Customers describe Military Precision Pest Control Ltd as professional, thorough and honest, with many singling out Dan for clear communication and a willingness to explain each step of the process. Reviewers mention rat infestations resolved quickly, a contaminated loft cleared and re-insulated, squirrels removed from a loft, and a wasp nest dealt with on the day they called. Several note that he kept returning to check the problem stayed solved, helped find the entry points pests were using, and gave advice rather than charging for unnecessary work, with rates described as reasonable. Not every job ended well, with some customers reporting their pest problem stayed unresolved and that they had to go elsewhere.
Dan came to our rescue as we had a rat infestation and he was brilliant, arrived when he said, communicated with us. He made sure that we were clear of any rats before he signed it off. Really professional, really caring and helpful, even though I hope to never see him again (in a nice way) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan to anyone in the same situation.
We had a rat problem that we tried to fix ourselves but weren't getting anywhere. Dan came and fixed the problem within two weeks. He kept coming back for a month to check that everything was still ok, and helped us look and find entry points so we could close them. Hopefully we won't need to but we'd use him again and we found his charges very reasonable.
I am a landlord that recently used Military Precision Pest Control to undertake a rat infestation I had at a rental property. Dan’s military background along with his professional experience helped solve a dire situation that my tenants were living with for weeks. I found his rates very reasonable and can’t thank him enough for his help and assistance. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good and honest service.
Dan took on the unenviable task of clearing our loft after the rats had contaminated it. He and Jordan worked hard in a difficult environment to get the work done and give us a clean tidy re insulated lift space. Always cheerful and happy to see the job through to the end. thank you.
Dan is by far the most competent and knowledgable pest control guy. He was friendly and answered lots of question, was reliable and did a great job. He saved us spending lots of unnecessary money by clearly explaining the different options and how they work.
Dan is amazing, so genuine and puts the effort in. He made me feel really calm and I always felt he would sort this issue from the start! I’ve used other pest control companies in the past and they just seemed to be out for money.. I never had that impression from Dan. I won’t call anybody else! Thanks Dan :)
Dan is a true professional within his field and very accommodating, friendly and communicates well on every step of the problem. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Fantastic service from Dan. We had a squirrel problem in the loft and Dan was able to advise and help us solve the problem. He was reassuring and helpful and always responded well to communication. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Very refreshing in this day and age to deal with someone with good old fashioned customer service skills! Thank you
Dan and Ruben have done a terrific job of eradicating our pests. Super guys - professional, polite, extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. We followed their advice to the letter and couldn't believe how quickly the problem was eradicated...thankfully! Would highly recommend this company to anyone with a pest problem. Dan is fantastic, we have had visits weekly for the past 4 weeks over a minor pest issue. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very reasonably priced.
Dan is THE man when it comes to pest control. Luckily he was able to come on the day I called to sort out a wasp nest that had appeared in our house roof/walls. Very good service and happy with the price. Thanks very much and would highly recommend.
Not very helpful

Military Precision provides outstanding service. The expertise, professionalism and care to do an excellent job is superb. I have complete confidence in this company.
The work carried out was done professionally and cleanly. We were well informed every step of the way to what was happening. Very happy with the jobs carried out.
Dan from Military Precision is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us get rid of our rat problem 2 years ago and when I though we had the same issue this year (not his fault, we live near the allotments and docks), he came around and gave the garden a thorough check. He said it looked ok actually and gave me advice... others might have just stuck a load of bait boxes down and charged me £££s, but I never get the impression that Dan is just in it for the money, he's genuinely helpful and offers the solution that YOU need, not what he can make from you.
Reponded quickly. Was very friendly and knowledgable and dealt with the rat problem quickly and efficiently.
Dan was helpful throughout and very determined to see the task through despite it taking longer than expected. He obviously has pride in doing a complete and thorough job for the quoted price. Great service and very much value for money. I would highly recommend him.
