Flo Rite Plumbing & Heating

Such a friendly person, Mark has completed a service on our boiler, repaired a leaking radiator and also replaced an existing radiator. All work completed with a smile, good knowledge and left no trace of mess. Thank you 🙂

Would definitely recommend Flo Rite. Mark was the only Gas engineer to answer the phone on a Saturday afternoon. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone from my description and came round first thing on Monday morning to fix the issue having obtained the parts.

We are fairly new to the area and used Mark for the first time back in October to change a sensor on our old boiler. We were extremely happy with the service and the work that Mark carried out and this week we asked Mark back again to fit us a new boiler as we were having issues with it leaking. Again, Mark was very professional, informative and completed the installation in a day, despite a few issues with our pipework along the way. Highly recommend! Thank you Mark.

Highly recommend Mark, super helpful and friendly and has done a great job with a new boiler.

Excellent service. Very prompt and friendly. I will recommend Mark, to friends and family in the future

A big Thankyou to Mark for installing a new boiler and power flushing the radiators. He was very punctual, explained everything, tidied up at the end, and went above and beyond, very polite and professional. I highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Mark! He fitted us in at very short notice to remove an old waste disposal unit from our sink. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly and cleanly. Will definitely use his services again.

Came highly recommended and I can tell why! Came over straight away to diagnose the problem, and kindly fit me in same day. Friendly, straightforward, upfront, and speedy. Very polite and considerate of my pets. Cleaned up after himself and returned everything to exactly where it came from. Very respectful of me and my house. I'm really, really impressed; more so than with any tradesman I've dealt with before. 6/5 stars for the service I've received today, and would highly recommend to friends in the future.

Love the radiators , great work

Mark was brilliant, he came round to give a quote and ended up getting the job done there and then! Really clear on pricing, great communication, and just easy to deal with from start to finish. Left everything clean and tidy too, nice to find a proper professional. Highly recommend Flo Rite Plumbing and Heating!

A great service from start to finish. Communication from the beginning was nice and straight forward, and the jobs carried out where to a very high standard. Would highly recommend and will most certainly use Mark again in the future.

Thank Mark for doing a great job of removing a dangerous and ancient gas heater for us so quickly. Excellent service and communication.

Woke up to a heck of a racket from my central heating/hot water boiler on a summer Saturday morning. Remembered reading previous glowing reviews for Flo Rite on a local FB group so dropped the business a WhatsApp. Had a response from Mark within a couple of hours planning to visit Monday to diagnose the problem, (the issue was not urgent for me as was able to use immersion heater). Replacement fan ordered immediately and fitted within 48 hours, along with a requested boiler service. Happy outcome - rapid response, very polite and clean job at a reasonable price and delivered by a local business - something I am keen to support wherever possible.

Was recommended from a social media community page. Sent over the job with some photos that evening. Got a quick reply and came to sort the issue the following afternoon (radiator detached from a wall). Problem solved from first contact in under 24 hours. Decent honest company, easy communication, fairly priced, and spotless work. Highly recommended.

Mark has been incredible over the years, recently he has helped us with some drainage issues which have caused us so much hassle, but Mark worked hard to help us through it all and was super communicative! Would always recommend.

Excellent service! Very quick response and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Mark takes care of all our boiler/heating requirements. He's recently fitted a new shower for us which looks fantastic. Mark comes highly recommended as being reliable, honest, competitively priced and provides excellent workmanship.

He responded straight away and within the hour was here fitting a new unit in a calm professional manner.witj 2 small children at home it was very much appreciated to get it sorted so efficiently. He also services our boiler on an annual basis and has fitted a new shower for us. Thanks Mark

So glad I chose this company to carry out the work I needed. (Towel rail replacement and boiler service). From the impressive quick response to my initial request, through to completion, Mark was really reliable, helpful and genuine. Sometimes searching for trustworthy companies to invite into your home is a lottery but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark and his company to anyone. Thank you 😊

I was recommended to Flo Rite by a couple of friends on Facebook when my boiler broke down on one if the coldest nights of the year. Mark popped round that evening and made a quick fix until he could get a part the next day. Since then Mark and Harrison have installed a new boiler, fitted new radiators, replaced a valve in a toilet, resealed a plughole in shower and a few other plumbing jobs. They are always very professional, informative and generally a lovely couple of fellas.
