Prestige Plumbers are valued for their prompt, reliable response, with many customers mentioning same-day or emergency help for leaks, blocked toilets, cisterns, taps, radiators and heating issues. The team are described as friendly, professional and knowledgeable, explaining the work clearly and completing repairs, installations and bathroom plumbing to a high standard. Customers also appreciate the tidy finish, fair pricing and helpful communication from the office through to the engineers.

Prestige Plumbers are great. Yet again they responded same day when a toilet refused to flush and fixed it quickly. Great people. Quality service. and modest prices.
Always super efficient and helpful
I phoned Sharon at approximately 1pm and explained my problem. I was told she would try to get a plumber to me at the very latest the next morning. True to her word a lovely guy turned up about 3.30pm who quickly found out the problem. He went straight to their supplier to get replacement parts and came back and fitted. He ensured we were very happy with work before he left. I have used Prestige Plumbers for a few jobs in the past and should I need a plumber in the future they will be my first port of call. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Prompt, friendly and don’t rip you off price wise Thank you Prestige Plumbers
As usual, faultless service from Prestige Plumbers! Can’t recommend highly enough!
Called Monday morning to check if anyone could fit some new taps that I had purchased. Was told that someone would be around this afternoon to check out what was involved and provide an estimate. Plumber said that the two hand basin taps were fine but that the Mixer tap in the bathroom basin may be tricky due to the limited space and pedestal (a previous plumber had declined to do it) but was happy to give it a go. After providing a price and checking with the office that he could fit the work into his schedule, he confirmed that he could do it that afternoon. Within a couple of hours all was done and all looks great and works well. Very friendly, great service and reasonable price - would certainly recommend Prestige Plumbers to anyone requiring a plumber.
A pipe burst behind the wall called the company they was very professional and helpful had a plumber with me in 60 minutes. The man Jamie was a top professional and fixed the pipe without making any damage top service would only use them in future
Excellent service from Prestige, from the helpful lady who answered the 'phone (so good to actually talk to someone!) and Michael, your engineer, who was friendly, informative and professional and did a first-class job. Thanks. Graham Cole.
The whole team are absolutely first class, with no problem being too small. Recommended unreservedly for their punctuality, cleanliness and professionalism
Great service as ever. I’ve used Prestige Plumbers a few times now, always quick, reliable and reasonably priced. My go to plumbers from now on.
I called Sharon at Prestige Plumbing as I wanted a new kitchen tap. Sharon provided me with my options and photos to which would fit my sink. We arranged a convenient time for us both.. Jamie arrived as planned, completed the job and I was very happy with the new tap. Extremely highly recommend Sharon and Team Prestige Plumbing.
I honestly can't recommend this company highly enough. I'm sorry if I'm wrong but I think the plumber who come to my grandmother's house was called Andy and he couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. It was an emergency task but not necessarily a straightforward one and I feel others would've looked at and decided it too much hassle, or hiked the price up, but he worked dutifully and with a smile. This is customer service on another level and we will always be using Prestige for any and all of our plumbing needs!
Excellent communication throughout, very knowledgeable professionals. Extremely happy with the work completed and working within our short time frame.
Excellent initial contact, arrived on time and did exactly what we asked, excellent service for a relatively small job, good advice, overall very very please would use again without hesitation.
Had a leak under the trap in the cloakroom sink. Called and was complete within an hour! Great service and will definitely use again. Thank you!
Excellent service. Attended the same day for quote and completed the small jobs (toilet flush valve replacement, tap issue) on the spot. Reasonable pricing (although was not aware of NHS discount at the time so next time will be sure to make use of this!). Very polite and accommodating.
All good. Quick reliable service. Michael assessed and did work needed same day. Very pleased
First class service from beginning to end. Terry gave us a free initial assessment of the scope of work needed, and explained thoroughly all the steps involved. Sharon promptly emailed an estimate, which we accepted. On the day of the repair, Terry and Jamie arrived ahead of schedule and cracked straight on with the work. They did an excellent job to the highest standard and left the place spotless afterwards. I would highly recommend Prestige Plumbers to anyone requiring plumbing work. An absolutely first class company, and very nice people to deal with.
Quick reliable and friendly service, arrived on time and completed the repair without fuss, would not hesitate to recommend them. Installed a new thermostat with wifi controller. Up and running. Very pleased

