PC Solar Panel Proofing Ltd

Paul and his colleague was amazing. The work they did was fantastic and did it without making a fuss. They were both very professional and can't thank them enough for a superb job.

After getting some quotes, Paul was competitively priced and was able to carry out the works within a couple of days. Was friendly and knowledgeable and works completed to a professional standard (and no more pigeons). Would recommend.

Paul did a great job birdproofing my solar panels at short notice. Professional job done at a fair price 👌 👍 highly recommended

Paul and his coworker from PC Solar Panel Proofing did a great job installing pigeon proofing on our solar panels here in Chippenham. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were polite and professional throughout. Paul was very knowledgeable about the birds and clearly respectful of their wellbeing, which was reassuring. They also provided the best quote I received, which made the decision easy. With the recent wet weather making scheduling tricky, Paul kept in touch and kept me updated on availability, which I really appreciated. Very pleased with the service and would happily recommend them.

Turned up early on the day, took 2 hours to install and clean, very good service will recomend to any one who asks.

Paul arrived early and set to work immediatly carrying out a first rate job with a friendly and cheerie attitude. The work was completed speedily and the only objecters were the now homeless pidgeons

Paul and his Team were great. Arrived on time and completed the work perfectly . I would highly recommend them. Great job

Paul and his lad have just fitted our protection. They drove from Dorset to Cornwall and did a fairly complex solar panel orientation in a very short period of time. Their work is very high quality, they tidied up very well when they left. Paul is clearly a very bird positive individual, as such he cares for the birds as well as preventing them from causing damage to your investment. Highly recommended.

Arrived as timetabled. Carried out work skillfully and cleanly. Most satisfied.

Paul and his team were brilliant, knowledgeable and truly caring about the pigeons. Very quick turnaround, great job and very nice work. Local aswell which is even better. Would highly recommend them.

Brilliant service, quick , efficient and cares about any chicks that may be under the panels. Highly recommend

We had pigeons & starlings nesting under our panels, Paul and his team arrived promptly and did a 1st class job. No more nesting birds, fantastic. Paul very knowledgeable, would highly recommend.

The guys turned up right on time and did a good job at a very reasonable price. Very happy - thanks

Paul was quick to respond and did a fast and efficient job, as well as being as humane as possible. His prices were very reasonable too.

Paul and the team arrived early and were courteous, professional and friendly. All work was completed in short order and to a high standard, the care and compassion for the birds removed was great to see. I would highly recommend PC Solar Panel Proofing.

Paul and his team arrived promptly. They carried out the work very swiftly and satisfactory and left the area very tidy. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who has problems with birds getting under the solar panels. Great work, thanks!

If you want someone to come and panel proof your solar panels from pigeons, who is very knowledgeable, compassionate towards birds, extremely competent and straightforward to deal with, look no further. I was very impressed by Paul and his partner who did an amazing job. Plus they advised my neighbour on how to tackle a seagull issue. Five stars plus from me.

We had a problem with pigeon infestation under our solar panels. Paul did an excellent job at a reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this company. Very reasonable price, great communication, no need for scaffolding. There's been no sign (or sound!) of pigeons since our solar panels were pigeon proofed. We've just had this company back, this time to gull proof the chimney. Great service & work again.

Paul was really helpful. They arrived when they said they would, minimal fuss, finished quickly and left no mess. Would definitely recommend for anyone with pigeons under their solar panels.

Contacted Paul when we got pigeons under our solar panel. Great communication throughout with fair pricing. All work was done in a few hours without the need for scaffolding. Even better, all birds and nests were removed without killing any birds. Fantastic service, recommended.

We were delighted by PC Solar's professional and friendly approach to pigeon-proofing our solar panels in January 2025, following a recommendation by our neighbour who had also used them (the pigeons nesting on his roof soon transferred to ours!) Their work was carried out as soon as weather and availability permitted - even then they found a nest with eggs! It's also reassuring to know that they take a personal interest in their work as they take any babies they find and look after them. PC Solar communicated promptly and answered all our questions, including an initial personal phone call, unlike some other companies whose website enquiries didn't yield a response. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Efficient and timely process from beginning to end. Thank you.

I'm very pleased with our bird proofing from PC Solar Panel Proofing. Great service, very quick and efficient! Would definitely recommend!

A very prompt and efficient service was provided by Paul and his team - they were on time, did a great job and we are very happy to see many disgruntled birds unable to get under our solar panels. I would happily recommend this company.

