P G H Pest Control

Excellent service and help

Laura was incredibly knowledgeable & helpful regarding the bees nest in my garden. She was kind & very attentive & gave me great advice on my next moves. Thank you so much Lara 😊

We had Steve come and visit our garden and do an inspection, report and carry out the tasks. So friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Highly recommend the company and BeeGone services as well.

Caroline was very knowledgeable and helpful and responsive. A great service

Laura at BeeGone was very helpful. She called back as agreed and was able to provide useful information and guidance to me. I have saved the number just in case! 😁

Very quick, polite and professional reply to my query. Laura asked me to send them a video and assessed the situation in no time. Many thanks!

Excellent 👍🏻 So helpful and such a nice person too

very helpful, non pressurising . recommend.

Laura was very knowledgeable and helpful

Thank you Caroline for your thoughtful and caring approach. Even though you were unable to help on this occasion as my problem was bumble bees, you provided reassurance which is what I needed. You were professional and caring. Thank you 🙏🏾

Laura was so helpful, and very patient as she helped me to identify if we had bees or wasps 💕

Super lovely lady, very helpful and quick response. Sent over a little video and the bees were identified within minutes. Had a call back and all is sorted! Would 100% recommend

Laura replied very quickly to my initial enquiry and was very helpful in identifying via WhatsApp video the bees at my house. In the end we have decided to leave alone the bumble bees unless they become a nuisance. There was no hard sell from P G H to do any different.

I highly recommend this company!!!! Phil Hamilton has been a brilliant support to me, in trying to help me work out what was causing strange hives/bites that i've had for a few months now. Phil was always happy to offer me support and advice. Looking at pictures of my hives/bites, and also suggesting I go to the GP, which I did. I now plan to get a referral to see a Dermatologist. However, for extra peace of mind, we opted for a Cannine Bedbug Inspection - with Alex the handler and Ozzy - a very clever dog. What stars they were! I am now so releaved to be told that we don't have begbugs! I can cross them off the list. Sometimes, you just need an answer, because I felt like I was going mad. I can now sleep at night without the fear. Thankyou.

Laura was so helpful giving her expertise and also her time to help me with an infestation problem I had at a storage facility. She even discussed it with the local ‘expert’ too just to make sure we had all the correct information. I’m really grateful to Laura and her team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services in the future.

We were fortunate enough to have Abbie come to visit our property. She was thorough, meticulous and very professional. She is an asset to your company. Thank you Abbie for your hard work.

I contacted the company as I was worried that I may have a problem with bees nesting in my house walls. I was in the middle of some building work and needed some urgent advice. Lily was a very helpful first point of contact and she asked Joel, one of their surveyors, to look at the videos and images I sent over and give me a call to discuss the situation. Joel was brilliant and answered all my queries patiently and professionally. He really helped put my mind at ease and followed up with me after the call with all the information I requested. I would not hesitate to recommend Joel and the team.

I had a great experience consulting with Joel about a wasp nest in my attic. He was incredibly responsive and sent a very thorough voice note explaining the situation and my options. What I appreciated most was his honesty—he walked me through the 'path forward' and gave me practical advice on how to handle the entry points myself. It’s rare to find someone so patient and willing to educate their customers. Highly recommended for his expertise and professional integrity!

Rang PGH Pest Control a few days ago and Laura answered and was very helpful and accommodating. We arranged a date for my bed to be given a thorough clean and Abby arrived this morning. I was very impressed with her cleaning and we got on well and had a laugh and she even cleaned my bedroom chair which I wasn't expecting. Would definitely recommend them. I am a bit of a perfectionist and do nit pick (no pun intended!!)

Joel & Andrea both did an excellant job when we found we had vermin in our loft . They fitted a non return valve and then cleared the loft . They both kept us informed of what they were doing and have solved the problem for us .

Neville Mouse Problem Croydon. What a great company PGH are I can't recommend them enough. Following the nightmare of having mice in our house PGH acted promptly. André, Abby and Dean, the technicians who came to our rescue couldn't have been more helpful.Thank you soo much PGH

I found all the people who work for PGH Pest Control treated me with a lot of support.Laura Kerry Daniel Thompson Stephen Dan Abbey Jason and Yvonne were all very kind pleasant and understanding towards me given my concerns about the scaffolding and Bird Proofing that had to be done. Also as l had never had any Bird Proofing done in the past l didn't realize all the co ordination that needs to take place as l needed scaffolding up at my property. aswell.I realize the staff at PGH Pest Control don't have a very easy job.I would highly recommend PGH Pest Control. Also their knowledge and expertise about pests and Bird Proofing l felt was outstanding.

I had a rodent problem in my loft which PGH dealt with quickly and efficiently. They sent a guy called André who was very professional, polite and a credit to the company (subsequent visits by Brandon and Abby were great too). They arrive when they say they will and get the job done. A great company to deal with.

We can’t thank PGH enough for their efficient, friendly and reliable service when we had squirrels nesting in our eaves. Would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Excellent service. Had an issue with rodent activity and had to have the loft boarded. Did an excellent job and the small issue we had once the work was complete, was immediately addressed and corrected.

Tibor and a colleague from PGH worked through awful weather to install physical barriers to stop rats using an area of garden as shelter, luckily not a nest. Since then there has been no evidence of them trying to access the area which is a great relief. The person who dealt with the admin was pleasant and helpful. I should add that Tibor and his colleague were extremely polite, respectful, and not least discreet.

From start to finish PGH were professional and helpful. Dan P and Bradley who carried out the work were fantastic! They were very careful to keep the areas below the loft where they were working clean and kept me up to date with progress along the way. The finished work was excellent and I can't recommend them enough. Thanks so much.

I don't know how people right so many good reviews?!? I called them to ask about rat problem and told them is from under the kitchen cabinets and for now is 1rat that drive me crazy last 3 days. They told me is gonna cost £495 to come see where rat coming from and put traps. Can make appointment after 3 weeks. For this money I expect someone to come with flamethrower. How expensive is that trap and poison that gonna make property unable to live because of death rat smell

I highly recommend PGH pest control. We had an issue with squirrels accessing our roof and when the first service provider we contacted failed to help (and charged us) we found PGH who completed a free assessment using photos before taking the job. They were transparent about fees and the plan to address the issue. Once on site the help we received from Andre was first class. He was highly knowledgeable and respectful to both my family and the animals. He is a credit to the company. If you want a quality job doing the use these guys.

