Pest Lincs Ltd

Pest Lincs did an excellent job for us, dealing with a wasp nest. I contacted them in the morning and by lunchtime it was all sorted! Very quick, friendly and informative service from Fern, who was lovely. Thanks very much - highly recommended

Outstanding local service from start to finish! I rang Pest Lincs Limited yesterday and spoke directly with Tom, who was brilliant from the very first phone call. He was polite, attentive, and managed to arrange for someone to come out the very next day. They tackled a wasp nest that was tucked away underneath my roof tiles, completing the treatment quickly, neatly, and thoroughly. The level of customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such efficient, reliable, and friendly service these days. I'm very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom and his team to anyone in the area needing pest control!

Have to say what amazing service from start to finish. We had quite a nasty wasps nest, the lady was so knowledgeable and explained the process clearly. She even accommodated for our son who is autistic and messaged that she would arrive at an exact time so we could prepare him for her visit. Cannot recommend enough!

Tom and Fern are spot on, after posting online to find someone local to deal with pest they were recommended and both commented on the post Called Tom in the morning and after a brief description of the issue, he gave me advice on the best way to deal with the nest, I was then told me the price backed with a 3 month guarantee. Tom called up in the day after checking someone would be at the property and promptly arrive, had a good chat checked out the nest in question explained the product that would be used and informed us to keep our livestock away for 24 hours and then swiftly got to work. Can confirm the nest has completely perished and I have since got the hole filled in. very pleased with the service look forward to working with them both in the future

Excellent communication from first contact to Fern’s visit. She dealt with a wasp nest quickly and efficiently. We have dealt with this company before and would highly recommend them

Fern, from PestLincs, came a couple of weeks ago to get rid of the 2 wasps nests - one over the front door; the other in a rotten ash tree. We were pleased she came out so promptly as we were due to have grandchildren come to stay and didn’t want them to get stung! She was lovely, really friendly but extremely professional and it took less than an hour! She told us that the price included a 3-month guarantee, but she definitely got them all - there is no sign of activity at the two sites. Thank you PestLincs! We definitely 100% recommend you!

Good and prompt service !!

Contacted Pest Lincs Monday for advice on Wasp nest in summer house. We were advised that someone would contact us to treat the problem. The next afternoon after several phone conversations they promptly arrived. The gentleman explained how he’d handle the nest and after treating it gave us all the relevant paperwork. They also advised they would return to take down the nest, at an additional cost. Overall a superb service and I would highly recommend 😁

I have been absolutely delighted with the service from Pest Lincs. Fern met a gibbering wreck of a householder who was shocked by the number of rats in my garden. They were up on my windowsills, swimming across the pond and having pool parties on the bank! She was calm, professional, visited when she said she would and calmed me down. Most importantly the rats are now gone and I have advice on how to feed the birds and keep the situation under control. A very happy customer.

This is a small family run business that I was recommended to use after finding that there were rats in the attic of my property. As soon as I started explaining to Tom on the phone I felt comfortable. A date was arranged which they kept to. He turned up on time and was very professional and friendly and gave me very helpful advice. He came back regularly to check and when he was certain they had all been eradicated he filled in the hole where they had been getting in and left my attic clear of any rats that had died and me feeling a whole lot better. I would recommend them to anybody

Tom and Fern are very knowledgeable and always so helpful. Would highly recommend their services!

I first used Pest Lincs when we had a wasps nest in the roof - Tom and Fern were lovely and came out quickly, dealing with the nest quickly and effectively. We live on the side of a farm and have 4 chickens. Last autumn, rats were running rampant in the coop and we had a real problem - it was horrid. Tom and Fern came out and chatted through the options with us. We have numerous pets as well as the chickens and a thriving Barn Owl population, so secondary poisoning was a worry for us. Tom and Fern discussed the options and products and we opted for a new product, with an annual managed service all over the farmyard area. Within days (and yes- it was that quick!) the rats had almost disappeared and after 1 week, all gone. We haven't seen a rat in over 6 months now and Tom and Fern come every month to top up bait boxes and leave us a report. Amazing, friendly service but most of all, solved the problem with no secondary poisoning issues for other pets and wildlife. Would recommend them for any pest problem. Thankyou both.

We have used Pest Lincs Ltd for the last twelve months and highly recommend them to anyone needing any form of pest control. We rang Pest Lincs, spoke to Tom and within the day Fern arrived to sort the problem for us. They're always friendly, always do a good job and always at a fair price.

We noticed a couple of wasps in the attic and called Tom who was prompt and knowledgeable, there was no nest, he actually caught a wasp in his hand ( impressive). Really helpful staff, helping me with the best information on how to go about the bees nest in my roof

I contacted the team regarding what appeared to be a honeybee infestation. I spoke to Fern initially who was so helpful and professional and was great at reassuring me about the issue. After taking some photos and sending them by WhatsApp to her, she diagnosed the problem and asked me some questions so that they could work out a plan. This also avoided a call out charge which is always good! The next day I received a call as promised but fortunately the bees had left. Tom explained how the bees would have left. Both he and Fern was so nice and explained it all so well. Honestly would not hesitate to recommend them and we’d use them again if we have any more issues (which we hope we don’t!).
