Quick response from Scpc and very efficient service from JC who seems very knowledgeable -GS

JC was super, polite, professional and did a fantastic job.

JC was excellent in approach and in dealing with the issue. Above and beyond. Thank You

South coast pest control were exceptionally professional speedy and very supportive. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent. Came out promptly, got rid of my issue and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

We are very happy with this pest control company. They arrived exactly when they said they would and solved the problem. Highly recommend!

Called out for 2 wasp nests. They accommodated the time I could be at the house. Job completed very quickly and carefully by Steve and JC. Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend highly enough. A challenging problem but Frank returned and returned until the preventative measures were all in place. Very professional outfit

Rang yesterday late afternoon for a hornets nest removal in garden shed. Came out next day, destroyed nest and hornet. Checked shed for any signs further hornets, given all clear. Feeling much safer now going into the shed. The owner, very polite over the phone when I rang. His staff member was very polite and respectful when he visited to deal with said nest. He was respectful of the wildlife in our garden especially the little wren who was ‘telling us off’ as she needed to get into her nest in the hanging basket with food for her young - moving away to give her space she needed. Will definitely use them again with any pest problems in future. I highly recommend them.

I contacted SCPC as I had a rat entering my loft in the early hours on a daily basis. Ryan was very thorough, professional and friendly. The rat was quickly dealt with on the first treatment and Ryan checked the loft, drains and burrows in the garden on subsequent follow-up visits as part of the programme, which was very reassuring. I would highly recommend this company.

We can’t thank Paul from South Coast Pest Control enough for the incredible job he did dealing with a rat infestation in our urban garden. From the very first visit, Paul was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring — he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt reassured throughout the whole process. He was thorough and methodical in tackling the problem, and his consistent follow-up visits showed real dedication to making sure the issue was completely resolved — not just temporarily improved. Thanks to his expertise and persistence, the pest problem has been absolutely sorted. We’re so relieved and genuinely pleased with the outcome. If you’re dealing with any pest issues, we highly recommend Paul and South Coast Pest Control. Outstanding service from start to finish!

Very knowledgeable staff who provide a professional service. Responded quickly to our enquiry. No faff, easy to pay by card. Thank you

We had a big problem with rats in the skirting and loft. After 4 visits to lay trays and bait Paul returned with his team to totally empty our loft (disposing of all unwanted items) hoovering out and fumigating. Careful preparation was also put in practise before commencing. It was a pleasure at every visit to have Paul and he and his team completed the task very professionally and efficiently. We would certainly recommend SCPC.

I had a great experience with SCPC. They came out promptly to deal with a rat issue and were professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the visit. Everything was clearly explained and they took to time to make sure the problem was properly addressed. I was especially impressed with the follow-up regarding a fly-issue - they were thorough and genuinely cared about resolving it, not just rushing the job. Communication was excellent and the service felt very reliable from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SCPC to anyone needing effective and friendly pest control services.

Very prompt & professional service. We were kept fully informed at every stage. All follow up visits were efficient & resulted in us feeling happy & confident that our problem was resolved. Cannot recommend South Coast Pest Control highly enough.

Really please with SCPC professional approach. Steve was very knowledgeable really pleasant we were in quite a bad situation with rats in the attic but Steve took a different view to other companies and bated outside which I am very happy to say has solved the problem.I would highly recommend this company. Big thank you to Steve and Chris.

Tom arrived promptly to deal with a wasp’s nest, located it immediately and gave me good advice. A very courteous and competent young man and an asset to your Company.

South Coast Pest Control - they pulled out all the stops. They had attended a wasp infestation which hadn't been fully eradicated. They responded immediately, despite how busy they were. Absolutely amazing, I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Very professional and efficient.

I recently had a visit from Frank Hayes, who I found to be very friendly, informative, and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him in the future. From, Pam Lander - Swanage 😄

Great company, Frank is a really nice man who is always willing to attend to any problem. Throughly recommend SCPC. Not overly expensive either.

I called SCPC with a suspected hornets nest in a tree, they arrived the day after, on time, assessed the tree and gave me advice on how to deal with it, excellent service.

I would definitely recommend this company. Steve came quickly, was professional, experienced and reassuring, and effectively diagnosed and dealt with our problem.

Excellent service just needed someone to come around and see if we had rats scpc were the only people to not want to make multiple visits. Very reasonable price and efficient service

Very good response called yesterday as had a rat man came out quick and found it was roaming rodent very good experience

Frank and the team were great, having never experienced mice issues before we panicked, South Coast Pest Control came very quickly, examined how they got into our house, advised, played traps and came back several times over several weeks. They swiftly rid us of the house mice and we can now rest easy knowing they are now gone. Thanks again for all your help and advise, hopefully we won’t need you again but should we ever have any issues in the future with rodents etc Frank and the team would be the first company we would be calling. Top service thanks

Called SCPC regarding a wasp nest that needed removing. The owner gave a fair price to destroy and remove it, sent an operative the next day who turned up on time and completed the job safely and swiftly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, they are polite , courteous, turn up on time and do the works at a fair price.

Knowledgeable, thorough, professional and friendly service from Steve. Came round next day to suit our schedule after we notified of a suspected rodent issue. Confidently managed the situation - We are very satisfied. Thanks!

We called South Coast Pest Control with a rat problem and we experienced a prompt initial visit. This was closely monitored and the problem was resolved within a couple of weeks. I cannot rate South Coast Pest Control highly enough for their efficiency and their general willingness to help.

I would highly recommend this company I recently moved into a property and it became apparent very quickly that we had rats in the cavities and attic. Prior to Franks visiting we used 2 other companies, neither of whom rectified the situation. Frank was thorough and has completely addressed our issue in just four visits. Drain survey, rat flaps, traps and poison, and fingers crossed 🤞 no unwelcome visitors since. He was professional, friendly and extremely non judgemental, I would always use this company before any others going forward.