Well, they got rid of the hornets efficiently & effectively (it took all of about 10 minutes) but the price was a complete rip off (3-4 times as much as other pest control companies quote) so would not use them again

I called Laura from PCH Pest Prevention and Beegone today and she was incredibly friendly and understanding. She gave me amazing advice and tips about dealing with pests and offered great reassurance at a time I really needed it. I had a panic attack after seeing maggots from not clearing my food bin before going on holiday, and since I already suffer from severe anxiety, it really overwhelmed me. Laura was probably one of the best people I’ve ever spoken to – calm, patient, and full of great examples and analogies that helped my brain process everything clearly. Five-star customer service and genuinely made my day.

After months of frustration with a persistent pest problem, I finally contacted PGH Pest Control—and Branden has been a game-changer. From the first visit, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to assess the situation properly, explained everything clearly, and laid out a solid plan of action. Branden’s attention to detail and commitment to solving the issue have made a huge difference. Things are already improving, and I feel confident we’re on the right track thanks to his expertise and care. He’s been responsive, reliable, and genuinely invested in helping me get this sorted. Branden is an absolute credit to PGH Pest Control—his dedication and customer service are second to none. Highly recommend PGH, and especially Branden if you want the job done right.

Professional

Excellent service and advice, can recommend.

I had a very difficult experience with this company. I paid up front for three visits (before an assessment which was a big mistake on my side) but it was clear on the first that the rat had left. I accepted that it may have taken two to collect the traps etc but the third obviously wasn't needed but they refused to refund me. The other criticism is that they don't offer a time - just a day - and this is very unhelpful when trying to work around busy schedules. I would not receommend this company and I hope no others fall into the same trap (excuse the pun).

Very good service Kerry professional and friendly Very good service

An efficient, professional and effective visit to treat a very active wasp nest. Great service , thank you , would recommend.

What a fabulous service from this friendly and efficient company. Dan the surveyor came out first to identify the problem and was very pleasant and then another Dan came to treat the problem. Due to the location of the wasps nest Dan had to remove a portion of our bedroom ceiling which he did extremely neatly to reveal a large wasp colony which was treated swiftly and eradicated. Dan did a great job, was friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. All the floor was masked neatly . Very impressed and will use again. Also a mention to Caroline who answers the phone, she has a lovely manner as a first point of contact. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Unfortunately PGH were very busy and couldn’t accommodate us as quickly as we needed so we had to use another company. We would definitely have used them though, quick responses, Phil was super helpful and gave us all the answers we needed. We had lots of questions and he was very polite, kind and generous with his time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them and have done in the past for a wasp problem. They were also cheaper than who we ended up using. Thank you Phil for answering all of questions and there were lots!

Exceptional service, lovely staff and competitively priced.

Slow responses and totally over priced. Found another company for a fraction of the price.

Had a wasp nest, tried to book an appointment online but no available slots for over a week. I called them up instead as advised on their website and they managed to fit me in sooner. Dan P turned up and he was professional, friendly and efficient. Dan was patient with all my (no doubt stupid) questions. The cost also seemed very reasonable.

I was concerned about a possible honey bee colony in the wall of my house. I called Beegone and spoke to Laura who, after viewing some videos I took of the entry point, was able to put my mind at rest and reassure me that it was in fact a wasp's nest – thus saving me a lot of time, expense and stress. Laura was professional, friendly and really took the time to talk me through everything. All in all, a very positive customer service experience. Thank you!

Laura was absolutely amazing - returning my enquiry same day with helpful advice on how to proceed. Many thanks!

Very good service. Only problem was a delay with the drain survey so unclear what drain covers were needed to prevent another problem with the rats. Roof work seems to be very good.

P G H Pest Control did an amazing job of removing a pest from my property. The entire team are very helpful from start to finish and were more than happy to answer any questions and queries. They explained the process in detail before starting the job which was very helpful. I would highly recommend using them.

The team from PGH were professional and reliable throughout. Dan and Oliver were real experts in their field and they were also courteous and sensitive. Laura organised everything efficiently for us. I would choose PGH again any time - thank you for the work you did for us!

Great service! Helped identify a snake and James was fantastic.

I’m so impressed with your company, staff and work. From the start of our treatment for a rat problem, your staff have been friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. The work carried out was expertly done with consideration and respect for our home. I will be sure to recommend you. Thank you.

Caroline has been very professional , yet friendly and helpful informing me of the procedure and arranging dates for visits. The Technician Oliver was also very professional and informative. The service we received has been excellent from the team.

Excellent service. On initial contact Laura was so helpful. The problem has now been sorted quickly and efficiently by Rhys. I'm very happy with the service I have received from PHG.

The quality of service and advice was excellent- highly recommended.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Ollie the technician was knowledgeable and brilliant as was Caroline and Laura in the office. So flexible and helpful.100% recommend their services.

I cannot praise PGH Pest Control too highly. Their service is superb in every way. The service is not cheap, but it's worth every penny - for peace of mind, courtesy and kindness. I now have a mouse-free house from top to toe & even the drain outside. Magnificent!

The job was done quickly and efficiently, and the work conducted on all three visits was entirely to my satisfaction. I would like to compliment Oliver for his role, and for having the kindness and patience to explain what he was doing and why. I would also like to thank Laura and Sophie for keeping me informed and for their willingness to help in any way.

Dan Paul was very thorough and so far the service provided has remedied our pest problems. We are very happy with the result.

An excellent and thorough service.

We had an outbreak of mice entering our loft, we employed PGH to eradicate them. They carried out three visits in total laying down poisons. All of the technicians were polite, and efficient in their work. At the end of the course of treatment they provided us with options how to prevent further infestation and also generally on improving the insulation and condition of the loft itself. As a result we further employed PGH to remove, replace and improve our existing old smelly insulation. Two technicians - Andreas and Keir attended, they first briefed us fully on what the job entailed, then over the following two days only they completed the tasks. We were very impressed with both of them and their work ethic, everything was bagged and removed within the cramped loft space, all of our floors and hallways were protected at all times and rodent prevention spray was kept inside the loft. All of the insulation was bagged and removed by skip as promised. If you have any similar issues we would highly recommend PGH and hope that if you do employ them that you get Andreas and Keir! We also had good communication with the PGH Office and surveyor Anthony.