Prestige Plumbers diagnosed the problems immediately , carry a wide range of spare parts and fixed the problems within an hour of arriving. a

Momentary panic set in when I found a water leak in my bathroom after 10pm on a Friday evening! After switching off the water and underfloor heating I phoned Prestige Plumbers on Saturday morning. Sharon called me back within minutes and Jamie arrived shortly after. I was shocked when I saw the extent of the problem but Jamie calmly announced he could obtain the replacement parts required. On his return the work was completed within the hour and I now have a further isolation switch in addition. I would like to thank Sharon and particularly Jamie. In addition to resolving my problem so swiftly they were also participating in a major local event this weekend. I have previously used Prestige Plumbers and always received a prompt and efficient service. Many thanks to you all.
Quick response . A very good service as always
This Review is going to be exceptional, because this company, the people in their team , their service and professionalism are all exceptional. In context, Prestige Plumbers are based in our village of Southwick, so to us they are local. They also support our community hall professionally and regularly attend at no cost to the charity that runs it. As the (past) Chair of the Parish Council, I can testify that this means a lot to our village community. But more than that, they are very customer focussed. Every time I have needed their help, my request has been responded to within hours. Their solution has been the right one and the outcome has been good and cost effective. from Sharon in the back office, to Terry the "Boss" and Michael (the one who now does the work), they all provide a brilliant service. Thank you Prestige Plumbers.

Great service, fast and reasonably priced
Used Prestige Plumbers for the first time after having a very slow running water to shower tray outlet. They sent out Jamie Lindsay who is a senior engineer. He assessed the job which was slightly more complicated but explained what he was going to do and gave the price. He was friendly, obviously very experienced, and carried out all the work to a very high degree. He cleared up and after carrying out further checks before he left. We would definitely use this local family company again. Thankyou
Very rapid response - submitted the online enquiry form on a Sunday evening, got a call Monday morning, the work was completed Monday afternoon! I needed attention to a non-functioning toilet cistern. The work necessary was fully explained and justified and the cost advised before any work started. The plumber was courteous, completed the job rapidly and left the area (my bathroom) clean and tidy. Could not have asked for a better service - highly recommended.

Five star service from Prestige Plumbers! We found we had a problem with our shower on Monday evening. Phoned Prestige Plumbers on Tuesday morning. The customer service is brilliant and the standard of workmanship equally as good. Terry ran around getting parts and working with Jamie and nothing was too much trouble. Jamie worked solidly all day only stopping for coffee!! I can't fault Prestige Plumbers in any way and I will use them again.
Excellent service provided including cooperation with other contractors. Would definitely recommend.
I called Prestige plumbers as I my toilet cistern was very slow in filling. Also I needed new taps fitting in the kitchen. I phoned in the morning and Michael was able to come the same day. He fixed the toilet cistern straight away as he had the part with him. My kitchen mains water supply was a very slow 'dribble' and I had been advised by a previous plumber I had called that I needed new taps. I thought this was unlikely as the current taps were fairly new, so I didn't use him. When Michael investigated the problem he found that I needed a new isolation valve which he immediately replaced, and the water supply was fully restored. Had I used the previous plumber I would have paid for new taps and still not had the problem solved. Prestige Plumbers will be my go-to company in the future, the cost was very reasonable and all the work was done cleanly and efficiently.
First of all they answered the phone! Came out to recce the job and gave us a price. Turned up the following day and completed the job. Easy and not too expensive.

Job only took about 40 minutes and the price was good. Very happy with the service

Excellent service. Terry and James completed planned work on a leaking tank and fitted a new pump. They even fixed my bathtub taps even though it wasn’t within the scope of the job.
Plumber arrived within 30 minutes to fix leaking toilet cistern. Repair clearly explained and work carried out very efficiently, with no mess. This is the second time I've used Prestige Plumbers. On the previous occasion, they were equally prompt in calling and their work was again of excellent quality. I intend to request a quote for further work (tap replacement) shortly!

