Power Plus Heating

Great company for prompt bookers service and reminders every year without fail boiler is scheduled in and maintained.

Power Plus Heating did a fantastic job transforming my old, dated bathroom. From the first visit to the finished result, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The team was friendly, professional, and patient, even when I changed my mind a few times. Every tradesperson, from the plumbers and electricians to the tilers, was polite, respectful, and took great care of my home. I’m really pleased with the finished bathroom and couldn’t recommend Power Plus Heating highly enough. Great service, great workmanship, and definitely worth the money.

Power Plus Heating provided an excellent service from start to finish. They responded quickly to our broken boiler, were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The repair was completed efficiently, and they had our heating and hot water back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy heating engineer. Thank you again! Always get the job done to a high standard!

Good service and very professional

“The gas engineer came to install my new gas cooker and did a very good job. He was polite, professional, and completed the installation efficiently. I’m pleased with the service and would recommend him.”

The gas engineer installed my new cooker efficiently and professionally. Very good service, thank you. Definitely recommended.

Great service and great work 🙂

Kept updated. Phoned prior to arriving, very polite and courteous. Explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. Follow on service was quick so he had put report in promptly. Highly recommend.

Sab came and did a brillant job and very helpful🤩

Fixed my kitchen sink as it was leaking, professional and efficient?

Had Adam out from power plus heating Saturday morning after I reported a job in the early hours he arrived at 6:30 am after I left a message for them 30 mins prior. Exceptional service never had any engineer turn up so prompt and what was even more impressive was how well equipped he was with parts and materials to do the job. Best heating company in the west Midlands and Birmingham and I've used so many over the years!

Excellent service. Friendly and respectful. Best customer service entirely.

I recently used Power Plus Heating and couldn't be happier with the service. Based in Birmingham, they're professional, reliable, and genuinely care about doing the job properly. The work was completed on time, to a very high standard, and at a very affordable price with no hidden surprises. Their attention to detail and honest approach really set them apart. It's rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship with excellent customer service. I can't recommend Power Plus Heating highly enough and will definitely be using them again.

Outstanding service from Power Plus Heating. Fast, professional, and very reasonably priced. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and the team were friendly, reliable, and left everything spotless. One of the best heating companies I've dealt with in Birmingham. Highly recommended!

I initially asked for a quote to replace a tap cartridge. The trader accepted the job, but turned up with the wrong part — one that didn't fit — and still charged me for the failed attempt. In my view, a quote is a commitment to complete the job at the price agreed; if you're not confident you can complete a job, you shouldn't quote for it in the first place. We then agreed to replace the tap entirely. However, the trader ignored the manufacturer's installation instructions, discarded the original rubber sealing ring, and reused an incompatible metal ring from the old tap. This left the base unsecured. Getting this fixed properly took months of chasing and countless messages back and forth. Not a pleasant experience.

Excellent job! Professional and exceptionally talented

Great company prompt service would recommend. Thank you

Sab was fantastic, diagnosed the fault, very thorough & was confident with his knowledge. One happy customer!

Excellent, prompt, professional, pleasant service would recommend to everyone.

Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Outlined options clearly.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, helped us with getting a new gas meter fitted after the existing one developed an internal fault. Called the following day to check the repair had been completed and everything was now working correctly. Excellent work ethic and top rating customer service.

I very happy with my service, the plumber was helpful and work well and the toilet up and running.

Very good service, affordable and came very quick

Boiler was acting up and Adam diagnosed for the PCB to be replaced as it was faulting out and not giving out any warm water. He sourced a brand new PCB, installed it and recommended a strip down service. This was done and you can see the before and after pictures. Really recommended. Thank you once again bro. Boiler has not caused any issues and it’s been two weeks since service was done.

Sab literally saved me. Having reported a blocked toilet to Corgi at 9am and them messing me around all day, Sab came out as an emergency late in the evening. No idea how he unblocked it as I couldn't cope with the smell etc and kept well out the way. It was left looking clean and spotless. I am eternally grateful. No photos as it was disgusting before he unblocked it.

Really quaility service from the experts at power plus heating, Always happy to use and recommend there helpful friendly service.