We commissioned PGH to deal with rodents in our garage and loft. Andre was our technician and we could not have asked for a more professional , thorough and expert service from him. He attended every visit himself to ensure continuity which was really important to us. He was exceptional. Dan was our surveyor and he personally attended on site a number of times and was also very helpful. PGH have a really professional call center team. Laura is excellent at her job. Thank you to the whole PGH Team. We thoroughly recommend them.

Dan was great. Professional, informative, friendly and punctual. Did a great job and stopped the rodents in my home. Laura at the office was also exceptional. I definitely recommend

A job well done. I'm the first to get overly frustrated with an inability to talk to a person directly when engaging with any service provider but that cannot be said of Laura in the office at PGH. She was true to her word. When she said she'd ring back......she did. She was informed, easy to engage with and a definite plus as a point of first engagement with this firm. The technicians turned up on time and the job was done professionally with minimal fuss and disruption. In the course of the works I met Dan, Emily and Andre all of whom were excellent and dealt with the pests such that they are no longer a problem to me. I did have reason to ask for one small piece of work to be done again and the resulting communication and follow up service was prompt, hassle free and without any quibbling which was refreshing. I have no hesitation in recommending PGH and their team for what sadly now seems to an all too common a problem with rodent and pest control. Thank you.

Excellent service. Work carried out professionally. Technicians were excellent - Emily & Keir.

Branden was excellent help giving quotes to our respective options of bee removal. I would use PGH Pest Prevention again.

a very good service, i had the same technician (ANDRE) on all three visits who was very good, the whole team at PGH were good. 5*

We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. They were an absolute pleasure to meet and their love and knowledge of bees shone through. The whole process was made easy by Anthony who had arranged the quote and the visit. I would highly recommend BeeGone, in particular Anthony, Dan P and Emily.

Dan from PGH was very helpful and knowledgeable and identified the source of the issue very quickly after a thorough investigation. Excellent service.

I’m only in the getting a quote stage but I’m already happy to sing their praises. Caroline in the office is so friendly and patient, efficient too as my survey took place 48hr from first contact. Brendan was a delight and very knowledgeable about all thinks old house. A pleasure to work with.

We used PGH Pest Control to deal with a rodent infestation in our loft. They did a comprehensive review of the property and provided a detailed report. The work involved elimination of the rodents, emptying the loft, removing the old insulation and replacing this after having decontaminated the space. They also detected some woodworm, which they also treated. They repaired parts of the roof and put a one way sleeve in the drain, both of which were measures to prevent further infestation. The work was expertly and professionally led by André. Certificates were provided to show the work had been completed. I would definitely recommend PGH for its end to end process

PGH Pest Control arrived quickly and punctually. Their guy explained that they would access the problem and identify possible entry points for the pests. Then another person would put bait safely in suspect areas and return a few weeks later to check the bait and safely remove any evidence of the pests. Both guys were polite, and clean and tidy while they were here. It took several days for the pest activity to cease, but silence now reigns supreme so far. They offer a quick and effective solution to an unpleasant problem. I would highly recommend PGH Pest Control.

Arrived promptly and got straight on with the job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very neat and tidy.

Great service, fantastic telephone communications and advice given. Helpful friendly staff

I wasn’t sure if I had bed bugs, so I called PGH, and they were incredibly helpful! Thank you once again, Laura, for all your assistance and support. I highly recommend PGH!

Fantastic service. James was very knowledgeable and sufficient. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Laura was immensely helpful, talking me through the process without any pressure - great service!

Found wasp nest in shrub. Contacted PGH who arranged an appointment for the following day. Dan arrived, explained the procedure and advised on any protective measures following treatment. Wasps doused and gone by next day. Excellent service from Laura and Dan. Would definitely use again if required

Having had a very negative experience with another Pest Control company I engaged the services of PGH Pest control. Stuart was reassuring, thorough and professional. He spent time explaining what he was going to do and provided lots of guidance and advice on proofing the property. I would highly recommend PGH. Everything carried out was reported in a document sent to me before Stuart had even left the property.

Dan was professional, friendly and efficient

From the initial telephone conversation with Laura, the survey with Anthony and shortly after the treatment of our loft with Andre. The team have been amazing, great srvice, friendly quick and professional.

We had a rather large bee colony in our roof space for several years with various attempts by other companies to remedy, with no success. Speaking to Anthony at Beegone was the first time I felt confident I was dealing with somebody who understood the issue and could propose solutions .As per other posts the service isn’t cheap but I already knew it was a big and complex job as I have friends in the beekeeping community. Anthony organised the removal including scaffolding with military precision and brilliant communication and the team arrived bang on time, explained in detail what they were doing and got on with it. They also provided valuable insight into some unrelated issues with the roof which need addressed, jobs we have paid to be done previously in the main. Beegone provided clear video evidence and commentary to act as a spec or benchmark for roofing contractors to fix these issues. I’ve barely seen a bee in the hive area since the job where previously it was extremely busy - finally ! A thoroughly professional and trustworthy service, they do exactly what they say they will, all too rare these days ! Ps I’ve now got a couple of kg of lovely honey extracted from the honeycomb I was given as a souvenir of our bees , I hope they are thriving in their new home Thanks again Anthony and the team for a first class experience in doing it right ! Stephen Thomson

I can't recommend PGH Pest Control highly enough. Caroline, Brendan, James, and in particular Andre, have been outstanding in ridding our home of rats which had come up from the sewer and moved in under the floor. On reflection, perhaps Andre's greatest impact was not in fixing the problem, and putting in place measures to prevent it reoccurring (which he did brilliantly), but in understanding and changing how we were feeling. His kindness, humility, and patient approach helped us switch from feeling disgusted, ashamed, and helpless, to reassured, supported and happy in our home again.

Fantastic Service! From the initial enquiry, to job completion, took less then a day. The team were polite, professional and efficient. Prices were very fair. Exceedingly pleased with our experience.

Andre, James and Emma were superstars! They did a fantastic job cleaning out and boarding our loft. They worked during a heatwave which must have been very unpleasant but with no moans and they just cracked on with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very careful not to cause any damage internally carrying out debris from the loft during the cleaning up process. We also got some bee-keeping advice! Excellent service. Thank you very much.

The team were so helpful and the advice they gave was brilliant!

Very experienced professional service . Highly recommended!