Paul from south coast pest control was brilliant. Very experienced, Amazing support and advice. He solved the problem with the rats and I can strongly recommend this company.

Would highly recommend, we had Fantastic service from Frank. He was very fast to come to our home, on time with every visit, explained his process so we had full understanding of what to expect. Thank you Frank!

After the first treatment we saw no more fleas! Still had the second treatment as it is recommended. Super easy transaction and Frank was friendly and explained everything well. Good price compared to others! 10/10 I would recommend.

Fantastic service from Frank. Highly recommend his and his companies services if you ever have pest issues, very clear, informative and effective service

Paul is professional and helpful. I am happy with the service. Thank you.

Prompt response from Frank after our inital enquiry about a rat problem, followed by several visits from Steve and Frank to eliminate the rats. Thanks very much for your help getting them gone.

Paul did a great job of getting rid of the mice from our house, which moved in while we were away on holiday. Also gave very good advice on how to prevent them from getting in again. Would very much recommend.

Came back home from holiday to an infestation of field mice in a number of rooms and cupboards in our house. From our very first phone call to SCPC we got great service and advice. Paul Brown, the technician who visited and dealt with the problem, was very thorough, knowledgeable and caring, and clearly enjoyed his work. A great representative for the company. We are now mouse free, and following Paul's advice for preventing future infestations. Would highly recommend.

What brilliant service! After hearing scurrying noises in the loft I contacted SCPC and Frank came out the next day, and carried out a thorough survey of my roof space and drains. I could not recommend him more highly.

Highly Recommend! Amazing guys, they’re very efficient using the best methods for the job at hand. Reassuring when it comes to having household pets, ensuring their safety throughout visits. Top notch bunch too

Excellent, helpful service rat's we're gone in a jiffy.

I had a quick and prompt response to my enquiry. Paul was able to identify and deal with the problem in a courteous and professional manner, offering advice as to avoiding possible future incidents. I would not hesitate in using the company again and recommending it to others.

Frank and the team at SCPC have been exceptional. The level of detail and care Frank has given was superb. We had a pest problem which has now been completely eradicated thanks to SCPC. Highly recommend.

Frank provided the most professional and friendly service you could ask for. He is extremely knowledgeable and kept me fully informed of his thoughts, plans and treatments used. I needed to spend extra on a rat-flap and Frank was really mindful & respectful of the costs of these. All options were clearly explained, before i made choices. I can fully recommend Frank & south coast pest control for a brilliant & swift service. Thanks Frank & team.

Paul was very reassuring, professional and patient whilst dealing with our pest problems. 100% recommend Sout Coast Pest Control

I was very pleased with the professional service that was given by Frank from SCPC. He visited my elderly mum’s house with a view of fitting a rat flap in the main drain, however, after initial investigations with the use of a camera, he concluded that firstly we would need some maintenance work to be carried out on the drain to enable the rat flap to be fitted. He recommended a reliable colleague who could carry out this work for us. Lastly, although we offered to pay for the visit Frank wouldn’t take any payment. If you are looking for a reliable and honest company for pest control, look no further than South Coast Pest Control. Householder, Verwood

Great service from this company , thorough and professional . Would highly recommend

Paul, was a fountain of knowledge and thorough. Explained everything. Put some of my biscuits in the loft to see if eaten. As no evidence found except small hole on outside wall. So will fill that in a minute to see if that was the cause. No bill at moment , and if filling the hole solves it there will not be a bill. Excellent service. Thanks 👌

With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Things to do next were clearly set out, as were the options and costs for further action if the issue persists. I would highly recommend contacting SCPC for advice.

Extremely knowledgeable friendly and efficient Thank you Frank for your help.

Excellent fast response from Steve W who was able to reassure us that rodent droppings in loft were very old and we had no need to worry. Also carried out external check just to make sure there wasn't a problem. Very surprised to hear no charge for survey - that doesn't often happen these days!

Excellent service! Frank came out promptly for a survey on our home, he was very knowledgeable and professional and managed to discover the entry point for the mouse issue we were having and gave us some very helpful recommendations. We would highly recommend South Coast Pest Control to anyone

I emailed SCPC regarding a rat problem and was very impressed with Frank’s prompt reply, an appointment was made for the next day. Frank arrived very punctually and spent some time inspecting the property and pointing out problematic areas requiring attention. He also discussed bait options. Nobody wants to have to use a pest control service but, if you do need to, I’d highly recommend SCPC

Just had Steve from SCPC Very nice guy had a look in the loft couldn’t see any thing but left a biscuit just incase Brilliant service managed to call out same day I’m hoping the biscuit stays there and is not eaten by anything thank you Steve 😉

Called Frank as we had a pest situation that needed resolving. He was very responsive, sorted our problem, and a great guy too! Would definitely recommend SCPC to anyone!

Paul helped us to get rid of rats that were coming in under floorboards in our house. He was very professional and gave us great advice. On repeat visits he checked for any signs of further activity until we were free of them, and gave us advice on how to prevent them getting into the property in the future. Hopefully we won't need to, but we wouldn't hesitate to use SCPC again in the future! Thank you Paul!

I spoke to Frank and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was so helpful that he has suggested a few 1st steps to see if we have a problem and if we do to call him again. I feel completely reassured and will definitely choose this company if I need further help.

Our new house came with some extra (uninvited!) guests. SCPC was recommended to us and Frank came out the same day we called him. A fast, efficient, effective service and a really nice man too, who goes the extra mile for his customers. Highly recommend SCPC.

