INCA Plumbing & Heating is often praised for quick, friendly and professional plumbing and heating work, from emergency repairs and boiler servicing to radiators, taps, toilets, pipework and cooker installation. Reviews highlight clear advice, tidy workmanship, fair pricing and prompt responses, with several people returning for further work. A small number of reviews mention missed appointments or no reply, so communication has not been consistent for everyone.
Mark provided an excellent service and a very quick response when I was in need. Would absolutely recommend mark.
Mark failed to turn up for the third prearranged appointment on Fri 13/12 am. I waited in all morning (he had previously been booked pm on 3/12 and 9/12 but did not arrive). I have not had any contact let alone an apology for time wasting.
Mark from Inca . removed and installed 3 new radiators , serviced and serviced the gas boiler , Removed and fitted a new kitchen tap . Very pleased and delighted with all the works carried out . Highly recommended a local tradesmen.who takes pride in his work . We have all ready booked him to gut and replace a bathroom. Yet again many thanks Mark .

First time I've done a review but Mark is such a professional. He is very thorough and his attention to detail is excellent. Punctual, neat and tidy and would definitely use him again.
Called Inca when my heating wouldn't come on and with 2 young children at home, this was a worry. Inca were incredible! They explained the issue in plain English, got the part and fitted it the same day. The price was incredible for such a responsive service. 100% recommend and would not hesitate to use again
Great prompt reliable friendly service. Mark is so helpful and knows his stuff. He has sorted leaking toilet pipes, provided a thorough boiler service and flushed out my central heating pipes when my heating failed, leaking and blocked pipes under my kitchen sink and Range cooker installation. He advises on what’s best without over charging. Can’t fault his service
With all the con men around nowadays, Mark is refreshing. Honest pricing, reliable and speedy. Whenever we have an emergency, Mark is our first point of call. We have used Inca multiple times now and he has never let us down!