Excellent service from Branden and PGH Pest Control. Prompt service and great comms. Knowledgeable and professional service throughout. A pleasure to recommend them to others.

Had a really nice conversation with Caroline from Beegone. Caroline was very informative and provided the best advice. Highly recommend this company for any future Beer removals!

Would highly recommend...we had an issue hearing rats in our walls &, from first contact, PGH were very helpful. First visit happened very quickly after initial contact, with subsequent visits happening as expected & taking into account our availability/needs. We stopped hearing rats inside our property within 1 week of the first visit. Andre, who visited us each time, was great.... talking us through what he had found & the 'plan' and even visited late on the day of the third visit to ensure that a drain valve was fitted before we went on holiday. Thank you PGH - in the nicest possible way, we're hoping we don't need to use your services again but, if we do, wouldn't hesitate to get in touch!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Laura whom I spoke with to coordinate the visit, was very efficient and dealt with the request swiftly. Ollie that attended was polite and professional. Highly recommended!!!!

Very happy with the service. Andre was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I was very happy with the work. I had entry points to my attic identified by Andre as being a risk to wasp nests and these were sealed by Andre. Spoke with Caroline on the phone who was also great. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Laura for prioritising our issue and to Dan for resolving. Very friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Andre found a second wasps nest that we had missed after exploring the roof area. Explained what he had done and how the wasps not in the nest at time of treatment would be killed. Very happy with result

I just received exceptional customer service from Caroline at Beegone. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, proactive, and patient. Exactly what you need when facing a troublesome infestation. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. Thank you, Caroline!

Contacted service for advice regarding a beehive; was informed no intervention would be needed but was really impressed with the quick response and detailed advice from Caroline. If I need work done in the future I would certainly use this company.

Called up in May to discuss an issue. I had a productive discussion and was given a quote via email. I had to wait a few weeks to be able to afford the service. Upon being ready to proceed I called up to clarify a few details. I called up four times and sent an email before I got any sort of response. I finally received a phone call back after five attempts of contacting myself and I missed this call by 5 minutes. I immediately called back 5 minutes later but the person was again busy. This was the sixth call I had made and third time I had got through to leave a message with colleagues of who I was trying to speak to. I made seven attempts to contact them to clarify a few details. I had said in the email I was ready to proceed upon clarification of a few details. No effort whatsoever to contact me back. A further two weeks down the line since my seventh attempt to contact them and still nothing from them! They have turned their noses up at £360 for a few hours work! I have never seen anything like it!

Laura was very helpful in providing me with the contacts of people who remove swarms of bees from properties. I had spent 5days with a swarm of bees calling for help without luck until Laura provided the right help.

Laura was personable & attentive when booking the appointment. She exceeded expectations and was able to book the team in at short notice which was really appreciated. Andre & his colleague were bang on time and, although no wasp nest was found, they took preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of one starting. They were courteous, polite and very knowledgable. Great company to deal with. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Laura regarding my issue with bees on my property. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite , friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for all your support and help!

Excellent service from Laura

Laura was fantastic when I called today, very knowledgeable and helpful. While having my garden lawn replaced we uncovered a bees nest, I wanted to solve the problem safely with no harm to the bees. Laura was great and helped me come to a decision on how to solve it. Thank you Laura, would recommend :)

Very helpful and informed staff on the phones, Laura was excellent, talked me through all the options and booked in quickly. Andre attending site and baited all the areas affected and provided excellent advice. Highly recommend their service.

I had the misfortune of a rat infestation and PGH Pest Control have solved the problem with speed and efficiency. Oliver and Andre have carried out all the due diligence and undertaken excellent work, offering their expert advice and recommendations to avoid further issues. They are extremely professional and courteous and pay attention to every detail. I was particularly impressed with the reports on their work and progress made. It is a highly stressful situation to be in and I feel fortunate to have found this company, which I highly recommend. Happy customer - Lisa - Sunninghill

I would totally recommend this company, nothing was a problem when booking and all my questions were answered. Don’t have to wait long for someone to come round and my appointment even got changed to be sooner. Booking was so easy and everything explained and I wasn’t made to feel overwhelmed by everything. Andre who visited was respectful and kind and put my mind at rest. He really did a thorough search of my flat and he was really genuine and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company and I know where to go if I have any more issues :)

Laura was helpful and clearly explained over the phone that our problem was likely masonry bees (rather than honey bees) in our chimney. We then managed to confirm this via photos, without the need for an onsite survey, and with no costs or treatment/removal at this stage. Would definitely recommend the company.

PGH have been extremely good in dealing with quite a significant pest problem. Andre was absolutely fantastic - I have never had the pleasure of meeting such a dedicated, professional contractor of any sort. It was obvious that our needs and concerns were his absolute priority. A real ambassador for the company and exemplary in his professionalism. Thank you. Andrew

Fantastic service from Laura Berwick She was very helpful Smashing 👍🏼

Quick response & always at the end of the phone. Andre had lots of tips to share & was always on time.

Brandan came out today, he was superb and nothing was too much trouble! Very grateful for going the extra mile and make sure I can sleep tonight! Thanks so much Brandan, I hope your leg is ok!! Also big thank you to Andre who is simply superb, knowledgable, friendly and professional and Caroline who has always been so helpful

The initial office based planning of the job and communication could have been improved on and in fact, errors were made in the specification of the scaffolding needed, which was ultimately rectified. We had live honey bees removed from our roof space. The team who came out (Dan P., Ben & Amy) were very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything throughout the process. Couldn’t have been better. We were very pleased with their visit and they extracted the bees and placed them in a temporary hive, so that they could be rehoused elsewhere - at a suitable distance so that they wouldn’t come back. Hopefully the bees will be happy in their new home. In summary, the overall review is 3 star - 2 star for the initial job planning, but the actual extraction and the team on site is 5 star.

Excellent customer service from Laura taking the booking and and offering advice on the phone to Ryan and his assistant's prompt and very professional service.

Used PGH to deal with rodent issue in loft. Dan was very professional and helpful on his three visits. Strongly recommend.

Such a great experience! Polite, reliable and excellent roof specialists who also removed bees and repaired our chimney. Thank you Ben, Dan and the team. 10/10!

The team handing my call (Caroline in particular) were great. Made clear arrangements quickly and considered my availability. Dan P, the person visiting was on time, he messaged me before he arrived to say he was on his way and was really helpful and informative when he was with me. I felt reassured after the visit.

