Profile Plumbers

Dan came to carry out a gas safety check at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He was punctual, polite, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about his trade. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. His pricing was also very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service provided. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber and gas engineer.

We have used Dan for a variety of jobs big and small and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Dan is fantastic. Great guy and a great engineer

Dan did an excellent job doing a gas safety check after the carbon monoxide alarm had activated. He responded immediately by phone to my post on Checkatrade & went out of his way to help even though it was Friday evening - fitting me in after his other jobs. He is clearly very experienced & very professional. Highly recommend.

Excellent job from start to finish. Professional at all times. First class job.

Brilliant service. Very friendly and professional, knew their stuff, and went above and beyond by providing honest advice around wider issues without any direct benefit to them.

Excellent service from start to finish. Fast, professional and really helpful. Highly recommend. Dan is a hero

Dan of Profile Plumbers has undertaken a few jobs for our house. He is efficient, prompt and works to a high standard. I have no hesitation in Dan undertaking any future work that we may have.

Very good service

Bank come out small property and fix the boiler straight as well so impressed what a lovely guy

Dan (profile plumbers) responded to our late evening emergency call out, when our hot water tank burst. Arrived with a smile on his face and made the system safe for the night. Came back at the crack of dawn the next day to replace the tank. Neat install and cleared away all waste. Emergency work is never cheap but the price charged was fair. Have used Dan again to fit a new gas hob in a kitchen refit. Great friendly plumber and have no issue recommending him.

Amazing service, called out and was quite to arrive and was very very good and explained what was done and why. I would 100% recommend and will be using Dan to do my services from now on

Dan arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard, and left the area clean and tidy afterward. Pricing was fair with no hidden surprises. Profile Plumbers completed a full heating system for us. He supplied and fitted a system boiler, mega flow system, wet under floor heating downstairs and all new radiators for a competitive price compared to other quotes. Highly recommend Daniel and his company.

Dan was speedy in his contact when I needed my electromax boiler serviced & subsequently the hot water gave up. We spoke in the morning & he was with me that same afternoon. He is Incredibly efficient, polite & informative in his work. He also gave very fair advice on the boilers future maintenance & followed up with us the following week to check we were still with hot water. Will be recommending Dan in the future!

Profile Plumbers recently installed a new gas boiler in my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Dan and Ben were outstanding from start to finish—polite, punctual, and highly professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. The installation itself was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. I was especially impressed by how tidy they were throughout the job—protecting the surrounding area and cleaning up thoroughly once they finished. It’s clear they take real pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. The new boiler is working brilliantly, and the whole experience was completely stress-free. I would not hesitate to recommend Profile Plumbers to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and friendly engineers. Excellent service from start to finish!

Daniel came out to me for a second time and once again delivered a great service. He arrived on time, was polite and professional throughout, and quickly identified the issue with my boiler. He had everything sorted in no time and explained things clearly along the way. The pricing was very fair for the work carried out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. Really reliable and efficient service.

Dan, provides excellent service and always does a fantastic job. I highly recommend him.

Very friendly and helpful, he told me exactly what was needed and the options available and what it costs.will recommend to friends and family 👍

I called this plumber urgently because of central heating was not working . They quickly turned up at the lunch time with a smiley face. We noticed that wireless receiver lost the thermostat sync. Ok, he reset in 2 minutes, takes a good amount of money. He said that he would come if there was a problem. At dinner time, the system went down again. I called back. He mentioned that he can only do tomorrow. I said that how we could spent the night in cold. Unfortunately, we spent the night in cold with the kids. The next morning, I texted him again, no reply. Still in cold with the kids. What a good customer service and promises? Also, the guy waiting on the other line, who takes the payment on phone, was shouting many times to me without listening anything while my questioning of the work and the cost. This is really poor communication, and poor customer confidence when we combine two together.

Pros: - Their technicians are friendly, qualified and skilled. - They changed our boiler and completed the work in one day. - The new combi boiler also obtained gas certificate. - Hot water works Cons: - Thermostats was not completed due to late delivery, so the house did not have central heating. - After 2 weeks and empty promises he didn't bother coming back to the property. Summary: It is unconscionable to leave family with no central heating. I understand people have to put food on the table but there is no need to leave a family without central heating. They are friendly and knowledgable but it doesn't make sense why they didn't complete the job.
