Customers describe BOND Plumbing and Heating Services as punctual, tidy and straightforward, with Nick and Craig named across jobs from bathroom refits to boiler work. The work people mention includes remodelled bathrooms, replacement showers, taps and toilets, new radiators, a fitted kitchen, water tanks and water softeners, oil boiler servicing, and the fitting of LPG boilers. Several people say a quoted price was kept, older or awkward pipework was sorted without a fuss, and the house was left clean. Same-day help also comes up, including a boiler repair where a part was found and fitted that day, a leaking hot water tank, and a heating leak in a tight space.
Craig attended to a leaking hotwater tank on the same day we contacted him. He sorted the leak and helped to clear the damage in a professional and friendly way. We are grateful for the service he provided so efficiently in our hour of need, Thank you.
Inspired by.work done for friends by Craig and Nick, I knew precisely who my go-to installers would be once I had decided to remodel my two bathrooms. They have just completed work on both rooms and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They are the most professional, conscientious, helpful and hard-working team imaginable. I defy the most critical customer to find fault with their work.
We have used Nick and Craig as our plumbers and boiler engineers for the last 3 years, they are reliable, honest and do excellent work. They have rescued us when our boiler recently broke and were upfront about our repair or replacement options providng clear and honest advice. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We will continue to use them and always advise our local friends and family to do the same.
My boiler broke and the neighbour recommended Craig. He managed to not only come in the same day to check out the issue, but managed to find time to source the part and replace it all on the same day. He was super fast and the service was excellent.
Always helpful and prompt, especially in times of emergency
I would thoroughly recommend Bond Plumbing & Heating Services. One of the team, Nick, was very helpful and friendly. Job was done very efficiently.
When your heating decides to spring a leak, lose pressure, and turn your house into an ice rink, all while your better half and mother-in-law are offering “constructive criticism” about the temperature, you need a hero. Enter Nick from Bond Plumbing & Heating Services. Nick was out within a couple of days and despite the leak being on a tricky joint in a enclosed, awkward space (the kind you’d normally send a contortionist into), it was fixed with no fuss, no drama, just solid workmanship. Friendly, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable. Heating restored, pressure stable, and domestic harmony re-established. Honestly, I’m not saying Nick saved my relationship… but I’m not not saying that either. If you want a reliable heating and plumbing specialist who knows what he’s doing, turns up when he says he will, and can work miracles in impossible spaces, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bond Plumbing & Heating Services. Five stars and a warm house again. 🔥👏
Cannot recommend Nick highly enough. He must have done about five or six jobs for us now all excellent quality all done speedily and all done with a no fuss attitude. I’ve had three other boiler men before him that I weren’t happy with so either I’m fussy or Nick is exceptional. Or both.
Thanks Craig for prompt attention to my call and satisfactorily speedy solving of my leaking pipe. Good to do business with you!
I was recommended this company and wow I have not been disappointed. Craig was fantastic really helpful, honest and reliable. Would not go anywhere else now. I highly recommend.
Craig and Nick are terrific. Incredibly efficient, great communicators, and always complete work to an excellent standard.
Fantastic service from Craig. Replacement taps and waste - all done really well. Craig was really helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Fixed a leak in toilet cistern. Brilliant work - no mess and no fuss. Thank you for an excellent job Craig. Highly recommend
Excellent service
I 100% recommend Craig and Nick for any plumbing and gas services. We paid exactly what we were quoted, no nasty surprises. Nick turned up bang on time, was very clean, thorough and explained everything. He fitted us 2 lpg boilers and removed a radiator. Absolutely recommend 👌

Cannot praise Craig enough for his professionalism, thoughtfulness and efficiency in helping us with a variety of plumbing and heating needs. Craig breaks the mould when it comes to this part of life (we have found) and we would not hesitate recommending him to any in need of a reliable, transparent and hard working trades person.
Great service as always from Bond Plumbing. Nick and Craig always provide an excellent friendly service and a neat and tidy job. Would highly recommend them.