Caroline was very helpful and diagnosing our problem over the phone which didn't require further work. We are really grateful and would definitely use again.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. Laura was fantastic and friendly on the phone, and was able to book a visit for the same day. Andre was also great, incredibly professional and reassuring when carrying out the visits.

The entire PGH team were absolutely fantastic, thorough, polite and always willing to listen and help. Branden and his team offered the best customer service.

Exceptional professional prompt service and survey with a friendly pleasant customer service liason throughout the process. Special thanks to Laura Berwick at head office and site surveyor Branden King. Neil Winstone Alfriston East Sussex customer

We literally phoned P G H Pest control less than an hour ago and are already sorted out. Laura was so helpful it was nigh on unbelievable.... I simply sent a few photos over WhatsApp and the bugs were identified within 5 minutes. Laura then told us of a few possible reasons as to why they were in our house, turns out it was because of the bird seed. With that gone they will just die off with no cost to us. What a service 5 🌟

I called PGH Pest Prevention on the recommendation of a colleague after I suspected we had a mouse problem. Organising the schedule of visits was straightforward and the technician, Andre, was respectful but personable and explained everything clearly, carried out the works carefully and put my mind at rest. Problem solved, thank you!

Laura Berwick was very informative and experienced. She laid out everything for me to deal with possible rodent infestation. I felt comfortable knowing that I would receive a good service.

I had a potential problem with mortar (aka Mason) bees. Caroline from Beegone discussed the problem - she was professional and friendly. Not only did she give me sound advice, she also sent me information to help me make my decision (which included not using Beegone). I did contact a couple of other companies who were not that knowledgeable about mortar bees so I wasn’t confident about the advice given. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Beegone again for help with bees and recommend them highly.

Excellent communication from Caroline. Booked in appointment very quickly 👍

Great staff and fantastic customer service! Even though my project did not go ahead due increase scope and therefore increased cost, I requested the full refund and Laura dealt with it swiftly and Daniel was very understanding. I sure will return once I’m ready to proceed with the project in the near future.

We had a wasp issue last year which was efficiently dealt with by Laura and the technical team. No need for a return visit post spraying.

I made my booking with Laura over the phone, chap turned up on time, fully kitted out, talked me through the procedure, answered the safety concerns I had, then got rid of the little brutes (wasps). Very happy with the service received - clever little widget on the bill made paying a doddle.

Quick, helpful and very efficient. Thank you Caroline for making my 'go between' involvement painless!

My Mum asked me to let you know that the “boys” worked very hard and were tidy and cheerful at all times so thank you!

Very good communication from their side and a very professional company. Would recommend!

Perfect service from extremely efficient workforce.

Came out when stated, which was within 24h, they were kind to move jobs around to allow the work to be done at a time I could arrange to be present at my father's house. Professional service from Ben. Thank you!

Squirrel proofed the roof and insulated the loft. Very friendly and helpful and returned when needed to block off final entry points.

Helpful service over phone. Not expensive to deal with infestation.

I’m so grateful to Laura at PGH for being so patient and helpful to me recently. Rather than immediately suggest they send someone out, she recommended I’d wait a few days and make more investigations myself, to save me money! Laura generously shared all her knowledge about wasps. I can’t think when I’ve been in contact with a business where someone is that honest and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Many thanks to PGH! Ingela

PGH have just treated the woodworm in a stable block. I have used the company before for hornets and rats. As previously, the initial response was immediate; an inspection arranged quickly; a price for the job within 48 hours. Once arranged, the job was executed in a friendly and professional manner. Having now had several different types of pests treated, there is no doubt in my mind that all PGH technicians know exactly what they're talking about! The admin side is equally friendly and helpful and co-ordination and follow up is seamless. You even get a text to tell you when the technician is on his way and how long before he reaches you! Another job well done with special thanks to Branden and Oliver! As an aside, I contacted three companies for price comparison (sorry PGH!). I contacted both of the other companies on three occasions. One's response was very lacklustre and the other has still to reply ..... Would I recommend PGH? Absolutely!

Excellent and swift customer service. Highly recommend

Very good communication, very polite and friendly company. I'd highly recommend.

Prompt, pleasant effective service.

Very helpful and professional service. Thank you!

Quick and thorough removal and clean up

I have received good service from all the admin staff at PGH, thank you. And a big thank you to Olly, who is a real gentleman and very professional. I have confidence that the work he has carried out will now resolve our rat problem.

I had PGH out to deal with a hornets nest, up under the floor in our loft. They were extremley professional and friendly i could not fault the service i will not hesitate to use them again for any other issues if needed.

very good service, was very amazed at the removal process of the wasps and i also learnt from the experience. thank you.

Never replied to the 3 phone calls I made to them over a 6 hour period to help with an infestation!

more wasps at the moment I found 20 wasps again. I was appreciated man (name). I will not pay it again. I need it soon as possible please. Before I go away holiday. Price is a bit too much for me as I'm my own on pensioner. Hope to hear from you. Thank you. Regards Jacqui or Jackie

I spotted wasps coming from the eve if my garage late morning. I have anaphylaxis so needed to be careful and went indoors and phoned Ryan who immediately responded and reverted within 30 minutes to say one of their specialists would be with me before the end of the day. Martyn arrived about 3 hours later came to the house to reassure me and then efficiently dealt with a wasp nest. Care, efficient, reassurance. Thanks guys much appreciated.

Unresponsive

We discovered a wasp nest as we moved into our property. It was in the loft with wasps arriving via the soffit next to small bedroom. PGH were so helpful and rearranged schedules so that it could be dealt with immediately . Really grateful to all for their help. Highly recommend this company in Guildford.

We had rats in our garage, which was fairly cluttered. PGH made two visits to ensure all the rodents were dead and then completely cleared the garage and disposed of the rubbish, applied a sanitising spray and a bristle strip along the bottom of the garage door. A special mention to their technician Andre. Nothing was too much for him and he even rearranged the garage to give more room.

Excellent, professional service from start to end, would highly recommend.

Gave me some great advice even though they couldn’t help with my specific problem. Really grateful. Thank you 🙏🏼

Very good helpful, advice

Ryan could not have been more helpful 10 out of 10

I called them several times over a few days and each time they assured me someone would call back. No call back received despite apologies and reassurance someone would call back. Not what I would call good customer service!!!

