Having moved to the area a few months ago, I didn't know any local trades so I took a punt from the local FB group who had recommended Sam at Adapt Plumbing. I am happy to say that the recommendations were accurate, with Sam and his colleague doing an excellent job at a competitive price. Highly recommended.
I live in manningtree and found Sam’s number on a Facebook group, I booked in for a gas boiler service and got chatting to him, great man! I asked him about plumbers because I had another job and was getting quotes for £600 to add a stop cock!! Sam and I laughed and then he said “what’s the problem, I can help” Adapt to the rescue!! He quoted me pennies to do a three story house central heating upgrade! I will forever be using am and adapt heating for all boiler and central heating jobs going forward, he was actually early and never late, super cheap and excellent work. Do not look anywhere else!!
I contacted Adapt Plumbing & Heating to replace a seized stopcock. Sam was quick to reply and arrange an appointment. He arrived promptly, got the job done neatly, and was patient and unfazed when it proved more of a challenge than expected. Sam is friendly and professional, and we will contact him for any further jobs without hesitation.
I’ve used Adapt Plumbing and Heating for a number of years now - every boiler service and any general plumbing needs I have. He’s always been first class and extremely reasonably priced. Sam did my boiler service and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Fine when can be bothered, previously used, but he cancelled an appointment at a day's notice citing an imminent house move. Not a problem, these things happen, but then didn't pick up or return calls to rearrange. So can't recommend as unreliable in our case, no courtesy of an explanation.
Sam was prompt to respond to my enquiry, which was an urgent issue. He turned up exactly when he said and completed the job at hand. Super friendly and will use again and recommend. Cheers

I messaged this company about a toilet leaking into the pan. He told me it was such an easy fix he could talk me through it. He sent me a link for a part, told me it just screws on... I followed instructions and it's all good. Saved me a call out rate at his expense! I'm so grateful for the help. Highly recommend!! 👍
Sam quoted a fair price for our central heating system flush. He turned up promptly as promised and the work was completed to a very high standard. He was thorough and professional. Alongside side this he's a lovely young man, personable and chatty. I recommend him without reservation.

Adapt Plumbing carried out our radiator installs at our property in Dedham, Sam was cautious with his work area putting down dust sheets and wearing boot covers when appropriate. Will use Adapt again when our boiler is due its service.