I haven’t had to have SCPC visit, but I would fully recommend them based on their honesty, helpfulness and understanding over the phone. Had problems with booklice in my flat which has sent me round the bend due to severe phobias. I spoke to a very kind friendly man on the phone who looked at my photos, reassured me that they would not be harmful to me, and explained clearly the best ways to treat any moisture/damp issues myself to eradicate them. I found this to be very honest as they could easily have told me I must pay to have the place treated professionally and I wouldn’t have known any different. I also got their number from my Mum as she had to call them out for suspected bedbugs last year, and again they were extremely honest and after a full inspection said no treatment was needed and therefore no charge. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them if needed in future as you don’t come across many people so honest and trustworthy in this day and age. Keep up the good work!

Very professional sound advice and diagnostics of issues with squirrel entering loft space and how to mitigate.

Fabulous service. Communication was excellent - listened to our problem, reassured us and arranged a free inspection to find out what was scratching around in Mums loft. Steve visited and identified the problem immediately (squirrels!) and advised us how to prevent them getting in, rather than poisoning them. Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We discovered we had mice in our kitchen. Paul was brilliant throughout the whole course of treatment, any time we called due to a snap trap being set off or empty bait stations he came out either that day or the following morning. Was very professional, easy to deal with, communication was great and updated us of any delays or changes in plans. Also used South Coast Pest Control for the proofing of the house. Would highly recommend Paul and the company!

Paul was amazing at removing the wasps nest thank you so much !

Excellent service, arrived on time, professional, courteous and really informative. The surveys are FREE - no rats for me this time. But if I have any pests, be it rats/fleas/squirrels etc, this is the GO TO company. Thank you very much!

An amazing prompt and professional service. Caused us quite a bit of stress but the power of Google and the review system speaks true. Very tidy work in a small hot loft. Many many thanks for coming so fast

Steve came to check if we had a rat problem in the loft, he found signs of past activity but nothing more recent. Excellent service and I can highly recommend this company. If anything changes I will definitely call them back to deal with it.

Excellent service from Frank, would highly recommend to others needing a home pest review or solution.

An excellent visit with very helpful advice given.

Had a visit today by Paul . Although not able to help us with our problem today , went above and beyond with all his knowledge and experience to advise us on the situation. Hopefully once we have investigated our problem will be more than happy to contact South Coast pest control once again. Would definitely recommend this company. Paul was a real gem .

I recommend SCPC very highly. Frank came to investigate our potential problem . He was prompt , polite, efficient , knowledgeable and very thorough. He offered free advice and reassurance. I would definitely call them in future if needed. Thank you

I've had to use SCPC twice now as rats always find new ways in which is frustrating but they arrive quickly and survey your entire property thoroughly and professionally. I will keep using them and highly recommend them. Especially Ray! Thank you for great service today.

Excellent service from Steve and South coast pest control. Highly recommended!

I have just had an excellent experience with this company. I contacted them to deal with a rat problem we had in our garden. Frank was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, punctual and thorough. Whenever I called the company the customer service and communication was also excellent. I would highly recommend South Coast Pest Control.

SCPC is a reliable, efficient and effective partner to my business, Frank and his team are thorough and have dealt with issues quickly and discretely and I feel so reassured working with them

Absolutely fantastic company, so honest and helpful. Unfortunately 😱 we have had to use them in two houses and they have been amazing. First house was dealt with completely successfully. Second house needed no treatment and so no charge - how many companies would do that? Both Frank and Paul are complete gentlemen. Should I need a pest control company in the future I would not use any other company. Thanks guys.

I called SCPC and in less than 24 hours Frank was here. He conducted a full survey of the property. He was polite , courteous and kind. He gave solutions and was very knowledgeable. I hope I don't need his services again in the future but if I do, I would have no hesitation about using SCPC again. I would highly recommend them .

Frank arrived on schedule and gave us a free initial survey and expert advice on how do deal with our rat problem. He agreed we were taking all measures we could and using the most effective bait, which was reassuring for us. If the problem persists, we will have no hesitation in calling him back.

Brilliant service, thanks very much for your advice Frank. Would highly recommend or use again

Paul was always on time very friendly and polite and always professional couldn't wish to of had anyone else dealing with your pest issue

Very professional service. It’s not great having rodents but these guys were very experienced and reassured us that they would not give up until the problem was solved. They went above and beyond to help us. Excellent!

I have been very happy with the service I have received from Paul at SCPC. He has been very conscientious in how he carried out his job, offering advice & suggesting ways to eliminate the return of the infestation. This has been the 2nd time I’ve had to call SCPC hopefully it will be the last but I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Paul to pop back if the problem should return.

Steve carried out the survey, he completed thorough examination and explained clearly what needs to be done to prevent pests from entering the house. Very helpful, would definitely recommend SCPC.

Excellent throughout. Frank arrived promptly, was knowledgably and was considerate to the home (i.e. use of shoe protectors) It's not a nice experience having rodents in the home but Frank made the home feel secure, put our minds at ease and most importantly cleared up the problem in a few weeks. Would highly recommend

Frank was punctual and very professional, with an exceptional range of knowledge and advice. I have no hesitation in recommending SCPC.

We have been using Frank and the team for a number of years now and have always found them to be professional and highly efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I believed I had a wasps nest, and Paul came out to check (only called the night before). Thankful this was not the case, but the nice part was that there was no charges. So not only did I get a quick and professional service, but was not charged for my concern. I have used this company before when I had mice in the house and each time they have done a quick and professional service. Could not recommend them highly enough

Fantastic company! Very quick to reply to my query, and then Frank was very friendly and helpful when he came to resolve our ant invasion! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and really good to find a local company, who know their stuff and are quick to respond. Many thanks!