Great job, quick, competitively priced

Paul was very helpful and kind over email, and quickly gave me the impression that I could trust him to do the job properly, on top of being competitively priced. He was able to complete the work whilst I wasn't at home so I unfortunately haven't had the pleasure to meet him in person, but from the communication I have had and the work that has been done, I'm happy to highly recommend Paul (& Co., from other comments) to others 😁

The price was competitive and all inclusive. The questions I had were all answered in full. Paul+1 turned up on time and, as far as I could see, did everything they said they would ie removing the birds nest and sanitising the area after. The panels were washed and the rear gutter cleared of debris which was removed from site. A galvanised mesh was neatly installed, much to the annoyance of the pigeons! This was a job well done and I would recommend this company. James (Exmouth)

Very prompt, courteous and tidy. A very professional job and we are pigeon proofed!

Very good. A first class job I would recommend

Thanks Paul, a great job done. Solar panel protection fitted, panels cleaned, gutters cleaned out and all mess removed from site. We would highly recommend Paul for this type of work!

I am really pleased with the mesh that was fitted around my solar panels, Paul and his comrade was very pleasant and happy to chat about the fitting every thing went well and the birds have gone, I would highly recommend Paul and co. So if birds are making your life a misery under your panels get a quote from Paul, it was a very good price too

Very efficient and friendly pigeon-proofing service.

Finally rid of the pigeon nesting problem under our solar panels thanks to Paul at PC Solar Panel Proofing, he turned up on time and completed the work quickly and tidily. Paul is a really lovely guy and really cares for the pigeons also, he has his own aviary for any rescued pigeons!

He travelled all the way to Cornwall for us, and we are very happy with the results and the fact we no longer have pigeons nesting under our solar panels. Paul arrived on time and did a great job of pigeon proofing our solar panels today. He left the site clean and tidy. He was a very pleasant man who worked diligently with his parter, until the job was completed. Well deserved five stars.

I had my panels done in November. Paul responded to my enquiry within a few hours. He quoted the best price and did an absolutely fantastic job. The gutter was absolutely full with birds poo and Paul cleaned that too. The mesh was installed very well, the pigeons tried to break it and were unsuccessful. They are now gone and I finally got my roof back. I can’t recommend Paul and his team enough. They are highly professional, very efficient and really nice kind people too.

I am writing this review after almost an year since having the bird mesh installed around the solar panels by Paul. I am very happy with the service, professionalism and quality of work done by Paul. He's such a nice person to speak too as well. You can tell he is not about money but about customer satisfaction. It's hard to find such workmanship in 2024. I would highly recommend it to all looking for quality bird meshing at a reasonable price.

Paul responded by phone to our enquiry very quickly and arrived the same week to remove 2 pigeon nests. He took them all away, hosed down and cleared the gutters. I found him and his colleague to be pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent services, cost effective, fast & simple solution to a huge menace of birds

Fantastic good value service. Paul did a great job of clearing the birds and proofing the panels. Left area clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Paul was friendly, professional in his approach and gave some useful feedback on the set up of our solar panels. He also cleared all guttering as part of the price which I thought was good value.

Job well done, guys turned up ontime as arranged, carried out the work to a great standard all as expected, left the area clean and tidy and removed birds and debris friendly and professional highly recommended, good value and quality products used

Very professional, quick and reasonably priced. I hardly knew they were there. Great work guys, thanks 👍

Paul and his colleague installed the mesh netting around our solar panels today and did a quick and professional job at clearing away the pigeon nests and mess they left behind. The mesh looks good, strong and firmly attached and so far seems to have thwarted attempts of the pigeons to return. Hopefully the birds have got the message that they are not welcome and we won’t be woken at the crack of dawn by their incessant cooing from now on. Not to mention the mess they also created. They turned up on time and tidied up after the work. They were polite, efficient and quick. Although its early days, I’d say this is a great addition to our panel array and would thoroughly recommend this company.

Paul was responsive to my emails right from the start. He was recommended by a friend for his quality workmanship and value for money. Punctual, honest and tidy a no nonsense service that caters for all work surrounding solar panel pest control. I simply can’t recommend PC Solar panel proofing enough. I wish him all the best with his work for the future.