Professional, effective and thorough.

What a great company to use and I would highly recommend. I had a rodent issue in a loft section that was not accessible which was damaging the ceiling and a nightmare. Thanks to PGH this was resolved within three days. They are communicative, friendly and very professional. Thanks to Caroline, Dan for there help and special thanks to Lee & Oliver who worked late in the pouring rain and dark to finish setting the traps, Fantastic.

PGH did a full loft insulation clearance for us, taking away all old insulation (which was contaminated from a previous mouse infestation), biocide treatment, and installing new insulation and boarding. We were extremely pleased with the entire service provided and would recommend.

Didn't need any removal but there advice and help was second to none. Thank you.

A thoroughly professional service from start to finish with Oliver and PGH Pest Control. Rodent problem resolved!

Oliver was always on time, whatever the weather, and diagnosed our issue quickly. The three visits he made solved the mouse problem with good, reassuring advice to help keep them out.

When we found a rat in our kitchen cupboard late one afternoon, PGH realised the urgency and rearranged their schedule to make sure someone came to the house the next day. Subsequent visits to block the rats' holes were all professionally handled, with great communication throughout. After two days it's a bit early to say if the treatment was successful, but it all looks good, and there has been no sign of rats since the holes were blocked. Would definitely recommend these people.

Great local team ! Used them before and would use them again. They were super helpful and professional. Highly recommend them

Matt is very professional and on his first inspection, it was incredible how he was able to spot where the rats and mice could sneak up to the loft.

Excellent service. Extremely thorough and gave some good advice.

We have had David attend our property over the last four weeks due to a rodent issue. Would highly recommend David for another job. He was extremely professional, friendly and was thorough upon each visit, ensuring no problems persisted. Five stars!!!

I have used this company for a number of purposes as I live in an old house that needs lots of TLC and maintenance. They are trustworthy and reliable and I would certainly recommend them.

As part of the investigation into an unknown form of infestation (possibly mice) in the main loft space it was agreed that the best approach would be to empty the loft, remove the existing floor (old and weakened), clear the existing (shallow) insulation, disinfect the space, fit new 270 mm insulation, increase the hight of the floor and fit new boarding. The infestation and unnecessary heat loss also affected a separate side loft under first floor eaves which had inadequate insulation as well as evidence of wildlife entry (mice and birds). This required removal of the floor in the side loft to allow insulation to go down to part of the ceiling of the room below. The lack of insulation had been causing excessive heat loss from both the ground floor room below and the first floor room which provided access to the side loft. Working in the side loft was particularly difficult as the space is extremely cramped. All known holes and access points for wildlife were sealed. The PGH team achieved the work on both lofts over a period of about 2 weeks. The time was a little longer than had been originally estimated, largely due to the need for emergency work necessary for other clients. This did not present an undue problem and the final result was of a high standard and entirely satisfactory. There was good attention to detail – as an example easy maintenance access to downlights in first floor rooms has been facilitated by hinged trapdoors neatly fitted in the new loft floor. Easy interaction with the working team and hands-on PGH management meant that any queries and additional requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently The service also included the setting and clearance of about a dozen traps in the house, garage and soil drains.

The customer care and professionalism I have received from this company has been absolutely AMAZING! Daniel couldn’t of been more helpful and understanding. I highly rate them and without a doubt I will definitely be recommending them to any of my contacts.

I cannot rate Pete and his company highly enough and wouldn't hesitate in recommending PGH Pest Control. They were brilliant. Pete was extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough in his survey and had all the accreditations (which not many in this industry seem to have). Very good value for money too and I found him extremely trustworthy. The below 1 star rating I feel is unfair and not accurate or a true reflection of the situation. I happened to be the potential tenant who luckily enough did not move into the property thank you to PGH's experience and professional advice. So if you are looking for an honest expert in the pest control field, please do not hesitate to use this company. Thank you Pete, you guys saved us from moving into a pest infested home that would have ruined all of our belongings. Very much appreciated and we will continue to recommend you.

If only I’d gone straight to PGH in 2020 rather than (worse than useless) JP Pest Control who get MINUS 5*. In comparison PGH smashes it out of the park in EVERY aspect. Their customer service is exemplary and to say that each employee goes the extra mile is an understatement. If there was an option of a 6th star they deserve it, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! We were in desperate need of quick help with a rodent issue we were having. They were so efficient, clean and responded quickly. Communication was great, and nothing was too much of a bother. They even came back 3 weeks after the job had been completed to make sure we were happy and to check the areas. The whole Team is faultless, but would like to give special shouts out to Pete, Dan, Ryan, Lee, Oliver, thanks guys!!

I needed advice about a bee/wasp infestation. Ryan was extremely helpful in identifying the species and advising on the solution. I would definitely call again if needed and he has effectively solved my problem. Excellent service and thanks.

Do not use this company. Boss has the gift of the gab and frightens people into thinking they have a big problem so he can justify very high quotes. Don't be fooled.

I contacted PGH today to ask them to identify the species of animal responsible for a dropping I discovered on an exterior windowsill. Ryan the young man I spoke to was more than happy to help. I supplied photos for the identification and within two hours the news came back that the dropping was the property of a bat. A huge relief! So well done, PGH and Ryan, and many thanks to you all.

Problem of several weeks sorted out within a couple of hours. Excellent all round. Friendly approach greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Great experience from start to finish

Great service from start to finish!

Very professional service from start to finish, very happy.

Great service - I discovered a wasp's nest in my home office when the electrician had been organised to carry out some work and PGH were able to come in that very morning and dispose of them so that work could continue. Peter, Jemma and Martyn were all very helpful - I really appreciated the help. Great also to be able to use a local business!

Jille from Meditate Place

Quick efficient service . Dan was polite and explained everything to us . A lovely guy . Will use them again if needed

Oliver was very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We're very happy with the job he's done and it's reassuring to know that the work is guaranteed.

Oliver carried out the inspection and treatment of both rat infestation in the garden and mice within the house. In both areas he was highly professional and very willing to explain the problems and how he would treat them. He was extremely courteous and helpful at every visit and I felt very reassured that the problems were being rectified and without pain to the animals. Thank you to Oliver, and I wouldn't hesitate to call on his assistance again.