Had an excellent experience with SCPC, easy to deal with, great communication and overall very professional. Would use again and recommend to others.

Very speedy response with professional knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend SCPC if you have a pest issue.

Frank was really polite and helpful with the advice he gave on our rodent issue. Will definitely use again if we have issues in the future.

I phoned South Coast Pest Control this morning, leaving a voice message and within seconds Frank called me back. Not only did he fully understand the issue mum has in her brand new apartment but he also gave invaluable advice which won't earn SCPC a penny and yet advice was freely given. Hopefully I will never need the services of a pest control company but if ever I did, I wouldn't hesitate in calling them again. Highly recommended.

A very happy customer! Frank gave excellent advice and reassured me. Didn't charge me either, just happy to help. Would definitely recommend to others.

Frank was brilliant put me at ease and gave me great advice

First rate service when you need it. Very prompt attendance, pleasant and professional and did what was needed. Thoroughly recommend their serviceS

Frank from South Coast Pest Control attended within 24hrs, checked for rat runs, evidence of rat droppings, scent of rat urine (none found - Phew!!). Calm and reassuring, double checked the out houses, ponds, inside the sheds and lots of nooks and crannies... The two rats seen by myself were just "travelling through" ... Feeling safe again in the garden. No treatment necessary... Honest and trustworthy.. no call out fee ... Would definitely recommend 😀

Excellent service. Phoebe responded quickly with a time to visit. The wasps nest was removed quickly and efficiently. I would defiantly recommend.

We've recently moved into our property and I discovered extensive rat droppings in the loft. I spoke to Frank who suggested I put a biscuit up there to see if the rats were still around. The biscuit remained intact so Frank came the following day to assess the situation and determine where they might have been getting in. He was here a good hour looking in the loft, checking the outside of the property, and even looking at plans we had for previous extensions that had been done. As it appears the droppings were pretty old and that we don't have a current infestation, we agreed for one of Frank's colleagues to come and remove the droppings and spray with antibacterial spray. Frank is extremely knowledgeable about the subject and was able to put our minds at rest re any current infestation. We'll definitely contact him again should we have any other pests that need dealing with. Thanks Frank :-)

These guys are great, my daughter could hear a crackling noise from the ceiling of her upstairs bedroom in our chalet bungalow, when i went outside i could see wasps coming and going between the tiles 3/4 of the way up the roof. far too risky for me to attempt to deal with, so i googled "pest control" and contacted this company, they showed up 2 days later exactly on time, the wasps were dealt with from ground level using a pole and injecting powder under the tiles, all done in 20 minutes, a few hours later the problem was resolved, even though they did say it could take 48 hours, would definitely recommend this company, Andy, Fontmell Magna

I am very grateful to South Coast Pest Control for sorting out my horrendous rat problem. Thank you so much, Frank.

Fantastic service backed up with extensive knowledge and tips! Steve sourced my problem from day one and solved my issue with a thorough treatment plan. Many thanks! Great company, great service. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I found a wasps’ nest in the garage this morning, and the whole family was in distress. I made a phone call to South Coast Pest Control, and Phoebe was amazing. She made sure a technician could fit us in same-day. A few hours later, our issue was rectified. The technician was efficient and informative. We are very grateful and cannot recommend using this company more.

Very professional friendly service from the moment I rang. Thank you Matt and team.

Came and sprayed my girlfriends house and since then the fleas have gained muscles, multiplies by 10 and have more ancestors then the whole on the uks history! I’m sure I seen one the other day with an 8 pack on his abs and it was the size of a Woodlouse! I don’t know if this spray have steroids in it or crack but they seem to love it and can’t get enough it as this is the third time he has been! Throw your protien shakes and invest in a flea spray and you’ll be as big and strong as the fleas in my girfriends house! Sent from iPhone

I've used SCPC multiple times and they've been effective every time. Frank and the team offer an efficient, professional, and down to earth approach. I recently needed advice for rats, and Frank was thorough in his investigation, and reassuring in his advice. I feel happy with the service provided and would definitely use SCPC again - but hopefully won't need to!

Provided good clear advice and will definitely use in the future

Phoned these guys in a bit of a panic. Frank was here very quickly despite being very busy. Checked everything out - really helpful and re-assuring, no charge!!! as further treatment not required at this point - definitely use these guys again and no hesitation in recommending them!

Excellent service from Frank. Fast and efficient. Thank you for coming out to Portland

South Coast Pest Control did a fantastic job at our industrial warehouse site. They came out a few months ago to a cluster fly issue that we needed help with asap. They arrived the next day and fixed the problem in record time. Today, Frank came out again to survey the site and gave us advice. Fast, professional and trustworthy. I can’t recommend enough.

Frank came round to help us with Cluster Flies and was fantastic. I'll be calling SCPC first if I have any pest problems in the future

We have just finished using South Coast Pest Control to deal with the Rat we had in our loft. Their employee Ryan delivered an excellent service across 4 visits along with his boss who did a drain survey. They fully solved the problem including identifying the point of entry. Would highly recommend this company for dealing with pests. Two very relieved customers!

Professional and friendly service - highly recommended

I rarely give reviews, but a big thank you from me to the team for such great service. Honest, speedy (same afternoon) and fabulous customer service, along with great advice.

Incredible service. They attended the property quickly, and following the inspection responded within a couple of hours around the identification of the insects and appropriate next steps. Highly HIGHLY recommend. 10/10

Couldn't have asked for a better service! Got a visit within 24h of contacting SCPC about mice in my flat, as I had caught two in traps. Frank walked around the building and pointed out all entry ways that needed fixing, as well as inside. He was fairly confident that treatment was not necessary, and therefore it would be best to not spend money unnecessarily on it for now. I felt very reassured and was very impressed with his integrity and professionalism. If the problem comes back, I will be sure to use SCPC again!

