issue efficiently and professionally. In the nicest way possible I hope I don’t need to see you again! But I would have no hesitation contacting you in future if any pests returned and I would happily recommend to anyone, thanks again

Absolutely brilliant service. Having three children in my house and a flea outbreak made me feel so anxious. From the offset Jimi was friendly, informative, kind and determined to rid me of the infestation. He visited multiple times and always followed up asking how things were. Never made me feel anything was too much trouble and was reassuring throughout. I have a baby and Jimi accommodated my sometimes lack of flexibility by collecting keys and dropping them back after. 100% recommend. Reliable, friendly, trustworthy and very efficient. Can’t say thank you enough!

We have recently used All Gone Pest Control when we had a rat infestation in our Shed/Garden. He was extremely professional and friendly and dealt with the issue amazingly even helped with suggestions on how to prevent the issue happening again. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant, friendly, stress-free pest control service. He got rid of mice in a kitchen cupboard and stopped up holes and air bricks.

Jimi was very professional and friendly, just wish we'd called him earlier! He came and inspected the house and we agreed an action plan. Jimi also identified proofing opportunities which were carried out and has sorted the problem! I can't recommend him enough.

Very professional company, quick response, effective treatment, problem fixed very quickly, friendly service with genuine concern to my issue and fair pricing for a quality service. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again. Thank you all-gone, job well done!

I had to recently use the services at all gone pest control. Jimi was brilliant, turned up when he said he would and nothing was too much trouble. A huge thank you Jimi for all of your help over the last few weeks at a time which has been very stressful. I would definitely recommend.