After contacting Prestige Plumbers, Michael arrived in less than an hour and withing the next hour we had a better quality new tap and pop-up waste supplied, fitted and working perfectly. As with previous business with Prestige, couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you
I have used Prestige twice recently. On both occasions I phoned in the morning and the work was completed in the afternoon. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
We called Prestige Plumbers to replace two basin taps and install isolation valves on the supply pipes; we provided the parts. They were able to come the next day, and Michael the plumber phoned us about 30 minutes before arrival to let us know when he'd arrive. Michael is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and performed the work quickly and to a high standard, and the cost was reasonable. We've used Prestige Plumbers for several plumbling jobs over the years and will continue to use them in the future. They're our "go-to" plumbers.
Prompt, professional service at a reasonable price.
Jamie was efficient, friendly and helpful. I was pleased with the overall service
An unexpected problem in the cistern, meant a trawl through NextDoor App for a recommended plumber. Prestige Plumbers were recommended quite a few times so I took the chance and called. Terry turned up within the hour as locally in the area, and was terrific in listening to the problem and getting it sorted straight away. He gave me an immediate quote and is was a relatively quick and easy fix, he just got on with it and the issue was solved. Courteous, friendly, efficient and tidy. Very, very grateful for him coming out so quickly and most definitely I will be contacting Prestige Plumbers again for any future issues or planned jobs. Thank you so much.

We had a new shower fitted by Prestige Plumbers. They were a pleasure to deal with from first contact to completion of the job. They were also extremely tidy
We had a leek in our broom cupboard. It looked to us as though the tap to turn off the water supply to the. House required a new washer.. After a look at the tap the plumber said we needed a new stop cock at a cost of circa £120 +VAT. However, he and I were unable to find it's location. After a further examination of the dripping tap, I was told the issue could be resolved by renewing the washer inside the tap which he did. The subsequent invoice was for £118.20p. including VAT. The tap no longer drips.
Their prompts response was unbelievable, they came within few hours of me messaging, knowing exactly what they needed to do, and especially not charging or replacing things with no reason at all. They fixed my issue promptly and professionally, this is where you need to look if you need honest reliable and professional service.

Really quick response, efficient service, clear communication. Really liked the text notification confirming details of the visit including the names of the contractors coming. They arrived on the day agreed, and on time. The work was completed quickly and efficiently with no mess left after the works was completed. I would have no concerns about recommending this company and I will use them again for any future works.
I was recommended this company by someone, after having been let down by another company. I can see why Prestige was recommended, as from my first contact with a very helpful member of office staff, to the completion of my plumbing job nothing seemed too much trouble for all staff involved. Jamie came out promptly and diagnosed the problem and then carried out the work needed. He was courteous , knowledgable and tidy. I would definately call upon Prestige, again in the future if the need arises and was very pleased to find a company that clearly give the best service possible to exsisting and potential future customers.
Prestige Plumbers responded to an emergency call out with a first class service. They replaced a faulty stopcock, a section of pipework and several push-on fittings with copper soldered fittings and charged what I considered to be a very reasonable fee. Would have no hesitation recommending them or using them again if need be.
Quick, efficient and reliable. What more could one ask.
Prompt response. Work completed very quickly.
Fantastic workmanship, replacing the flush system on my toilet where the cistern is housed in a unit. The top of the unit would not come off so Jamie only had the smallest of spaces to fit everything in via the upper front panel. He even re-fitted the piping to the right of the cistern so there was now a valve. Top guy and top job! The photo is how Jamie found it and the little access space he had to complete the work inside. Thank you so much! Mike
Very quick and efficient. They also had a really nice manner.
We needed to have a replacement basin mixer tap and pop up waste fitted. Called Prestige Plumbers who arrived at the agreed time, in fact they were early, but no problem. We fully expected them to take a look and arrange a day/time to effect the repair but no they carried out the work there and then so within 1 hour the job was completed. We would certainly use Prestige Plumbers again and recommend them to friends and neighbours.
Needed a reliable and trustworthy local plumber to come and sort out my leaking stopcock. Being new to the area I didn’t know who to trust. Found Prestige in the Forget me not magazine. Calling the lovely Sharon she quickly arranged for one of her plumbers to come out ( no call out fee). They came, told me the cost, did the job and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Prestige are my new go-to plumbers. Thank you Sharon and team. 5 stars!!
Excellent company attended same day for leak and then fitted brand new cabinet and cistern within a week. Really nice friendly plumbers, very tidy nothing was too much. Will be using them for our plumbing requirements going forward.
Very happy with the service. Terry was very helpful on the phone when arranging the appointment. Jamie (the plumber) arrived on time. He was reassuring, professional and friendly. He did an amazing job and the issue was sorted within half an hour. Would definitely use Prestige again for any plumbing needs.