Very professional, very polite - and did the job with our rat problem. I would definitely recommend.

Had a rat in the loft, called on a Saturday and was here within the hour no more signs of the rat after his 3 inspections. Very friendly with great customer service. Strongly recommended if you have pests.

Third time lucky with Frank and Matt. We had rats in our house!! They identified the problem and fixed it rather than just laying poison and hoping which others had done. Friendly, professional and effective absolutely fantastic.

Called for a problem in our rental property. Fantastic, efficient and friendly service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fast and first class service from Ryan today, thank you so much for your help, covered everything thoroughly and problem is now hopefully sorted and I can sleep well at night, highly recommend this organisation, thank you.

Steve and the team were incredibly helpful, saved the day with our rat problem!

After contacting SCPC, Frank called in next morning to run through the options available to me regarding my pest problem Friendly advice and help, definitely recommend

The team gave great helpful telephone and follow up advice which meant that I could check the problem without cost. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future if needed.

Excellent service from Frank and Steve, Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, professionally dealt with a very difficult situation where there was a rat in our living room, can't thank or recommend them enough

Thank you for your thorough and FREE check of the property to confirm it was free from rodents. Much appreciated :-)

Can’t thank Frank enough this morning for all his advice after a bit of a disastrous night discovering the smell of a dead rat! Frank was extremely helpful with recommendations of products and put some worries at ease for me! Thanks again

Initial visit offered to investigate possible issue within 24 hours of contact. Further service was not required, good advice provided and I felt that this demonstrated a level of honesty and integrity. I will definitely be using this company again if needed in the future.

Thank you frank for organising Ryan to come out to us so quickly. He identified the problems to help us secure our property outside. We are really grateful for his help today. Will get them back if we have issues for sure! Would recommend & will use going forward for any of our building projects. Very honest and reliable!

Super quick response to a loft wasps next, turned up when they said and did and excellent job!

Thank you so much to SCPC for a super professional service. A great experience from my first point of contact & the information and costs explained over the phone, to Matt turning up as arranged and dealing with the wasps in our roof. Matt explained the process, what to expect with some really helpful information. Thank you again to Matt and SCPC team for a really valued service.

Frank was excellent - professional, friendly and without prompt took the time to provide really helpful advice and guidance throughout the quote/job. Thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend.

We are really pleased with the service we've had from South Coast Pest Control to treat both fleas, from the previous owner and mice following the renovation. Steve and Ryan were both great. Treatments went as planned and by the end of each course, the problems were solved. Both were always efficient and on time. No messing around, just came in and got the job done. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future - although hopefully wont need to!

We have used this company numerous times for advice. They have always extremely honest, professional and responsive. Would highly recommend!

South Coast came to solve our problem within 24 hours. They located and treated the wasp nest efficiently and safely. I’m glad we called them!

They came out to advise on an infestation. Great advice.

Thank you for a very prompt and thorough service. After an initiall citing of a rat we were very grateful to Steve (and Frank) for their tenancy in eliminating the problem 😀

I emailed Frank over the weekend and he came back to me straight away and had an answer for me first thing Monday morning. Very responsive and good service, would recommend.

Frank was absolutely brilliant! So kind and professional. He gave us some fantastic advice and used his expertise to summarise any issues.

Frank visited me yesterday to deal with an ant problem I had in my house. He was completely professional, dealt with the problem and even put silicone along my architraves so that they cannot come back and was super clean and tidy. He was absolutely delightful too. The second time I have used South Coast Pest Control and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Thank you Frank

Quick, efficient and friendly service in dealing with a wasp's nest and at a good price as well. Will definitely use again

Ryan and Frank visited several times to deal with rats coming into the kitchen from the drains. They were reassuring, knowledgeable and gave us very valuable advice on how to prevent this in the future. We would recommend this company.

14th July 2023 - We noticed a Strong Smell from Bathroom & noises under the Bath - We called SCPC, and Steve Winner arrived at our house within the hour. He carried out a thorough inspection & clearly explained the cause was & how the problem could be resolved. He identified the cause as RAT INFESTATION under the bath & in the Loft. We accepted the quotation and he went to work immediately laying bait & traps under the bath & in the loft. 14th July Steve returned on to check the traps & identified the cause of the smell. 24th July 2023 - Frank Hayes carried out an internal inspection of all the drains to and from the property using a reeled probe with a camera and light which relayed images to a screen. Frank & Steve couldn't have been more friendly, knowledgable & helpful, I would thoroughly recommend their company South Coast Pest Control

Highly recomened 👏 Frank was very kind, genuine and infromitive, Before being recommended to him by my estate agents, I'd rang other pest controls in the area which all quoted me £300+ one company even quoted £1000 and this was before even coming out to investigate.. Frank new straight away that the insects that I'd been told where mites, where booklice and instead of trying to charge me he recommended that I try a dehumidifier first Also his treatment prices are very affordable compared to the other companies that id called. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rang up and they fitted me in same day. Brilliant service. Steve was very helpful.

Does precisely what he says... called back within halh an hour, called round same day, on time, gave good clear advice... no hesitation to recommend his services

Would highly recommend Very knowledgable. Installed a Metex wall in drains for us. Brilliant after service ensuring that we’d no longer have any issues at the property.

Amazing service fitted me and short notice because of my daughter would highly recommend

Excellent professional advice with no charge for consultation. Very quick response even at the weekend.

Prompt, professional, efficient, cost was good and fair, best company to use

We would highly recommend South Coast Pest Control. Fast initial response, professional and the service received from Ryan was first class. Thank you.

We used SCPC after we had seen a couple of rats in the garden. Our technician Steve was very polite and professional and dealt with the issue very quickly. He was always punctual and pleasant. We would definately use them again.