My in-laws had discovered a rat problem in their garden and PGH Pest Prevention & Control were recommended for the job through a FB Group. He responded really quickly to my enquiry and offered to a couple of dates and times to do a site survey. He arrived as arranged and was extremely informative. In fact, my in-laws couldn’t speak highly enough about the service they received. They said “We were very impressed with Louchlan at PGH Pest Prevention. He was pleasant, helpful and very informative telling us how to prevent rats entering our garden as well as showing great knowledge of how they behave. We would thoroughly recommend his services” Thank you Louchlan!

The service I received from PGH was outstanding. What I initially thought a minor mouse problem was far worse. I called PGH and Peter surveyed the garden, and after investigation quickly discovered a full blown rat infestation next door. The rats had chewed through the sewage piping system and began to multiply. This was quite frightening as my cat kept bringing them in. I was distraught having to deal with the noises, smells and thought of rats around me. Peter reassured me this problem could be contained, he acted quickly and now the problem has been resolved. He went out of his way to go next door and alert them of a problem they had no idea of. I now have peace of mind being in my own home. Peter was kind, friendly, reassuring and most of all knowledgeable putting my mind at ease. He came on time, as soon as possible and on multiple occasions to continually monitor the situation. I would highly recommend this company!

Peter was highly efficient, respectful of our property and very skilled at his work. It was amazing how he was able to spot where rats can sneak in and the damage they can do and to act accordingly to remove them. He was very friendly and courteous and a pleasure to work with. We felt very save and reassured by him. He was very generous with his time, always willing to explain what he was doing and how we can prevent rats coming back!

Guys that came out were great, very knowledgeable friendly and professional, would definitely use them again! Booking procedure easy also!

Had a honeybee nest at the back of my house, it was removed the same day. Very good service and very polite people.

very helpful and professinal . in identifying a swarm fo bees which proeved to be transient Ryan most helpful. In the end did not need to call out

Having moved into our property some 12 months ago and been carrying out a full renovation, I had neglected to carry a thorough survey out of the loft areas and it became apparent that we had unwelcome lodgers. Upon my enquiry to yourself, you made yourself available on a weekend to suit my busy schedule to carry out a survey which I found to be very thorough and even though being in the building industry myself it was quite clear of your far superior skill set in this matter. After pointing out a wasp nest, multiple traces of our mouse lodgers, you came back to me with a very detailed survey, quotation and scope of works for the complete removal of all loft insulation, nests, droppings etc and then the chemical spraying and cleaning of all the areas before replacing all of the insulation. Your team attended on time, were very thorough, clean, tidy, well mannered and carried out a professional service as promised. Thank you for your achievements and actually going beyond. I have no hesitation in using your services within my own business and furthermore recommending you to any of my contacts.

Pete was able to respond to a problem on my works site very shortly after contacting him and humanley removed the pigeons swiftly and professionally. A very nice bloke and would definitely recommend him and his business.

David was great! He called me back right away to schedule a time to come by to look at my problem. He was on time and finished the job (quite a job it was!) until it was all taken care of. He was courteous, professional, and made the hole experience less stressful for me. If you need someone in the Ely area, he is your guy.

I would recommend these guys. Very professional and we’re able to help on the same day. Thanks for Ryan and Jason. Cheers

PGH Pest carried out my loft clearance with great care and precision. They cleared away all the old insulation along with a lot of deceased rodents. They relayed new insulation and boarding where needed. My loft is now a clean, safe place. The team were very professional and took care during the clearance process. I would recommend PGH Pest for their services.

Overall a quality experience and very helpful- would recommend this 💯 times to anyone..

I have used PGH in the past and they were my go-to company when I had rodents in my attic recently. They solved the problem and suggested I had the attic cleared of everything the rodents liked, replaced the 50 yr. old insulation and had the loft biologically sprayed. They successfully quoted for this, and most importantly very thoroughly and professionally.completed the work on time.

I used this company to deal with carpet beetles. In all my dealings with them they were helpful and and dealt confidently with any questions I had, ensuring they had the right answer before telling me. Lee Turpin was the Technician who dealt with my problem at the house. He arrived promptly; was very courteous and professional; he explained the whole procedure clearly and addressed all my questions and concerns. He is an asset to the company. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

Very professional service. Work completed as promised, on budget and on time

We had mice in the loft, PGH came on agreed date and also did a survey of the property to find any entry points. They secured those and we have not heard any noises since.

Engaged PGH (BeeGone) to remove bees from a chimney.Expensive but you get what you pay for and PGH managed every aspect of the process: scaffolding, humane bee removal and re-homing and remedial work to the chimney, roof and inside the property. The property is also several hours commute from PGH home base which no doubt added to the expense. Brandon the surveyor was excellent, patiently answering all questions about the process. The guys they sent out to do the work were friendly, did a great job and were meticulous in cleaning up (thanks Jason & co). If you have honey bees in your chimney it is a specialist job to remove them and it is going to cost you but I would have no hesitation in recommending PGH/BeeGone.

Exceptional customer service and follow up. Very happy with this company and the quality of their work. So much greater than the previous company I initially used. Branden and Ryan were a pleasure to engage with and their knowledge of the subject at hand was very reassuring.

Called for some advice regarding a rodent issue. The team have been brilliant in their communication. Definitely recommend PGH for any pest issues.

Both my wife and I received excellent customer service from the first phone call right up to end. David always communicated well, was on time and did a fantastic job in dealing and solving with issues with mice in our loft. We couldn’t be happier and definitely glad I made the call!

I recently called PGH Pest Prevention for advice on a rodent issue I was having. My concern was with bait that would be used and how safe it was with children around. Their explanation of treatments and how they safeguard children and pets really put my mind at ease. Really professional and very understanding of my concerns.

I used PGH to deal with bird mites in my bathroom extractor fan pipe. They were very responsive and came out the same day as my initial enquiry. On site they were professional and thorough and explained to me exactly what they'd done. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

One quick call and a picture sent of the burrowing animal / rodent identified the problem with quick advice on what the next steps should be Very professional and knowledgable staff Would definitely use their services

Pete came out to get rid of the mice in my loft as it was a daily problem. He was excellent in his service and professionalism. He came in and treated the problem and since then I have had no problems what’s so ever. I would highly recommend PGH

Fabulous service from Pete and the team! Fast, efficient and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service from PGH and Oliver!