Really happy with the service. Prompt response to our initial enquiry and efficient follow up. Work was to a high standard. Would definitely use again.
Brilliant service received again from Prestige Plumbers. This is a company with a highly professional approach to customer service and quality of work, and all at a reasonable price. My shower pump broke down and caused an almighty mess then lovely Jamie arrived and saved the day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and sorted everything out and explained exactly what he was doing and gave excellent advice. He also replaced my leaky kitchen tap and carried all the necessary parts with him. What more can I say – just a brilliant and dedicated worker and very friendly and polite. A first-rate customer experience.
Have used Prestige Plumbers before and again have been delighted with all aspects of their work. Michael our plumber came only a couple of days of booking and within 2-3 hours had checked the work (replacement of bar thermostat shower kit) collected the parts, installed and tested it. We now have beautiful hot showers and looks fantastic as well. Thanks again Prestige Plumbers.
Very good service. Efficient and friendly.
Excellent service, very polite and got the work done requested had all parts required in van
From the lovely phone manner of Sharon making me feel that they cared. To the clean and tidy work being completed a great experience. That first phone contact gave me confidence that I'd chosen the right company.
Prompt efficient service, over the last few years!
Great service, prompt and excellent plumbers good value.
I have left this 5 star, reason being is I have not dealt with you before & I found that the work that had been done was excellent, would certainly recommend your company to others.
Michael came. He was very friendly and efficient. Very pleased, thank you.
I can recommend these plumbers for their speed and execution of a new stop cock which was leaking badly. all over in half an hour, well done not an astronomic price either.
Superb 5 star service provided by Prestige Plumbers. Supply and fitted new kitchen mixer tap, which was completed by Michael. Thank you for a fast, efficient and friendly service. Very pleased customer highly recommended.
Having been dropped by another local company after promising an appointment today or at latest tomorrow and then told they couldn't fit me in for two weeks it was like a breath of fresh air to get in contact with Prestige Plumbers and to get a visit just a couple of hours later. Jamie arrived on time and listened carefully to me (a nice change to the usual telling me what they wanted to do without finding out the problem). He was grateful for the advice that I had used a chemical drain cleaner to no avail, as it saved him from burned wrists and hands. Once he knew what the problem was he quickly checked the plumbing, rerouted a discharge hose and cleared the discharge pipe. All reassembled he ran the taps in both sinks and short programs on the washing machine and dish washer to ensure that all was watertight and no drips. He cleaned up the little mess his work had caused. I cannot praise Jamie enough, and also his company for the courtesy, speed to attend and fix, and professionalism displayed throughout. Well done all of you. Oh, and the price was reasonable as well.
Work carried out in a professional way. And everything was left clean and tidy. Well done to the plumbers.
We had prestige plumbers to replace the kitchen taps and waste, they were very helpful, came on the date we booked, very polite and left everything clean and tidy, will definitely recommend them to others,