Great service from matt and Steve. Very quick response from phone call to visit. I had a problem with wasps in an old rotten fascia board. Very professional people to deal with.would highly recommended. Thank-you.

An excellent and friendly service offered by Ryan who was extremely quick to isolate the problem of bees finding there way into our attic roof space. Regrettably this is not something they deal with but was helpful in recommending options to try and fix the issue. Thank you

So impressed with the thorough service. So friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely first class service both for my mother recently and ourselves last year. Very professional and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful company.

Had to call them out due to Squirrel problem in loft. Steve came within 24 hours of call very knowledgeable punctual & proffesional put down traps. We also carried out other things he advised. We haven't seen any Squirrels since Steve's intervention. Recommend SCPC

I phoned South Coast Pest Control at 9.30am this morning regarding a suspected wasp nest and they squeezed me in at the end of the day. Ryan came to the property and was friendly, professional & got the job done within a matter of minutes. I could not be happier with the service I received - I will absolutely use these guys again & recommend to everyone! :)

Wasp nest appeared in our garage. Called SCPC last night and Ryan removed the nest today quickly with no fuss and he gave clear advice on what to expect from any returning wasps. Payment was simple. A great service! Thanks!

Very knowable & professional Thorough inspection of the whole house Good advice on prevention Thank you for all your help

Frank responded quickly and professionally. I thoroughly recommend him to potential customers.

I had a problem with rodents and was very upset. I contacted SCPC late on a Friday and was called back within 30 minutes and a visit and consultation arranged for the Monday. Frank arrived on time and was friendly and professional he made a very thorough investigation of my property both external and indoors. I had a smaller scale problem with rats mainly confined to loft area. He laid traps and bait, and so far has visited every week (3 visits so far) has been no activity since first baiting was done and he is due next week again. Hopefully if still no activity detected the problem has been resolved. I found the cost very fair and I totally recommend this business and would use again if a situation arose again. I can’t thank SCPC enough for their actions and also for calming my anxiety and explaining a lot of widely believed misconceptions of what causes rats to be in your home.

Lovely team. They gave completed sorted the issue we had in offices quickly and professionally.

I would highly recommend SCPC.Ryan was very professional and the follow ups always punctual, completely eradicated the problem we had with rats in the house and made safe for all my pets! An excellent service that was well worth the money! I will definitely use them again Thank you team but especially thanks to Ryan 😊

We had a problem with a pest in our loft. Called South Coast Pest Control, and they were here very promptly the next morning. Matt was excellent at checking out whole property for potential ways that pests could be getting into our loft, and completed a very good inspection of our loft. Didn’t find anything substantial, fortunately, but Matt was excellent at explaining what he was doing and the reasons we had thought there was an issue in our loft. First class service, and cannot recommend highly enough for anyone else needing pest control.

Had Ryan out as we had rats in the kitchen ,he visited,we didn’t feel we could live here whilst the place was in this state , and on second visit we were told that he worked for the landlord and they were his customer ,we have had rats actually in the kitchen and dining area where one was found to have died after eating the poison ,I enclose photos of how our kitchen is at present so you can make your own mind up but he has told our landlord and my partner who is about to undergo a period of chemotherapy that this kitchen is perfectly useable and although not ideal he’s gauging it on that he has seen worst ,not questioning his work but more his judgement

Very happy with service, ryan always on time, helpful and gave good advice and resolved the issue. Thank you Lisa

Frank came to look at our house due to concerns about bed bugs. He was right on time, professional and explained everything very clearly to my elderly mother. Excellent service, highly recommended

We received an excellent service from Frank at SCPC. He explained his strategy thoroughly, was clear about pricing and was very professional in everything that he did. He communicated well and was extremely conscientious about time-keeping. A rare tradesperson who goes "above and beyond". He even identified the early construction of a wasps' nest whilst checking the rodent traps and removed it. The service might seem a little expensive at first, but bearing in mind the number of visits, together with the drains survey, it was very good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend him, or to use him again.

Ryan from South Coast Pest Control attended to a mice issue at my elderly grandparents bungalow. He was courteous, thorough and knowledgeable in his explanations of the appropriate course of action required. My grandparents had used other companies in the past but with continued issues after treatment. With Ryan however, he investigated the cause and rectified the issues as well as illuminating the problem. My grandparents would only use this company for any other ‘pest’ issues in the future. Overall, a very happy pair of customers. Thanks for all your help and understanding Ryan. Much appreciated!!

I found Ryan very professional and knowledgeable, undertanding and helpful. Thankyou

I would highly recommend the service from South Coast Pest Control. Ryan visits our business and is always very friendly, professional and he does a great job. He is informative and a pleasure to deal with.

Very impressed with the service provided. Ryan was friendly and informative, and always responded very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

We had rats for some time and tried every solution we could find before admitting defeat and calling SCPC. Honestly wish I had done it straight away, as it probably would have saved us a fortune! Anyway I called SCPC and they sent Ryan, who was brilliant, Within ten minutes of arriving he'd found where the rats were getting in (we had no idea) and explained everything to me. He was so helpful and friendly I'm actually going to miss his weekly visits, although I'm pleased to say Ryan was also very effective and for the first time in over a year we are now rat free! Anyway I highly recommend SCPC and the lovely Ryan, really cost effective and quick and I can sleep at night without being disturbed finally!

Before the Christmas holidays I realised I had some furry visitors dining in my loft, SCPC was recommended and a lovely gentleman named Ryan Quinn came out and set traps and laid poison, he was very professional and explained everything as he was doing it and answered any questions I had in detail and put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend this company for your pest control problems.