Paul and his company did a very good job in removing pigeons and sealing up solar panels at a very reasonable price. He had to visit us twice as at the first visit it was discovered there were 12 baby pigeons nesting. He returned several weeks later after pigeons had matured, to complete the job. Very kind and friendly chap. Would definitely recommend him to anyone having problems with pigeons nesting in their solar panels. Definitely a 5* company…. Thanks Paul.

Very pleased with PC Solar Panel proofing. Paul is very knowledgeable. Work carried out efficently by Paul & his colleague The proofing system is strong, durable & looks OK. Removed 3 nests. Humanely removed baby pigeon & cared for it. Throughly cleaned area including adjacent glazing.

Excellent service at a reasonable price - pigeon nests removed from under solar panels and mesh installed to keep them out.

We had a number of white doves/pigeons nesting under our solar panels. Paul was able to deal with the matter professionally and at a reasonable price. He was knowledgable about the pigeons and the mesh proofing looks well installed and of good quality.

Brilliant service from start to finish from Paul and co. I can’t recommend them enough. From Barry in Peterborough

This company is excellent. I had a serious pigeon nesting problem around and under my solar panels and they dealt with it very professionally. They are good value for the work involved. Thank you.

Had problems with Doves nesting under Solar Panels, Paul provided a very competitive quote and guarantee, explaining the process and timescale clearly. Arrived as agreed and the job was completed promptly and cleanly, with the birds humanely and gently removed, the area cleaned and steel mesh installed to prevent further nesting, and the workspace left tidy on leaving. Highly recommend for the quality of work and value for money

Pigeons were numbering around 30 plus under the panels and they worked with the solar panel provider to lift the panels and get rid of all the nests and birds and clean the roof and gutters in a professional manner

We had pigeons nesting under our solar panels, potentially causing damage and contamination. Paul provided a very reasonable quote for removal and preventing further issues. He and his colleague arrived on time and carried out a very professional and thorough service, leaving the site clean and tidy with a sturdy mesh barrier against further intrusion! It's clear that Paul cares for the birds and ensures they are not harmed during the eviction. I would highly recommend the services of Paul and his team

Great service from Paul. The quality of the product and the workmanship is excellent. Could not be happier.

Cleaned under solar panels cleaned gutters made a cage with stainless steel very strong keeps the pigeons out , with a ten year guarantee great service

I had a problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels, they were rather a nusience with their mess and broken egg shells over the lawn, contacted Paul after getting some horrendous quotes from not only the copany that installed them, but also from others. Paul arrived before the time stated (unusual I know) but commenced work straight away, never stopped every 10 minutes to hold a conversation on his phone, both he and his colleague worked through until the job was complete, lets hope the pigeons have now received the eviction notice. Thanks Paul

Paul at PC Solar Panel Proofing was simply brilliant. I found his company online after a lot of research and decided his company offered the best service for pigeon proofing solar panels without the metal meshing interfering with the solar panels and causing other issues. Paul kindly agreed to travel to Swansea to do this work and he turned up on time with a colleague. They both were very polite and calmly got on with the work at hand. Paul was even kind enough to put spikes on a neighbours chimney stack to stop the birds from going there along with putting spikes on a flat dorma roof two doors down too. Paul and his colleague also made sure all the bird mess (nesting twigs etc) was thoroughly cleaned up from the guttering and roof below and cleaned up in general before they left. I will most definitely be recommending Paul and his team to carry out work if anyone I know needs this done. Thank you Paul!

The team arrived on time and did a tidy job of fitting the mesh. They gave advice about which mesh was most appropriate for our needs. Very pleased with their service.

Paul protected my solar panels fr infestation of pigeons

Arrived on time. The fitters were very friendly and obviously knowledgeable. They installed the mesh very quickly. It actually enhances the look and more importantly has stopped the pigeons from coming to our roof. No more “cooing” in the mornings. Great value & money well spent.

Paul and Keiren are really lovely people. Well mannered and professional. We had pigeons nesting under our solar panels. I contacted 6 companies and Paul was the only one who got back to me. Paul was quick to respond to our email and was able to slot us in within 3 weeks. He and his colleague made an excellent job of putting the guards on the solar panels after cleaning beneath them and also cleaning the guttering. There was no mess left at all either on our or our neighbours property. The white doves that adorned our roof and underneath our panels seem to have already moved on in just 2 days. Thank you so much Paul.