Adam came to our shared house about a week ago. Was very thorough with his work and great conversation. Even let me hold the torch for him. Highly recommend. Thanks for everything !

Very responsive via WhatsApp. Really helpful and friendly. Good customer service.

Fantastic service! After being let down by another company, I got in touch with Saboor who replied to my query promptly. I was given a very reasonable quote and Saboor who was even willing to come on a Sunday worked around my schedule to fit me in at short notice to install my gas hob. He gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way and turned up on time. Whilst installing the hob he was happy to answer any questions I had and explained everything to me clearly. Saboor also carried out a tightness test to ensure there were no leaks and provided me with a gas safety certificate. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service I would definitely recommend to my family and friends

We used Power Plus Heating Services for an intermittent boiler fault and genuinely thought it was beyond economical repair. We were expecting to replace it, but thanks to their expertise it was fully repaired — saving us the cost of a new boiler. We also had a power flush done. It’s not a cheap job, but after seeing the time and care taken — individually flushing every radiator and explaining each stage — it was clear why. The results were incredible and the system now feels brand new. The engineer came out multiple times, never rushed, was thorough and efficient, and usually had parts to hand. If anything was needed, he returned quickly to fit it. He only accepted payment once we were completely satisfied. Professional, reliable and trustworthy — we highly recommend Power Plus Heating Services.

Sab and his team at Power Plus Heating did a fantastic job of replacing the boiler in my 4th floor flat and converting from a hot water cylinder to a combi boiler system. They took on a job that British Gas and a few other ‘big name’ companies outright refused to even quote for and completed it without issue and at a very competitive price given the access issues. Very professional team who I would highly recommend.

Great job, and left it very clean and tidy which is always a plus in my book 🙏🏾

Excellent work and clean finish.

I’m very happy with the service I received. The engineer very quickly, explained everything clearly, and completed the work efficiently and neatly. Very professional and trustworthy — I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

I had a really great experience. I’d been struggling to get anyone to come into the city centre and had already been let down, so I really appreciated that he arrived exactly as promised on the day. He had a thorough look at my electrical boiler, was friendly and approachable, and tried everything possible to get it working. He also fixed my gas hob while he was here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Excellent work! Stayed and worked hard till issue was sorted. 100% recommend.

Even though I wasn’t able to get his service, he kindly guided me step by step what to do remotely. Thank you for being a better electrician than the council 😆!!

The brother was recommended by family and had previously done work for a family member and they were very happy. Called him Sunday 8pm with a big water leak to my washing machine. He came straight away and sorted it. Highly recommend him.

Adam suggested what are faults and future steps.

Abdul was very knowledgeable, skilled and helpful. Very grateful for his time. Would definitely recommend this service and use it again.

Friendly service & fixed the issue quickly!

I can't recommend Power Plus Heating LTD highly enough! They recently worked on our boiler and did an absolutely outstanding job from start to finish. Their patience, hard work, and attention to detail were truly impressive. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly, taking the time to explain each step of the process clearly and thoroughly. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only highly skilled but also so polite, respectful, and professional throughout the entire visit. It’s clear they genuinely care about their work and about delivering great service. A true professional in every sense. Thank you again for the fantastic job – I’ll definitely be recommending you to family and friends!

Excellent service from Power Plus Heating! They arrived on time, identified the issue and quickly had everything working again. I had the pleasure of using this amazing company to fit my bathroom. Adam is a very skilled fitter, creating my vision perfectly. He even suggested improvements to things i had not thought about. They were very professional, kept the house clean and protected throughout the renovation. There were no hidden costs and, the final price was best i had quoted. I used this very professional company after reading google reviews. Clearly see why they have 5 stars.

Absolutely Fantastic service by Power plus Heating Ltd. My boiler was leaking water. I called multiple companies, after which I came out across the contact of Power Plus Heating. I was put through to an engineer straight away, and was reassured over the phone that the problem was manageable and an engineer would be out first thing the next day. The engineer, Adam, was top class. He was very polite and down to earth, and identified the problem quickly, which was a faulty diverter valve. The problem was solved swiftly and I have not had any further issues. I was so impressed, I decided to use them again for a radiator change and my annual boiler service rather than the usual so-called big companies I have used before. I am so happy I came across this company in an emergency, I will never be using anyone else again. Adam is a very professional knowledgeable engineer. He gave advice how I could take care of my boiler system myself, which I've not found from any trades people before. Thank you all soo much at Power Plus Heating Ltd.