Great service quick to respond friendly chap did a good job in fault finding and repair
After struggling to get a plumber for a leaking kitchen tap Prestige Plumbers came up trumps and did the job very well.
Answered my email with a phone call within 5 minutes, plumber out within 1 hour. I would definitely recommend this company and will use again, thank you !
Having attempted to contact a number of local plumbers because my heating system had thrown a wobbly and been met with absolutely NO response, it was fantastic that not only could I actually speak with a very nice lady instead of leaving an answerphone message, but the response was virtually instantaneous and the problem was cleared at a very reasonable price within a couple of hours. Now THAT'S what I call service.
First class work left clean and tidy, I would recommend and I would use again
Brilliant service! Very prompt and fixed my blocked bath and sink blockage, whereas a well known drain company failed to do so. Well done Prestige Plumbers. Reasonable cost, friendly staff who were willing to persevere if necessary. I’m already recommending this company to my friends and neighbours. Thank you so much.
This company has a great reputation and many ways that is well deserved. Prompt to replace damaged toilet. But! My elderly mother is upset with the way the waste pipe is finished. There is a large unfilled opening where a smaller sized waste pipe is fitted into a larger format pipe opening. Unhygienic and ugly. I called and was told someone would come out later that day. No show! No resolution! It appears that they have had the money and can't be bothered to make good. Sadly that equates to bad review and no further business from this regular customer. **update** Hello Terry. We did have conversation when you called a few days ago. You were keen to make good, which was appreciated. We discussed the fact that you were under staffed through no fault of your own. We also discussed how communication about this and your inability to attend as promised, would have avoided a negative review.
Arrived early and gave prompt, and acceptable quote for job. Repair was carried promptly with minimum of interference to client. Work area was left clean, tidy and ready for instant use.
Quick response, pleasant people, and quality work.
Excellent service 👏
Fast efficient and friendly service Thank you Prestige Plumbers Thoroughly recommend to others.......
I rang Prestige at 7.45 am and left a message, Sharon called back and said someone could attend in the afternoon. The plumber duly arrived identified the problem and replaced the faulty unit in the toilet cistern. We were very happy with the prompt and efficient service. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thank you.
Always an excellent service - I would highly recommend
Sent a WhatsApp message and received a call within minutes. Job booked for a few days later (could have been same day if urgent) with a reasonable price quoted. Received a call from Michael to let me know he was on his way, job completed efficiently and tidily. More work booked immediately and offered a cancellation slot the same day. One very happy customer, thank you!
Excellent service. Rang when they said they would, turned up, have me a price and completed job there and then. Thank you.
Excellent service - arrived within 2 hours of my telephone call and the leak was all sorted quickly and efficiently, Thank you

Very impressed with Prestige. Polite, efficient and friendly lady who took my call arranged for two plumbers to visit within an hour. Both were very efficient and quickly diagnosed a blocked waste pipe leading from bath. Terry explained what needed doing and quoted a price and I was very lucky that another plumber named Jamie was able to carry out the work very efficiently an hour or two later. All three guys were very pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company.
Highly recommended - would not hesitate to use this company again. From initial contact they have been superb and their customer service is first class and i am extremely pleased with the vanity unit fitted in my bathroom which was left clean and tidy afterwards. Competitive prices too. Call them. You won’t be disappointed.
The plumber undertook the job in an efficient and professional manner. He was polite and helpful when answering a couple of questions I had for him.

I had a leaking toilet which Terry at Prestige removed and replaced with a new one. It was an awkward job but carried out methodically and everything was explained to me. Clean and neat finish. He also very kindly stopped the shower door squeaking for me. Thank you.
Father and son team came to fix my garden tap. While there they also changed my kitchen tap. They were efficient and friendly and did the two repairs well. Have used prestige plumbers before and would do so again.
Prestige came out quickly to solve an issue with a shower. They sorted the immediate problem, gave good advice for the replacement, and promptly returned to fit. Both times they were on time, honest and friendly, a pleasure to deal with, and I consider charged a fair price. Very happy with the service and end result and would not hesitate to recommend. Nice to have another reliable company we can call on if needed. Many thanks

Best of all there is no call out charge! - Update: Used them again on the 18th July. Theye were very prompt, got the job done in a short period of time and below their original quote.
Shower blew up on a Sunday! Emailed Prestige Plumbers who contacted me same day and made an appointment for a plumber to call Monday. I had a lovely new shower later Monday morning fitted by professional, knowledgeable plumbers. Brilliant service, excellent price and I would highly recommend Prestige Plumbers to anyone.
Quick response. Came next morning, saw the issue, went back to get the part and came back within the hiur to sort it out. Very pleased.
The quality of the service provided was exceptional. Our call was returned very promptly, and a plumber was able to attend the following day. He arrived even earlier than anticipated, and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The work was completed very quickly and the bathroom was left in perfect condition afterwards. We would have no hesitation in recommending Prestige Plumbers to others, and will certainly contact them in the future for any other plumbing services that we need.