We experienced rodents in our garage eating dog kibble. They were able to enter through the gap at the bottom of the door . Ryan has visited us on 4 occasions, laying and removing traps and disposing of rodents. We are very pleased with the service, very polite and friendly and explaining the procedure to us. We are now rodent free and rate SCPC outstanding.

Ryan was helpful, professional and personable, and gave a highly professional service. Highly recommended.

We had excellent service from Ryan and he was always punctual and polite and would always answer my questions I had about rats. I'm very pleased with the service from Frank and Ryan. They are friendly, efficient and professional in their approach and the problem has been resolved. They were more than happy to return within their 30 day guarantee period to monitor for possible further activity. Their advice has been invaluable and they have been so patient and understanding with our many questions. Would use them again but hopefully this won't be necessary!

Would not use anyone else. Always gives sound advice & is quick to respond.

Professional service. Easily contactable

Very prompt, efficient service from friendly and professional team. Would highly recommend.

We were very pleased and impressed with the efficiency our pest problem was resolved. Costs were fully explained and communication was first class. Excellent customer service and follow up. Would highly recommend SCPC. Matt was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you.

Matt came promptly and did a fantastic job inspecting our property. Cannot recommend enough. Thoroughly recommend

I recently had a problem with rats in my home and contacted South Coast pest control after recommendation. I spoke to Frank on phone who was very helpful and arranged a visit from one of his team the next day. Ryan attended and I was immediately impressed by his knowledge, he is very friendly & put me at ease as I was very anxious about the situation. Particularly as just me & my daughter at home and we could see & hear them running round. He did a very thorough inspection and laid numerous dishes of poison capsules in strategic points & several traps. All the while being mindful of me & my daughters safety & that of our 2 kittens. The rats repeatedly took the poison so think it was a very large infestation. He visited every week to replace poison & further checks internally & externally, even next door. He gave me his mobile & I could call anytime if I had concerns between visits. He kept coming weekly for 6 weeks until we were sure that the problem had been eradicated. He was extremely competent & professional & really made an unpleasant experience so much easier & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him & South Coast pest control.

Great service. Ryan was very knowledgeable, gave me good advice and offered options. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you.

Matt and his team at SCPC were exceptional from the beginning. They not only dealt with our tenant professionally, but also made the effort to provide regular updates to both the tenant and ourselves along each step of the process. 10/10 highly recommend.

Exceptional I asked them to come and sort out a mouse issue for me, they arrived on the second of 8am (not an exaggeration) and were on time for each of the appointments, very professional and pleasant to deal with, would recommend without hesitation

Brilliant service and friendly staff member (Ryan Quinn). Got done what was needed and communication was second to none. Amazing stuff.

I contacted SCPS via email regarding a possible wasp nest in my loft and Frank called me within 10 minutes of sending the email. He told me that Matt would come and see me the same day to assess the situation. Matt arrived at the agreed time and was extremely friendly and courteous. He undertook a visual inspection of the outside of the house to see if there was any wasp traffic and, after finding no evidence of a nest, inspected my loft space to double check that there was no nest. This has given me peace of mind that there are no issues and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SCPS to anyone seeking a friendly and professional company.

I sent South Coast Pest Control an email last Sunday evening regarding a concern I had identifying some roaches we had found. Within half an hour I had a reply and Frank has been able to ID the insect to reassure us that we don't have a public health pest. Thanks again, and would highly recommend.

Matt was very professional and great service. Came over same day to help with a wasp nest removal in the roof eaves. Would use and recommend again :)

Quick and friendly response. Returned calls as promised. Experienced operative could tell me just what to look out for and suggested appropriate action.

Excellent service to remove a wasp nest from my loft. Thank you

Had a wasp nest under the roof tiles. They turned up on time, friendly and professional. Did what he had to do and said they might be about for a day or so. They were all dead within 5 hours. First class service. He also said if they were still about in 3 days he would return free of charge. I would highly recommend.

Great service, very friendly and professional and got the job done, highly recommend Ryan.

They were very thorough and completed an assessment for me Ryan was really helpful and helped resolve my problem

Would highly recommend . Excellent service and response to removing wasp nest. Both Frank and Matt I found to be very helpful and professional.

I contacted this company to book thier services for pest control expecting to spend a fair bit, but after speaking to Frank and agreeing to send photos of what I'd found, I had a call back explaining exactly what it was and that it wasn't nessesary to use thier services. I had no idea this would be the case and am so glad he was honest and informative, I would definatly trust them 100% if I ever needed to use thier services in the future.

We have used South Coast Pest Control since 2017. They were so much more competitively priced at the time, which is why we appointed them and they didn't disappoint. They are reliable and attentive. Both Frank and Matt are great to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Matt turned up on time and was very polite. He told me exactly what he was doing and what he had done afterwards. Extremely professional service. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Always helpful, professional and on time. Could not be better.

Always professional and reliable. Would recommend to any business.

I contacted South Coast Pest Control last week because of a high number of flies entering our house. They seemed to be coming from the loft as most flies were in on the top floor of the house. Frank replied to my phone call within about an hour and paid us a visit the next day. By, then, the volume of flies had dropped, having been really bad for a few days. Frank carried out an inspection inside the house and in the loft. He explained the probable cause and even got the particular fly identified. He was very professional and I would certainly call him again if needed.

Excellent and highly recommend!! Matt has been very friendly and professional on every visit. Can not thank him enough for solving the issue. Would definitely use again if any other concerns.

I would highly recommend SCPC, I have always received fantastic service. Matt is very professional and knowledgeable.