Really good service fixed the problem in 10 minutes which previous 2 engineers were unable to sort. Really professional

Quick response, great job, took pictures of everything step by step to show me after, left no mess, lovely guy, perfect work. One of the best workers I've had out to do any work for me. Fair prices. Highly recommend.

From the start, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. Adam was friendly, polite, and professional throughout.

Verry good service. The heaters are now much better then they were before. I would recommend this service to others

I was pleased with the service. the engineer that came was very polite. The work carried out was excellent. The only issue was the hidden vat charge that wasn't discussed prior to accepting the total cost of the work as I was made aware of the labour and cost of materials but not vat

Brilliant Emergency Boiler Installation – Highly Recommend! When our old boiler broke down and was beyond economical repair, Power Plus Heating came to the rescue. Dean was fantastic over the phone—he answered all our questions clearly and set us up with a tailored, affordable package that suited our needs perfectly. Adam and Liam handled the installation and were absolutely brilliant. They were punctual, clean, and incredibly thorough. They explained everything about the new boiler system in a way that was easy to understand. They may have had a few too many cups of tea—but honestly, they earned them! We’re so happy with the new system and the service we received. Would absolutely recommend Power Plus Heating to anyone.

Excellent service, quick, polite, tidy and efficient. Would definitely recommend. 👍🏽

Amazing service

Problem with the boiler called up Sab, who provided a great service, he was very punctual and actually got the job done was recommended by a friend but will more than likely use his services again in the future, highly recommended. Keep it up.

Clive and Liam from Power Plus Heating did a great job installing our new boiler. They were professional, polite, and really knew their stuff. On top of that, they left us with some really useful goodies-two carbon monoxide alarms, a smoke alarm (which we didn't have), a radiator key, and some great tips to keep our system running smoothly. Highly recommend

Really helpful. Diagnosed problem quick and able to communicate with tenant to fix. Came out on earliest availability

Power plus has done my boiler service. Done a great job. Saboor was really helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone !!

Had an emergency heating issue on a Friday night and was really struggling to find someone. I tried a few companies—either no one was available or they were quoting ridiculous call-out fees just to show up. Thankfully, I came across Power Plus Heating. They were quick to respond, professional, and didn’t take advantage of the situation with outrageous pricing. Adam was incredibly helpful—he not only sorted out the immediate issue but also gave me some solid advice about upgrading my boiler. His knowledge is unparalleled, and I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything. I’ll definitely be following up with them in a few months to get a brand new boiler installed. Thanks again, guys. Highly recommend!

5 Stars – Outstanding Emergency Service I recently had an emergency plumbing issue, and power plus Plumbing and Heating came to the rescue. Adam who attended was incredibly polite, informative, and professional from start to finish. He arrived promptly, had a fully stocked van with all the necessary parts, and completed the repair within the hour. The pricing was very fair, especially for an emergency call-out, and the entire experience was stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly service—with a smile! Truly top-notch work.

Extremely helpful. Gave me useful insights and tips. Highly Recommend. 10/10

What can I say!! Sab went out of his way coming on a Saturday evening after his last job instead of going home after listening and finding out we had no hot water for a bath 12 months due to a tap issue. After multiple plumbers who did not have a clue he fixed a 12 month issue in 30 minute which was due rlto a clogged valve under the bath. We cannot recommend this company and gentleman enough they are absolutely fantastic and we are so grateful thank you so much. We would not use anyone else in the future.