Professional, helpful, informative and punctual.
we were very pleased to receive pleasant good service from a business in the next village.
As far as we are concerned a faultless service!
Nick made a great job of changing 2 shower controls buried in walls replacing with surface mounted controls. A pleasure to have Nick in the house, no mess no fuss. Totally recommend.
We've been so grateful to Craig for all the friendly patience and attention he's given to our heating system- thank you so much.
On behalf of the Arrowsmiths just want to say a great job was undertaken, quick, clean and very helpful
Got them out to do an oil boiler service having left it a bit too long plus sort out a problem with the water tank. Reasonable to the point I thought I'd been undercharged. Have to echo the other reviews - honest, friendly and reliable. They've got my business from now on.
Oil boiler serviced today by this company and we won't use anybody else now....superb and extremely professional/thorough
Great service, thanks for your help
Excellent service, used regularly and all work carried out efficiently, and at a reasonable price. Friendly, knowledgeable and everything left tidy. Highly recommend
We are pleased to say all work carried out by Bond plumbing was done to a very high standard Our Shower Room has been completely refurbished by them and it looks really good Thanks for all your hard work and all the best for the future
Reliable and high quality plumbing services. Nick comes when he says he will, even if booked many weeks beforehand. For one piece of work, he also came the day after I called him, and on a Saturday, to fix an urgent issue. Flexible, friendly, honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend.
Nick was amazing! Replaced our water tank, dealt with our oil heating system, and more recently installed a new kettle tap. Very impressed with his work and he's so thorough and tidy!! Highly recommend. Will be calling on him for all of our future work.
It was my good fortune to be recommended to Nick Bond just over a year ago and I honestly cannot recommend this company too highly. At the time I was seeking someone to take over servicing of my gas boiler but in the meantime several fairly minor plumbing jobs cropped up which Nick came out promptly to deal with, always polite and with a smile on his face. On one occasion he responded to my sos call for help with a broken tap and turned out at 7.00 pm on a rainy Sunday night, still managing to smile! I have recently had my boiler serviced with balancing of radiators and replacement thermostats. The work was immaculate and the charges extremely fair. Both Nick and Craig are delightful young men, utterly professional and trustworthy. I think this company represents the new face of the plumbing industry and Nick should be extremely proud of the business he has created.
Very reliable and good workmanship. Can't not fault them.
We used Nick for a few jobs when we moved into our new home. He was very quick to respond to our initial enquiry and quick to get back to us if we had any questions. He was polite and very tidy when working. Work was completed to a high standard and good value.
I would highly recommend Nick Bond as a skilled and efficient plumber. I recently had 2 showers and bath taps replaced plus repairs to 2 toilets and the work was beautifully neatly done. I live in an old house with old plumbing which presented problems finding parts that fitted. But Nick managed to solve each problem with the minimum of fuss and now I am delighted with the results.
Nick did some work yesterday for me. Very professional . Very helpful and a lovely person to have around. Great work ...everywhere left very tidy and clean. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks Nick 🙂
Nick was really helpful and did a great job . Highly recommend him . You won’t be disappointed.
Prompt, efficient, professional service. Very pleased with all the work Nick has undertaken for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
We used Nick for new radiators installation, boiler service and new bathroom refit. They worked very hard to complete our bathroom whilst we were away, they have done an amazing job, we Can Highly recommend Bond plumbing. Arrived on time every day, everything was left tidy, always very professional.
Nick temporarily fixed our old boiler over Christmas & has now just finished replacing our old boiler & pump to a very high standard . I am very pleased with his workmanship & would highly recommend Nick for any boiler & plumbing work .
Highly recommend for a wide range of services, installation and repairs.
Nick is brilliant at what he does, but more than that - he is efficient, knowledgable and makes it really easy to understand what's happening and what needs doing.
The work Nick carried out was installation of a water softener in my kitchen and fitting three new taps to existing basins in other rooms. He carried out this work in a highly professional and competent manner and took the trouble to explain what he was doing. Nick gave good, sound advice when it became apparent that there were alternative methods and pipework routes. Retrofittng work can sometimes be difficult when following on from other tradesmen whose work may not always have been quite right in the first place. But, Nick coped excellently under some trying circumstances. Finally, he left the areas where he had been working, clean and tidy, an added bonus.
Nick renovated my en-suite and replaced the shower and flooring. He did an amazing job, very professional, exactly what I wanted and very reasonably priced. Thanks so much. Highly recommend
Bond Plumbing and Heating Services replaced a radiator and repaired our toilet (which had been flushing itself!) The jobs were carried out efficiently and tidily, on the arranged day, at a very reasonable cost. All communication before and after the work has been brilliant and we will have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to friends.
Nick has fitted our new shower with an excellent work ethic, a dedication to the task and all aspects of the detail, and a relentless intent to see the job through, overcoming all, and any obstacles. We are very happy with the end result. A job well done. Thank you.
If you’re looking for a plumber that do the job properly and professionally- Contact this plumber named Nick. He is honest and charged you decently. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻
Nick Bond of Bond Plumbing & Heating Services installed my new boiler. He came beforehand to assess the work and on the day did a superb job! He is very thorough, experienced, accurate, clean, tidy and he highlighted each step of what he was going to do and did it!! Excellent value for money and he will ensure you understand how the system works before he leaves! Thank you so much Nick!! Looking for a reliable, professiona and honest heating and plumbing service - choose BOND, you will not be disappointed!!
Bond Plumbing & Heating performed our annual oil fired boiler service this year. The whole process was faultless from start to finish - punctual & professional, existing issues fixed & explained and an excellent price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and I am more than happy to leave the upkeep of our heating system in their capable hands from now on.
Quick and efficient service.
Nick did a fab job fixing our toilet flush - the only plumber to respond to my messages, and got it done in a short time frame before our guests arrived the next day. Phew. We hope to be back in touch soon with Nick about a shower installation :)
I highly recomend Bond plumbing and heating services! Nick came over to service our boiler. He arrived on time and couldn't have been any more proffesional. Explained exactly what he was doing and very reasonably priced! I will always be using this company going forward! Faultless service, thank you!
Nick was extremely professional from start to finish, from the moment I mentioned about our power shower stopped working, he had a good idea what the problem was by my explanation. The pump. He was super efficient at trying to squeeze us in his busy schedule. Nick is a safe, clean and tidy worker who has amazing attention to detail. Old pump out, move the 4 copper pipes to fit the new pump and that was it.....job done!! Would 100% highly recommend, i will definitely use Bond Plumbing & Heating Services in the future.

Can't rate this company enough. Fitted our kitchen to such a high specification, and they have put in a new bath toilet sink and cupboard into our bathroom which has given it a really lift. Bonus is the estate agent says the work completed by these guys has added significantly to the value of our house. Recently asked them to undertake our boiler service, no job to big or small, thanks guys
Recently had a new water tank fitted, water softener added and boiler serviced by Nick, can not express how professional he is and his work is outstanding and always clean. Will be using again for future work.
We had Nick back out to remove our hot water cylinder and fit a new one and fit a new water softener downstairs as our water is terrible. Great job as usual and very neat workmanship. Already have him booked in for our next project
