Proofing to stop pests returning
Reviews
4.9
Arrow Pest Management is regularly praised for a fast, friendly and professional service, often responding the same day or within a few hours to urgent pest problems. Reviews commonly mention effective treatment for wasp nests, rats, mice, squirrels, fleas and other attic or household pests, with follow-up visits, clear explanations and prevention advice helping to provide reassurance. Customers also value the approachable service and reasonable prices, although one review raised concerns about brief visits, payment being taken upfront and agreed work not being completed.
Recently moved into a new home where we found a family of rats had made their home in our garden so called Mark who came out straightaway, laid the traps and got rid of our problem. I found Mark to be honest, cheerful and informative, I have no hesitation in recommending him at all.
This is one man show, not a company. He arrive quickly soon as you call him. Told me it's going to be £180. Took all the money on the first visit. 1st visit (3 or 4 mins) - he came and had a walk around the house and said he'll come back (first he said after 3 days to start the process of getting rid of mice and I called him 5th day and he said he is meant to come next week. 2nd visit (3 - 4 min) - he came on 2nd visit and put green seeds in a small tray which you can buy easily for £2 - £4 to the place where he thought mice is coming in from and left within 2 to 3 min. 3rd visit - he came again and said no mice coming in anymore and literally left in a minute or two. He was supposed to install a metal sheet at the bottom of the door which he never did. Charges £180 and had 3 visits or 2 to 4 minutes each, no filling or any material he used to fill the hole where mice is coming in from - i did that myself afterwards.
Brilliant service. Arrived and removed a wasp nest for me within 24 hours (would have been earlier had I been available). Very pleasant to chat with during the job and also explained the issue and removal process well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for support with Pest Management. Will definitely use again if needed!
Thank you to Marc & Arrow who attended quickly and provided an excellent service. I would recommend Arrow and use them myself again. The council turned up 3 weeks later when we would very probably have been dealing with a much bigger problem as rats multiply every 21 days!
Really nice guy, quick, super helpful and reassuring. Totally recommended.
Top bloke! Had a cracking laugh in-between getting rid of our pesky wasp problem. Cannot recommend him enough 🌟
Can't recommend enough. I shopped around and most only offered 2 visits, whereas Marc came 4 times, giving peace of mind. He's friendly, professional and great value for money.
Absolutely fantastic service he called out within the hour to a wasp nest, I'd highly recommend them.
Marc arrived the same day I contacted him and swiftly dealt with our problem. He's been back a few times to make sure the problem hasn't recurred. Marc is friendly and professional and would be happy to recommend him.
Contacted Mark who came the next day to sort out wasp nest in roof. Very professional, friendly and said would come back if they hadn’t gone (hopefully they have!🤞). Would highly recommend 👌🏼
Fantastic service by Mark - contacted him in the morning and he came late afternoon to remove a wasp nest. Value for money service
Professional, speedy and efficient service. Marc is amazing. Contacted him regarding a wasps nest and ge responded immediately and came out 24 hours later. Great service and doesn't rip you off.
Fantastic service from the outset. The phone was answered (rare these days), Marc arrived on time as agreed and then sorted my problem. He is very personable and reliable. Wish I had called him sooner.
Was recommended on Monday.. Called Tuesday... Mark has just been... signed us up and set us up!! Competitive rates and a great, friendly service. 👌🏻
Very happy with this man's service, did a brilliant job for me at a great price and would definitely recommend, and thanks again fella, much appreciated, and by the way he's really easy going 👍
Very impressed with the fast reliable service. Squirrel was causing damage to electrics and joists in my loft and it was caught in just two days. Would fully recommend.
Excellent service! Mark helped solve our squirrels in the attic situation. Fast, efficient and friendly service 👍
came out same day short notice
Fantastic service, came out within 2 hours of calling. Very friendly and helpful. Highly reccomended for effective treatment and extermination.
I had a rat that was living behind my kitchen cupboard, mark came that same day as he heard how distressed I was. Mark spent a hour looking for the rat as it had been chased into my front room, he then left some traps around the house for me, mark came back 4 times and an extra time to put some more poison in my back yard. Very professional, friendly, caring and calm!! I would definitely recommend I’m very happy with the service
Excellent service, arrived on time and gave good advice. Would certainly recommend Marc highly. Will definitely use him again if we have another problem.
Im leaving this 5 star review because the level of service was exceptional. Had rodents in my attic that made their way through next doors house and entered the cavity wall and got in to my attic. I had the 4 visit service, in this service the gentlemen got in to the attic, had to crawl around a tight partitioned space that went all the way around the attic edge, layed multiple poison trays, he then began to look for the point of entry which was at the neighbours gas pipe. He blocked the hole up and come back a few days later to add more poison to the trays. This man is a professional and this clearly shows. And the price is great value. Its a no brainer if you have any pest problem. 5 star service. Would highly recommend.
brill service. very reasonably priced! thanks again :)
Excellent service provided by Hodge, had a massive rat in my kitchen, Hodge turned up and got rid of it within a week!!!
Highly recommended, professional and reliable.
Fantastic pest control, reliable, honest. Would highly recommend
Contacted Mark to arrange a visit to confirm that we had a visitor! We did! Mark laid his bait traps to entice them in. They fell for it! All 4 bait traps empty on Mark’s next visit. Mark put down 4 more bait traps to make sure they had, had there fill. In the meantime I was having my Husband sit on the toilet whilst I showered! Mark came back for his 3rd visit, no signs that Roland and his mates had been back! So I bravely took a shower for the next week alone! Wow go me! 4th visit still no sign! Woooooohhh RIP Roland and friend/s. Mark was a delightful break and relief on his visits. I would recommend him to anyone that has Roland and his Friend/s visiting without an invite (quite sure if wasn’t Kevin the Gerbil, they don’t talk, since they left the BIG time). So if you have made it this far, I would recommend Mark to sort your pest problem, every time 👍🏻
We had an excellent experience with Marc from Arrow Pest Management. His expertise and professionalism were evident from the start. Marc efficiently addressed our rat problem, providing thorough explanations of the process and offering valuable prevention tips. His friendly, approachable nature and effective management of our pest made Arrow Pest Management a reliable choice. We highly recommend Marc for anyone facing similar issues.
I recently contacted Marc at Arrow in regards to a vermin issue, Marc came out later that day for a thorough inspection and initial treatment. Three follow up visits were booked in (included in the price). Arrow resolved my vermin issue, and explained every step of the process. Marc arrived on time for every appointment, and provided receipts after each visit. Safe to say if I have any future pest issues, I will be going straight to Arrow.
I had some pests in my attic. The man came out every week and they are now gone! Really nice and professional and i know who to ring if i get anymore pests ! :)
Fantastic service and price was less than everyone else. Marc from Arrow Pest Management, Littleborough in Rochdale was great. We had 4 different wasp nests causing stings to family members and other people passing not just on our house but neighbours houses had wasp nests too. Marc came within 1 hour, resolved the problem with all 4 wasp nests and explained every step of the way what he was doing, why and what can be done to prevent in future. Will definitely use Marc again and highly recommend him from Arrow Pest Management. No more wasps or nests all gone within a day of him treating the issue (Shaz)