Excellent service. Great guy and paid attention to detail

Fantastic! Highly recommended

Really good with raditors and with any advice to do with them

I can’t recommend Power Plus Heating highly enough! My boiler broke down on a Sunday evening, and Adam, the engineer, came out promptly to diagnose the issue. He was incredibly clear, honest, and professional, explaining everything in a way that I could understand. . His dedication and expertise were truly outstanding. If you need a reliable and professional plumbing and heating service, look no further than Power Plus Heating. Their service is top-notch, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

From the get go Sab was polite, clear and thorough and well communicative in his approach. Including breaking down all options in as detailed way as possible. He came to quote to repair something in our old boiler (new home) that had previously been repaired only a week before by someone else where major issues were missed. Sab gave us a breakdown of fixing the boiler or the option for replacement and full service which he explained in the long run (in writing) that this would be more cost effective and less risky than fixing the problem with a new part in our old boiler which could fail in short time. As a result, we decided to have our boiler replaced and drain the system/split the flush and restore and service the radiators in our home. He showed passion in what he does, and also like I say he was very meticulous. I am a tradesperson myself, so these qualities on the flipside are invaluable to me as a customer. The works were undertaken with care and efficiency, Sab came on multiple visits, working around our schedule, once with his apprentice and another time and also then finally with his electrician Naz for the install. Sab and his team were very friendly, courteous and did everything they said they would, carried out with ease. I would highly recommend Sab, Power Plus Heating.

Saboor is a top quality heating engineer who is always prepared 'to go the extra mile'. I have found him to be very conscientious and he won't leave a job until it is resolved, even if it means returning more than once to ensure completion. I would recommend him.

Very effective service and were on time and fixed my boiler within the hour 👍

A very professional service from Adam. He efficiently diagnosed what was wrong with my boiler as the water was lukewarm. He gave me a quote and we managed to work around my working schedule for him to do what was needed. He was prompt and did an excellent job communicating with me before and on the day he fixed my boiler. He offered me a reasonable price for servicing the boiker as this had been overdue. I would highly recommend him for his professionalism and his expertise.

Responded promptly to the call - came out at the agreed time, gave a clear assessment of what needed to be done and what it would cost, resolved the issue - so pleased. Very competent and professional. Booking again for a follow-up piece of work.

Thank you very much for taking my enquiry call so very courteously and helpfully today. I was very pleased that you took a moment to speak me although you were busy on a job! Thank you.

We was let down by another plumber. Abdul from Power plus heating came to the rescue. He disconnected our cooker and washing machine so the new flooring could get done. He then came back and connected everything back up. Kept his word and turned up on both occasions. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

Very good service, got the job done quickly and cleaned after themselves aswell. Will definitely be using again.

I called Powerplus heating for an emergency call out (my hot water was not turning on) and with the cold weather it essential. They sent out an engineer who managed to diagnose, resolve and fix the issue within an hour! -Impressive service and great workmanship. Bearing in mind it’s the winter I was expecting a hefty bill, but that wasn’t the case. Very Honest, will be sure to use them going forward. Thank you to Saboor and the team.

Saboor at Powerplus was able to come out swiftly and sort out what ended up being a syhcron motor replacement on the valve. His honesty & genuine care to try and find the most cost effective solution was refreshing!

My previous boiler technician installed a new Baxi combi boiler a few years ago but I only learnt, through a Baxi warranty callout last month, that the boiler was never flushed or cleaned before installing. This meant our new boiler was full of sludge and grime which would have significantly damaged the boiler if left untreated. Baxi said a chemical flush was required for me to maintain my warranty and so I reached out to Power Plus Heating Ltd. The team did an excellent job chemically flushing my boiler. They were very thorough with their work, explained every step of the process and furnished me with very useful advice on how to maintain the health of my boiler and radiators. I would highly recommend this company and am grateful for their services.

Power Plus Heating did a great job for us. They fitted a quality boiler within a day, came back to flush our heating system and ensured all our radiators were piping hot. They also gave us maintenance advice, made sure we knew how to bleed the heaters correctly and keep the correct settings on the boiler. Sab was very informative in teaching us how to take care of our heating system, and answered all of our concerns. The team were very friendly too. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic service. Came out as an emergency within an hour and able to repair swiftly.