Excellent service. The booking through to the completion of the job was very professional and prompt. The advice given was informative and helpful. I would highly recommend PGH and the team.

I like this Company - smart, professional, trustworthy and friendly - people that you are happy to have entering your property to do work for you. Can fully recommend.

Great service!

Great service and very professional !

Found an old nest in our attic after moving in, and found these guys online. They weren't able to make it to us on the intended day, but they kept us advised by phone, and arrived nice and early the next morning to do the job. Very friendly company, would definitely use again if needed.

Excellent customer service, professional and diligent professionals.

PGH carried out rodent treatment, loft clearance and loft insulation re-lay. From the initial survey to completion of the work PGH employees were professional, knowledgeable and competent. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

Following an initial enquiry, the PGH team provided me with some very helpful and professional advice. While I did not need to use their services in the end, I found them very knowledgeable and efficient.

Peter surveyed the problem of birds in my roof space, and I received a detailed quote which I accepted. The work, which seemed complicated to me, was carried out as described and humanely. I am very satisfied as this problem has been causing me a lot of stress for a long time, and now it is resolved. 100% recommended.

I contacted Peter and he was extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue and was very supportive to find some cost effective solutions which will help address the problem. Really grateful for his honest and pragmatic advice and guidance. I would certainly recommend this service.

I called PGH to investigate suspected woodworm in my house. They were very professional and helpful from the first point of contact. Branden came out quickly and did a very thorough survey. He was very patient and clear answering my questions and explaining the process and options - he is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. Ultimately, Branden advised against having extensive work done yet as there was no evidence of an active infestation - but I will certainly use PGH should I need any work do e I future. Highly recommended!!

We enlisted the services of PGH Pest Control to help sort out a fox problem we had within the school ground. Firstly Peter Higgs attended and conducted a comprehensive survey of the school and the issues we had with the foxes and advised us on some of the ways we could tackle the problem. The quotation that was sent to us via email was amazing, a detailed video explaining what works they felt needed to be done, breaking it down into easy to understand segments. This then followed a online enquiry form where we could choose the parts of the quote we wanted to go with. Upon choosing the work we wanted carried out the technician attended our site to clear an area of waste land to eradicate where the foxes had been living. The work was carried out to a very high standard and exceeded our expectation, the technician who attended in my opinion went above and beyond and delivered an 1st rate service. We will definitely use them again for all our pest control needs and would recommend them to anyone, a solid 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating.

Used PGH to treat "unwanted" book lice in kitchen cupboards. Ollie who attended was very polite, professional, explained what was required fully and answered all of our questions. As the work was only carried out last Thursday, too soon to comment on results of treatment. Would certainly recommend PGH and not hesitate to use them again.

I had a very persistent mole. While it took a while to catch the mole pgh pest control honoured not charging me until he was caught. They made efforts to change traps and trappers until it was successful. Very professional, fair and thorough.

In hindsight I think the PGH plan is very good. Initial inspection and laying of bait / traps. Second visit to review and final visit to administer repairs etc. We have had rodents in our loft for years and tried everything. Without PGH I would never have found where they were getting in. Thank you.

I contacted PGH after discovering we had rats and mice in our garden. I had already been given a quote of over £1000,00 and after thinking this was rather expensive I contacted PGH and their quote was much more reasonable and they were extremely efficient.

Tuned up on time with a uniform and mask, cover for shoes and kept their distance. Talked me through the process and how the traps would work. Customer Services team very professional - they know their stuff.

PGH are very helpful and good at understanding you're own requirements - they take a very methodical approach which is good, and are happy to fit in with the customers requirements in order to ensure the right outcome.

Used for rodent problem in our loft. Very professional service, all staff are very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

PGH provided a great service throughout. The customer service was always friendly, efficient and prompt in making arrangements and listening to concerns. Oliver was fantastic with his investigation, his attention to detail and work all done in a very professional and friendly service. Highly recommend for peace of mind and excellence - very grateful.

I’ve had a few jobs done now by PGH pest control, mainly wasp nest removals. I have always found them to be excellent and would highly recommend them.

I have used PGH Pest Control in the past and have always found them to be excellent. Pete spotted exactly how rats were getting at the front of our house which had been missed by many other companies. That was a few years ago and the problem has not returned. They are thorough, professional and a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call. Recently, after having some work done at the back of our property, rats had made their way into our kitchen. Branden called to say he was arriving shortly, he arrived on time, was polite, friendly and got to work straight away, investigating our property and efficiently pointing out access areas, photographing and documenting all the issues. He was extremely thorough. He also took the time to explain to me what was happening, what types of proofing he would recommend and why, which was very reassuring. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. This is a trustworthy company who go out of their way to help you sort your pest problem properly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

PGH have been brilliant. I had an issue with another pest company and wish I had used this company first! They've listened, are interested in finding a solution and couldn't have been more professional or kinder. They did a very thorough survey and developed an appropriate treatment plan and have been available to offer advice when I've called. I really would highly recommend them.

I had a mole problem that needed to be fixed. After a few visits from these guys it was completely sorted and they were very professional and honest about what they could do and what results we could expect. They were great. If the moles come back (which I'm sure they will as I live in the middle of a forest) they'll definitely be the people I'll call!

Extremely good service. i had a wasp nest come up in my back garden. PGH came to my property and with in 30 mins had the wasp nest out of the bush, and bagged up. Minimal disruption and would definitely recommend them for any pest problems you may have.

I have been very pleased with the service offered by PGH. They have always been prompt and dealt with the problem very effectively. They are very thorough and always return in a week or two to ensure the problem has been resolved. Everyone I have dealt with has been polite and helpful and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

We have used PGH services for pest control for 3.5 years for our commercial premises and honestly couldn't fault their service. Any issues and they are straight out to help. Documentation is clear. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very easonable fees for outstanding service.

Perfect couldn t be better

Brilliant service great advice and polite definitely recommend them!

PGH did a very competent job, and supplemented it with sound professional advice.

I can not praise these guys high enough. Incredibly responsive, knowledgable and customer-focused. It was a pleasure to work with them. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone in need of their services.

The Council gave me PGH number when rat presence discovrred in sewer. PGH gave an efficient service, booking an appointment to fit a rat flap in the pipe, 2 days layer. Very professional, polite enginerr who explained how rodents get from sewer into one's houe. So knowledgable and informative too . Efficient service thank you.
