TJ plastering specialist ltd

I’ve called upon Tom’s services perhaps ten times in the past couple of years. Firstly when my regular plasterer had no availability to help me. I found him on Trustatrader, and like everyone else, read his reviews and hoped he would be as good as he sounded. I needn’t have worried. From my initial phone call, to him fitting me in at short notice, and the final work, he has always been communicative, helpful, professional and trustworthy. In my professional experience, the fees he charges are also highly competitive. As a Tiler this is a must for me, as my reputation literally rests on his work! If I recommend another trade to my clients, I need to know I can trust them, Tom has never let me down. Unlike most other reviewers, I can report back on his work over many months, on various projects, and with multiple clients. I unreservedly recommend him. Thanks Tom, looking forward to working with you on projects in 2026!

Tom and his colleague helped us to regain our trust in employing people from the trades. They were punctual, hardworking, polite, produced work of a high standard and cleaned up after themselves. If you need a plasterer, I can highly recommend Tom and his team.

"Tom and his team are fantastic - true craftsmen! We bring in TJ plastering where required for our modular build projects here at Modup, but they are an absolute pleasure to work with. The team are polite, punctual and incredibly conscientious and their work is impeccable. We have never seen plastering like it - even our other trades are impressed! Tom's rates are incredibly competitive, especially for work of this quality - I would not hesitate to recommend him and the team!"

Very good work, small bedroom wall blown, strip bond skim, quality finish

Really great job done in my bathroom plastering walls and ceiling. Friendly and professional guys would definitely recommend 👍🏻

I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Tom on a shaped ceiling under my latest staircase project in New Malden. His work is superb and completes the staircase to the level I was hoping for, expectations exceeded. Thanks Tom, Robert Steer

Excellent service provided skimming some rooms. End result is great at a reasonable price.

Tom and his team have pretty much re-plastered our entire 1930s house over the years and his work has always been very high quality, competitive pricing, quick to respond and a fast, hard worker too. The latest was no exception - he achieved a massive amount in just one day to repair two large areas where old fitted wardrobes had been ripped out. The blending in with the existing walls and ceiling was seamless and he dealt easily with poor brickwork and large holes. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

Tom and his team were great, arrived on time, finished on time and did a perfect job, and all with a smile. Job was left clean and tidy and all rubbish removed, will definitely use him again if the need arises and would recommend highly.

We were very lucky to get Tom and his team at short notice to plaster a bedroom. They were all very professional and did a fantastic job. Hoovered and cleaned up afterwards as well to a very high standard. We will definitely use TJ Plastering again and highly recommend them.