Saboor contacted me and came out same day. My boiler was up and running in no time. Polite and professional, great service. Thank you :)

Saboor helped me out with a difficult job; I needed to get the flue replaced for my apartment but due to the age of the system (built 2007), it was very hard to get the parts as it used a 5” pipe rather than the new standard 6” pipes. Not wanting to replace the whole set of pipes and flue, Saboor took time to call around and eventually found a great replacement he could use, simplifying the job. This was more work than originally anticipated but was still cheaper than replacing all the piping back to the boiler. I also asked for a guard to be fitted to protect the flue from pigeon poop as its acidic nature can prematurely destroy the flue. Saboor accommodated this. I have had the pleasure of having Saboor help me out over the years with boiler checks and boiler work. He is professional, reliable, a very good communicator and a decent guy - I’d highly recommend him.

I'm so happy and thankful for the speedy courteous service for my elderly mother that I feel compelled to write a review, as it's the least I can do. Having been let down all day on a Friday (after 3 days of no heat & hot water & looking at a weekend of the same by our usual contracted heating engineer) after 4 unretuned phone calls throughout the day. So I decided to try Power Plus Heating late on a friday evening having read good reviews about them. Understandable why. Will use again from now on & recommend to friends & family as well as anyone reading this. Excellent communication & tidy. Everything you want but don't always get.

Excellent service , Saboor was very prompt to fix the issue with the boiler on the same day. Very courteous and knowledgeable in his area of work . Would highly recommend him

Power Plus Heating installed a new boiler in one of my properties. From enquiry to completion the process took less than a week. More than pleased with the job. Neat, tidy and efficient group of chaps all very knowledgeable. You really can see the passion and pride they take in their work. Special thanks to Dean and his apprentice Darren who made sure to keep us warm with a temporary heater whist the boiler was being replaced. I will recommend to all.

the gentleman came out on a Sunday evening and still charged a reasonable price, excellent service would recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of service

We were in desperate need of a brand-new boiler as our 15-year old Vallaint was beyond economical repair. We then decided to give Power Plus Heating a call and they sent a sales rep out the same day. We did ring round a few other companies but were let down and the ones that did turn up were not professional. The difference between the rest and this company was staggering everything was explained in detail!professionals. Clear pricing. We were given many options to choose from to suit our budget. A new ideal Vouge boiler with a hive smart thermostat a magnetic filter. System flush. Guaranteed 12 year parts and labour warranty. Thank-you so much.

Just would like to say a big thank you to power plus heating, emergency work was required and the response was so quick. The staff are very friendly and helpful 💚. The prices are brilliant because you recieve more than what you pay for .

I want to extend my thanks to the team at Power Plus Heating for installing a brand-new boiler at my property. Their pricing was transparent with no unexpected costs, and the service was exceptional very professional, friendly, and seamless from start to finish they also fitted me with a magnetic filter as-well as it was the best option I highly recommend them to friends and family and will definitely rely on them for all future projects.

I have an old fashioned heating system, but the company did not hesitate in responding to my request to have my radiant fire serviced. Within hours of my request, the fire was being dismantled and refurbished. The engineer had no problem dealing with imperial-dimensioned components and the fire was soon reassembled and working as good as new. Than you Power Plus Heating.

Quick response and very reliable, would definitely recommend it.

Power Plus Heating Ltd came to my rescue when my boiler broke down and I was left with no heating or hot water! They responded promptly, provided a first class service and on a Sunday! They even had the part that I needed which normally takes days to order in. I could not have asked for a nicer engineer, Adam was pleasant, efficient, on time and left the job spotlessly clean. Power Plus Heating Ltd will be my go to from now on, I highly recommend them.

We needed a new Hive thermostat fitted but was a little unsure which one to buy. The helpful and knowledgeable sales person from power plus heating helped me verify which thermostat was the right one for my boiler. The day it arrived a engineer was already booked and informed me in the morning his ETA as well as 30 mins before arrival I received a call which was super helpful! The job went smoothly with the experienced engineer Sam. He explained everything and even after completing the job I had some difficulty setting up my programs he was happy to advise with clear helpful instructions. Thanks guys!

Very professional and efficient job. Well done. Will definitely be asking him to do more jobs for me

Had a magnaclean filter fitted by Saboor. Very knowledgeable and explained the procedure efficiently. We had a little issue with the gas fire which he fixed while we waited for the boiler to drain down. Very competitive rates and highly recommended. Will definitely use again.