Paul and Keiren did an excellent job of proofing the solar panels. Turned up on time and were lovely guys. Caroline and Nick

Had problem with feral pidgins nesting under solar roof panels, noisy and very messy! Tried everything myself to stop them including netting and spikes, not easy when you’re 68. Thankfully I found PC Solar Panel Proofing on line. The owner Paul was very helpful answering all my questions on the telephone. A date and time were fixed and Paul and co-worker arrived on time and day arranged, they were both very professional and did an excellent job, I can highly recommend this company.

We had a problem with jackdaws building a nest under our solar panels. We had cleared it once and within two days it was bigger than before. I could not believe the huge amount of twigs and branches they had used. Within a few days Mr Causeway and his assistant came, cleared the roof and gutters and put up a metal cage round the base of the panels. The cost was far less than I thought it would be and is guaranteed for ten years.

my neighbours and I discovered pgeons starting to nest beneath our solar panels. Paul removed the empty nests and then surrounded the periphery of the solar array with strong steel mesh. Furthermore, he washed all the panels - thereby increasing the solar efficiency! The panels are now clean and totally pigeon-proof. :-) A neat and well executed job - would throughly recommend.

We asked three separate companies to quote for solar panel pigeon proofing and only Paul responded. His quote was good and he did an excellent job for us. Before installing the mesh cage he removed all nesting material etc and once completed he cleaned the panels and guttering. A very professional service. Thank you Paul and your assistant.

I had pigeons nesting under my solar panels and I didn't know what to do! I contacted Paul and he replied quickly and arranged to come out within a few days. Very pleased with the result. From what I can see, it looks very neat. The best news is the pigeons seem to have moved away within a matter of days. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend this company. Feel a big relief as the birds were causing damage and messing over my driveway and cars! Thanks.

After a bit of a false start, Paul came and got straight on with the job. I had several pigeons living under the solar panels and a whole flock of starlings roosting during the day. The service included cleaning the gutters which the birds had very kindly filled, putting mesh around the panels and washing them down. All rubbish was taken away. Very pleased with the results. Would recommend.

Paul and his mate made a big difference to my life. No more pigeons. A very professional job. Many thanks.

Great job making our solar panels pigeon proof.

They came and fitted mesh around the solar panels. They were efficient, polite, and explained exactly what they were going to do throughout the process. All mess was cleaned up including clearing out the guttering. Very good value and a 10 year guarantee. I would highly recommend this company.

Paul and his man put mesh along all sides of my solar panels to stop the pigeons from nesting under the panels, quite high up but no problem for them. A great job, great price, within 2 days no more pigeons pooing and cooing all the time. Brilliant service. Andy Walker Paignton 15/04/21.

I asked for several quotes from different solar panel companies and they came back with quotes double, and even triple!, of what Paul quoted. I'm not local to him and he travelled to me no problem. Excellent work and a fast install even when my roof is quite high and exposed. Worth every penny. I cant rate Paul and his team highly enough, I will definitely recommend PC Solar Panel Proofing to other people!

They came and pigeon proofed our solar panels. Great job lads 👍🏼 They were friendly, courteous & efficient. Extremely good value for money. Job well done, with a 10 year guarantee to boot 😊

Paul and his colleague removed a significant pigeon nest from under our solar panels, fitting steel mesh to prevent any more nesting. They were on-time, worked tidily and for a great price. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. I've a domestic solar array which was infested by pigeons, some of which where nesting and creating a real bio-hazard on the decking below. Paul and his team-mate were on-time (actually early), went straight to work. Risk assessed the job and removed the birds + nest. Cleaned my panels, guttering and even the decking underneath. They then fitted the guards, secured them all round. Very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. If you've got panels with pigeons causing problems - get these guys in to sort it... Many Thanks Sean.

Paul installed metal mesh around my solar panels to prevent pigeons from going under and waking me up every morning. They undertook a very neat and proffesional job. The guys left my property very clean and was polite at all times. Would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend to all that requires this service.

Paul visited our property to install bird prevention on some solar panels. Paul & his team were courteous, on time & professional throughout. I was really happy with the work done, the advice given and a guarantee to the work. Would definitely recommend & use again.

Paul and his team fitted steel mesh to ours and a number of our neighbours solar panels where the pigeons have taken up residence and are causing havoc on our roof tops. Additionally they fitted the bird prevention spikes on the ends of the roof tops. The job was quoted for at a very reasonable price and completed as expected, in a professional manner and to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in using their services again and to recommend them.