First encountered Terry Hack when he did some work for me back in 2010 but regrettably lost his contact details until late last year when I spotted his link with Prestige Plumbers. I kept the contact details because his reliability and work had always been top notch and was I right to do so. When I phoned Monday concerning a problem with a water heater he responded promptly and the problem was resolved within 24 hours.
Excellent service, very informative about work needed and problems solved quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use the company again and recommend it to others.

I've used Prestige Plumber three times now, and each time they've been quick, polite and effective. The first two occasions were 'emergencies' (shower pipe leak in the loft, toilet cistern not stopping filling) and they came out very quickly (a few hours) on both occasions. The third and most recent occasion wasn't an emergency (fitting some new bathroom and kithen taps I'd sourced myself) but a plumber was still available to call round within a day and was able to do the job straight-away. Highly Recommended.
Absolutely an ace service. Arrived on the day I phoned and had the job done within an hour with no trips to pick up additional fittings etc.Delighted! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Once again, Prestige came to our rescue! I had somehow (lord knows how) managed to flush a toilet rim block holder. Jamie showed up within a few hours and managed to entirely disconnect the toilet to clear it. The company and all their employees are an absolute pleasure to deal with

Just had a fantastic tap installation in an otherwise unfavourable and tricky kitchen installation done by other people. Jamie was very polite, kind and is open to a good natter. This alongside his professional practical standards to make his work presentable (and cleaned up after), he’s truly worked wonders. There’s no doubt he’s a great asset to the company
Good honest work. Thanks everyone
They were tidy fast and respectful of my belongings. They emptied the cupboard fitted the shower and all of the pipework. There is no mess. Their efficiency was incredible, and I would recommend this company to everyone.
Fantastic service as usual This company is different class I would highly recommend them Many thanks
Amazing service. The guys were at my door within an hour of my phone call. They fixed my toilet, did a brilliant job and the cost was extremely reasonable. Thank you.
Excellent service very kind and considerate will definitely recommend them again

I called Prestige at 2pm today in a bit of a panic after attempting to remove a radiator; the valve at one end wouldn’t shut off. Water everywhere! Jamie had come out, capped the valve, took the rad off, cleaned up and gone by 2.45pm. Recommended.
Excellent same day service, Jamie was very helpful and did a great job, am so pleased! Thoroughly recommend. Thank you so much
very good speedy service. clean friendly and efficient. will use again
Efficient, same day service. Thank you
Good service
Amazing service, called at 9am on Christmas eve they were with us by half 10 and problem sorted by 12. Couldn't have asked for anymore. Will definitely be using them again.
Came out was going to give me a quote didnot bother coming back they say on their advert WE WON'T LET YOU DOWN Well that was a joke.
They just couldn't be bothered to come and help. Quote: "I can't help you mate." - where is the 24/7 service?
We are a local business and Terry and his colleague managed to sort our water pressure issues with the absolute minimum of disruption to our business. Again, to minimise disruption, Terry suggested a 5am start when they return to replace the boiler - the only downside being I will have to be there to open the doors! Causes of our lack of water pressure were clearly explained by Terry as were the options for sorting the problem. At last I have found a plumber I would be happy to recommend.
Very Reliable came when they said they would, the Fitter New his Trade, very smart, and pleasant would recommend them to anybody full marks.
Fantastic service from a great company. Our bath waste pipe fell off on a Sunday flooding the kitchen and putting the bath/shower out of action. I called them at 9:30 on a Monday morning, Jamie turned up at 12:10 the same day and fixed the problem immediately despite the pipe being in a really awkward spot. He was really friendly but efficient and quick to fix the problem at the same time. It's always great to have a company you can trust when you need them and we've found our go to plumbers. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks Guys.
Brilliant all round service and worth the money.....Jamie was great, very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend Prestige Plumbers
Excellent same day service. Work professionally carried out. Highly recommended.
Terry the plumber arrived on time, smartly dresses and very pleasant. He look at the work I needed to have done and priced it there and then. I was happy with his quote and he did the job and left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Prestige Plumbers.