As part of Corgi service plan, a first class service has been provided to get all the issues with the heating system sorted and for the heating and hot water to be effective again. Great communication, turns up when agreed and is very professional. Very grateful to find someone who is keen to sort out the issues and I will be requesting this company when my next Corgi service is due. Thank you for caring and providing a great service 😊.

Thank you to Saboor and Naz for coming to our house quickly when our boiler stopped working. They gave really good advice after we found the problem. Highly recommend them!

“Had a great experience with Mr Sabur, who came to connect our cooker today. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend his services!”

I needed a new gas cooker installed and Saboor did a great job installing the new cooker and performing a gas check before and after. We also had a small leak which he picked up quickly and fixed it. Also came out on a Sunday as I urgently needed the new cooker installed so all thumbs up for Saboor and highly recommended him.

Definitely recommend. Had boiler serviced this year (2024) and last year (2023) will definitely be having him to service again next year. Very polite and professional.

Sab is a great guy hard worker very polite did a great job 10 out of 10

Saboor came to service our 10yr Old boiler, and although it has been serviced annually We were concerned that the whole system has never been flushed in the 18 yrs we’ve lived here So we asked Saboor to do that for us( could believe the amount of black gunk that came out) he also fitted a Magnetic Filter which will help the capture particles and stop them building up Since then there is a definite improvement in the heat output So we would highly recommend POWER PLUS HEATING Ltd

My mom is 83 and not all tradesmen have the patience to deal with an older person. Not only did Sab do an excellent job but his customer interaction was completely reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the company

Friendly efficient first class service *** highly recommended ***

Thank you Sybil (I’m sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) for answering my inquiry on the phone with quick and knowledgable advice for the electronic timer on our boiler. His prep-work was very good and had put sheets down to protect my carpets. Came out at short notice to fix the boiler for my elderly in-laws. Charged a very reasonable price and gave good advice. Definitely recommend

Quick service & very professional. Put me at ease during my recent boiler troubles. Problem fixed efficiently at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

Called Saboor late on a Thursday night with a leak on the boiler, after sending him a video, he was able to assess and get me in his diary for the following day to come out and fix it. Saboor came around expecting a valve change but it turned out the leak was more complicated - Saboor cleared the rest of his diary to stay, diagnose the issue and problem solve. Once the leak was fixed, Saboor got the pressure back up and the boiler running then stayed for 15 minutes to ensure everything was working and there was no more leak. Saboor took the time to explain the issue to a complete novice and his charge was very fair considering the emergency call out and unsociable hours. Will definitely be turning to Saboor again in the future.

Top man

Had a pleasure of having brother Abdu-Subur at my mom's house today, she had issues with her thermostat for few weeks now. Brother was very honest, informative and professional, inspected and fixed the thermostat (issue being with the boiler rather than the thermostat itself). He services and cleaned the boiler thoroughly (what Birmingham city failed to do since she moved into the property). Will definitely use his services again thanks again for your service.

I had problem with my boiler and Abdul Sabir has replied promptly and helped me over the phone and advised me what to do... I am happy to use his services as Gas Safe Registered Engineer...

Very quick and good service. strongly recommend

Excellent Service. Really professional Company. Great communication from day one. Would highly recommend Power Plus for any boiler or plumbing issues you may have.

I have just used this company to service our boiler. The guys were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They even made a call to Worcester boiler company to gain my warranty. Very helpful, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

A very responsive plumber based in Birmingham. After reaching out to a number of unavailable plumbers I found Power plus heating details online who got back to me straight away to arrange a visit. Once investigated Saboor recommended a suitable alternative at a great price. Power plus heating replaced my old electric Pulsacoil heating system which started to leak and make loud noises. At all times Saboor explained what he was doing and why in a clear and concise way and with a friendly manner. Very impressed with his work and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any plumbing services. I will definitely be using Saboor again in the near future. Keep up the good work and thanks for all your help 😊

Great customer service, did a great job and came several times to check if our heating was working. definitely recommend