Have used South Coast Pest Control a number of times now, and whilst dealing with issues such as rodents isn't my favorite pass-time, Matt and his team are always professional and very good at reassuring you that all problems and issues will be eradicated in a timely manner. SCPC are always time conscious, courteous, thorough and polite. I would recommend their service to anyone who feels particularly uncomfortable about critters being in their home!! Thanks as always, Matt & Team Dan

Matt came to review our business premises to make sure it was all set up to prevent any pests before we opened. He did an amazing job and was incredibly friendly and professional. We have since had a follow up visit and had the same great service yet again. Brilliant company and team, we wouldn't use anyone else.

Good advice, good service.

Frank was quick to to get back to me when I emailed and came to carry out a survey for mice in our garage. No further work was needed but Frank carried out an inspection of our property and gave some great tips to try and prevent us from getting mice in the future

We had a major issue with rats under our decking. It got to a point where they would come out during the day and used our garden for a bit of sun and downtime! And then they spread at a huge rate. SCPC were great guys that fixed the issue but had to come back many times. You just pay a one off fee until Roland and his family go to a place where they can truly relax for a long long time! R.I.P Roland

I emailed on Friday evening about 2 wasps nests that i had found in the hedge alongside our house and Wayne came the next morning to destroy them. We have used SCPC in the past and i have always been so impressed by the way they fully understand the stress a pest issue has and will offer advice and solutions to the problem in a sympathetic and fuss free manner.

Would highly recommend this company. Matt and Wayne pulses not have been more helpful. Both took time to explain the issues and how to solve them. They were punctual and reliable. F I have any future pest problems I will certainly be contacting them.

Just had a visit from Wayne after relative saw a rat in her home. We were so impressed with his knowledge, how thorough he was and the sound advice he gave. We didn’t feel like he was just trying to persuade us to have unnecessary work done. Whilst we hope not to need your services again, we feel so much happier knowing we can trust your company.

Excellent service and great advice. Highly recommend!

Frank is very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.

Frank and his colleague offer such a helpful and swift service. They arrived when they said they would and carried out work in a professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone with a pest issue.

Would highly recommend this company. Wayne is thorough in his job. Very knowledgeable, very tidy and polite. Met Frank as well when fitting rat wall in drain. Extremely good pricing too. Found to be a rat in the loft. 10/10 for this company.

We have previously used South Coast Pest Control before, so when we heard noises in our loft, we contacted them again. They came out and did a thorough search of our loft space and also outside. They were very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful about not only getting rid of the pests, but also preventing them returning. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Initially called SCPC regarding scratching sounds in my roof and spoke to Frank who was helpful and booked me in for a visit within 2 days. A smarty dressed representative called Matt duly arrived on time and began a thorough inspection. Every aspect of inspection, possible solutions and pending prevention was explained. Matts professional manner was very impressive - he didnt baffle me with technical 'jargon' and was re assurred of their ongoing support throughout, pending any work needing carried out. I would not hesitate to recommend SCPC. A pleasant manner and professional approach goes a long way... thanks

I got Franks details from another pest control company who were in the middle of a move and were unable to do the inspection. I contacted Frank on the phone and he was very welcoming and professional. We arranged a date, when he arrived by then i had read some of his reviews on here, i realised why he had such amazing reviews. He was polite, easy to talk to, he took his time, was not in a rush and above all he was very honest and straightforward. He advised me what actions we should take and when the results come back what steps to take from there. I am very glad i dealt with Frank , excellent and reliable service we need more people like Frank because i have been left dissapointed by a few rogues running around. Thank you Frank

I called regarding a rodent issue and Frank came to inspect the property the same day. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. If I have an issue in future I will call South Coast Pest Control straight away. You only need to read a few of the other reviews to see what great service you can expect from Frank and his team. Thank you Frank!

Apparently impossible to contact

Frank, solved our horendous Moth problem over the phone, I sent a picture of the Moth, he confirmed the type and that I could solve the problem without treatmet, his advise quickly solved the problem. I tried to pay for the advice, he wouldn't let me. Other companies wanted to spray the whole house twice for £450, without looking at the Moth!!!

South Coast Pest Control responded quickly, were straightforward about their pricing, completely reliable and very easy to contact. An extremely professional firm. Our problem with ants in the house was not an easy one. Frank and his team came time and time again until the matter was resolved. Absolutely excellent service, would not hesitate to recommend or use again. First Class!

Fantastic service from South Coast Pest Control, we had a fruit fly problem and Frank came around gave us some great advice for free and helped cure the problem, i can't recommend this company enough, very friendly helpful and trustworthy company, would definitely use them again if we have any future problems!

Efficient, quick and friendly service. Great advice very knowledgeable. Thanks

A prompt response to our enquiry regarding a squirrel problem. No initial charge to come and have a look which is very fair. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and more than helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Rare these days to find a company that offers proper service, know what they are talking about and are happy to help. Full marks.!

Disturbed a Wasp nest early in the morning. First company to call back, within 10 minutes. Up-front about costs, arrived exactly on time and very thorough job clearing and spraying. Had people in the past just turn up, spray and leave but Matthew waited for a while and sprayed the returning wasps. Would highly recommend.

A number of years ago we were overrun with woodlice, and although innocuous they were everywhere! Frank dealt with them professionally and fitted grills to keep them out of the house. Since then we haven't had a problem. Thank you so much Frank: no more crunching under bare feet when walking around in the dark!!

Great friendly service

Frank and his team dealt with the rats in our loft leaving us rat free in no time; we wish we'd called Frank first instead of wasting months with the council. Upfront about pricing, ultra reliable and very trustworthy professional guys.

Having fleas in your house, is very stressful indeed. Matt from SCPC did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable about leaving a complete stranger in my home and eradicating the fleas. If you have some unwanted house guests bought in by a pet, then I would not hesitate to recommend SCPC. Thank you.

Very professional service, efficient and friendly. 100% recommend!
